Abstract

This study aims to find out the work discipline of employees at the Baraka District Office, Enrekang Regency. By using qualitative research methods with descriptive research types. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data presentation, data condensation and conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that each indicator used can be said to be "good" according to the indicators used, namely Attendance, employee attendance is quite good because employees are present on time to the office. Compliance with work regulations, employees implement work regulations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) properly. Regulations on work standards, employees have implemented work standards well. Working ethically, judged from the level of employee ethics, both fellow employee leaders and the community. Therefore, employee work discipline can be said to be quite good and there are performance achievements that must be fulfilled by employees, otherwise employees will be subject to sanctions. This research also uses the latest indicators regarding employee discipline and is supported by the latest journals and supporting books

Abstract

This study seeks to assess the execution of the Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM) program at Universitas Cahaya Prima (UNCAPI) Bone and to identify the facilitating and obstructive elements affecting its implementation at UNCAPI Bone. The research employs qualitative methods, utilizing data collection approaches such as observation, interviews, and documentation. This study involved seven informants. The findings of this study indicate that the execution of the MBKM program at UNCAPI Bone, assessed through the indicators of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure, has been conducted "effectively." From a communication perspective, there is effective interaction between professors and students. From a resource perspective, lecturers as facilitators offer guidance, support, and inspiration to students. The lecturers exhibit a supportive disposition and maintain a favorable outlook on the execution of the MBKM program. Lecturers have elucidated the mechanisms, systems, and procedures of the MBKM program to students from a bureaucratic structural perspective. The facilitating elements for the execution of the MBKM program include the endorsement from universities, the favorable outlook of lecturers, and the proactive engagement of students in the MBKM initiative. Concurrently, the impediments include inadequate value conversion, insufficient socialization, disorganized human resource development, and a continued lack of student enthusiasm in the MBKM program.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of visitor motivation on visiting decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of motivation of visitors to Kampoeng Taipa tourism, to determine the level of decision to visit Kampoeng Taipa tourism, and to determine the influence of visitor motivation on the decision to visit Kampoeng Taipa tourism. The research approach is quantitative. This research was conducted in Kampoeng Taipa Sorowako, Nuha District, East Luwu Regency. The data sources in this study were visitors to Kampoeng Taipa tours from January to June 2022. Data collection techniques were in the form of observation, question naires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that the indicator used for each of these variables indicate the variable of visitor motivation in the good category. The indicators on the visiting decision variable are in the very good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a high relationship between the two variable. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between visitor motivation and the decision to visit tourist visitors to Kampoeng Taipa Sorowako, Nuha District, East Luwu Regency.Keywords: Visitor Motivation, Visiting Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Brand Image Influence has on Eiger Product Purchase Decisions (Case Study of Students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State University of Makassar). This study uses a quantitative method with a type of quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study was 4,160 people. The sampling method used was using the random sampling formula, which was narrowed by 100 people. The data obtained from the research results were processed using the SPSS 25 application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive data analysis techniques and regression tests.Based on the research results obtained from the descriptive analysis that the Brand Image variable is in the very good category with supporting indicators namely brand identity, brand personality, brand associations, brand attitudes and behavior, and brand benefits and advantages. For the Purchase Decision variable which is in the very high category, most choose to agree on indicators of stability in a product, habits in buying products, providing recommendations to others, and making repeat purchases. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination R2 is at a very high interval, which means that brand image has a very high influence on the Eiger Bag Purchasing Decision for Students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the price and quality of the product Kopi Borong influence purchasing decisions at CV Berkat Asia Sinjai Borong. Respondents in this study are consumers who have purchased Kopi Borong products from CV Berkat Asia who are domiciled in Sinjai Borong District with a total sample of 130 respondents. The sampling technique used the Accidental Sampling technique with data collection using a questionnaire. The data obtained were processed using SPSS 26 which consisted of multiple regression analysis which was first tested using validity tests, reliability tests, and normality tests. The results showed that the price variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of Tcount 6,490 > Ttable 1,978 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, Product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of Tcount 11.373 > Ttable 1.978 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and there is a simultaneous effect of price and product quality on the purchasing decision of Kopi Borong products at CV Berkat Asia Sinjai Borong with Fcount 174,013 > Ftable 3,07. The value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) obtained is 0.728, this means that purchasing decisions are influenced by price and product quality as much as 72.8% while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of minimarket services on consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine how the influence of service on purchasing decisions on minimarket consumers in Tamalate sub-district, Makassar city. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents from the results using the minimarket consumer slovin formula. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and using descriptive applications and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the indicators used in each of these variables indicate where the service is in the good category. For indicators on the purchasing decision variables are in the good category. Based on the results of the T-test analysis through the SPSS.25 program, Tcount is 6206 and Ttable is 1.984, meaning Tcount is greater than Ttable because Tcount > Ttable, then there is a significant influence between services on purchasing decisions. And from the calculation of the determinant coefficient, the R square value is 0.282, which means that the influence of service (X) on purchasing decisions is 28.2 percent, meaning that 28.2 percent of purchasing decisions are influenced by services, while the remaining 71.8 percent is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The use of social media and product innovation on the development of micro enterprises in the trade sector in Luwu Regency. Thesis. Business Administration Study Program. Department of Administrative Sciences. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. Makassar public university. (supervised by Haedar Akib and Aris Baharuddin).This study aims to determine the description and influence of the use of social media and product innovation either partially or simultaneously on the development of micro-enterprises in the trade sector in Luwu Regency. The population of this research is the micro business actors in the trading sector in Luwu Regency. Determination The sample used is the sample formulated by Slovin with an error rate of ten percent, the number of samples obtained is as many as one hundred respondents, with data collection techniques namely questionnaires that are tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were processed using data analysis and the help of SPSS version twenty five which consisted of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determinant coefficient. The results showed that the use of social media in the very good category, product innovation in the good category, and business development in the very good category. The results of the reference analysis show that there is a significant influence between the use of social media and product innovation on the development of micro enterprises in the trade sector in Luwu Regency.

