Abstract

Madhava Enterpresis ialah perusahaan Start Up yang bergerak di bidang digital marketing untuk memasarkan suatu produk jasa penginapan berupa Villa dan Hotel. Perusahaan ini belum mengetahui apakah Aplikasi Airbnb yang mereka gunakan untuk memasarkan produk apakah mampu dijadikan strategi bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya yang sama dengan PT Madhava Enterpresis dalam pemasaran Villa dan hotel. Metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan Teknik analisis berupa Analisis SWOT ialah metode yang dipakai, matriks IFAS EFAS melalui Wawancara dengan pihak perusahaan Madhava Enterpresis sebanyak 4 staff yang diwawancarai. Hasil dari riset ini bisa disimpulkan kalau (1) sisi internal diperoleh skor untuk kekuatan 1,45 dan kelemahan 0,85 dengan nilai total skor pada tabel 2,3 yang menunjukan bahwa kekuatan penggunaan Airbnb lebih besar dari kelemahaan (2) sisi eksternal diperoleh skor peluang 1,1 dan faktor ancaman 0,9 yang menunjukan bahwa peluang Airbnb lebih besar daripada ancaman. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan kalau strategi S-O adalah tindakan terbaik. Dengan mempraktikkan strategi ini, perusahaan akan bisa memaksimalkan keuntungannya serta memakai kekuatannya sekaligus menjadi lebih menguntungkan. Madhava Entrepreneur is a Start Up company engaged in digital marketing to market a lodging service product in the form of Villas and Hotels. The company does not yet know whether the Airbnb application they use to market products can be used as a strategy to compete with other companies similar to PT Madhava Entrepreneur in marketing villas and hotels. A qualitative approach method with analysis techniques in the form of SWOT analysis is the method used, IFAS EFAS matrix through interviews with Madhava Entrepreneur companies as many as 4 staff interviewed. The results of this research can be concluded that (1) the internal side obtained a score for strength 1.45 and weakness 0.85 with a total score value in table 2.3 which shows that the strength of using Airbnb is greater than weakness (2) the external side obtained an opportunity score of 1.1 and a threat factor of 0.9 which indicates that Airbnb's opportunities are greater than threats. So it can be concluded that the S-O strategy is the best course of action. By practicing this strategy, the company will be able to maximize its profits and use its strengths while being more profitable.

Abstract

Restaurant yang memiliki kualitas yang baik sangat berkaitan dengan dapur sebagai tempat pengelolahan makanan. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut melaksanakan prosedur penyimpanan bahan makanan yang baik dan benar sangat penting untuk mendapatkan kualitas makanan yang baik. Area penyimpanan bahan makanan harus bersih dan bahan makanan diletakkan sesuai dengan kategori bahan makanan yang berdasarkan pada prosedur penyimpanan bahan makanan untuk menghindari adanya kontaminasi dan pembusukan terhadap bahan makanan tersebut.adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah penyimpanan bahan makanan di Restaurant Plataran ubud hotel & spa sudah sesuai dengan standart prosedurnya. penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif yang bersumber dari observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa prosedur penyimpanan bahan makanan yang belum dilaksanakan dengan maksimal yaitu sistem FIFO tidak dilaksanakan dengan maksimal, tidak heran jika ada bahan makanan yang rusak,dan food tagging tidak berisikan informasi secara lengkap.serta terdapat karyawan yang menaruh benda tidak sesuai dengan tempatnya seperti menaruh botol minuman di chiller yang seharusnya tempat menyimpan sayuran. A restaurant that has good quality is closely related to the kitchen as a place for food processing. In this regard, implementing good and correct food storage procedures is very important to get good food quality. The food storage area must be clean and the food ingredients are placed according to the category of food ingredients based on food storage procedures to avoid contamination and spoilage of the food ingredients. the purpose of this study is to determine whether the storage of food ingredients in Restaurant Plataran ubud hotel & spa is in accordance with standard procedures. this study uses qualitative data sourced from observation and documentation. Based on the results of observations and research, it can be concluded that there are several food storage procedures that have not been implemented optimally, namely the FIFO system is not implemented optimally, it is not surprising that there are damaged food ingredients, and food tagging does not contain complete information. and there are employees who put objects not in their place such as putting beverage bottles in the chiller which should be a place to store vegetables.

