Abstract

ABSTRAK Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru/ustadzah pengajar Al-Qur’an di TKQ/TPQ Al-Falah yang berlokasi di Desa Cibadung RT.003/008 Kecamatan Gunungsindur, Kabupaten Bogor. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh yayasan untuk memberikan pengajaran Al-Qur’an, terutama penerapan metode kekinian yang menumbuhkan minat dan antusian para santri dalam belajar membaca Al-Qur’an. Guru ustadzah memang ada, tetapi rasio dan latar belakang pendidikan pendidik yang belum merata. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini direncanakan diawali dengan memberikan pelatihan berupa penyampaian materi menggunakan media pembelajaran seperti laptop, projector, alat peraga dan sound system. Selanjutnya dilakukan praktik/simulasi yang merupakan kegiatan lanjutan yang dilakukan oleh pelaksana PKM terhadap kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah para guru/ustadzah pengajar TKQ/TPQ Al-Falah dapat mengajarkan anak didik/santri dengan metode Al-Bana yang lebih edukatif dan interaktif sehingga para santri lebih mudah dan cepat menguasai cara membaca Al-Qur’an. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Motivasi, Guru, Metode Al-Bana  ABSTRACT Partners in this community service activity are teachers/ustadz who teach the Qur'an at TKQ/TPQ Al-Falah located in Cibadung Village RT.003/008 Gunungsindur District, Bogor Regency. The main problem faced by partners is the limited human resources owned by the foundation to provide Al-Qur'an teaching, especially the application of contemporary methods that foster the interest and enthusiasm of the students in learning to read the Qur'an. Ustadzah teachers do exist, but the ratio and educational background of educators are not evenly distributed. The method of implementing this PKM activity is planned to begin with providing training in the form of delivering material using learning media such as laptops, projectors, props and sound systems. Furthermore, practice/simulation is carried out which is a follow-up activity carried out by the PKM implementer for the training activities that have been carried out. The result of this activity is that the teachers/ustadz who teach TKQ/TPQ Al-Falah can teach students/santri with the Al-Bana method which is more educative and interactive so that students can more easily and quickly master how to read the Qur'an. Keywords: Management, Motivation, Teachers,  Al-Bana Method

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bekerja sama dengan mitra SDN 1 Galagamba yang berlokasi di Jalan Jend. Urip Sumoharjo No. 174  Desa Galagamba Kecamatan Ciwaringin, Kabupaten Cirebon 45167, Jawa Barat. Tujuan  dari PKM membangun kerjasama  antara perguruan tingggi  khususnya  program studi  Sekretari D-III dengan SDN 1 Galagamba,  PKM ini  adalah wujud dari implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi  dalam berbagi ilmu pengetahuan  yang  dimiliki  oleh dosen  kepada  para guru  khusunya SDN 1 Galagamba. Metode  yang digunakan   dalam pelatihan leadership kepada  guru  ini  dilakukan   dengan cara  tatap muka  yang   diadakan di Aula  SDN 1  Galagamba,  Ciwaringin., di mana   setiap dosen memberikan pelatihan secara  bergantian sesusai dengan  waktu  yang  diajukan  oleh tim PKM  ( 24  s/d  26 maret 2022). Hasil kegiatan ini adalah guru mempunyai kepercayaan diri (self confident) dalam mengelola kelas,  apa pun status kepegawaianya baik PNS maupun masih senagai  tenaga honorer/Guru Tidak Tetap (GTT) sehingga dapat mengendalikan anak didik  dalam kegiatan belajar-mengajar , menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif sehingga siswa dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan tenang, mendorong siswa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan semaksimal mungkin, serta menghilangkan berbagai hambatan yang dapat menghalangi terwujudnya interaksi pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Leadership , Guru, Pengelolaa Kelas, Efektivias Pembelajaran  ABSTRACT This community service activity is in collaboration with SDN 1 Galagamba partners located on Jalan Jend. The purpose of PKM is to build cooperation between universities, especially the D-III Secretarial study program with SDN 1 Galagamba, this PKM is a manifestation of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in sharing knowledge possessed by lecturers to teachers, especially SDN 1 Galagamba. The method used in leadership training for teachers is done face-to-face which is held in the SDN 1 Galagamba Hall, Ciwaringin., where each lecturer provides training in turn according to the time proposed by the PKM team (24 to 26 March 2022). . The result of this activity is that teachers have self-confidence in managing the class, regardless of their employment status, whether they are civil servants or still as honorary staff/non-permanent teachers (GTT) so that they can control students in teaching and learning activities, creating a conducive learning atmosphere. so that students can take part in learning calmly, encourage students to develop their abilities as much as possible, and eliminate various obstacles that can hinder the realization of learning interactions. Keywords: : Leadership, Teachers , Class Management, Learning Effectiveness

