Abstract

Tukad Bindu is one on the river-based tourist attractions in Denpasar Bali which has been visited by domestic tourists. However, it has not got a well planning strategy to establish this tourism sites sustainably and become a competitive destination in Denpasar City. This research aims to identify the development potential along Tukad Bindu, Denpasar, Bali, using qualitative methods and applying SWOT analysis. The research location focused on the revitalization of the river as a driver of tourism and increased agricultural productivity, tourist attractions, and active community participation. The results showed that the S-O (Strengths-Opportunity) strategy can be applied by preserving river revitalization as a carrying capacity for tourism while increasing agricultural productivity and tourist attractions. The S-T (Strengths-Threats) strategy can be done by empowering the community through active participation to overcome potential threats. The W-O (weaknesses-opportunities) strategy involves providing education and counselling through the Denpasar City Environment Agency to local communities. Meanwhile, the W-T (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy emphasizes cooperation with the government and the private sector to increase tourism promotion, develop cultural agricultural attractions, and maintain the sustainability of the program in the future. This research recommends the implementation of these strategies as concrete steps in maximizing the development potential around Tukad Bindu, Denpasar, and Bali. The implementation of these strategies is expected to have a positive impact on tourism, agriculture, and the welfare of the local community.

Abstract

Wisatawan dalam memilih tempat tinggal, cenderung menginginkan pengalam lokal dengan tinggal bersama tuan rumah di destinasi. Oleh karena itulah, pondok wisata menjadi pilihan menarik bagi wisatawan khusus Eropa repeater yang menghabiskan waktu liburannya di Ubud. Namun disisi lain Ubud yang merupakan destinasi pariwisata yang memiliki keaslian, keunikan, kekhasan serta kekhususan di dunia pariwisata internasional harus tetap dijaga dan dilestarikan walau pandemi COVID-19 telah meluluhlantakan pariwisata Ubud. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan upaya recovery terhadap pariwisata Ubud. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan bentuk kegiatannya menggunakan metode penyuluhan diikuti dengan diskusi dan praktek. Kegiatan ini menyasar pemilik pondok wisata serta karyawannya, pemuda desa dan masyarakat lain yang tertarik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuannya terkait pengelolaan pondok wisata di Desa Wisata Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan luaran berupa terbentuknya komunikasi yang lebih baik antara pengelola wisata sebagai tuan rumah dan wisatawan sebagai tamu yang berimplikasi pada kunjungan ulang dari wisatawan untuk menjadi wisatawan repeater untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat terutama masyarakat di Desa Wisata Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap manajemen perubahan dalam Pemerintah Kota Denpasar. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan. Analisis meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen perubahan. Secara khusus, kepemimpinan transformasional terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen perubahan, begitu pula dengan budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan yang efektif, budaya yang mendukung, dan komitmen karyawan dalam mendorong inisiatif perubahan yang sukses. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Perubahan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya, Komitmen Abstract This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on change management within the Denpasar City Government. Surveys and questionnaires were administered to gather data from employees, which were then subjected to validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The findings demonstrate that transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment collectively exert a significant influence on change management. Specifically, transformational leadership was positively and significantly associated with change management, as were organizational culture and organizational commitment. These results underscore the importance of effective leadership, a supportive culture, and employee commitment in driving successful change initiatives. Abstract