Abstract

Hotel merupakan sebuah perusahaan jasa dengan produk utama kamar yang dikelola secara komersial. Setiap hotel berusaha memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi tamunya untuk. Pelayanan yang baik merupakan salah satu bentuk dari kinerja karyawan yang bekerja dalam sebuah hotel. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi berbagai hal baik itu berasal dari internal maupun eksternal. Salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi kineja karyawan adalah komunikasi dan juga lingkungan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan juga komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Le Meredien Bangkok. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 47 karyawan F&B Service di Hotel Le Meredien Bangkok. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan uji instrument, uji asmusi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Le Meredien Bangkok berdasarkan hasil uji t dan uji F. pengaruh yang dipeberikan berupa pengaruh yang positif. Kontribusi pengaruh yang diberikan sebesar 41,40% dimana angka tersebut tergolong klasifikasi kuat atau tinggi, sedangkan 58,60% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh hal lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini Hotel is a service company with commercially managed main room products. Every hotel tries to provide the best service for its guests. Good service is one form of the performance of employees working in a hotel. Employee performance can be influenced by various things, both internal and external. One of the things that affect employee performance is communication and also the work environment. The purpose of this research is to find out how the work environment and communication influence the performance of employees at Hotel Le Meredien Bangkok. The data used in this study is the result of distributing questionnaires to 47 F&B Service employees at Le Meredien Hotel Bangkok. The data obtained were processed using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and the coefficient of determination using the IBM SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and communication have a significant influence on employee performance at Le Meredien Hotel Bangkok based on the results of the t test and F test. The influence given is in the form of a positive influence. The contribution of the influence given was 41.40% where this figure was classified as strong or high, while the other 58.60% was influenced by other things not tested in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki lebih lanjut bagaimana seorang *influencer* dan pandangan tentang tempat wisata dapat membangkitkan keinginan wisatawan untuk berkunjung lagi ke Canggu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari 100 individu yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei. Data tersebut dianalisis melalui beberapa langkah pengujian, termasuk uji validitas serta reliabilitas alat ukur, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, perhitungan koefisien determinasi, serta uji F dan t, semuanya menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa *influencer* memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap keinginan wisatawan untuk mengunjungi Canggu kembali. Selain itu, perspektif pengunjung mengenai Canggu juga mempengaruhi hasrat mereka untuk kembali. Citra baik dari sebuah destinasi wisata terbukti sangat penting dalam menarik minat kunjungan ulang. Besarnya pengaruh *influencer* dan citra tempat terhadap niat kembali ke Canggu mencapai 64,4%. Oleh karena itu, pelaku bisnis dan pemerintah lokal perlu terus merawat dan memperbaiki citra positif Canggu agar wisatawan semakin percaya. Peningkatan dalam aspek keamanan dan kebersihan di area Canggu juga sangat penting agar pengunjung merasa nyaman dan memiliki pengalaman yang menyenangkan, yang pada akhirnya mendorong mereka untuk kembali. Impact of Social Media Influencers on Visitor Retention in Canggu. This research aims to examine the likelihood of visitors returning, influenced by social media personalities and the reputation of the Canggu area. The methodology used in this study is quantitative in nature. A targeted sampling method was implemented to choose 100 participants. A questionnaire served as the primary data collection tool. The analysis techniques applied in this research include testing the reliability of the instrument, conducting classic hypothesis tests, executing multiple linear regression analyses, and evaluating the coefficient of determination and the F and t tests, all processed using SPSS version 26. The findings indicate that the image of Canggu significantly and positively affects the desire for visitors to return, with social media influencers playing a key role in enhancing those intentions. Additionally, the perception of the area itself serves as an extra motivator for revisiting Canggu. The combined impact of destination image and influencers on the willingness to return is quantified at 64,4%. To enhance visitor assurance, it is essential for all stakeholders, such as business owners and local authorities, to focus on cultivating a positive image of Canggu. Moreover, improving cleanliness and safety in the area is critical for ensuring that guests feel secure and leave with memorable experiences that encourage them to return.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial TikTok dan fasilitas wisata terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan ke Pengelukatan Tirta Empul, Gianyar, Bali. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda serta uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial TikTok berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung (nilai signifikansi < 0,05), demikian pula dengan fasilitas wisata yang juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung (nilai signifikansi < 0,05), serta terdapat pengaruh simultan antara keduanya terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,655 menunjukkan bahwa 65,5% variasi minat berkunjung dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel media sosial TikTok dan fasilitas wisata, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa promosi destinasi wisata melalui TikTok yang menyajikan konten visual menarik dan viral, serta dukungan fasilitas yang memadai, bersih, dan nyaman sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan minat kunjungan wisatawan, khususnya di kalangan generasi muda yang aktif dalam penggunaan media sosial. This study aims to analyze the influence of TikTok social media and tourism facilities on tourists' interest in visiting the Pengelukatan Tirta Empul site in Gianyar, Bali. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression, along with validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that TikTok social media has a significant influence on visit interest (significance value < 0.05), as do tourism facilities, which also have a significant effect (significance value < 0.05). There is also a simultaneous influence of both variables on visit interest, with a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.655 indicates that 65.5% of the variation in visit interest can be explained by TikTok and tourism facilities, while the remaining 34.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight that promotional efforts through engaging and viral TikTok content, combined with adequate, clean, and accessible tourism facilities, are highly effective in increasing tourists’ interest—especially among younger generations who are active social media users.

