Abstract

Character education is an important aspect that needs to be considered in the world of education. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Sari Satu program in developing the leadership spirit of fourth-grade students at Siwalan Elementary School. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were the principal, teachers, and fourth-grade students at Siwalan Elementary School. Research data were obtained from interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis techniques in this study consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The Sari Satu program is a short-term leadership rotation that provides students with the opportunity to take on the role and responsibility of a leader. This program is able to create a real-life simulation where students gain leadership skills that can be applied in life through direct experience. This is in accordance with the Javanese expression, namely Memayu Hayuning Bawana, Ambrasta dur Angkara. The meaning of this expression relates to the responsibility and role of a leader. "Memayu Hayuning Bawana" means striving to create prosperity and beauty in the world, while "Ambrasto dur Hangkoro" means eliminating all evil and injustice. The Sari Satu program effectively develops students' leadership skills. Challenges within the program need to be addressed and solutions sought. The Sari program has the potential to be developed to shape a generation with character and leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to develop KERAYA (Cultural Diversity) learning media based on the Assemblr Edu application as a form of love for the homeland for fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Banjarejo. The specific objectives of this study include: 1) obtaining the validity of KERAYA media based on Assemblr Edu in science learning for fourth-grade students; 2) obtaining the feasibility of the media as a means of instilling a love for the homeland; and 3) determining the acceptance of the media by students. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model consisting of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Banjarejo, Blora Regency, Central Java. KERAYA media contains cultural diversity material and is based on Augmented Reality (AR) with 3D visuals, 2D images, regional songs, hyperlinks, guidebooks and QR codes for easy access. Data collection instruments include expert validation sheets, teacher validation, and student response questionnaires. Data analysis techniques focused on the validity, feasibility, and acceptability of the media. The results showed that the KERAYA media obtained a validity score of 88% (very feasible category), feasibility of 95% (very feasible category), and acceptance by students of 99% (very good category). Thus, the KERAYA learning media based on Assemblr Edu was declared very valid, very feasible, and acceptable as an effective learning media in fostering a sense of love for the homeland.

Abstract

The diversity of students' learning styles requires the application of adaptive learning strategies so that learning needs can be optimally met. This study aims to analyze students' learning styles, apply differentiated learning based on learning styles, and examine its impact on IPAS learning outcomes. The study uses a mixed method with a sequential exploratory design. Data were collected through learning style questionnaires, pretest, and posttest. The results showed that 41% of students had an auditory learning style, 33% had a visual learning style, and 26% had a kinesthetic learning style. Differentiated learning was implemented through the stages of diagnostic assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. Analysis of learning outcomes showed an average score increase of 14.07, with significant paired samples test results (p < 0.0001). These findings indicate that differentiated learning based on learning styles has a positive effect on improving student learning outcomes. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of applying differentiated learning as an effective strategy to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools. Implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berdasarkan gaya belajar dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar Keberagaman gaya belajar peserta didik menuntut penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang adaptif agar kebutuhan belajar dapat terpenuhi secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya belajar peserta didik, menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berdasarkan gaya belajar, serta mengkaji dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar IPAS. Penelitian menggunakan metode campuran dengan desain eksplorasi berurutan. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket gaya belajar, tes pretest, dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 41% peserta didik memiliki gaya belajar auditori, 33% visual, dan 26% kinestetik. Implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dilakukan melalui tahapan asesmen diagnostik, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Analisis hasil belajar menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor sebesar 14,07, dengan hasil uji paired samples test yang signifikan (p < 0,0001). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berdasarkan gaya belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sebagai strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of interpersonal intelligence on mathematics learning outcomes in fourth grade students' fraction material in SD Negeri Lamper Lor Semarang. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational research design. The research sample consisted of fourth grade students in one of the elementary schools selected randomly. Data collection was carried out through pretest and posttest to determine the mathematics learning outcomes of students who have interpersonal intelligence. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis to test the influence of interpersonal intelligence on learning outcomes. The results of data analysis obtained through statistical tests, such as simple correlation and regression tests, show that there is a relationship between interpersonal intelligence and mathematics learning outcomes in fractions. Based on the correlation coefficient value of 0.732 with a significance level of 0.05, it was found that there is a significant influence between interpersonal intelligence on students' mathematics learning outcomes in fractions. This shows that the better the students' interpersonal intelligence, the better their mathematics learning outcomes in fractions material. The conclusion of this research is that interpersonal intelligence is an important factor that can influence student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects, especially fractions. Thus, teachers are expected to be able to develop learning strategies that support interactions between students to improve their interpersonal intelligence and learning outcomes. Abstract

This study is motivated by the low level of students’ understanding of the plant material in the IPAS subject for Grade IV students at SDN Tlogosari Kulon 04. This is due to the lack of engaging learning media, which leads to students being less active during the learning process. Therefore, it is necessary to develop instructional media that can help students comprehend the material and actively participate in learning. One proposed solution is the use of an AI-based animated video learning media titled "Dunia Rahasia Tumbuhan" ("The Secret World of Plants"). With this media, students are expected to more easily grasp the lesson content, thereby achieving learning objectives more effectively. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consists of all Grade IV students of SDN Tlogosari Kulon 04 in the 2024/2025 academic year, with a sample of 28 students selected using a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, tests, and documentation. The results of expert validation from the first material and media expert showed an average score of 86.8%, the second expert 97.3%, and a classroom teacher scored it at 92%, all categorized as “Excellent.” The overall average validation score was 92%. Data analysis showed an improvement in students’ understanding after using the AI-based animated video. Based on the N-Gain effectiveness test, the average score was 0.7813 or 78%, classified as “Effective.” It can be concluded that the AI-based animated video "The Secret World of Plants" effectively improves Grade IV students’ understanding of plant material.
