Abstract

Green Open Space (GOS) plays a crucial role in promoting environmental sustainability, enhancing urban resilience, and improving the quality of life in cities. This study evaluates the effectiveness of green open space policies in supporting sustainable development, focusing on policy implementation, challenges, and best practices. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research examines policy frameworks, land-use regulations, and urban planning strategies in selected cities. Key indicators such as green space coverage, ecological benefits, and social inclusion are analyzed to assess the impact of GOS policies. The findings highlight disparities between policy objectives and actual implementation, emphasizing governance challenges, land-use conflicts, and financial constraints. Furthermore, the study identifies innovative approaches, including smart green infrastructure and community-based green space management, as potential solutions for optimizing GOS policies. The research concludes that a more integrated and adaptive policy approach is essential to enhance the effectiveness of green open spaces in achieving sustainable urban development. Recommendations include strengthening policy enforcement, increasing stakeholder collaboration, and leveraging technology for better monitoring and planning.

The research sample involved 66 people, with a sampling technique using the saturated sample method. The collected information was then evaluated by applying descriptive data analysis methods, validity and reliability tests, data normality tests, product moment correlation analysis, determinant coefficients, and simple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this analysis is to assess the impact of organizational culture on employee performance at the KMP LAN Makassar Center. The results showed that the overall organizational culture indicators were rated "excellent," and the overall employee performance indicators also showed "excellent" ratings. According to the results of the product moment correlation test, a significant relationship was found between the two variables. Abstract

One of the most important pieces of information for an organization is the recording of its activities, which is stored in the form of archives. Because archives play a crucial role, they must be managed effectively and adequately. This study aims to determine the Dynamic Archives Management and the inhibiting factors in the Dynamic Archives Management of the Administration Section at SMK YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. The approach and type of research used are qualitative research and descriptive research, respectively. The informants include the Head of Administration, the Student Affairs Administration staff, and the archives teacher at SMK YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques employed are data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that all indicators used in the study of Dynamic Archives Management in the Administration Section at SMK YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar are classified as having a less exemplary implementation. The indicators in question, recording, and distribution, are still less than optimal. This can be seen from the management of incoming mail that does not follow the procedure. Storage is also less than optimal; this is because the storage space is still inadequate, as evidenced by the unsuitable storage area, the lack of cabinets, and the absence of filing cabinets, as well as the disorganized arrangement of folders. Maintenance is classified as less than good; this can be seen from the maintenance of archives, which is limited to cleaning them of dust. Depreciation is classified as less than good; this can be seen from the fact that depreciation regulations have not implemented depreciation.

The opportunity to improve employee performance is a reward. The intended reward or award is to give greetings to employees, such as enthusiasm and motivation for work. Other rewards or awards are in the form of promotions from contract employees to permanent employees, accompanied by operational costs, and there is no threat to the improvement of employee work at the Makassar City Parking Regional Company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Digital Literacy, Accessibility, and Service Quality on User Satisfaction of PANDAWA BPJS Kesehatan in Makassar City. The research involved 100 respondents, ranging from 19 to 58 years old, with a majority being from Tamalate and Rappocini. The validity of the questionnaire showed a significant correlation between the variables X1, X2, X3, and Y, with Pearson's correlation coefficient of 0.6. The reliability of the questionnaire was also high, with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.980, indicating good internal consistency. The clausical assumption showed that the questionnaire was multicollinear and heteroscedasticity, but normality was not. The regression analysis showed that variables X2 and X3 significantly influenced the effectiveness of the questionnaire, with a p-value of 0.05. However, variable Xl did not significantly influence the questionnaire. The descriptive analysis revealed that 79.8% of the variance in the questionnaire was explained by digital literacy, accessibility, and service quality, with the model being effective in explaining the relationship between variables XI, X2, X3 and Y. The study concludes that digital literacy does not significantly influence the effectiveness of PANDAWA BPJS Kesehatan in Makassar.
