Penelitian ini membahas megenai evaluasi kinerja daun Meniran dan daun Seledri pada organ darah, hati dan ginjal. Sampel pada daun Meniran dan daun Seledri masing–masing diambil sebesar 100 mg/BB dan 50 mg/BB. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah metode response surface. Penelitian ini dilakukan dua tahap, yaitu eksperimen orde I merupakan tahap penyaringan faktor (screening) dan ekperimen orde II yang merupakan tahap optimalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang sesuai dan menghasilkan model yang optimal yaitu pada organ darah pada komponen trombosit dan pada komponen Neutrofil . Kondisi optimal pada komponen trombosit memberikan respon sebesar dengan kombinasi Meniran sebesar 67 mg/BB dan Seledri sebesar 63 mg/BB, sedangkan kondisi optimal pada komponen Neutrofil sebesar 34 mcl kombinasi Meniran sebesar 57 mg/BB dan Seledri sebesar 51 mg/BB.

Makalah ini mencoba melihat sejauh mana pengaruh jenis pupuk, varietas dan mutu benih terhadap peningkatanproduksi padi sawah si wilayah DIY pada kurun waktu 2002.Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh produksi padi sawah sangat ditentukan oleh komponen-komponen diatas. This study to analyze Undang-Undang No. 13 Year 2003 about Employment to organize the labors in order to support the investment at Batam City. This research used juridical sociological law framework. The research showed that the labors wage system at Batam City was adapted to the appropriate living standard at Batam City. The minimum wages at Batam City increased regularly and gave a negative impact in investment climate at Batam City because foreign companies had to pay a high value of wages. Because of that, the solution offered to Batam City government was to create a safe environment and stable labors wage.

Background: Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-COV 2 virus or Corona Virus. COVID-19 is declared as a world pandemic by WHO and is determined by the Government as a non-natural disaster in the form of disease outbreaks that needs to be taken integrated countermeasures including the involvement of all components of the community. The purpose of community service activities in the form of empowering youth groups in preventing the spread of covid-19 in Timang Kulon Village Wonokerto Wonogiri Village is expected to increase the understanding and knowledge of cadets related to preventing the spread of covid-19 so as to contribute to preventing the spread of covid-19 in Timang Kulon, Wonokerto, Wonogiri. Methods: Health education and Pasting the Covid-19 prevention posters in public places and distributing masks to the public. Results: The results of the post-test assessment showed that there was an increase in the knowledge of youth groups from 73% to 95% after health counseling. Conclusion: The knowledge of youth organization has increased and this activity requires follow-up, i.e. monitoring community behavior related to preventing the spread of Covid-19.

Concrete experience in the past has made the term nationalism very important in constructing Indonesian identity, as a unifying factor of diverse communities throughout the archipelago, not merely an academic, theoretical concept. The nation state ideology found its final expression in Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. But even since the birth of this Republic, ideological conflicts never stop happening. And unfortunately, since the new order regime, the meaning of nationalism keeps on being distorted, manipulated, and then decreases into phenomena of separating actions from many local communities, showing their refusal to continue to be a part of Indonesia nation state. There is a need to reinterpret nationalism through Pancasila values in the current global era. Keywords: nationalism, Pancasila, globalization

The growth and development of cattle is very dependent on the maintenance process, including the availability of feed in the surrounding environment, to meet the daily needs of cattle. In order for cow feed to be available and available, it is necessary to have a natural source of cow feed because it is easily available and has a high level of availability, namely in the natural surroundings. This natural source is in the form of grass or leaves that can be consumed directly by cattle, the availability of the feed is not influenced by weather conditions so that it can be obtained anytime and in large quantities. The grass that is available in the environment can be eaten directly by the cows, but the leaves must be processed first to make it easier for the cows to eat. For example, oil palm leaves and fronds, because the size of the palm fronds is quite large, so they cannot be directly used, it is necessary to have a chopping process so that they can be consumed by cows. Of course, the census process manually can be done but it is not effective, it requires a lot of time and a lot of effort. Based on these problems, it is necessary to mechanize the chopping process in order to simplify the process. The purpose of science and technology for the community in cattle breeder farmer groups in general is to increase the quality and capacity of production, especially cattle. Meanwhile, in particular, this IbM activity is expected to collaborate between partners and proposers from educational institutions. Partners can develop their business because they can meet the need for more animal feed through appropriate technology machines in the form of animal feed chopper machines, while institutions can apply science and technology directly and apply their knowledge into appropriate technology and can also introduce Polman educational institutions to the wider community.

