Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contribute 61% to Indonesia’s GDP, yet struggle to adopt the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework balancing environmental, social, and economic dimensions. Barriers include limited capital, technological access, and insufficient policy support. This study addresses a critical research gap by systematically analyzing TBL implementation dynamics in Indonesian MSMEs through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 72 Scopus, Sinta 1-2, and nationally accredited articles (2014–2024). Thematic analysis of keywords like “MSMEs,” “TBL,” and “inclusive business” reveals two theoretical contributions: (1) stakeholder collaboration (e.g., partnerships with firms like GoTo and Telkom) bridges resource gaps through digital training and IoT-driven agriculture, and (2) localized inclusive models synergize indigenous practices with innovation to enhance resilience. Practically, the findings advocate for three policy interventions: (1) green fiscal incentives (tax breaks for eco-certified MSMEs), (2) subsidized IoT adoption, and (3) public-private mentorship programs to scale shared-value initiatives. For policymakers, this underscores the urgency to revise national MSME sustainability roadmaps by embedding sector-specific regulations and democratizing access to green technologies via digital platforms. The study also positions MSMEs as pivotal actors in Indonesia’s low-carbon transition, aligning their strategies with SDGs 8 (Decent Work), 9 (Industry Innovation), and 12 (Responsible Consumption). By demonstrating how collaboration and localized innovation overcome structural barriers, this research offers a replicable framework for emerging economies. It redefines MSMEs beyond economic agents to sustainability catalysts, advocating holistic governance that integrates grassroots wisdom with global sustainability agendas. These insights empower governments, businesses, and stakeholders to transform challenges into strategic opportunities, ensuring inclusive growth while advancing planetary well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of Project Based Learning (PJBL), Character Development and Learning Independence on the Pancasila Profile at SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya. This type of research uses quantitative. The population of this study is students in grades X and XI of the Department of Office Management at SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya with a sampling technique using a Saturated Sample with a sample of 113 respondents. Data collection with questionnaires. The analysis method was carried out by multiple linear analysis assisted by SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the variables Project Based Learning (PJBL), Character Development and Learning Independence had a positive and significant effect on the Pancasila Profile both partially and simultaneously. So it can be concluded that Project Based Learning (PJBL), Character Development and Learning Independence can affect the implementation of the Pancasila Profile. However, the influence of the three variables is still relatively low, so if a similar study is held, it is expected to complement various shortcomings and add other variables besides the variables used.

Abstract

This study analyzes the entrepreneurial leadership strategies employed by Generation Z to address challenges in the digital era. As the digital business ecosystem evolves, there is an increasing demand for innovative and adaptive leaders who can effectively leverage technology. The research methodology adopts a qualitative approach through a literature review, collecting relevant journal articles and books to identify patterns and relationships within Generation Z's entrepreneurial leadership strategies. Data are analyzed using an analytical framework to determine key themes such as entrepreneurial leadership, Generation Z, and the digital era. Findings indicate that effective entrepreneurial leadership strategies for Generation Z require a comprehensive, flexible, and forward-looking approach. Successful strategies must integrate digital literacy, character education, and relevant entrepreneurship training. This research demonstrates the value of adopting an ideal approach that emphasizes three main aspects: leveraging technology as an operational foundation, fostering collaborative and supportive leadership styles, and promoting personalized human resource development. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga dan Sumber Daya Air Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi liniear berganda. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 93 responden yang terdiri atas pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga dan Sumber Daya Air Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Responden dalam penelitian ini mencakup Pegawai Negri Sipil (Pegawai Kantor dan UPTD) P3K dan Non-ASN (Pegawai Kantor). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial variabel pelatihan kerja, komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by Prezi media on the learning outcomes and critical thinking abilities of class XI MPLB students at SMK PGRI 2 Sidoarjo in the subject of Human Resource Management. The research method used is an experiment with a quasi experimental design. The type of design used is pre-test and post-test with non-equivalent control-group. The sample consisted of 45 students from class XI MPLB 1 as the experimental class and 45 students from class XI MPLB 2 as the control class. Research data was obtained from test results, observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests, ngain tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of hypothesis testing on students' learning outcomes and critical thinking ability tests show sig. (2-tailed) with Equal variances assumed of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that and are accepted, meaning that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model assisted by Prezi media has an effect on students' learning outcomes and critical thinking skills.