Abstract

This research is a literature study or library research. The method of data analysis uses a hermeneutical approach conducted reflectively through philosophy. This study articulates that inclusive religiosity is crucial in the current global era to create a peaceful, secure, and harmonious life. Inclusive religiosity views all religions as having the same position, truth, and purpose, originating from the Supreme God. Plurality is a necessity as different paths to reach the same truth, as each seeker of truth has unique characteristics. Based on the research findings, it is revealed that inclusive religiosity in the Bhagavadgītā has at least three implications: first, it opens up a space for interreligious dialogue grounded in awareness of the Nirguṇa and Saguṇa Brahman dimensions. The consciousness between these two opens up an inclusive space with a shared understanding that each religion has its own characteristics and conceptualizations that cannot be forced into uniformity, but rather the substance of truth in each religion is eternal (directed towards the One God). Second, it builds a shared consciousness (global ethics) through collective ethical awareness of love and non-violence, crucially established to address the current crises of justice and peace. Third, it strengthens unity among humans through brotherhood irrespective of race and religion, as a unity of the family of the universe.

Abstract

Universal human values serve as the cornerstone for building national character and realizing a just, peaceful, and prosperous society. Amidst the turmoil of globalization and modernization, instilling universal human values from an early age becomes crucial. Pancasila Education as a crucial subject in schools plays a strategic role in inculcating these values. Hindu philosophy, with its rich trove of universal human values, offers immense potential for integration into Pancasila Education. This journal aims to explore the universal human values embedded in Hindu philosophy and how these values can be integrated into Pancasila Education. Integrating Hindu philosophical values into Pancasila Education holds numerous benefits for Indonesia's younger generation. These values can help them develop into individuals with strong morals, noble character, and a deep respect for universal human values. While challenges and obstacles exist, this integration can yield immense benefits for Indonesia's youth and the nation's future.

Abstract

The tourism sector has a large contribution in increasing state and regional income. Therefore, it is important to make efforts to develop tourism in Indonesia. Water Blow Nusa Dua is one of the tourist destinations on the island of Bali which has a unique attraction and can be visited by tourists. One effort that can be made to increase the number of visits is through digital tourism by utilizing technology as a promotional medium. This research aims to find out government policies, strategies and decisions in developing internet-based tourism (digital tourism) using tourism website data, internet reviews about tourism, and social networks related to the Water Blow Nusa Dua Bali tourism. The qualitative method used in the research is an internal factor evaluation (IFE) and external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix with SWOT analysis by reviewing internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) which are taken into consideration in developing digital tourism in Water Blow Nusa Dua. The results of this research found that tourism promotion through digital tourism using the internet is still not optimally carried out by the Badung Regency government so it is necessary to increase promotion through social media. This research can be used as recommendation material for the government or related parties in determining the direction of digital tourism development

Abstract

Munggu Beach is an attractive destination in Bali. With the potential for natural beauty and various activities that can be done around the beach area. The Munggu Beach destination offers a number of tourist attractions, including stunning sea views, spectacular sunsets, and various activities, such as playing beach volleyball, swimming, and water sports activities. To increase the attractiveness of Munggu Beach, four main components need to be considered: tourism attractions, accessibility, facilities and supporting services. This research aims to analyze the potential attraction of Munggu Beach for developing tourism products and improving visitor experiences. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an R&D (Research and Development) approach in Munggu Village. The research results found that with good accessibility, various facilities and adequate supporting services, Munggu Beach can become a promising destination and develop as an attractive and diverse tourist destination in Bali. This research provides recommendations for what Munggu Beach managers can do by updating facilities, promoting local culture, and improving environmental cleanliness.

Abstract

The tourism industry in Badung Regency has grown and developed very rapidly. However, this rapid progress is also accompanied by problems in the form of disparities in tourism development between regions and the emergence of overtourism phenomena. South Badung has advanced significantly in tourism infrastructure and facilities, whereas North Badung, which is rich in natural and cultural potential, still lags behind in tourism management. To prevent the widening gap in tourism development, a tourism development model oriented towards sustainable tourism is required, with a focus on the tourism villages in North Badung. One model projected to become a trend in future sustainable tourism is the Nature, Ecotourism, Wellness, and Adventure (NEWA) Tourism concept. This study aims to develop a sustainable tourism development model based on NEWA for tourism villages in Badung Regency. The study was conducted in 17 tourism villages in Badung Regency using a qualitative approach through document studies, observation, interviews, and focused group discussions. The data analysis methods used include descriptive analysis, SWOT, AHP, and QSPM. The results indicate that tourism villages in North Badung have diverse potential to be further developed based on NEWA Tourism. This study produces several sustainable tourism development models for tourism villages, namely: 1) a tourism village development model focusing on three main pillars: institutional strengthening, infrastructure improvement, and community participation; 2) a NEWA tourism product development model emphasizing inter-village collaboration and tourism product differentiation; and 3) a promotion development model highlighting the use of digital technology to expand market reach..
