Abstract

  This article aims to examine the transformation of the Qur’an from oral tradition to written manuscript as a pivotal event in the history of Islamic civilization. This process involved rigorous methodological steps and visionary strategic decisions, particularly during the caliphates of Abu Bakr and Uthman ibn Affan. Using a qualitative approach based on library research, this study explores the methods of compilation, verification, and standardization of the Qur’anic manuscripts, as well as their impact on the development of Islamic sciences and the unity of the Muslim community. The codification of the Qur’an not only preserved the authenticity of divine revelation across generations but also facilitated the spread of Islamic civilization to diverse regions worldwide. In the modern context, the digitalization of the Qur’an enhances accessibility but presents new challenges, such as ensuring the authenticity of texts in the digital era. This study provides a profound understanding of the relevance of Qur’anic codification as a foundation for Islamic scholarship and identity.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Presidential Regulation (PP) no. 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Reducing Stunting from Siyasah Dusturiyah Perspective (Study of the Wajo District Health Service). In answering this problem, the author uses a normative syar'i approach and an empirical juridical approach. The data collection methods were carried out by means of interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The research results show that the implementation of Presidential Regulation (PP) no. 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Reducing Stunting in Wajo Regency has been going well where the Wajo district health office continues to strive to implement the program to accelerate stunting reduction. They distribute blood supplement tablets, get immunizations, get additional food, provide breast milk until the age of 24 months, get worm medicine , providing complete basic immunization to children, fulfilling nutritional needs since pregnancy, 1000 HPK, fostering exclusive breastfeeding for 0-6 months and healthy environmental sanitation. Siyasah Dusturiyah's Views on the Implementation of Presidential Regulation (PP) no. 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction, in essence it does not conflict with the principles of Siyasah Dusturiyah. In essence, it is intended to enforce regulations for the benefit of its people from the regulations and policies made by its leaders. Of course, effective provisions are needed to regulate their respective duties.

Abstract

This study is a study of ghalizul Qalb Perspectives of the Qur'an. The subject matter is "What is the essence of ghalizul qalb perspective of the Qur'an, how does ghalizul qalb of the perspective of the Qur'an look, and how a way of overcoming the hard heart of the perspective of the Qur'an. In answering this problem, this research is classified as library research using a multidisciplinary approach, including tafsir, theology, and Sufism. The Metode used in this study uses the method of interpreting mawdhu'i data collected by quoting and analyzing using content analysis (content analysis) of literature that is representative and has relevance or relation to the problem to be discussed reviews, and will conclude the results of the review. The results of this study show that (1) the term ghalizul qalb is contained in QS. Ali 'Imran/3:159, ghalizul qalb also has other terms including qasiyah (stiff heart), khatama (keyed heart), la yafqahun (incomprehensible heart), raib (doubtful heart) (2) ghalizul qalb form, i.e. explaining the kinds of hard hearts i.e., qalbun aglaf (closed heart), qalbun marid (aching heart), qalbun mushaffah (between a heart of faith and a sick heart), qalbun mankus (an upside-down heart), as for the signs of a hard heart that is, dependent on other than Allah, associates a lot with unhelpful things, always makes mistakes and always obeys the passions (3) the solution to overcome a hard heart can be done by acting meekly, to be forgiving, to restrain anger, to multiply the charity of shalih, and the muhasabah of oneself, as for the effect that after doing the methods of overcoming the hard heart, then one will gain happiness in the heart by the pleasure of looking at the face of god, longing in the world and seeing the afterlife and the benefit of the Khalik towards His being.

Abstract

Physical education plays a crucial role in shaping human beings holistically, yet in formal educational practice it is often narrowly understood as merely physical activity without the integration of Islamic values. This study aims to examine the concept of physical education from the perspective of the Qur'an, its relationship to physical health and the quality of worship, and its contribution to shaping healthy, strong, and noble individuals. This study uses a qualitative approach of the literature study type with the tafsir mawḍū‘ī method. Data were analyzed from Qur'anic verses, classical and contemporary tafsir literature, hadith, and the views of scholars. The research findings show that the Qur'an views the physical (jasad) and spiritual (rūḥ) dimensions as an inseparable whole. The term "quwwah" is redefined to encompass not only muscular strength but also the aspects of capability (qudrah), moral integrity (wara‘), consistency (wuṣūl), and submission (tawakkul). The Qur'anic narrative about the Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) and Thalut emphasizes that the ideal human quality is a combination of physical strength (al-qawiyy) and moral integrity (al-amīn). Quranic-based physical education plays a vital role in shaping individuals capable of optimally fulfilling the role of khalīfah through maintaining health in line with the principles of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, particularly hifẓ al-nafs (protecting the soul) for the perfection of worship. Thus, physical education is an integral component in realizing the ideals of insān kāmil.

Abstract

Tawakkal is understood as a manifestation of faith that integrates sincere effort and total submission to Allah SWT, encouraging maximal endeavor as well as a peaceful and just response rooted in trust in God. This study examines the concept of tawakkal in QS. Al‑Anfāl [8]:61 as a spiritual foundation for strengthening student character and fostering social harmony in contemporary education. The research employs a library research approach using primary sources from the Qur’an and authoritative tafsirs alongside relevant academic literature; data are analyzed descriptively through thematic interpretation (tafsīr maudhu‘ī). The findings indicate that integrating the value of tawakkal in education can enhance students’ emotional resilience, sense of responsibility, and growth mindset, and support a harmonious learning environment. This value aligns with educational directions that emphasize compassion, tolerance, and appreciation of diversity as essential aspects of character education. The study concludes that ideal education is not merely the transfer of knowledge but the transformation of moral and social values, producing generations who are both intellectually capable and morally mature, and able to contribute to peace and harmony in pluralistic societies. ABSTRAK Tawakkal dipahami sebagai manifestasi iman yang mengintegrasikan usaha nyata dan penyerahan diri kepada Allah SWT, mendorong upaya maksimal serta respon damai yang adil dan percaya kepada Allah. Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep tawakkal dalam QS. Al‑Anfāl [8]:61 sebagai landasan spiritual dalam penguatan karakter peserta didik dan penciptaan harmoni sosial dalam pendidikan kontemporer. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan sumber primer Al‑Qur’an dan tafsir otoritatif serta literatur akademik; data dianalisis secara deskriptif‑analitis melalui tafsīr maudhu‘ī. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai tawakkal dalam pendidikan dapat memperkuat ketahanan emosional, tanggung jawab, dan growth mindset peserta didik serta mendukung lingkungan belajar yang harmonis. Nilai tawakkal ini konsisten dengan arah pembelajaran yang menanamkan nilai kasih sayang, toleransi, dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan sebagai bagian dari pendidikan karakter terhadap peseerta didik . Penelitian menegaskan bahwa pendidikan ideal bukan hanya transfer ilmu, tetapi transformasi nilai moral dan sosial yang menghasilkan generasi unggul secara intelektual dan matang secara moral, serta mampu berkontribusi pada perdamaian dan keharmonisan masyarakat yang majemuk.