The decline in tourist visits and environmental management challenges at Nirwana Garden Bali highlight the need for a more sustainable development strategy. This study aims to analyze tourism development, identify the implementation of Green Tourism, and design a sustainable destination development model to enhance competitiveness and local community involvement. A qualitative approach was used to analyze the green tourism-based development model at Nirwana Garden Bali. The research was conducted in Jembrana Regency, Bali, with primary data collected through in-depth interviews, FGDs, observations, and open-ended questionnaires with managers, tourists, and local communities, while secondary data was obtained from official documents and scientific literature. The research instruments included interviews to explore management strategies, FGDs to assess social, economic, and environmental impacts, as well as observations and documentation analysis related to regulations. The findings indicate that Nirwana Garden Bali has the potential to become a sustainable tourism destination through the development of eco-friendly infrastructure and partnerships with local communities. The implementation of green tourism principles, such as energy efficiency, water management, and other environmentally friendly practices, supports sustainability. This development model adopts the Green Tourism Marketing (GTM) and Penthahelix concepts, which promote collaboration among various stakeholders to enhance destination competitiveness while preserving the natural and cultural heritage of Bali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, dan pelatihan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Adiwana Suweta. Lokasi penelitian ini di Hotel Adiwana Suweta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data primer melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan di hotel Adiwana Suweta. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Hotel Adiwana Suweta yang sebanyak 73 karyawan. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu dengan menggunakan seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Hotel Adiwana Suweta sebanyak 73 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji t dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa: motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai t-hitung 5,379 dan signifikansi 0,000. Pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai t-hitung 5,107 dan signifikansi 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh motivasi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 69,6%. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and training partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Adiwana Suweta Hotel. The location of this research is Adiwana Suweta Hotel. This research method uses a quantitative approach with primary data processing through a questionnaire given to employees at the Adiwana Suweta hotel. The population used in this study is the total number of employees who work at Hotel Adiwana Suweta, which are 73 employees. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique, by using all employees who work at the Adiwana Suweta Hotel as many as 73 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, F Test and t Test with the help of SPSS version 26 program. From the results of the study it can be seen that: motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where The t-count value is 5.379 and the significance is 0.000. Training has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 5.107 and the significance is 0.000. The magnitude of the influence of motivation and training on employee performance is 69.6%.

Abstract

Studi kasus menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke Buleleng melalui Aku-Online, tetapi survei mendalam mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat kendala informasi dan konsistensi layanan yang tersedia. Ketidakpastian ini menyoroti pentingnya memperbaiki infrastruktur dukungan teknis dan pemeliharaan sistem untuk memastikan pengalaman pengguna yang konsisten dan aman. Analisis data menunjukkan Aku-Online membuat peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan. Aplikasi ini berhasil memperkuat citra Buleleng sebagai destinasi pariwisata yang modern dan terjangkau, namun evaluasi mendalam terhadap strategi pemasaran diperlukan untuk mempertahankan daya tarik yang berkelanjutan. Sinergi yang lebih erat antara Aku-Online dengan pelaku industri lokal akan membantu memperbaiki infrastruktur pariwisata dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang ditawarkan kepada wisatawan. Secara keseluruhan, sementara Aplikasi Aku-Online memberikan kemudahan akses dan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi wisatawan, tantangan yang dihadapi memerlukan pendekatan yang holistik dan terus-menerus. Pengembangan teknologi yang lebih baik, manajemen risiko yang efektif, dan kemitraan yang kuat dengan komunitas lokal adalah kunci untuk memastikan bahwa aplikasi ini tidak hanya membawa manfaat ekonomi yang substansial, tetapi juga berkontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan di Buleleng.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) stakeholders in Badung Regency through training on processing dishes based on local food ingredients. Using a participatory training method which included counseling, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and mentoring. The study focused on improving technical skills as well as knowledge of hygiene standards and product marketing. The results showed an increase in the ability of MSME stakeholder to process local ingredients into innovative and appealing culinary products that meet market needs, while also strengthening sanitation and product quality aspects to make them more attractive to consumers. The participatory approach also encourages MSME stakeholders to actively contribute to the product development and marketing strategies, resulting in increased competitiveness and business sustainability. This study provided important contributions to MSME empowerment and the development of the local economy based on the potential of local natural resources.

Abstract

The integration of digital technology in university-level English language learning is vital for enhancing student engagement and interaction. This research develops Digital Modules using the R&D method and the R2D2 model, including stages of definition, development, and dissemination. Designed to be self-contained, independent, adaptive, and user-friendly, the modules meet modern educational needs. Evaluations by media experts, subject matter experts, and students scored 88.5%, 93.1%, and 92.6%, respectively, indicating that the modules are effective without requiring revisions. The modules aim to improve text reading skills through various activities, multimedia elements, and different text formats like news articles and essays. Conducted with 65 undergraduate Management students at the International Institute of Tourism and Business, the study shows significant improvements in reading skills. The modules are highly accessible, facilitating independent learning and enhancing material comprehension. The developed digital modules are suitable and effective for English language learning, meeting all objectives and criteria.

