Abstract

This research aims to analyse the influence of digital literacy, creativity, and innovative solutions on the competitiveness of human resources (HR) in entrepreneurship in the digital era. The main issue raised is the low readiness of HR in entrepreneurship to strategically utilise digital technology. The research method employs a quantitative approach, with a population and sample of 100 people using the soft modeling characteristics of SmartPLS. The analysis results indicate that digital literacy, creativity, and innovative solutions have a significant impact on the competitiveness of HR.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of Social Media Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, and Brand Image on the Marketing Performance of SMEs in Cikarang. The method used is quantitative with a Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach through the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the study indicate that Social Media Marketing has a positive but not significant effect, while Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of strengthening brand image and collaborating with celebrities as effective marketing strategies for SMEs.

Abstract

The advancement of the digital technology era supports an increasingly modern way of consumer shopping, this is in accordance with various events that exist in today's society, one of which is offline shopping which has turned into online shopping. The purpose of this study is to create and develop an empirical conceptual model of how brand image and online customer review of purchasing decisions in Tokopedia E-commerce in Bekasi Regency with purchase interest become mediation variables. The results of the analysis concluded that brand image has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive influence on buying interest. Online customer reviews have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Online customer reviews have no effect on buying interest. Buying interest has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image positively influences purchasing decisions mediated by purchase interest. Online customer reviews have no influence on the buyer's decision.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of managerial competence and democratic leadership style on school quality, mediated by school-based management at SDN Sukakerta 03. The phenomenon of the problem at hand is the low quality of education in Indonesia, which is reflected in the 2018 PISA survey results. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence managerial competence and democratic leadership style have on school quality, taking into account the mediating role of school-based management. The method used is quantitative with path analysis to test the research hypothesis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers at SDN Sukakerta 03. The results showed that managerial competence and democratic leadership style have a significant influence on school quality. School-based management was also shown to mediate the relationship between managerial competence and school quality, as well as between democratic leadership style and school quality. However, this mediating effect was not statistically significant. In conclusion, improving managerial competencies and implementing democratic leadership styles can improve school quality, although the mediating role of school-based management needs further attention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the soundness of the Bank based on the BUKU 4 category which was in very healthy, healthy or quite healthy conditions, as well as to compare the soundness level in 2018-2020, namely financial reports before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. Based on the CAMEL factor : Capital, Asset quality, Management, Earning and Liquidity Risk. The proxies used are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity Ratio (ROE), Net Interest Margin (NIM), BOPO (Operating Expenditure to Operating Income), and Loanto Deposits Ratio (LDR). The population used in this study is a bank based on BUKU 4 category. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the Independent Sample T-test to compare the soundness of a Bank based on BUKU 4 categories as measured by financial performance using the Capital, Asset quality, Earning and Liquidity Risk approaches. The results of this study indicate that overall there are differences in the rating of the soundness of the Bank based on the BUKU 4 category, all Banks are in a "Very Healthy" condition. However, when viewed from the 7 financial ratios analyzed, namely CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO and LDR, the results showed that there were no significant differences in all ratios between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur di Cikarang Selatan. Data dikumpulkan dari 101 karyawan tetap menggunakan kuesioner daring. Analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (koefisien jalur = 0.276, p = 0.046) dan motivasi kerja (koefisien jalur = 0.709, p < 0.001). Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja (koefisien jalur = 0.262, p = 0.001), tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan (koefisien jalur = 0.009, p = 0.914). Motivasi kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (koefisien jalur = 0.667, p < 0.001). Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di sektor manufaktur.