Abstract

ABSTRACT From year to year, the number of students at SMK Dwi Putra has stagnated in increasing the number of students and does not show enthusiasm to work for teachers and staff. Even though the location of this school is very strategic, which is in front of Jalan Raya Aria Putra, Serua Ciputat, South Tangerang City, Banten Province. Our team sees this problem as a result of unstructured communication patterns between the foundation, teachers and staff. The foundation's work program was created without coordination with teachers, which made teachers not motivated to run the program. Building solid teamwork with edutainment learning is a solution for creating teacher motivation at work. Educational and entertainment contents are harmoniously combined to create enjoyable learning. The results of this activity are expected to provide a comfortable working atmosphere that can increase the motivation of teachers, which in turn will have an impact on the progress of schools and foundations. Keywords: Motivation, Edutainment Learning, and Teamwork ABSTRAK Dari tahun ke tahun, jumlah siswa SMK Dwi Putra mengalami stagnansi pertambahan jumlah muridny serta tidak menampakkan kegairahan bekerja pada guru dan stafnya. Padahal letak sekolah ini sangat strategis yaitu di depan jalan Raya Aria Putra, Serua Ciputat Kota Tangerang Selatan Provinsi Banten. Tim kami melihat persoalan ini sebagai akibat pola komunikasi yang tidak terstruktur antara yayasan, guru dan staf. Program kerja yayasan dibuat tanpa koordinasi dengan guru yang membuat para guru tidak termotivasi dalam menjalankan program tersebut. Membangun teamwork yang solid dengan pembelajaran edutainment merupakan solusi bagi terciptanya motivasi para guru dalam bekerja. Muatan pendidikan dan hiburan dikombinasikan secara harmonis untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberi nuansa kerja yang nyaman yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi para guru, yang mana selanjutnya akan berakibat pada kemajuan sekolah dan yayasan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Pembelajaran Edutainment, dan Teamwork

Abstract

       Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah kegiatan yang mencangkup upaya-upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia antara lain dalam hal perluasan wawasan, pengetahuan maupun oeningkatan keterampilan yang dilakukan oleh Civitas Akademika sebagai perwujudan dharma bakti serta wujud kepedulian untuk berperan aktif meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan keterampilan anggota masyarakat. Rumah Sakit Permata Pamulang adalah salah satu rumah sakit swasta yang bergerak dalam dalam bidang jasa kesehatan di wilayah Kota Tangerang Selatan.Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini antara lain adalah untuk mengetahui etika komunikasi dalam menangani keluhan pasien di Rumah Sakit Permata Pamulang, dan untuk mengetahui cara menerima keluhan pasien di Rumah Sakit Permata Pamulang.       Berdasarkan hasil pelaporan kegiatan dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: etika komunikasi dalam menangani keluhan pasien pada rumah sakit permata pamulang yaitu: menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada pasien, menjelaskan penyebab utama terjadinya keluhan pasien, menawarkan solusi terhadap keluhan pasien, mengkonfirmasi ulang kesediaan pasien menerima solusi yang ditawarkan, menawarkan alternatif solusi penanganan keluhan pasien, menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih terhadap kesediaan pasien menerima alternatif solusi, dan memberikan informasi mengenai standar layanan prima rumah sakit secara lengkap. Lalu cara menerima keluhan pasien di rumah sakit permata pamulang antara lain adalah mendengarkan keluhan pasien sepenuhnya, tanpa memotong, mengkonfirmasi ulang keluhan pasien, menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang dialami pasien, dan menyampaikanKata Kunci   : Etika; Komunikasi; Pasien

