Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the learning difficulties experienced by students in online learning and the efforts made in overcoming students' learning difficulties in biology during the online learning period. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The population in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 06 Makassar which consisted of 6 classes, namely XI MIPA 1, XI MIPA 2, XI MIPA 3, XI MIPA 4, XI MIPA 5, and XI MIPA 6. The instrument used was a Likert scale closed questionnaire. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires regarding internal factors of student learning difficulties and conducting interviews with biology teachers in class XI of SMAN 06 Makassar. Based on the research results, there are two aspects that have an influence on learning difficulties on students 'internal factors, namely aspects of learning motivation and aspects of students' physical health conditions. In general, efforts to overcome student learning difficulties are based on the diata aspect, namely, by providing excessive motivation to students, both from teachers and from families. Because, the amount of learning motivation received by students will affect the learning outcomes received. In addition, efforts to prevent learning difficulties caused by physical health factors are by taking a moment to rest after using electronic devices for a long time. As well as the need for self-awareness of the importance of maintaining physical health.Keywords: online learning, student learning difficulties, learning motivation, physical health condition

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of electronic student worksheets based on science process skills in class XI high school motion system material. This research is research and development with ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The electronic LKPD teaching materials that were developed were tested for validity by 2 expert lecturers and tested for practicality by teachers and students. The subjects of this study were 30 students and 2 biology teachers at UPT SMA Negeri 4 Parepare who were selected for a limited trial of the developed electronic LKPD teaching materials. Data collection techniques were carried out through filling out practicality questionnaires by teachers and students. The results showed that the developed electronic LKPD was declared valid with an average score of 4.7. LKPD is declared practical based on the results of the teacher's response analysis with an average score of 93.98% and the results of the student response analysis with an average score of 79.19%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the electronic student worksheets based on science process skills in the motion system material for class XI SMA are valid and practical.Keywords: worksheet, electronic, addie, valid, practical

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the profile of student learning difficulties and factors that affect student learning difficulties in online biology lessons at SMAN 13 Takalar. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire of student responses related to learning difficulties in biology lessons in online learning at SMAN 13 Takalar. The results of the descriptive analysis of the study showed that the profile of student learning difficulties in online biology lessons at SMAN 13 Takalar, namely mastery of student material is classified as a low category, student learning time is classified as a low category, student learning achievement achievement is classified as a medium category, student focus is classified as a medium category, student enthusiasm is classified as a medium category, student learning behavior is classified as a medium category and the use of online learning applications is classified as a medium category. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Project Based Learning model on the biology learning outcomes of the tenth graders of SMAS PGRI Sungguminasa on the material of environmental change. This type of research is a quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental). The population in this study were all students of class X SMAS PGRI Sungguminasa with a research sample of 53 students. Data collection techniques using the test method. The results showed that learning outcomes using the Project Based Learning model obtained an average value of 78.20. While the conventional learning model obtained an average value of 64.29. And there is an effect of the Project Based Learning model on the biology learning outcomes of class X students of SMAS PGRI Sungguminasa.Keyword : Project Based Learning (PjBL), learning outcome.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what echinodermata can be found on Samboang Beach in Bulukumba district that can be used as a source of learning outside the classroom. This research uses a type of qualitative descriptive research. The research instruments used in this study are the observation sheet and identification sheets. Based on observations and data identification, it can be concluded that "Inventarization of Echinodermata at Samboang Beach in Bulukumba district as a source of learning outside the classroom" is: The type of echinoderma found in Samboanga Beach is that there are 8 species, 7 genus, 7 families, and 6 ordos, consisting of 4 classes of the filum echinoderma.Keywords : Inventory, Echinoderms, Learning Resources

Abstract

Abstract. E-comic learning media is one of the educational innovations in an effort to increase students' interest in reading. The study aims to produce valid e-comic learning media on the digestive system material for class XI SMA. The type of research is research and development (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development model. The study was conducted in August 2023-June 2024 at SMAN 12 Maros. The subjects of the study were 2 biology teachers of class XI and 31 students of class XII MIPA 2 SMAN 12 Maros. The research instruments were interview sheets and questionnaire sheets. Data analysis techniques in the study, namely qualitative and quantitative analysis. The validity of the product is assessed by the validator. The assessment criteria used consist of five aspects, namely aspects of content/content feasibility, presentation, problem-solving skills, language, and accessibility of media use. The results of the study showed that the assessment of the two validators was 88.33% which was in the very valid category so that the e-comic learning media on the digestive system material for class XI SMA was suitable for use in learning. Abstract

Abstract. The research on the analysis of the implementation of biology practicums in high school in the independent curriculum at SMAN 9 Makassar aims to determine the implementation of biology practicums in high school in the independent curriculum in the odd semester at SMAN 9 Makassar. This study uses a descriptive approach with an exploratory research design. Data were collected by filling out checklists, interviews and documentation to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of practicums. The results of the study showed that the percentage of implementation of biology practicums in grade XI at SMAN 9 Makassar referring to Learning Outcomes (CP) in the independent curriculum was 57.1%, which was/is included in the fairly good category. Factors that caused the practicum not to be implemented were the availability of tools and difficulty in obtaining materials, implementation time, availability of space for practicums, the absence of assistants or laboratory assistants to help teachers guide practicums.Key words:  Learning Outcomes, Implementation, Independent Curriculum, Implementation Time
