Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Teluk Pandan 2023/2024. Dalam analisis ini, kekuatan (Strengths) dan kelemahan (Weaknesses) diidentifikasi sebagai bagian dari faktor internal yang berada di bawah kendali sekolah. Kekuatan mencakup aspek-aspek seperti kualitas pengajaran, fasilitas yang memadai, dan manajemen yang efektif, sementara kelemahan mencakup area yang memerlukan perbaikan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya atau kurangnya inovasi dalam metode pengajaran. Faktor eksternal meliputi peluang (Opportunities) dan ancaman (Threats) yang berada di luar kendali sekolah namun tetap berdampak signifikan. Peluang dapat berasal dari perkembangan teknologi pendidikan, kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung, dan tren positif di masyarakat. Sebaliknya, ancaman dapat muncul dari persaingan dengan institusi lain, perubahan kebijakan yang tidak menguntungkan, atau kondisi ekonomi yang menantang. Melalui analisis SWOT, sekolah dapat merumuskan strategi yang komprehensif untuk memaksimalkan kekuatan dan peluang, serta mengatasi kelemahan dan ancaman, guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kinerja keseluruhan.

Abstract

Because the principal oversees services for teaching and education personnel, teaching programs, students, educational financing, facilities, and community connections, the principal's leadership has a significant impact on teacher performance. This study intends to ascertain how the leadership of the principal and educational funding affect junior high school teachers' performance in the Mahakam Ulu District. With a sample of 104 teachers and a population of 128, this study is quantitative in nature. The methods of observation, surveys, and documentation are used to collect data. SPSS Statistics was utilized for data analysis, including regression and descriptive analysis. According to the study's findings, principle leadership has a 38% impact on teacher performance, education financing has a 55% impact, and principal leadership and financing together have a 66% impact. This study has implications for school leadership that will help administrators deliver instruction that is less reliant on outside sources. As a result, the principal is crucial to raising the standard of the school. In order to develop great schools, school principals must be revitalized because they have a significant impact on raising teacher performance and competency.

Abstract

Perkembangan ketrampilan guru di zaman digital abad ke-21 menjadi kunci peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Perubahan dalam teknologi telah mengubah metode pembelajaran, yang memaksa guru untuk memperbaharui keahlian mereka. Tujuannya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui profesionalisme guru. Guru harus mengerti dan menggunakan perangkat digital untuk mendukung proses belajar yang lebih efektif dan menarik. Ini melibatkan pelatihan berkelanjutan dalam penggunaan teknologi edukatif. Kolaborasi antar guru dan pembelajaran kontinu sangatlah diperlukan. Program perkembangan profesional yang menitikberatkan pada taktik pengajaran yang inovatif dan meningkatkan kompetensi teknologi akan membantu guru dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman digital. Dukungan sistemik dari pemerintah dan institusi pendidikan sangatlah krusial. Kebijakan yang mendukung pelatihan guru, akses terhadap sumber daya pendidikan digital, dan penilaian kinerja yang mempertimbangkan aspek profesionalisme akan mendukung terbentuknya lingkungan yang mendukung dan menunjang perkembangan ketrampilan guru di zaman digital. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi peningkatan mutu pengajaran guru dalam menghadapi perkembangan era revolusi, sehingga dapat menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang profesional dalam bidang pendidikan. Metode PkM yang digunakan adalah participatory action research (PAR). Hasil dari kegiatan PkM ini yaitu memberikan manfaat bagi peserta dalam mengatasi masalah serta kendala yang ditemui oleh pendidik ketika melakukan rangkaian proses pengajaran di kelas dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pengajaran guru. PkM juga memberikan manfaat bagi tenaga kependidikan dalam mendukung dan membantu pendidik meningkatkan mutu pengajaran yang berkualitas di kelas. Kegiatan PkM mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, serta kompetensi kepala sekolah, para guru, dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya dalam mewujudkan mutu pengajaran yang berkualitas sebagai langkah peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) optimizing child-based school development plan (RPS) in the humid forest climate in SMA Negeri 9 Samarinda, (2) optimizing the implementation of child-friendly RPS based on humid forest climate in SMA 9 Samarinda, and ( 3) supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of child-friendly based RPS optimization in humid forest climate in SMA Negeri 9 Samarinda This research was conducted in Samarinda 9 Public High School by using a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects are child-friendly based school programs. The informants used were principals, teachers, students and parents. Data collection techniques (1) in-depth interviews, (2) observation, and (3) documentation. The collected data is examined for the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that: (1) planning for child-friendly RPS based on humid forest climate in SMA Negeri 9 Samarinda has been carried out by planning a program involving all elements and compiling in RKAS, (2) implementing child-based based RPS optimization has been carried out fulfilling 6 indicators: (a) i.e. non-violence declaration program policies (b) teaching and learning activities carried out contextually with the environment (c) infrastructure is sought to be comfortable and safe for students, (d) student participation is involved in school activities, (e) active parent participation accompany their children's learning at home, (f) participation with the business world in cooperation with PT. Garuda Sinar Perkasa; (3) one of the supporting factors of the program is the cooperation of all school residents, and the inhibiting factors are flooding and coordination technical obstacles. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the optimization of the implementation of child-friendly RPS based on humid forest climate in SMA Negeri 9 Samarinda has been carried out optimally despite several obstacles.

