Abstract

Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the activities of the Majelis Ta'lim Kanzul Ulum cover three main areas: education, da'wah, and social service. In the field of education, the Majelis regularly holds daily religious studies, monthly religious studies, and special religious studies on Islamic holidays. In the field of da'wah, it coordinates Rebana training and manages Rebana groups, organizes Salawat Dibaiyah meetings, organizes infaq collections for those who wish to contribute, and facilitates Qurban savings programs. Meanwhile, in the social field, the Majelis plays an active role by organizing assistance for orphans and the poor, providing ta'jil, breaking the fast, and sahur during the month of Ramadan, and holding collective celebrations such as Eid al-Adha. These activities show that the Majelis Ta'lim Kanzul Ulum functions not only as a place to learn religion but also as a center for social solidarity and community empowerment. The role of the Majelis Ta'lim Kanzul Ulum in improving religious knowledge in Karyamulya District, Cirebon City, is very significant. This Majelis functions as a forum for fostering and developing religious knowledge, especially in the field of morals. This assembly also serves as a space for the intellectual and practical dimensions of religious life, fostering social piety, encouraging adherence to Islamic teachings, and strengthening the internalization of Quranic values among its congregation. For adolescents in particular, this Majelis Ta'lim provides a foundation for moral awareness, which grows from continuous exposure to religious knowledge and practices. This study also identified supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the effectiveness of the Majelis Ta'lim. Supporting factors include regular evening recitation activities, local government support, regular scheduling, strong organizational management, tolerance within the community, and the provision of food during the events.

Abstract

This journal discusses efforts to increase the understanding of the people of Usor Tolang Village regarding Islamic-based character education through the Community Service Program (KKN) of STAIN Madina students. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involves the active participation of the community in analyzing and improving ongoing practices. The programs implemented include evening study sessions for elementary school children, training on tajhizul mait (funeral management), seminars on preventing drug abuse, online gambling, and early marriage, as well as teaching activities in elementary schools and MDTA. The aim of this program is to enhance the community's understanding of the importance of character education based on Islamic teachings. Through the approaches of hiwar, qishah, amtsal, uswah, habituation, ibrah, maun'izhoh, targhib, and tarhib, the community is taught not only knowledge but also behavior changes to shape positive character. The results show a significant increase in the understanding and application of Islamic-based character education values among the people of Usor Tolang Village, making a tangible contribution to creating positive social change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran audiovisual menyimak teks negosiasi melalui aplikasi Filmora untuk siswa kelas X MA Sriwijaya. Rendahnya minat dan hasil belajar siswa dalam keterampilan menyimak, khususnya pada materi teks negosiasi merupakan latar belakang pada penelitian ini. Penelitian Ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan Model yaitu ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MA Sriwijaya Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara, angket validasi dari ahli (bahasa, media, materi), serta tes pretest dan postest. Data dianalisis melalui Kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk menilai kelayakan serta efektivitas media. Hasil validasi menunjukkan media dari ahli bidang materi 93%, ahli bidang media 96%, dan ahli bidang bahasa 94%. Uji coba perorangan memperoleh hasil 97,5%, uji coba untuk kelompok kecil memperoleh hasil 97,85%, dan 93,25% untuk uji coba lapangan. Hasil nilai pretest 59,9 dan 94 dari Postest. Ada kenaikan antara pretest dan postest. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran audiovisual menyimak teks negosiasi berbasis aplikasi Filmora sangat layak dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran siswa.

Abstract

Isu mengenai sampah hingga kini masih menjadi kajian menarik untuk dibahas. Berbagai metode penanganan masalah terkait sampah pun telah dilakukan. Semakin banyaknya sampah yang disebabkan akibat populasi yang semakin bertambah, juga memerlukan keterlibatan berbagai sektor dalam upaya penanganan sampah. Permasalahan terkait dengan sampah juga terjadi di Desa Koranji Kecamatan Pulosari dimana masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang rasa peduli terhadap upaya pengelolaan sampah yang baik. Sebagai salah satu upaya menangani permasalahan sampah, dilakukan pengelolaan sampah mandiri berbasis masyarakat di Desa Koranji Kecamatan Pulosari dipelopori oleh Peserta KKM Kelompok 55 UNIBA Tahun 2024. Pengelolaan sampah mandiri berbasis masyarakat dapat membantu mengurangi sampah. Hal ini menjadi perhatian besar baik bagi dosen dan mahasiswa KKM Kelompok 55 UNIBA Tahun 2024 Universitas Bina Bangsa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 2 Bulan di Desa Koranji, Kecamatan Pulosari dengan jumlah peserta KKM sebanyak 14 orang. Adapun tahapan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan antara lain, observasi lapangan, survey, diskusi dan wawancara untuk mengkaji keadaan/kondisi desa, pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan FGD bersama masyarakat untuk menetapkan program pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan. Hasil kegiatan pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat yakni pembuatan 5 Tempat Sampah. Hasil evaluasi program menunjukkan sebanyak 97% masyarakat ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini. kesimpulan pemberdayaan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dalam melakukan pengolahan sampah dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih, sehat dan mandiri di Desa Koranji, Kecamatan Pulosari.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum implemented by teachers on the material of the Mutual Cooperation Lifestyle in class IV at SDN 1 Bologarang Grobogan in 2023/2024. This study uses a qualitative approach with a narrative type. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation to test the validity of the data are credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used consists of three stages, namely the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage and the conclusion/verification stage. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum on the material of the Mutual Cooperation Lifestyle in class IV of SDN 1 Bologarang Grobogan has followed the stages according to the concept of the Merdeka Curriculum. In planning, teachers make comprehensive preparations, such as MGMP, understanding curriculum characteristics, analyzing Learning Outcomes, and compiling Learning Objectives and Teaching Modules. In implementation, learning applies a problem-based learning approach and community-based learning. In the evaluation, most students got high scores because they understood and could follow the lesson well, and were able to give examples of mutual cooperation in schools and communities. However, there are still students who tend to be passive and less involved in the practice of mutual cooperation. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the independent curriculum in this material are: (a) lack of student interest, (b) adaptation to the new curriculum model, and (c) lack of training and socialization of professional development for teachers.