Abstract

UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam pengelolaan persediaan barang, khususnya terkait pencatatan stok harian. Banyak pelaku UMKM belum memiliki sistem pencatatan stok yang teratur dan terkomputerisasi, sehingga sering terjadi selisih stok, keterlambatan pengadaan barang, hingga kerugian akibat barang rusak atau kedaluwarsa. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pencatatan daily stock berbasis Microsoft Excel bagi pelaku UMKM sebagai upaya meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan usaha. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Materi pelatihan meliputi pengenalan konsep manajemen persediaan, pencatatan stok masuk dan keluar, perhitungan sisa stok harian, serta pemanfaatan Microsoft Excel sebagai alat bantu pencatatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan pencatatan stok secara sistematis dan akurat. Penerapan pencatatan daily stock berbasis Microsoft Excel membantu pelaku UMKM dalam mengontrol persediaan, mengurangi risiko kehilangan stok, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan usaha yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan keluarga dan kebutuhan berprestasi terhadap keinginan menjadi wirausahawan pada Generasi Z, dengan sikap kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediator. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh tingginya tingkat pengangguran di kalangan generasi muda serta meningkatnya minat terhadap kewirausahaan sebagai pilihan karir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden dari mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga dan kebutuhan berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan menjadi wirausaha. Sikap kewirausahaan memoderasi hubungan antara kebutuhan berprestasi terhadap keinginan berwirausaha secara positif, namun tidak memoderasi hubungan antara dukungan keluarga terhadap keinginan berwirausaha. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran lingkungan keluarga dan dorongan pribadi dalam membentuk sikap serta niat kewirausahaan pada generasi muda.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis kedai kopi di kawasan Jababeka Cikarang semakin ketat seiring dengan meningkatnya budaya konsumsi kopi dan tuntutan konsumen terhadap produk yang berkualitas serta inovatif. Kondisi tersebut menuntut pelaku usaha kedai kopi untuk terus melakukan inovasi guna meningkatkan nilai pelanggan (customer value) dan mempertahankan keberlanjutan usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreasi menu dan memanfaatkan merchandise sebagai strategi peningkatan customer value dan pendapatan Flash Coffee Jababeka. Metode yang digunakan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan dilakukan melalui survei lokasi dan identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pendampingan pengembangan menu dan perancangan merchandise bersama karyawan, serta tahap evaluasi dilakukan melalui diskusi untuk menilai efektivitas kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan menu yang kreatif dan sesuai dengan tren konsumen mampu meningkatkan daya tarik produk, kepuasan pelanggan, serta mendorong terjadinya pembelian ulang. Selain itu, pemanfaatan merchandise berperan dalam memperkuat identitas merek dan menciptakan nilai tambah bagi pelanggan. Kegiatan ini juga berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman dan keterlibatan karyawan dalam proses inovasi usaha. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian ini membuktikan bahwa inovasi menu dan merchandise merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan customer value, memperkuat citra merek, serta mendukung peningkatan pendapatan dan keberlanjutan usaha kedai kopi di tengah persaingan bisnis yang kompetitif.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh financial technology, literasi keuangan, dan media sosial terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Bekasi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner pada pelaku UMKM serta analisis SEM-PLS, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, dengan Financial Technology memberikan kontribusi paling besar. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan layanan fintech, peningkatan pemahaman literasi keuangan, serta penggunaan media sosial secara optimal tidak hanya membantu pelaku UMKM mengelola transaksi dan mengambil keputusan secara lebih tepat, tetapi juga memperluas jangkauan pasar dan hubungan dengan pelanggan. Secara umum, temuan ini menggarisbawahi bahwa penguatan kapasitas digital dan literasi keuangan mampu menghadirkan kepercayaan diri, peluang usaha, dan keberlanjutan bagi UMKM di tengah dinamika ekonomi saat ini. Kata kunci : Financial technology, literasi keuangan, media sosial, kinerja UMKM ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of financial technology, financial literacy, and social media on the performance of MSMEs in Kabupaten Bekasi. Using a quantitative method with questionnaires for MSME players and SEM-PLS analysis, this study shows that these three variables have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, with Financial Technology making the largest contribution. These results confirm that the use of fintech services, increased understanding of financial literacy, and optimal use of social media not only help MSME players manage transactions and make more accurate decisions, but also expand their market reach and customer relationships. In general, these findings underscore that strengthening digital capacity and financial literacy can bring confidence, business opportunities, and sustainability to MSMEs amid the current economic dynamics.