learning media and determine the feasibility of the Quiz Game Learning Media with Instagram Story Filters based on Augmented Reality as an alternative to motivating Information Technology learning. It also seeks to ascertain students' motivational response in class X MPLB at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D), which adapts the development model by Reiser and Molenda, namely the ADDIE development model. There are five stages in developing this learning media: the analysis stage, the design stage, the development stage, the implementation stage, and the fifth stage, the evaluation stage. The trial of the Quiz Game Learning Media with Instagram Story Filters based on Augmented Reality was conducted on 20 students in class X MPLB at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. Furthermore, it underwent a validity test by a media expert, specifically a lecturer in educational technology from a state university in Surabaya, and a content expert validity test by an Information Technology subject teacher at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The product feasibility results from the media expert showed a value of 92.5% (Very Feasible), while the two content experts yielded a total score of 93.75% (Very Feasible), and the student response score was 93.75% (Very Feasible). In conclusion, the trial and validation of the Quiz Game Learning Media with Instagram Story Filters based on Augmented Reality as an alternative motivation for Information Technology learning for class X MPLB students at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya are highly suitable as a tool or alternative motivational media for students in learning Information Technology subjects.

Abstract

Guru perlu membuat bahan ajar yang menarik agar tercipta suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan motivasi belajar siswa meningkat. Bahan ajar yang digunakan dalam Kurikulum 2013 revisi 2017 harus berisi pendekatan ilmiah dan berpusat pada siswa yang dalam hal ini bisa berupa bahan ajar interaktif. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan penggunaan bahan ajar interaktif. Kegiatan pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif perlu dilakukan agar dapat menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru di kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah pelatihan. Prosedur Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap sosialisasi program dan pengenalan serta pelaksanaan strategi yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan praktik. Kegiatan dilakukan secara daring atau online melalui media aplikasi zoom cloud meeting dengan SMK Tunas Wijaya Surabaya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Tim PKM ini mendapatkan respon sangat baik yang dapat dilihat dari data angket respon dan testimoni guru-guru peserta pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif di SMK Tunas Wijaya Surabaya. Peserta pelatihan sangat antusias untuk mengikuti kegiatan ini sampai selesai, peserta pelatihan berkeinginan untuk dapat menerapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, dan meminta agar kegiatan ditindaklanjuti dengan kegiatan tatap muka. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Bahan Ajar Interaktif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze literature regarding marketing strategies used by MSMEs in 2019-2023, as well as analyze the impact of the use of social media by MSMEs in marketing strategies. This research uses a systematic literature review method. The number of articles found was 54, which matched the criteria and keywords of this research theme. The research results show that Sinta indexes more published articles, publication trends increase yearly, and most research types use a qualitative approach. An effective marketing strategy helps increase sales for MSMEs because it can save production costs, and social media platforms become a resource that can reach consumers widely. MSME marketing strategies via social media in 2019-2023 mostly use Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This research can be used as a reference for future research. This research can also be used as a reference for MSME owners in implementing marketing strategies, especially social media, to improve performance through product innovation and creativity in marketing.

Abstract

In accordance with the skills needed by human resources in the 21st century, education is one of the steps to be able to improve these skills. Learning implemented in schools is expected to be able to develop students' skills, one of which is in the use of information technology. In the world of education, electronic records management is one of the important competencies, especially for SMK students majoring in Office Management and Business Services (MPLB). However, observations at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya show that learning electronic records management has not been optimal. The use of Microsoft Access as learning media has various limitations, so that more than 50% of students are not yet skilled in electronic records management. For this reason, technology-based learning media such as the web-assisted electronic archive system application (Star App) is required. Star App is designed to facilitate students in practising electronic archive management, including data entry, archive retrieval and archive retention. This application is equipped with electronic archive theory material that makes it easier for students to understand concepts and practices. Previous research proves that web-based learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes and skills. Thus, the development of Star App is expected to improve the quality of electronic archiving learning and students' skills in facing the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan keterampilan dan kompetensi guru dalam kesiapan menuju SMK berbasis teaching factory, membangun mindset dan konsep teaching factory pada guru SMK dalam rangka meningkatkan pembelajaran berbasis project-based learning. Metode pengabdian menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR) tipe ekplanatif dengan tiga langkah kegiatan yaitu identifikasi masalah, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Peserta dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, kepala program, dan guru SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Semarang yang berjumlah 20 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan 2 tahap yaitu penyampaian materi dan pelatihan dan pendampingan praktik. Hasil kegiatan ini tahap penyampaian materi 80% peserta sangat memahami pengelolaan pembelajaran PjBL melalui new teaching factory. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan didapatkan 97,5% peserta siap merancang dan melaksanakan PjBL berbasis teaching factory dalam menuju kesiapan prodi berbasis teaching factory. Rencana tindak lanjut yang diperlukan berikutnya adalah pendampingan dalam pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan PjBL sesuai dengan desain yang telah dibuat oleh guru dan kepala sekolah di kegiatan pengabdian ini.