Abstract

This research was conducted due to the discovery of an elementary schools that has integrated the SEL (Social Emotional Learning) approach into its PAI program. (Pendidikan Agama Islam). The purpose of this research is to describe and discuss how the school integrates SEL with Islamic Religious Education, what the obstacles and solutions are, and what the outcomes are. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. This research reveals that SEL has been integrated by incorporating it as an approach within the framework of the PAI curriculum, and establishing it as a standard for Islamic interaction and behavior in the school environment; obstacles were found in the limited competence of teachers and the lack of synergy among all school elements; solutions include teacher training, parental involvement, partnerships with the community, and evaluation and enhancement by scholars and psychologists brought into the school. The study's results conclude that the school being researched has integrated SEL with Islamic Religious Education, conducted educational processes that stimulate social-emotional skills, and created a more inclusive and supportive learning environment, thereby better supporting students' academic achievements.

Abstract

The minimum requirement of bioethanol utilization (E100) as a mixture of fuel oil is required as much as 20%,of the total needs in January 2025 as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resourcesnumber 12 in 2015. Indonesia is a country that has many potential raw materials for the development of bioethanolas renewable energy, such as sea pandanus plants (Pandanus tectorius) and food industry wastes such as thewheat industry. Sea pandanus plants are commonly found throughout the Indonesian archipelago and are availableendemically. While wheat industrial waste is available in industrial areas such as in Banten Province, which has so farnot been utilized as a source of biofuels. The purpose of this research is to get bioethanol product from new sources basedon natural materials and industrial waste. The stages of research began with raw materials preparation, proximateanalysis, gelatinization, liquefaction, pre-saccharification, fermentation, distillation process, and quantitative analysisusing instruments. The results showed that the sea pandanus leaf had the potential for bioethanol synthesis with thehighest amount of recovery and efficiency were 309 mL and 0.62 mL/g respectively, whereas based on the results ofgas chromatography (GC) analysis, the bioethanol product which had the highest purity was from wheat bran waste witha purity level of 97.64%.

Abstract

Many nonprofit organizations in Indonesia face challenges in managing resources, operations, and Fundraising strategies, particularly in maintaining financial stability. Only about 13% have sustainable financing strategies, making this study relevant to evaluate the Fundraising model implemented by a nonprofit organization. This research analyzes the implementation of the “Berkala Baik” Fundraising program at the Janji Baik nonprofit organization, focusing on organizational management, functional strategies, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the program. The study employs a qualitative case study approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation review. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing, and triangulation validation. The findings indicate that Janji Baik operates under the Baik Media Indonesia Foundation, focusing on education, social welfare, and technology. The Berkala Baik program is an innovation for sustainable funding through monthly donations over one year (ranging from IDR 25,000 to IDR 100,000) accompanied by exclusive merchandise. Fundraising strategies include membership systems, volunteer engagement, campaigns, and special events. Supporting factors consist of timely member payments, high public interest, and active volunteer participation. Inhibiting factors include delayed donations, limited public understanding of Fundraising concepts, and communication challenges. This study is expected to enrich the literature and practical insights on nonprofit management and Fundraising practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

Background: Nowadays, orthodontic treatment is a very common kind of treatment in modern society. The demand of orthodontic treatment is still high not only within growing or young patients but also within adult patients especially in urban area. But orthodontist has to remember that there is an effect that they have to avoid or anticipate related to its treatement. Purpose: The aims of this study to review iatrogenic effect in contemporary orthodontic treatment. Literature review: This iatrogenic effect is very destructive to hard and soft tissue in the mouth. The destruction includes to the tooth, gingiva, and supportive tissue inside the mouth. The effect could damage the root tissue aswell. The most common phenomenon is theenamel decalsification which is the destruction of enamel tissue because of inadequate plaque control. Conclusion: In every visit to orthodontist for appliance check up, the orthodontist should never forget to do appropiate cleaning. Inside the paper, the topic will be dicussed more deeply.

Abstract

Rampag Bedug merupakan salah satu seni budaya khas Banten yang berkembang menjadi pertunjukan berskala besar, khususnya di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Tradisi ini berakar pada praktik keagamaan Islam dan identitas sosial masyarakat setempat yang kemudian bertransformasi menjadi warisan budaya yang bernilai historis. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji perkembangan sejarah Rampag Bedug, nilai budaya yang terkandung di dalamnya, serta perannya dalam memperkuat identitas daerah dan kohesi sosial masyarakat Pandeglang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan metode historis-kultural, penelitian ini menganalisis tradisi lisan, praktik budaya, serta narasi masyarakat terkait Rampag Bedug. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Rampag Bedug tidak hanya menjadi ekspresi religius, tetapi juga simbol ketangguhan, kreativitas, dan religiusitas masyarakat Banten, sehingga penting untuk dilestarikan dan direvitalisasi.