Abstract

The Effect Cyberloafing on Employee Performance at the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. Thesis. Business Administration Science Study Program. Department of Administrative Sciences. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. (supervised by Haedar Akib and Sirajuddin Saleh). This study aims to find out how the description and whether there is an effect cyberloafing on the performance of employees at the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve this goal, the researchers used indicators to measure these variables.variable cyberloafing , the indicators used are e-mailing activity and browsing activity. As for the employee performance variables using indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were all employees at the secretariat of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of South Sulawesi Province which consisted of three sub. section namely sub. general section, staffing and law, sub. finance and sub. part of the program totaling 38 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the Krejcie table, which is 36 respondents. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and SPSS 25 application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the indicators used in each cyberloafing and employee performance are in the quite and very good categories. Based on the determinant coefficient test, there is a very small effect between the two variables, which is 16.3%. Based on the simple linear regression coefficient, it shows a negative value, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of the variable X on Y is negative. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant negative effect between cyberloafing on employee performance.

Abstract

Providing services to the community is a form of government function in realizing. This research aims to determine the mechanism for implementing the role of office administration in optimizing public services at the Ujung Pandang Subdistrict Office and the factors inhibiting office administration in optimizing the Ujung Pandang Subdistrict Office. This type of research uses a qualitative approach where the research carried out is descriptive, namely, to describe the reality of events that occurred in the field during the research, which makes it easier for this research to obtain objective data in order to determine the role of office administration in optimizing public services at the Ujung Pandang Subdistrict office. Research data was collected using interviews and observations and then analyzed using descriptive statistics by collecting, compiling, reducing and verifying data. This research shows that the implementation of office administration services at the Ujung Pandang sub-district office is quite optimal, as can be seen from the fast and simple administrative procedures as a requirement for providing services as well as comprehensive information related to the administration mechanism for every form of management by the community. The forms of service available at the Ujung Pandang sub-district office include administrative services, goods services, services and regulatory services. Factors inhibiting the role of administration in public services at the Ujung Pandang District Head's office are the lack of facilities to support the continuity of administration, human resources that need to be strengthened again by providing understanding or training related to secretariat to each related staff.

Abstract

The administrative management function refers to the set of activities and responsibilities required to ensure that school administration runs smoothly and efficiently. The main purpose of this study is to find out the application of management functions to administrative services at SMK Kartika XX-1 Makassar and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in optimizing administrative services at SMK Kartika XX-1 Makassar. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research that focuses on the application of management functions based on indicators of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the optimization of the management function in administrative services at SMK Kartika XX-1 Makassar can be said to be "Quite Optimal", This is shown through management indicators, namely: 1) Administrative planning is carried out systematically through deliberations led by the principal, head of administration, and involving all staff, to discuss and prepare annual program planning by paying attention to the needs of staff,  education customers, and the need for service support facilities; 2) The organization of administration starts from the determination of administrative tasks, followed by the recruitment and selection of administrative personnel, as well as the division of tasks according to the field and competence of each staff; 3) Administrative briefings are carried out directly by the principal, either personally or through meetings. Briefing and motivating activities aim to ensure that all staff understand their duties and responsibilities, the school's goals, and the efforts taken in achieving these goals; and 4) Administrative supervision is carried out every day, where the principal goes directly to supervise the performance of staff, identify staff needs, and provide appropriate solutions to obstacles that staff may face in carrying out their duties and responsibilities