Abstract

Respiratory failure can be characterized by a decrease in oxygen saturation. Oxygen saturation is the percentage of hemoglobin about oxygen in the arteries. Normal oxygen saturation is in the range of 95% - 100%. The cause of respiratory failure can occur due to pulmonary disorders such as pneumonia, sepsis, heart failure, or neurological disorders. Airway obstruction is a condition in which a person is unable to expel secretions effectively, this condition can lead to respiratory failure. Suction aims to free the airway, reduce the buildup of secretions, and prevent lung infections. This literature review is to determine the effect of endotracheal tube suction on the oxygen saturation of patients with respiratory failure. Search from scientific publications or research journals related to the effect of endotracheal tube suction on the oxygen saturation of patients with respiratory failure. Each scientific publication or research journal has been selected based on inclusion criteria.  The results of the nine articles or journals analyzed showed that there was an effect of endotracheal tube suction on the oxygen saturation of patients with respiratory failure as indicated by the p-value <0.05.  There is an effect of endotracheal tube suction on the oxygen saturation of patients with respiratory failure.

Abstract

This PKM activity aims to increase the income of the community, especially housewives in Sungailiat District, Bangka Regency. The program carried out is processing coconut coir into pots and cocopeat. Sungailiat District has a lot of coconut tree plants belonging to the surrounding community, especially in the coastal area. One of the partners for PKM activities is Mr. Karyadi, whose address is in Rebo Village, Sungailiat District, Bangka Regency. Problems that arise in the production process include the length of time required for the process of taking coconut coir and cocopeat powder, which is ± 10 days. Because the process of taking it must be soaked and beaten. The implementation of this activity is carried out by field observation, machine design, machine manufacturing, operation and maintenance training and monitoring and evaluation. The results of this PkM show that the manufacture and procurement of coco decomposing machines for partners has been well realized. There is still a process left because there is an outer part of the coconut husk that is still attached to the machine. This is due to the distance between the wall and the crushing blade having a distance of approximately 15 mm.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Etika Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT. Kaliraya Indah Manufacturing Ltd Cikokol Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, sampel yang di dapat sebanyak 85 responden dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji f. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Etika Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja yang dibuktikan dari hasil persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=3,111+0,898 X1 dan nilai Thitung ≥ Ttabel (7,905 ≥ 1,989) dengan nilai signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05) dan nilai koefisien determinasinya sebesar 63%. Pengalaman Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja yang dibuktikan dari hasil persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=15,609 + 0,883 X2 dan nilai Thitung ≥ Ttabel (5,222 ≥ 1,989) dengan nilai signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05 ) dan nilai koefisiennya sebesar 51,1% . Etika Kerja (X1) dan Pengalaman Kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja yang dibuktikan dari hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 0,199 + 0,646 X1+ 0,465 X2 dan nilai Fhitung ≥ Ftabel (106,825 ≥ 3,110) dengan nilai signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 72,3%. Kata Kunci: Etika Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja dan Prestasi Kerja Karyawan  ABSTRACT This study aims to determine "The Influence of Work Ethics and Work Experience on Employee Work Performance" either partially or simultaneously at PT. Kaliraya Indah Manufacturing Ltd. Cikokol Tangerang City. The research method used in this research is the quantitative method, the sample obtained is 85 respondents using a saturated sample. The data analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. The results of the study show that Work Ethics (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work performance as evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression equation Y = 3.111 + 0.898 X1 and the value of Tcount ≥ T table (7.905 ≥ 1.989) with a significant value  ≤  0.05 (0.000  ≤  0.05) and the coefficient of determination is 63%. Work Experience (X2) has a positive and significant effect on work performance as evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression equation Y = 15.609 + 0.883 X2 and the value of Tcount  ≥  Ttable (5.222  ≥  1.989) with a significant value of  ≤  0.05 (0.000  ≤  0.05 ) and the coefficient value is 51.1%. Work Ethics (X1) and Work Experience (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Work Performance as evidenced by the results of the multiple linear regression equation Y=0.1990.646 X1 + 0.465 X2 and the value of Fcount ≥ Ftable (106.825 ≥ 3. 110) with significant value ≤ 0.05 (0.000 ≤  0.05) with a coefficient of determination of 0.723, which means that the influence of work ethics and work experience on employee performance at PT. Kaliraya Indah Manufacturing Ltd. Cikokol Tangerang City by 72.3% while the remaining 27.7%. Keywords: Work Ethics, Work Experience and Employee Performance

Abstract

Preterm labor is labor that occurs when the gestational age is less than 37 weeks so that it can result in respiratory distress syndrome. One of the signs and symptoms is a decrease in oxygen saturation. If the oxygen saturation is low, it can cause reduced tissue oxygen. One way to increase oxygen saturation in premature babies is the prone position. This Literature Review discusses the increase in oxygen saturation in premature infants who are given the prone position. This research uses a literature review study with a search strategy using the PICOS framework in the pubMed, researchgate, garuda, and google scholar databases in the 2018-2023 timeframe. The results of the ten articles analyzed were the duration of the pronation position between 1-3 hours with monitoring of oxygen saturation in the first and second 10 to 60 minutes. There is an effect of the prone position on increasing oxygen saturation in premature infants with a significance value of p<0.05. The average oxygen saturation of premature babies after being given a prone position has increased by 94% -99%. There is an increase in oxygen saturation in premature infants after the prone position is performed.

Abstract

SMAW (Shield Metal Arc Welding) welding is a welding process by joining two or more metal materials using a wrapped electrode as heat energy to melt the material. In this study, the SMAW welding machine was tested at the Polman Babel mechanical workshop to determine the difference (difference) between the current output value of the welding machine and the value indicated by the measuring instrument during welding. Then the deviation number is compared with the permissible current tolerance using the British Standard BS 7570:2000 reference standard, which is 10%. Welding machines that will be tested are 2 models, namely ewm pico 300 and Miller gold star 402 as many as 6 pieces. This research uses St37 steel and the current variations used are 75A, 150A and 225A on the ewm pico 300 and 99A, 198A, and 270A on the miller gold star 402 engine. within the tolerance limit where the largest deviation is found in machine 2 setting 75A, which is 7.46%. On the miller gold star 402 machine, there are 2 machines showing current deviations that are outside the permissible tolerances, which at engine 2 settings 198A and 270A are 16.4% and 10.9%, engine 3 all currents are 19.7%, 19 ,1%, 16,2%.

Abstract

Penanggulangan TBC secara nasional menggunakan Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) yang diberikan kepada penderita dalam jangka 6-8 bulan pengobatan. Keberhasilan program pengobatan TBC sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepatuhan minum obat yang lengkap sampai selesai. Tingginya angka kejadian TBC salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh ketidakpatuhan dalam pengobatan. Tujuan enelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh social support terhadap kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis. Metode literature review (LR) dimana data yang digunakan adalah database pencarian menggunakan MEDLINE (PubMed), Google Scholar, Science Direct, dan Wiley. Laporan yang diterbitkan dari 2012-2021 yang berfokus pada social support terhadap kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis jurnal, terdapat implikasi keperawatan yang dibandingkan dari 8 jurnal, ditemukan bahwa metode peningkatan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulsois dengan teknik social support berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis. Kesimpulan yaitu metode social support terbukti berpengaruh dalam upaya peningkatan kepatuhan minum obat tuberkulosis karena dalam minum obat tuberkulosis dibutuhkan waktu 6-7 bulan secara continue. Peneliti menyarankan agar petugas kesehatan, keluarga dan penderita bekerja sama dalam mewujudkan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkuloasis dengan menggunakan metode Social Support. Kata Kunci: Kepatuhan Minum Obat, Social Support, Tuberkulosis.