Abstract

Strategic Planning in education, especially in higher education, is a critical component in maintaining the quality and relevance of education. FKIP Lecturer (Faculty of Teaching and Education) of Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda University has an essential role in planning Strategic platform development and innovation. This article aims to discuss planning strategies that can be carried out by FKIP UWGM lecturers in developing platform-learning innovation at the University. Strategic planning and innovation approaches are used to understand the steps that FKIP lecturers can take to achieve these goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that FKIP lecturers need strategic planning in developing an e-learning platform, including needs analysis, instructional design, technology used, and learning evaluation. Strategic planning by FKIP lecturers in developing innovative e-learning platforms is essential to improve the quality of learning. Through proper planning, lecturers can provide learning experiences that meet student needs, integrate appropriate technology, and conduct effective evaluations.

Abstract

Penulisan karya tulis ilmiah memiliki peranan penting dalam dunia akademik dan penelitian. Karya tulis ilmiah merupakan wujud dari proses pemikiran, penelitian, dan analisis yang mendalam terhadap suatu topik tertentu. Makalah ilmiah tidak hanya menjadi sarana untuk mengkomunikasikan temuan penelitian, tetapi juga menjadi alat untuk menyebarkan ide, pemikiran, dan kontribusi intelektual kepada komunitas ilmiah dan masyarakat luas. Kemampuan membuat karya tulis ilmiah sangat penting bagi guru, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan dan pengembangan kompetensi mereka. Program pendampingan bagi guru dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah dan PTK merupakan hal yang sangat diperlukan. Pendampingan dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai kegiatan yang salah satunya berupa In-House Training. Oleh karena itu program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu para guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mereka khususnya dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah. Sasaran PkM ini adalah kepala sekolah,guru, dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Samarinda. PkM iini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan/workshop. Hasil dari kegiatan PkM adalah memberikan manfaat bagi peserta dalam mengatasi masalah yang ditemui ketika menyusun karya tulis ilmiah, kegiatan PkM mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, serta kompetensi, serta kompetensi kepala sekolah, para guru dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya dalam mengemplementasikan langkah-langkah penulisan karya tulis ilmiah.

Abstract

Tilawatil Qur’an Development Institution in an organization that carries cut education of the Qur’an together with the islamic community in preparing the generation of the Qur’ani who read the Al-Qur’an with reading that are recognized by the world, as well as having morality the Tilawatil Qur’an development institute began in 1977. Organization of education Al-Qur’an as well as the tilawatil musabaqah the Qur’an is carried out with a patterm of management that acounteble by LPTQ stags starting from the village level, distract level ,District /City level, Provincial level and National level. Specifically LPTQ Samarinda city has tried to empower all potential generations of Muslim to be able to inherit the art of reading the Qur’an propertly, practicing in daily life, especially the people of Samarinda and East Kalimantan in general. So for the Tilawatil Qur’an development instiut of Samarinda city has built patnerships with islamic communiteis MTQ implementation ,guidance of the board of judges and impropvement of the quality of the participans in reading of study Al-Qur’an are the min programs of the LPTQ of Samarinda city.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepala sekolah dan guru dalam penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Sasaran utama dari kegiatan ini adalah para kepala sekolah dan guru di berbagai lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini di wilayah Kutai Kartanegara. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi workshop, pelatihan, dan konsultasi. Pemahaman mendalam terhadap bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mempengaruhi proses pembentukan karakter anak usia dini menjadi krusial untuk dianalisis dan dioptimalkan.Arahan dari Tim PkM memberikan kontribusi penting dalam menyampaikan informasi, strategi, dan pendekatan yang mendukung kepala sekolahdan guru dalam membentuk karakter profil pelajar pancasila.Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komperhensif kepada kepala sekolah dan guru tentang profil pelajar pancasila khususnya di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini
