Abstract

Abstract: Language Attitude of Lampung Native Speakers:  An Overview of Age, Gender, Educational Level, and Length of Stay. Objective: The local language variety used is always related to the language attitudes that are accepted or ignored in the speech community. This study aims to describe the language attitudes held by native speakers and relate them to variables such as age, gender, education level, and length of stay. Methods: This research method uses a mixed method approach, which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative is used to process data sourced from instruments, while qualitative is used to reveal and describe information in the research. This research was sourced from the language attitudes of native speakers of Lampung language in Bandar Lampung City. Questionnaires were used for data collection. Findings: The results of research on language attitudes of Lampung language native speakers of 110 people who became respondents obtained 52.7% had negative language attitudes, neutral language attitudes amounted to 8.2%, positive language attitudes amounted to 34.5%, very positive language attitudes amounted to 4.5%. Conclusion: From testing the correlation of intervening variables, it was found that there was a correlation between age and language attitude. However, no correlation was found between gender and language attitude and between education level and language attitude. In addition, there is a relationship between length of stay and language attitude. Keywords: language attitudes, native speakers, lampung language.

Abstract

Kejadian Stunting di Indonesia masih merupakan permasalahan dan issue prioritas dalam Perencanaan Pembangunan. Kejadian stunting masih tinggi dari target penurunan stunting yakni 27,6%. Stunting merupakan permasalahan urgent yang harus di laksanakan secara optimal. Akibat stunting mempengaruhi pembangunan sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Pencegahan stunting dilakukan dengan menjaga kualitas 1000 Hari pertama kehidupan. Persiapan untuk kualitas kehidupan di 1000 HPK tersebut di mulai sejak pranikah, prakonsepsi, selama hamil dan menyusui. Bentuk upaya yang dilakukan adalah pengoptimalan peran PIK-R Melati IV, dengan melaksanakan deteksi dini masalah kesehatan remaja dan pendampingan remaja yang beresiko stunting oleh remaja itu sendiri. Remaja yang telah diskrining dikelompokkan berdasarkan faktor resiko yang diidentifikasi. Selanjutnya konselor dan pendidik sebaya memberikan edukasi tentang faktor resiko dan cara penanggulangan faktor resiko agar tidak menjadi bahaya dimasa depan nanti. Remaja yang mengalami anemia diberikan tablet tambah darah, remaja KEK dan Kurus diberikan Makanan Tambahan, dan yang Obesitas diberikan edukasi latihan ringan untuk kebugaran. Semua intervensi tersebut dikontrol melalui grup online dan log book online.

Abstract

Abstract. Notaries are authorized to create authentic deeds under the Notary Law, including credit agreements secured by certificates to provide legal certainty for creditors and debtors. However, in practice, disputes often arise when one party reneges on their signature, as in Pati District Court Decision Number 10/Pdt.G/2023/PN.Pti. This situation emphasizes the need for legal protection for notaries who have carried out their duties in accordance with the provisions, so that they are not burdened with responsibility for the actions of parties who do not act in good faith. This study analyzes the protection of the notary's position and also analyzes the judge's considerations in the decision. This study uses a normative juridical approach, employing a statute approach and a case approach. This type of research is normative. The data sources and types are secondary data obtained through literature review. The analysis is prescriptive. The results show that in the legal protection of professional positions, a notary can undertake two legal protection measures: preventive measures to prevent disputes from arising, and repressive measures through the courts. In the judge's considerations in case number:10/Pdt.G/2023/Pn.Pti, emphasized that legal reasoning must be based on facts, evidence, and applicable legal regulations. This dispute stems from the plaintiff's claim that he never signed a power of attorney or credit guarantee deed. However, it was legally proven that there was a Special Power of Attorney dated February 28, 2013, signed by the plaintiff. Because the plaintiff could not prove any forgery of the signature, the lawsuit was rejected in its entirety by the panel of judges. This decision emphasizes the importance of the principle of legal certainty. As long as there is no criminal decision related to forgery, the deed and power of attorney remain valid. Keywords: Credit; Guarantee; Notary; Notarial Deed; Protection.

Abstract

This article reveals how two Arabic consonant sounds: the glottal stop and the pharyngeal sis are pronounced by native speakers of the Lampung language when reciting Surah Al-Fatihah. The theory used in this research is articulatory phonetics. Using this theory, each sound is described and analyzed according to place, way of articulation and sound. Data in the form of sound recordings from speakers of the Arabic language of the Al-Qur’an and speakers of the Lampung language were transcribed using the International Phonetic Alphabet (AFI), and described based on place, method of articulation and sound. To see the visualization of the sound, researchers used tools in the form of a computer program, Praat. Using the contrastive analysis method, researchers analyzed the differences in the features of the two sounds. The results of the research show that there are 6 pronunciations of glottal consonant sounds and 6 pronunciations of pharyngeal consonant sounds in Surah Al-Fatihah. These two consonant sounds are each pronounced as a vowel sound by native Lampung speakers. This research concludes that there is a change in the sound of the Arabic language of the Koran in the pronunciation of Surah Al-Fatihah by native Lampung speakers.   Artikel ini mengungkapkan bagaimana dua bunyi konsonan bahasa Arab: glotal hambat dan faringal desis dilafalkan oleh penutur jati bahasa Lampung dalam melafalkan surat al-fatihah. Adapun teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah fonetik artikulatoris. Dengan menggunakan teori ini, masing-masing bunyi dideskripsikan dan dianalisis menurut tempat, cara artikulasi serta penyuaraannya. Data berupa rekaman bunyi dari penutur jati bahasa Arab Al-Qur’an dan penutur jati bahasa Lampung ditranskripsi dengan menggunakan Alfabet Fonetis Internasional (AFI), dan dideskripsikan berdasarkan tempat, cara artikulasi dan dan penyuaraannya. Untuk melihat visualisasi bunyinya, peneliti menggunakan alat bantu berupa program komputer, Praat. Dengan metode analisis kontrastif, peneliti menganalisis perbedaan fitur-fitur bunyi kedua tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 pelafalan bunyi konsonan glotal hambat dan 6 pelafalan bunyi konsonan faringal desis dalam surat al-fatihah. Kedua bunyi konsonan ini masing-masing dilafalkan menjadi bunyi vokal oleh penutur jati bahasa Lampung. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat perubahan bunyi bahasa Arab Al-Qur’an dalam pelafalan surat al-fatihah oleh penutur jati bahasa Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of character education in the Kiamat Keratuan Darah Putih dance by knowing the meaning of the various movements in the dance. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The object of this research is the variety of movements of the Kiamat Keratuan Darah Putih dance in Kuripan village, South Lampung. The data sources in the study are the results of observing the variety of dance movements of the Apocalypse through videos and other documents that contain the analysis of the research conducted. Data analysis techniques include analysis, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of research on the variety of dance movements of the Apocalypse show that this dance has character education values which are described in several varieties of dance movements of the Apocalypse. The variety of movements includes worship and kenui drift, the character education values contained in Kiamat dance can include, 1) Religious values, 2) Responsibility values, 3) Hard work values, 4) Discipline values, and 5) Communicative values.

Abstract

In the Saibatin Marga Pugung community, there are traditions and ways to preserve Lampung culture. They use the momentum of Eid as a place to apologize en masse and introduce Lampung culture to the wider community. This tradition is called Kekiceran. The Kekiceran tradition is a cultural art performance performed by muli mekhanai for generations in order to enliven Eid Al-Fitr. This tradition is very strange for people who do not know clearly how the implementation of Kekiceran. In this tradition, of course, there are local wisdom values that we can find. In this study, the author conducted research on the Lampung Saibatin community of Pugung Tampak Clan, North Pesisir District, West Pesisir Regency, Lampung Province. The method used in this research is descriptive method using qualitative data analysis techniques. While the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Kekiceran tradition is still well implemented and deserves to be known by the wider community because this tradition has functions and uses in order to maintain the original culture of Indonesia, especially Lampung culture. The value of local wisdom contained in it includes 6 aspects, namely religious values, aesthetic values, economic values, educational values, historical values and mutual cooperation values. To find out this tradition can be seen from the implementation process. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Kekiceran tradition is still carried out today and has three stages in the implementation process, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage and the closing stage and there are also local wisdom values that are owned that must be known by the community.

Abstract

This development research describes the problem of limited learning media experienced by students in learning the Lampung script at the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN). The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method. Sources of data used in the form of interviews and observations The results of this research and development are in the form of mobile learning media that can be installed on Android devices. Based on the results of the research and development that have been carried out, the mobile learning media that have been developed are feasible as a medium for learning the Lampung script at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) Bandarlampung.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelatihan kepemimpinan guru berbasis model Five Practices and Ten Commitments of Exemplary Leadershipmerupakan upaya strategis untuk mengembangkan kapasaitas kepemimpinan pendidik melaui penerapan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan yang visioner, insspiratif, kolaboratif, dan beroirentasi pada perubahan positif di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kepemimpinan guru dan kepala sekolah melalui pelatihan berbasis model Five Practices and Ten Commitments of Exemplary Leadership yang dikembangkan oleh Kouzes dan Posner. Program dilaksanakan di SMKS Al Hikmah Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dan melibatkan guru SMA/SMK sekitar sebanyak 25 kepala seklah dan guru. Pendekatan pelatihan dirancang partisipatif, reflektif, dan aplikatif dengan menekankan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman (experiential learning), peer coaching, dan penyusunan action plan. Kegiatan mencakup tahap identifikasi kebutuhan, pelaksanaan workshopinteraktif, praktik lapangan, serta evaluasi dan refleksi hasil pelatihan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep teacher leadership, kemampuan komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan manajemen konflik. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi, kolaborasi antarguru, serta penguatan kepemimpinan instruksional berbasis nilai dan etika. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Guru, Five Practices and Ten Commitment, Pengembangan Profesional.  ABSTRACT Teacher leadership training based on the Five Practices and Ten Commitments of Exemplary Leadership model is a strategic effort to develop educator leadership capacity by implementing visionary, inspiring, collaborative, and positive change-oriented leadership principles in the school setting. This community service activity aims to improve the leadership capacity of teachers and principals through training based on the Five Practices and Ten Commitments of Exemplary Leadership model developed by Kouzes and Posner. The program was implemented at SMKS Al Hikmah in Central Lampung Regency and involved teachers from surrounding high schools/vocational schools. The training approach was designed to be participatory, reflective, and applicable, emphasizing experiential learning, peer coaching, and developing action plans. Activities included needs identification, interactive workshops, field practice, and evaluation and reflection on training results. Results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of teacher leadership, communication skills, collaboration, and conflict management. This program had a positive impact on increasing motivation, collaboration between teachers, and strengthening value- and ethics-based instructional leadership. Keywords: Teacher Leadership, Five Practices and Ten Commitments, Professional Development.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat, terutama aspek pariwisata yang kehilangan banyak pengunjung akibat kegiatan penduduk diluar sangat dibatasi demi menjaga dan menekan penyebaran virus Covid-19. Ekowisata religi KH. Gholib Pringsewu adalah salah satu wisata di Pringsewu yang juga terkena dampaknya, karena bergerak di bidang pariwisata, dari pengunjung yang semula dalam 1 bulan dikunjungi 100-500 wisatawan kini berubah menjadi tidak lagi di minati. Permasalahan mengenai menurunnya aktivitas di pariwisata di kawasan ekowisata religi KH Gholib merupakan permasalahan yang harus bisa diselesaikan, ekowisata KH Gholib harus dapat bangkit kembali setelah terpuruk di masa pandemic, hal tersebutlah yang melatar belakangi kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan oleh tim Dosen Universitas Lampung. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu membangkitkan ekowisata religi KH. Gholib dari keterpurukan dimasa pandemi, dan menjadikan percontohan bagi pariwisata yang lain yang ada di Provinsi Lampung untuk dapat lagi bangkit di masa new normal ini, yang dilakukan dengan cara: 1) meningkatkan SDM yang mampu mengelola sistem wisata religi KH. Gholib Pringsewu yang berkelanjutan dengan manaati protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemic dan 2) meningkatkan SDM yang mampu mempromosikan pengelolaan ekowisata religi KH. Gholib
