Abstract

This research aims to reconstruct and integrate character values with literary appreciation through developing modules on drama learning due to students' lack of interest in learning and emphasis on learning success seen from high grades or learning outcomes, thus eliminating the essence of education to instill character values. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a development model designed by Richey and Klein, namely Design and Development (D&D) which refers to the PPE model. The data collection technique uses a validation sheet given to experts once, involving 7 learning experts and material experts as participants. Analyzed descriptively so that improvements are made to obtain the final design. With the validation results, the overall score from the experts was 94% in the "Very Good" category. It is hoped that this research can become a constructive reference for drama material by integrating character values through the modules developed

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyrakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik khususnya perancangan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam rangka penguatan literasi dan numerasi sebagai bekal fundamental di era society 5.0 bagi guru Sekolah Dasar. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru di Kabupaten Kuningan dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran dan mengenal berbagai platform pembelajaran yang dapat memperkuat kompetensi literasi dan numerasinya dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar. Sehingga, Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong guru-guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Kuningan agar dapat menyajikan pembelajaran yang inovatif dengan mengeksplorasi berbagai media pembelajaran yang variatif guna mendukung penguasaan siswa dalam bidang literasi numerasi. Metodologi yang digunakanpada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merujuk pada model training yang berdasar pada kebutuhan pelatihan (training need assesment) dengan pendekatan model deduktif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakasanakan secara daring dan luring dengan melibatkan lebih dari 100 peserta. Melalui pendampingan guru-guru Sekolah dasar dapat mengembangkan produk media literasi numerasi di SD berbasis platform phetcolorado dan canva. Simpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan media pembelajaran berdasarkan platform penguatan literasi numerasi bagu guru-guru SD Kabupaten Kuningan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran inovatif yang lebih kontekstual, adaptif, fleksibel dan sesuai dengan karakteristik dan tugas perkembangan siswa SD

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemui bahwa peserta didik di kelas V SDN 134 Panorama masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami struktur dan kaidah pantun, nilai rata-rata peserta didik dalam satu kelas juga tergolong rendah yaitu 67,56. Hal tersebut terjadi karena penggunaan model pembelajaran PBL yang kurang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dan kesesuaian materi pantun. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di atas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam menulis pantun dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think, talk, and write di kelas V SDN 134 Panorama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif dengan desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan selama dua siklus, setiap siklusnya melalui dua pertemuan yang melibatkan 25 peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pada kemampuan peserta didik dalam menulis pantun. Setelah dilakukan tindakan, pada siklus I nilai rata-rata peserta didik adalah 91,04. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata peserta didik pada siklus II adalah 92,84. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka dapat diketahui bahwa kemampuan peserta didik kelas V SDN 134 Panorama dalam menulis pantun dapat meningkat menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think, talk, and write.

Abstract

Independent living skills need to be mastered by every student both in dealing with everyday life and in the school environment in the 21st century. Students must be able to develop their life skills so they can be independent and develop optimally. This study aims to analyze the grouping of the level of choice of Independent Living Skills items in elementary schools based on the teacher's perception of students through a combination of the standard deviation value (SD) and the logit average value (Mean). The research was conducted on elementary school teachers in West Java. The analysis was carried out through the Rasch Model with the Winstep application. The results of this analysis can indicate that there are various levels of choice of Independent Living Skills items. The grouping is based on hard-to-select items with a logit value greater than +1SD; difficult categories with a logit value of 0.0 logit +1SD; easy-to-select categories 0.0 logit – 1SD; and it is very easy to select with a value smaller than -SD. From this study it can be concluded that the Independent Life Skills instrument items can identify various levels of student independence.  This instrument can be used for initial semester assessments in "Kurikulum Merdeka".

Abstract

This study aims to describe the profile of primary students' self-reliance in West Java Indonesia. This initial study is needed in order to provide a portrait of the primary student self-reliance, especially students’ independent living skills. This will be very useful for each student to be ready to face their future life. A survey is used to get the data needed. There were 366 teachers represented from 20 counties and 10 cities in West Java. They teach 92,1% at public schools 7,9% at private schools. By using Winstep for Windows and reliability 0,96 by the Rasch Model, the Mean Person Measure value of 0.27 logit shows the tendency of respondents who answer more to agree with statements. The tendency for student self-reliance is in the moderate category, which means students are able to 1) identify, explore, and analyze problems, 2) take the initiative to be self-reliant, and 3) be relied on by others. Therefore, the recommendation is to develop a micro curriculum model to support students’ self-reliance on finishing tasks or solving problems in independent living skills besides supporting those three self-reliance competence aspects at the primary school level in West Java

Abstract

This research focuses on the problems found in class V SDN 134 Panorama, where students have not shown maximum results regarding the learning material of pe- affixed words. The average class score indicates a fairly low number, which is 60.3. This is due to the incompatibility of the PBL model applied with the needs of students and the pe- affix material taught. This study focuses on improving students' ability to write pe- affix sentences by applying the Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model in class V of SDN 134 Panorama. The methodology implemented is Collaborative Classroom Action Research, which includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection in two cycles, each with two meetings involving 22 learners. The data of this research is presented in a descriptive qualitative design. Based on the results of the study, there was significant progress in the learners' ability to write pe- affixed sentences. After implementing the intervention in one cycle, there was an increase in the learners' average score from 60 to 83.33 in the first cycle, and increased to 90.90 in the second cycle. This finding indicates that the application of the Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model succeeded in improving the ability to write pe- affixed sentences of students in class V SDN 134 Panorama.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an effective microteaching laboratory model in preparing superior prospective teachers. This study was conducted through a series of stages, including needs analysis, model design, implementation, evaluation, and refinement. Needs analysis was conducted to understand the needs and expectations of microteaching course lecturers and prospective teachers regarding the microteaching practice experience. The design of the microteaching laboratory model involved the development of infrastructure, curriculum, guidelines, and supporting implementation procedures. The implementation of the model was carried out by involving course lecturers and prospective teachers in a structured microteaching practice implementation session. Evaluation was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the model based on predetermined criteria. Refinement was carried out to improve and enhance the model based on evaluation findings and to prepare prospective teachers well through structured simulation, reflection, and feedback experiences. The implication of this study is the importance of developing a learning model that is in accordance with the needs of prospective teachers to produce superior graduates in the education profession. The results of the study indicate that the development of a microteaching laboratory can improve the teaching skills of prospective teachers through simulation, reflection, and feedback provided in an environment that supports learning. The implication of this study is the importance of developing learning facilities and infrastructure that are in accordance with the needs of prospective teachers in developing their teaching skills.

Abstract

Menghadapi tantangan era digital dan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, pengembangan kompetensi digital guru di sekolah dasar menjadi krusial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi peningkatan kompetensi digital guru di SDN Bandung 1, Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan pelatihan intensif berbasis teknologi, kolaborasi antar guru, serta integrasi teknologi ke dalam rencana pembelajaran meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang interaktif. Tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, akses internet yang buruk, dan minimnya waktu pelatihan tetap menjadi hambatan. Solusi yang diterapkan meliputi penyediaan perangkat teknologi, jadwal pelatihan fleksibel, dan dukungan teknis. Transformasi ini meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan keterlibatan siswa. Kesimpulannya, penguatan infrastruktur dan pelatihan berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk mendukung inovasi pendidikan di masa depan.
