Abstract

Grandemultipara are women who give birth more than four times usually experience complications in pregnancy and childbirth. Grandemultipara or better known as mothers who give birth more than 4 times can cause various pregnancy complications that will be experienced by the mother, one of which is bleeding. Grandemultipara pregnancies are included in high-risk pregnancies, because complications can occur either during pregnancy or childbirth. The K-NN algorithm can be applied in the process of diagnosing human diseases, so several references are taken including those used in diagnosing several diseases. With the K-NN algorithm that will be used in this study, where data on symptoms of Grandemultipara disease obtained from an expert is processed according to the algorithm to produce accurate diagnostic information for Grandemultipara disease. Analysis of the K-NN method is able to provide information and solutions in solving the problems of Grandemultipara disease.

Abstract

Fertilizer is a material that is given to the soil or plants to meet the nutritional needs of the plant. Fertilization needs to be done rationally according to plant needs. In the supply of fertilizer, farmers have difficulty in determining the best fertilizer for their crops, making it difficult to choose which fertilizers are good for their crops. In determining the best fertilizer, a decision support system can be used as an alternative to help someone make decisions more effectively and efficiently by utilizing certain data and models. To solve the existing problems, it is necessary to conduct research in decision making using the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) and Weight Product (WP) Methods which can produce decisions based on the best fertilizer criteria that will be purchased by customers. The Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method is one of the simplest and easiest methods to understand its application, this method is also part of the MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision Making) method in evaluating the value of each alternative. The Weight Product (WP) method is a method using multiplication to relate the attribute rating, where the rating of each attribute must be ranked with the attribute weight in question. From the results of the implementation of this system, it can be concluded that using the Weighted Sum Model and Weight Product method can help customers in the decision-making process for choosing the best fertilizer to use on their plants.

Abstract

Teknologi pembelajaran terus mengalami perubahan seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang terus berubah. Revolusi Industri 4.0 berdampak kepada tenaga pendidik yang juga dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Perkembangan dan penggunaan teknologi komputer dalam sistem pendidikan dapat membuat reformasi untuk sistem pendidikan yang lebih baik lagi. Untuk melakukan peningkatan dalam hal kompetensi dan kemampuan oleh tenaga pendidik, maka dalam proses peningkatan kualitas belajar mengajar yang diberikan oleh pihak sekolah kepada anak didiknya maka dibuatlah sebuah pelatihan kepada tenaga pendidik lewat pemanfaatan program pengabdian masyarakat seperti pelatihan Computer Based Learning (CBT) kepada tenaga pendidik khususnya satuan Pendidikan Menengah Pertama (SMP) yang berada di Kab. Langkat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, dan praktek secara langsung dengan CBT. Diharapkan kepada tenaga pendidik, setelah menghadiri acara pelatihan ini, guru memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang model percontohan digitalisasi sebab digitalisasi merupakan salah satu dampak langsung dari kemajuan teknologi yang tak dapat dihindari. Oleh karena itu sebagai tenaga pendidik kita harus siap untuk menerima dan beradaptasi dengan kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi tersebut.

Abstract

Rocks or urinary tract stones are small and hard deposits that form in the kidneys, urinary tract and often cause pain when urinating, due to lack of public knowledge about the problem of coral disease, and to find out about this situation, people usually do an examination at the home. Sick or Doctor. However, not everyone can do this, this can be due to insufficient economic factors or long distances to visit the doctor, there are also weaknesses in the limited working hours of the doctor's practice. Therefore, innovations and solutions are needed in these conditions, namely by utilizing computer technology to build an expert system that has the ability as a doctor in making diagnoses. This study aims to create an expert system analysis with the Dempster Shafer method that can help doctors and physician assistants, or the general public in diagnosing coral stone disease. The results of this study indicate that with the analysis of the Dempster Shafer method, more optimal and accurate diagnostic results related to coral disease are available to the general public and can assist in the examination of coral disease.

Abstract

Hematology oncology is a blood cancer that is quite worrying because it is identical to a condition that leads to death and this happens all over the world, where this disease not only affects adults but can also occur in children. Some experts suspect that the cause of blood cancer is due to changes in DNA that can trigger healthy blood cells to become cancerous. The World Health Organization (WHO) has stated that blood cancer is a very serious health problem because the number of sufferers increases by about 20% per year. This condition can certainly be prevented if patients who experience this disease can be detected early. To help overcome these problems, an Android-based system was developed that can diagnose blood cancer early based on the symptoms experienced by the patient, and this system was developed through a process of adopting expertise from experts into the form of a computer-based system known as the Expert System. . In order for the results of the diagnosis to have a high level of accuracy, an appropriate method is needed in its application, for that a method with a certainty factor algorithm is used. Based on the research results, in designing an expert system that adopts the Certainty Factor method, it can be used in solving problems related to the process of diagnosing hematological oncology diseases with an accurate level of certainty, this makes the diagnosis process easier and accuracy in determining oncological hematological diseases by utilizing the system.