ABSTRACT One of the elements of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education is Community Service (PKM) which in its implementation is an integral part of the other two dharmas. Its implementation must also involve the entire academic community, namely: lecturers, education staff, students and alumni. SMK SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINEES (STB) which is located at Jln. H. Sulaeman No. 1 RT 01, RW 16 Tugu Sawangan, led by a school principal, namely Nining Nurningsih M. Pd. SMK SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINEES (STB) has 35 teachers, 750 students. The problem currently faced is the lack of change in schools. The principal as a leader is required to have the right alternative solutions to improve the existing school conditions. However, to make changes requires consideration and the right way. If a principal makes changes to the school in an inappropriate manner, this is most likely the result of unstructured communication patterns between the foundation, teachers and staff. Many work programs are made without coordination between the Foundation and teachers. So that school development looks stagnant, because all activities covering the 8 national education standards (SNP) are not fulfilled. This is due to a lack of motivation, so that the teamwork that is built is less solid in carrying out the school work program, the lecturers of the D-III Secretariat of Pamulang University feel called to help the foundation, teachers, and staff in solving the problems they face. Leadership requires the active use of the ability to influence other parties and within a certain time can achieve the organizational goals that have been set. Leadership is the power to influence someone, whether doing something or not doing something, subordinates are led from not by telling or pushing from behind. The problem that always exists in discussing the leadership function is the institutionalized relationship between the leader and those who are led according to mutually agreed rules of the game. ABSTRAK Salah satu unsur Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi adalah Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dalam pelaksanaannya merupakan satu kesatuan dengan dua dharma lainnya. Pelaksanaannya pun harus melibatkan segenap civitas akademika, yaitu: dosen, tenaga kependidikan, mahasiswa serta alumni. SMK SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINEES (STB) yang beralamat di Jln. H. Sulaeman No. 1 RT 01, RW 16 Tugu Sawangan, yang dipimpin oleh seorang Kepala Sekolah yaitu Nining Nurningsih M. Pd. SMK SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINEES (STB) mempunyai guru sejumlah 35, siswa 750. Persoalan yang dihadapi pada saat ini adalah kurangnya perubahan di sekolah. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dituntut memiliki alternatif solusi yang tepat untuk memperbaiki kondisi sekolah yang ada. Namun demikian, untuk melakukan perubahan memerlukan pertimbangan dan cara yang tepat. Jika seorang kepala sekolah melakukan perubahan di sekolah dengan cara yang tidak tepat, Hal ini kemungkinan besar diakibatkan oleh pola komunikasi yang tidak terstruktur antara yayasan, guru dan staff. Banyak program kerja yang dibuat tanpa adanya koordinasi antara Yayasan dengan guru. Sehingga perkembangan sekolah terlihat stagnan, Karena semua kegiatan yang mencakup 8 standar nasional pendidikan (SNP) tidak terpenuhi. Hal tersebut disebabkan kurangnya motivasi, sehingga teamwork yang dibangunpun kurang solid dalam menjalankan program kerja sekolah, dosen Prodi D-III Sekretari Universitas Pamulang merasa terpanggil membantu yayasan, guru, dan staf dalam memecahkan persoalan yang mereka hadapi. Kepemimpinan membutuhkan penggunaan kemampuan secara aktif untuk mempengaruhi pihak lain dan dalam waktu tertentu dapat mewujudkan tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan. Kepemimpinan merupakan kekuasaan untuk mempengaruhi seseorang, baik dalam mengerjakan sesuatu atau tidak mengerjakan sesuatu, bawahan dipimpin dari bukan dengan jalan menyuruh atau mondorong dari belakang. Masalah yang selalu terdapat dalam membahas fungsi kepemimpinan adalah hubungan yang melembaga antara pemimpin dengan yang dipimpin menurut rules of the game yang telah disepakati bersama. Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman isi dongeng dengan penggunaan media gambar seri pada siswa kelas 1 SDK Mater Dei Pamulang. Kegiatan ini merupakan perwujudan visi Program Studi Sastra Indonesia Universitas Pamulang sekaligus wujud kontribusi prodi dalam bidang bahasa dan sastra melalui media dongeng. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode komunikasi sinkronik yakni dengan memanfaatkan media komunikasi video conference melalui zoom meeting secara bersamaan. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdiri dari lima orang dosen dan lima orang mahasiswa Program Studi Sastra Indonesia Fakultas Sastra Universitas Pamulang. Pada saat pelaksanaan program, gambar seri diperlihatkan kepada siswa dengan menyesuaikan dongeng yang sedang dibacakan. Dengan kata lain, dongeng yang akan diceritakan dibuat dalam bentuk gambar seri terlebih dahulu. Kata Kunci: pemahaman, isi dongeng, media gambar seri, SDK Mater Dei Pamulang Abstract This Community Service activity aims to improve the understanding of the content of fairy tales by using serial image media for grade 1 students, SDK Mater Dei Pamulang. This activity is a manifestation of the vision's the Indonesian Literature Study Program, Pamulang University, as well as a form of the study program's contribution in the field of language and literature through the media of fairy tales. This activity is carried out using the synchronous communication method, namely by utilizing video conference communication media through zoom meetings simultaneously. The community service team consists of five lecturers and five students of the Indonesian Literature Study Program, Faculty of Letters, University of Pamulang. During the implementation of the program, series pictures are shown to students by adjusting the fairy tale being read. ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship plays a very vital role in the economic growth of a country, including Indonesia, the role of entrepreneurship in Indonesian economy not only helps the government and society to increase per capita income, but also includes job creation for the people of Indonesia. Seeing the importance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to support the Indonesian economy going forward, the Government of Indonesia is aggressively continuing to improve Indonesia's infrastructure, as well as economic growth centers, such as the inauguration of the Mandalika Circuit of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), 18 -20 March which initiated the emergence of many entrepreneurs. Indonesia's entrepreneurship ratio is only around 3.47 percent, and this figure is quite low when compared to fellow ASEAN countries such as Singapore which reached 8.76 percent, Thailand 4.26 percent and Malaysia 4.74 percent. "Some experts say that a country can be said to be developed if it has an entrepreneur ratio of around 10-14 percent,". Looking at the size of Indonesia's population and abundant natural resources, it is certainly not impossible that Indonesia will soon become a developed country if it is supported by reliable human resources. The number of productive population aged between 25 – 54 years is quite large, which is around 113 million (42.56%), so the Indonesian market is a large market that is targeted by many countries in the world. To become a reliable entrepreneur requires high motivation and has self-confidence and dares to take business risks, has a strong leadership spirit and able to see business opportunities by looking at the life around oneself and can provide solutions to problems that are a source of community dissatisfaction by offering new ideas and effective solutions. Seeing the importance of entrepreneurship in the future which will help to make a nation progress, the Secretarial Study Program - Pamulang University in the implementation of its International Community Service (PKM) entitled "Creating and Shaping The Entrepreneurial Mind to Face the Digital Era Society" conducted an online event on March 24, 2022 by Inviting an Entrepreneur Mr. Diwakar Saraswat CEO of Vorx Information System Pty., Ltd. which is engaged in Integrated Information system software based in Melbourne – Australia. It is hoped that with the presence of PKM regarding entrepreneurship, it will boost the interest of students, start up entrepreneurs in South Tangerang (MSMEs) who are also invited to get enlightenment about entrepreneurship. Key words : Entrepreneurship, Micro small medium enterprises, motivation ABSTRAK Kewirausahaan memainkan peran yang sangat vital dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi sebuah negara termasuk Di Indonesia, peran wirausaha didalam perekonomian Indonesia tidak saja membantu pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan perkapita, akan tetapi juga meliputi pembukaan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Melihat akan pentingnya Usaha Mikoro kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk menopang ekonomi Indonesia kedepan, maka Pemerintah Indonesia dengan gencar terus memperbaiki infra struktur Indonesia, demikian juga dengan pusat- pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi terus digalakan seperti diresmikan Sirkuit Mandalika Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), 18-20 Maret yang menginisiasi banyaknya bermunculan wirausahawan. Rasio kewirausahaan Indonesia baru berkisar antara 3,47 persen, dan angka ini cukup rendah bila dibandingkan dengan sesama negara ASEAN seperti Singapura yang mencapai 8,76 persen, Thailand 4,26 persen serta Malaysia 4,74 persen. "Beberapa Pakar mengatakan bahwa bahwa suatu negara dapat dikatakan maju apabila mempunyai rasio wirausahawan berkisar 10-14 persen,", kalau melihat jumlah penduduk Indonesia yang cukup besar, serta sumber daya alam yang melimpah tentunya bukan mustahil Indonesia akan segera menjadi negara maju apabila di topang sumber daya Manusia yang handal. Jumlah penduduk yang produktif berusia anta 25 – 54 tahun cukup besar yaitu sekitar 113 juta(42,56%) maka pasar Indonesia merupakan pasar yang besar yang diincar oleh banyak negara di Dunia. Untuk menjadi seorang wirausahawan yang handal diperlukan motivasi yang tinggi serta mempunyai kepercayan diri serta berani mengambil resiko usaha., mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat serta dapat melihat peluang bisnis dengan melihat kehidupan sekelilingnya serta dapat memberikan solusi terhadap masalah yang menjadi sumber ketidak puasan masyarakat dengan menawarkan pemikiran baru dan solusi yang tepat guna. Melihat penting kewirausahaan di masa mendatang yang akan membuat sebuah bangsa akan menjadi maju, maka Prodi Sekretari - Universitas Pamulang didalam pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Internasional nya yang berjudul “ Creating and Shaping The Entrepreneurial Mind to Face the Digital Era Society” diadakan secara Daring pada Tanggal 24 Maret 2022 Mengundang Pembicara Seorang Entrepreneur Mr. Diwakar Saraswat CEO dari Vorx Information System Pty.,Ltd. yang bergerak dibidang Integrated Information system software berasal dari Melbourne – Australia. Diharapkan dengan hadirnya PKM Mengenai kewirausahaan, akan mendongkrak minat para mahasiswa, UMKM tangsel yang turut diundang untuk mendapat pencerahan mengenai kewirausahaan.
