Abstract

Queuing culture is often perceived as a simple habit in daily life, yet in reality, it carries a deeper meaning in shaping individual character, particularly among university students. Standing in line is not merely about waiting for one’s turn, but also reflects discipline, respect for others’ rights, and a willingness to obey shared rules. This article discusses queuing culture as a reflection of student discipline in practicing the values of Pancasila. As the nation’s future generation, students hold a moral responsibility to become role models within society. By practicing queuing culture, they demonstrate the implementation of social justice, equality, and both personal and social responsibility. In the context of campus life, queuing behavior appears in various situations, such as waiting for administrative services, using shared facilities, or engaging in daily activities beyond the academic setting. Discipline in queuing trains students to be patient, orderly, and capable of self-control. These values are in line with the principles of Pancasila, especially in upholding humanity, unity, and social justice. Moreover, queuing culture serves as a means of internalizing public ethics that foster a more orderly and harmonious social environment. Therefore, queuing culture is not only a practical behavior but also a concrete manifestation of Pancasila in students’ everyday lives. Through this simple habit, students can cultivate self-discipline, respect the rights of others, and strengthen moral integrity. This article emphasizes that queuing practices can be considered a form of character education, relevant in shaping young generations who are disciplined, ethical, and consistently able to embody the values of Pancasila in social life.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study confirms a significant relationship between self-control and online game addiction with aggressive behavior among vocational high school students in Nogosari District, showing that higher self-control reduces aggression, while online game addiction increases it. This study focuses on determining whether there are differences in attachment-related anxiety and attachment-related avoidance levels based on the 18–25 age group. A total of 455 participants were selected using judgment sampling techniques and completed the Experiences in Close Relationships–Revised (ECR-R) instrument online. The data were analyzed in several stages, namely descriptive tests, Kolmogorov–Smirnov normality tests, and principal analysis using the Kruskal–Wallis test because the data were not normally distributed. The results showed significant differences in both attachment dimensions based on age. The mean rank pattern illustrates that certain age groups have higher levels of anxiety or avoidance tendencies compared to other age groups, indicating that attachment styles in early adulthood are dynamic and influenced by developmental experiences at each age. These findings conclude that age plays a role in differentiating how individuals build close relationships, and provide an important basis for the development of counseling services and mentoring programs tailored to the needs of each age group in early adulthood. ABSTRAK Masa dewasa awal ditandai oleh meningkatnya tuntutan hidup dan kebutuhan membangun hubungan dekat yang stabil, sehingga gaya keterikatan menjadi penting dalam membentuk kedekatan emosional. Namun, meskipun pengalaman dewasa dapat memengaruhi pola keterikatan, penelitian yang membahas variasinya pada kelompok usia berbeda dalam rentang dewasa awal masih terbatas. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan tingkat attachment-related anxiety dan attachment-related avoidance berdasarkan kelompok usia 18–25 tahun. Sebanyak 455 partisipan dipilih menggunakan teknik judgment sampling dan mengisi instrumen The Experiences in Close Relationships–Revised (ECR-R) secara daring. Data dianalisis melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu uji deskriptif, uji normalitas Kolmogorov–Smirnov, dan analisis utama menggunakan uji Kruskal–Wallis karena data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada kedua dimensi keterikatan berdasarkan usia. Pola mean rank menggambarkan bahwa kelompok usia tertentu memiliki tingkat kecemasan atau kecenderungan menghindar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok usia lainnya, yang menunjukkan bahwa gaya keterikatan pada dewasa awal bersifat dinamis dan dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman perkembangan pada tiap usia. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa usia berperan dalam membedakan cara individu membangun hubungan dekat, serta memberikan dasar penting bagi pengembangan layanan konseling dan program pendampingan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan tiap kelompok usia di masa dewasa awal.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah cara generasi Z mengakses dan mengonsumsi informasi. Fenomena penyebaran misinformasi khususnya hoaks, menjadi tantangan signifikan yang berpotensi memengaruhi sikap dan perilaku sosial mahasiswa. Literasi digital dianggap sebagai kompetensi penting dalam menghadapi tantangan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review untuk menganalisis peran literasi digital dalam mencegah penyebaran misinformasi di kalangan mahasiswa generasi Z. Kajian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital tidak hanya mencakup keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam mengevaluasi informasi. Implementasi strategi pendidikan literasi digital yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa terhadap risiko misinformasi. Temuan ini menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan pendidikan literasi digital yang relevan untuk generasi Z

Abstract

State Civil Apparatus (ASN) remains one of the most sought-after professions in Indonesia. In carrying out their duties, ASN are bound by laws and regulations, particularly those regarding ASN discipline. Data from the State Civil Service Agency indicate that ASN disciplinary violations throughout 2024 reached 4,195 cases. This study investigates the relationship between job boredom and counterproductive work behavior (CWB) among civil servants in Indonesia, while examining the moderating role of self-control. Amid high rates of disciplinary violations among State Civil Apparatus (ASN), there is a pressing need to understand the psychological drivers of these detrimental workplace behaviors. The research aims to determine whether job boredom predicts CWB and whether an individual’s self-control can mitigate this relationship. Using a quantitative correlational approach, the study collected data from 185 civil servants (109 males and 76 females, aged 24–58 years) in the Provincial Government of "X" via questionnaires measuring job boredom, self-control, and interpersonal and organizational CWB. The results showed that job boredom has a positive and significant influence on counterproductive work behavior, both interpersonally (PKK-I) and organizationally (PKK-O). Self-control was also found to significantly moderate the relationship between job boredom and counterproductive work behavior. The results of this study are expected to provide better insight into alternative recruitment and training strategies for employees, especially civil servants in Indonesia.

Abstract

The prevalence of bullying among children in Indonesia is estimated to be increasing, particularly among those aged 7 to 11 years. According to the Global School-based Health Survey (GSHS), more than 40% of elementary school-aged children in Indonesia have experienced bullying. Bullying is defined as aggressive behavior that is repeated over time and directed toward individuals perceived as weaker, with the intent to cause harm physically, verbally, nonverbally, or through digital platforms. This community service program aimed to provide anti-bullying education through a psychoeducational approach combined with educational play. The participants consisted of 23 children aged 7–11 years at RPTRA (Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space) Satria Jelambar. The program was implemented in three stages: preparation, execution (through psychoeducation and interactive games), and evaluation. Its effectiveness was assessed using a pretest-posttest design with questionnaires, and the data were analyzed descriptively. The results indicated that the anti-bullying education program was effective in increasing children’s understanding of bullying and encouraging more positive social behavior in play environments, making it a promising early prevention strategy.

Abstract

Kepercayaan masyarakat merupakan elemen krusial bagi keberlangsungan pemerintahan yang demokratis. Namun nyatanya, berbagai fenomena empiris menunjukkan bahwa pernyataan dan perilaku komunikasi pejabat publik yang tidak etis, tidak sensitif, atau tidak berbasis data kerap memicu kontroversi dan berkontribusi pada penurunan kepercayaan publik terhadap pemerintah. Meskipun kajian mengenai kepercayaan publik telah banyak dilakukan, studi literatur yang secara spesifik memetakan peran komunikasi pejabat publik sebagai faktor utama kepercayaan masyarakat di Indonesia masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis bagaimana komunikasi pejabat publik memengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah melalui metode literature review. Sebanyak 10 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2015–2025 diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi tertentu dari basis data Google Scholar, SINTA, dan Scopus, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pejabat publik yang transparan, dialogis, partisipatif, responsif, dan beretika secara konsisten berhubungan positif dengan peningkatan kepercayaan masyarakat. Namun, efektivitas pendekatan komunikasi ini juga dipengaruhi oleh konteks krisis, karakteristik audiens, medium komunikasi, dan struktur birokrasi. Pendekatan penelitian yang dominan adalah kualitatif dan survei kuantitatif, dengan keterbatasan pada sifat kontekstual dan minimnya pengujian model teoretis terpadu. Secara ilmiah, studi ini menegaskan bahwa hubungan komunikasi pejabat publik dan kepercayaan masyarakat bersifat kontekstual dan tidak linier, serta memberikan dasar teoretis bagi pengembangan model komunikasi pemerintahan berbasis kepercayaan di Indonesia. Secara praktis, temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi pejabat publik dan humas pemerintah untuk mengembangkan komunikasi berbasis data, empati, dan partisipasi masyarakat guna memperkuat legitimasi dan kepercayaan publik secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Psikoedukasi mengenai hak dan kewajiban warga negara bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman generasi muda tentang peran mereka dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Panti Asuhan X dengan metode interaktif, seperti permainan teka-teki, penyampaian materi, dan diskusi. Peserta, terdiri dari anak-anak dan remaja tingkat SMP dan SMA, menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi selama kegiatan. Mereka mampu memahami konsep hak, seperti hak atas pendidikan, serta kewajiban, seperti mematuhi peraturan. Hasil menunjukkan metode interaktif efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman peserta, mempermudah pengaplikasian materi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kesimpulannya, psikoedukasi berbasis aktivitas kreatif dapat membangun kesadaran peserta sebagai warga negara yang bertanggung jawab. Untuk pengembangan, kegiatan serupa dapat dilengkapi dengan alat bantu visual dan materi yang lebih beragam agar manfaatnya semakin luas.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study examined therelationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenshipbehavior using a meta-analytic approach. The topic is essentialbecause servant leadership emphasizes ethical conduct, empathy, andindividual development contributing to organizationaleffectiveness. Background Problems: Previous studies havereported inconsistent findings regarding the influence of servantleadership on organizational citizenship behavior across various culturaland organizational contexts. This study examined the centralquestion: To what extent is the relationship between servant leadershipand organizational citizenship behavior consistent and significant withinAsian organizational contexts? Novelty: This research synthesized 22quantitative studies conducted across Asia, published from 2015 to2024, making it the first regional meta-analysis to systematicallyexplore the servant leadership and organizational citizenship behaviorrelationship. Prior research has been fragmented and dominated byWestern perspectives, limiting comprehensive insights intocollectivist Asian cultures. Research Methods: A meta-analysis wasconducted using data from 6,023 participants. Statistical procedures,including effect size calculation (r̂), Fisher’s Z transformation,heterogeneity testing, and publication bias assessment, wereconducted using JAMOVI version 2.6.26. Finding/Results: Theresults indicate a significant and positive correlation betweenservant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior (r̂ = 0.359,95% CI [0.274, 0.443]), demonstrating that a higher level of servantleadership is associated with stronger extra-role behaviors amongemployees. No evidence of publication bias was identified.Conclusion: Servant leadership plays a critical role in fostering extrarolebehaviors among employees in Asian organizations. Thesefindings underscore the importance of cultivating servantleadership practices to enhance collaboration, empathy, andsustainable organizational performance.