Abstract

Rice is a plant that has an important role for the majority of the population in Indonesia. Rice plants have a fairly high carbohydrate content. Therefore, rice cultivation is very important to be maintained. The government is targeting rice yields in 2013 to reach 72.06 million tons of dry milled grains and a surplus of 10 million tons in 2015. But in fact, this has not been realized due to disease attacks on rice plants which are quite detrimental to farmers. This is due to the lack of knowledge among Indonesian farmers about the problem of rice plant diseases. Farmers often have difficulty in consulting with an expert because of the travel time to the agricultural office which is quite far. In this expert system research, the Bayes theorem calculation method determines the probability of an event based on the effects obtained through observations. The result of the analysis of this method is an expert system analysis to diagnose diseases in rice plants along with the probability value of the diagnosed disease, which shows the level of system confidence in the disease by Bayes calculation that the conclusion with the highest value of 0.574 is Blast Disease

Abstract

Quality public health services are one of the characteristics of the country's successful development in the health sector. The Health Office has formulated a number of methods to determine the level of progress of health development at the center to the sub-districts. Every year the Lubuk Pakam Health Office collects public health data for processing so that it produces a ranking of regions with the predicate of healthy districts/cities. Data mining is a process used to extract and identify useful information and obtain some important information from data in analyzing public health data. Furthermore, the algorithm that will be used for data mining management in the case of analyzing public health data and used for cluster formation is the K-Means algorithm. The results obtained in the data grouping there are categories of patient assessment levels Very Satisfied, Satisfied, and Dissatisfied. From the results of the K-Means method, it can be concluded to improve services and health care as for the results of grouping the level of satisfaction

ABSTRAKPerkembangan zaman yang semakin maju seperti sekarang ini membuat kebutuhan masyarakat semakin meningkat pula. Terlebih lagi didorong dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi yang sangat cepat. Pengaruh perkembangan teknologi telah menjamah berbagai bidang, contohnya saja pada bidang Penyedia Jasa Profesional Event Organizer (EO). Teknologi telah masuk didalamnya sebagai alat bantu untuk mengerjakan suatu pekerjaan ataupun melakukan identifikasi seperti kelayakan seorang EO untuk menjalankan suatu acara.Oleh karena itu dalam menentukan EO perlu dirancang suatu sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis atau yang disebut MOORA. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu memecahkan masalah dan diharapkan sistem ini membantu pengguna jasa yang ingin menggunakan jasa EO, sehingga tidak mendapat kekecewaan ketika berlangsungnya event tersebut.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Metode Moora, Even Organizer

Abstract

Ketidaktahuan orang awam untuk mendiagnosa kelainan orientasi seksual maka dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan sistem pakar. Sistem pakar merupakan sistem yang berusaha mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia kekomputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah seperti yang biasa dilakukan oleh para ahli. Diharapkan dengan sistem pakar ini, pengguna dapat menyelesaikan masalah tertentu, tanpa bantuan para ahli dalam bidang tersebut.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa kelainan orientasi seksual. Salah satu metode sistem pakar  yang dapat mendiagnosa kelainan orientasi seksual pada orang dewasa adalah Case Based Reasoning (CBR). Case Based Reasoning (CBR) merupakan salah satu metode pemecahan masalah yang dalam mencari solusi dari suatu kasus yang baru, sistem akan melakukan pencarian terhadap solusi dari kasus lama yang memiliki permasalahan yang sama dan sudah pernah terjadi sebelumnya.Aplikasi yang dibangun dapat menghasilkan laporan hasil diagnosa. Laporan yang dihasilkan berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan oleh sistem telah mengadopsi algoritma Nearest Neighbour sehingga lebih akurat dan tepat.Kata Kunci— Sistem Pakar, Kelainan Orientasi Seksual, Case Base Reasoning (CBR), Nearest Neighbour.

Abstract

The Simalungun Batak script contained in the Batak Letter consists of several variants of forms depending on the language and region, in general there are five variants of the Batak Letter in Sumatra, namely Karo, Toba, Pakpak, Simalungun, Angkola Mandailing. This script is not widely known by the datu, namely people who are respected by the Batak community for mastering magic, fortune-telling, and calendaring so that errors still often occur in the introduction of this script, even though this script can be found in various libraries, namely the traditional books of the Batak community. By utilizing Artificial Neural Networks and using the Kohonen Self Organizing Map method which can be implemented in the Simalungun Batak Letter Recognition Application so that it can make it easier for the public to recognize the Simalungun Batak script. The results of the study that applied an artificial neural network with the kohonen self-organizing map algorithm made the recognition of the Simalungun Batak letter pattern easy for the public to recognize and could also preserve one of the cultures, namely the Simalungun Batak script and make it easier for users to implement it into the android-based application.