Abstract

Turisme ialah bidang penting pada pembesaran pendapatan nasional ataupun daerah. Riset ini berancang demi menelaah pengaruh promosi dan harga terhadap ketentuan konsumen demi menginap di hotel The Evitel Resort Ubud. Rancangan riset yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif kausal. Riset ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling demi menjabarkan sampel. Banyaknya sampel yang digunakan ialah 65 koresponden. Instrumen yang digunakan pada pengambilan fakta ialah kuesioner dan teknik uraian fakta yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil akhir riset ini ialah: (1) Promosi berimbas positif dan signifikan terhadap Ketentuan Konsumen demi menginap di The Evitel Resort Ubud. (2) Harga berimbas positif dan signifikan akan Ketentuan Konsumen demi menginap di The Evitel Resort Ubud. (3) Promosi dan Harga berimbas positif dan signifikan akan Ketentuan Konsumen demi menginap di The Evitel Resort Ubud. Tourism is an important area of increas national or regional income. This research is designed to examine the effect of promotion and price on consumer decisions to stay at The Evitel Resort Ubud hotel. The research design used is causal quantitative. This research uses purposive sampling technique to describe the sample. The number of samples used is 65 correspondents. The instrument used in fakta collection is a questionnaire and the fakta description technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The final results of this research are: (1) Promotion has an positive and significant impact on Consumer Decisions to stay at The Evitel Resort Ubud. (2) Price had an positive and significant impact on Consumer Decisions to stay at The Evitel Resort Ubud. Abstract

Bisnis pariwisata di Indonesia saat ini berkembang pesat. Banyaknya atraksi wisata serta perkembangan ekonomi seperti hotel, restoran, transportasi, dan biro jasa perjalanan menunjukkan hal tersebut. Dalam lingkungan ini, sangat penting untuk menyeimbangkan dan mengembangkan pilihan penginapan bagi pengunjung yang berkunjung ke Malang, khususnya Kota Batu. Penelitian ini melihat metode pemasaran yang dapat mendongkrak pendapatan di Villa Batu Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pendekatan pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pendapatan di Villa Batu Malang. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif diadopsi. Sumber data yang digunakan meliputi sumber primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada sembilan responden dari manajemen Villa Diva. Selain itu, pengumpulan data dilakukan juga melalui dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan matriks SWOT yaitu dengan memantau dan selalu update produk yang dapat disewa dengan cara membandingkan dengan pesaing, memaksimalkan lokasi yang strategis dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi saat ini, bekerjasama dengan pesaing agar Villa Diva Batu Malang semakin terkenal, membuat promosi yang menarik dan variatif dengan adanya perubahan kegiatan kepariwasataan, memanfaatkan media sosial dari segi kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan mencari peluang untuk memasarkan Villa Diva Batu Malang ke luar pulau agar dikenal. Currently, the tourism industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth. This is evident from the abundance of tourist attractions accompanied by the growth of businesses such as hotels, restaurants, transportation, and tourism service agencies. A balance and commercial growth of housing facilities for visitors visiting Malang, notably Batu City, is required. This study focuses on the marketing approach used by Villa Batu Malang to enhance income. The purpose of this research is to discover the best marketing plan for increasing income at Villa Batu Malang. Descriptive research with a quantitative approach was used as the study technique. Primary and secondary data sources are also used. A questionnaire was issued to 9 respondents from the administration of Villa Diva Batu Malang to collect primary data. In this study, two data gathering methods were used: a literature review and questionnaires issued to the 9 management responders of Villa Diva Batu Malang. Furthermore, documentation was employed as the final procedure. The results of this study are based on the SWOT matrix, namely by monitoring and always updating products that can be rented by comparing with competitors, maximizing strategic locations with current technological advances, working with competitors so that Villa Diva Batu Malang is increasingly famous, making attractive and varied promotions with changes in tourism activities, utilizing social media in terms of good service quality and looking for opportunities to market Villa Diva Batu Malang outside the island so that it is known.
