Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital marketing on increasing MSME profits. The method used in this study using a questionnaire. The sample used in this study amounted to 35 respondents. The statistical test was carried out using PLS-based structural equalization modeling. the validity test uses a loading factor, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha value, composite reliability and average variance extracted (AVE). All proposed hypotheses are supported and significant. The conclusion of this study is the effect of digital marketing on increasing MSME profits

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style on employee performance and to examine organizational culture as the influence between leadership style and employee performance. This study used a descriptive quantitative method by taking a sample of 55 employees who were collected using a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis used was a structural equation model with the partial least square (PLS-SEM) method using the smartPLS application. The results showed that the Leadership Style was able to improve employee performance directly or indirectly, namely through enhancing organizational culture and having an impact on improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how strategic agility can enhance the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. The study employs a qualitative method using survey techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to MSMEs in Bandar Lampung. The instruments used include observation guidelines and questionnaires designed to analyze the relationship between strategic agility and MSME performance, as well as the factors influencing them. The findings reveal that strategic agility significantly contributes to MSME performance improvement, accounting for 51.7% when supported by digital technology. The study also identifies that leveraging digital technology, product innovation, and quick responses to market changes are key elements in enhancing MSME competitiveness. In conclusion, the study underscores the importance of implementing strategic agility in MSMEs’ digital transformation to improve performance and competitiveness. These findings provide valuable insights for MSMEs, governments, and stakeholders to address challenges and support the digital transformation of the MSME sector.

Abstract

Tingkat perkembangan teknologi yang semakin signifikan mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat terutama dalam sektor kedai kopi, hal tersebut menyebabkan pelaku bisnis harus lebih meningkatkan kualitas produknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran dengan mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman (SWOT). Analisis SWOT dilakukan dengan matriks IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) yang terdiri dari kekuatan dan dan kelemahan kedai kopi serta matriks EFAS (Eksternal Factor Analysis Summary) yang terdiri dari peluang dan ancaman kedai kopi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena pemasaran secara mendalam berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh skor kekuatan sebesar 1,55, skor kelemahan sebesar 1,70, skor peluang sebesar 1,06 dan skor ancaman sebesar 1,60. Selisih dari total skor  matriks IFAS dan matriks EFAS masing-masing sebesar 0,15 dan 0,54 yang dimana menunjukkan bahwa  kedai kopi Par's Life memiliki peluang dan kekuatan besar sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada.

Sweet Kitchen Cake Shop is one of the fast-growing culinary businesses in Mesuji city. Established in 2015, this shop offers various types of traditional and modern cakes with distinctive flavors. Along with the growth of the culinary industry in the city of Mesuji, Sweet Kitchen Cake Shop faces increasingly fierce competition. To maintain and improve competitiveness, shop owners want to develop new products that can attract consumer interest. SWOT Analysis of Sweet Kitchen Cake Shop Based on the results of data collection and data analysis, a SWOT matrix for Sweet Kitchen Cake Shop is obtained as follows: Strengths Weaknesses Threats Opportunities SWOT analysis plays an important role in directing new product development strategies at Toko Kue Dapur Manis. Through the identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, companies can formulate strategies that are in accordance with internal and external conditions. Strategies that can be applied include developing new products based on local raw materials, increasing marketing capabilities, product diversification, and efforts to improve operational efficiency and cost management. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) terhadap tingkat kebahagiaan rumah tangga miskin di Kabupaten Pringsewu, Lampung. PKH merupakan program bantuan sosial bersyarat yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga melalui akses pendidikan, kesehatan, dan perlindungan sosial. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 30 rumah tangga penerima PKH. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara manfaat program dengan tingkat kebahagiaan, yang diukur melalui Indeks Kebahagiaan Subjektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKH berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kebahagiaan, terutama melalui perbaikan kebutuhan dasar dan pemberdayaan perempuan. Namun, beberapa tantangan seperti ketepatan sasaran dan ketergantungan masih ditemukan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas PKH dengan fokus pada penyediaan pelatihan kemandirian ekonomi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengambil kebijakan dalam menyempurnakan program bantuan sosial di masa depan.

Abstract

Toko Zelora in Bandar Lampung has emerged as one of the key players in seizing the growing market opportunities in the era of globalization and increasingly intense competition. The purpose of this SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis is to identify various internal and external components that influence the marketing performance of Toko Zelora. Internal strengths include high product quality and excellent service, while weaknesses such as dependency on specific suppliers and higher prices, as well as the dangers posed by increasingly fierce competition and the rapid pace of sales, are also identified. This analysis is conducted using an in-depth library research method. It is expected that this analysis will assist the management of Toko Zelora in developing more innovative and flexible marketing strategies. These strategies can enhance the store’s competitiveness in a market that is not only becoming more competitive but also help the fashion business reach more customers, expand its market share, and strengthen its position within the industry. It is hoped that this analysis will provide appropriate recommendations by thoroughly understanding the market dynamics of Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Rumah Potong Hewan Pratama Beef memiliki peran penting dalam rantai pasok daging, namun menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kualitas dan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi operasional Pratama Beef melalui pendekatan analisis SWOT sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem jaminan mutu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan information berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama Pratama Beef adalah kualitas produk yang terjamin, kebersihan, dan kehalalan, sedangkan kelemahannya terletak pada keterbatasan modular usaha dan efisiensi zone kerja. Peluang yang ada mencakup perluasan pasar dan kerja sama dengan pihak lain sementara ancaman utama adalah persaingan harga pasar dan fluktuasi harga bahan baku. Strategi yang dihasilkan melalui analisis SWOT mencakup pemanfaatan jaminan kualitas untuk perluasan pasar, peningkatan efisiensi operasional, serta pengembangan kerja sama dengan distributor besar. Dengan menerapkan strategi ini, Pratama Beef diharapkan dapat meningkatkan sistem jaminan mutu, mempertahankan kualitas produk, dan mengatasi tantangan persaingan industri.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran inovasi teknologi dan diferensiasi produk dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif pada Deandra_Clothingline. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha, karyawan, serta pelanggan; observasi langsung terkait proses produksi, manajemen inventaris, dan layanan pelanggan; serta analisis dokumen seperti laporan penjualan, arsip desain produk, dan strategi pemasaran. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital, seperti e-commerce dan sistem inventaris berbasis teknologi, mempercepat efisiensi operasional. Selain itu, strategi diferensiasi produk yang mencakup desain eksklusif dan kolaborasi dengan desainer lokal berkontribusi pada peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku bisnis fashion untuk mengadopsi strategi inovasi yang relevan guna meningkatkan daya saing.Kata kunci: Inovasi Teknologi, Differensiasi Produk, Keunggulan kompetitif, E-commerce, Deandra_Clothingline Abstract. This study aims to analyze the role of technological innovation and product differentiation in increasing competitive advantage at Deandra_Clothingline. With a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with business owners, employees, and customers; direct observation related to production processes, inventory management, and customer service; and analysis of documents such as sales reports, product design archives, and marketing strategies. The findings show that digital technologies, such as e-commerce and technology-based inventory systems, accelerate operational efficiency. In addition, product strategy differentiation that includes exclusive designs and collaboration with local designers contributes to increased customer loyalty. Coin laundry business is one form of service business that is growing rapidly in the modern era. To survive in tight competition, agility strategy is one of the relevant approaches. This article discusses how agility can be applied to improve the competitive advantage of coin laundry business from an Islamic economic perspective. By focusing on sharia principles such as fairness, transparency, and benefit, this study outlines innovation, flexibility, and collaboration strategies that can be adopted.
