Abstract

Reading and writing literacy is an important starting point for the educational process. Teachers must master the subject matter and have critical, creative, and communicative thinking skills to meet the demands of increasing educational standards. Through literacy, teachers can broaden their perspectives, gain a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter, and keep up with the latest developments in education and knowledge by developing their reading literacy. This study aims to analyze and describe the improvement of the quality of teacher teaching, namely the role of teacher reading and writing literacy in improving the quality of teaching at MTs Darunnajah Jakarta. This study uses qualitative data. Qualitative data are research findings not obtained from statistical analysis or other calculations. The data is only in the form of words. To improve the quality of teaching, teachers need to develop themselves by reading, taking training, and conducting research, based on Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, which emphasizes professionalism through certification and four main competencies, namely pedagogical, professional, personality, and social, teachers must grow as individuals through reading, training, and research in order to improve the quality of their learning. The relationship between teachers and students also impacts the success of teaching; a friendly atmosphere and emotional support can increase student motivation and engagement in the classroom. Reading and writing literacy are essential to improving the quality of educators, especially during the teaching process. Teachers with good literacy skills can better understand and internalize subject matter, create reports and learning modules, and positively influence their students' learning outcomes. Through teacher monitoring, training, and research, principals can also help improve the quality of teacher learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership principles of Ki Hajar Dewantara and their implications for educational leadership practices at SMA Taman Madya 1 Central Jakarta. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research explores the application of the concepts ing ngarso sung tulodo, ing madya mangun karso, and tut wuri handayani in the school’s managerial and pedagogical processes. The findings indicate that Ki Hajar Dewantara’s leadership values are integrated into the principal’s leadership style through exemplary behavior, empowerment of school members, and support for the independence of teachers and students. These principles contribute to strengthening collaborative work culture, enhancing character development, and creating a humanistic and participatory learning environment. The study affirms the relevance of Ki Hajar Dewantara’s thoughts in shaping educational leadership based on ethics, wisdom, and humanity.

Abstract

Pada umumnya mutu sekolah Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) belum memenuhi ekspektasi masyarakat secara optimal, karena belum dapat membantu tumbuh kembangnya kemampuan kognitif anak (berpikir logis, daya ingat), motorik (gerakan kasar dan halus), sosial-emosional (interaksi, emosi, kemandirian), kreativitas dan imajinasi serta membangun karakter dan kebiasaan baik seperti sikap disiplin, memberikan stimulasi sensorik, dan menyiapkan anak untuk jenjang pendidikan berikutnya. Penelitian berutujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan mutu sekolah TK melalaui manajemen penilaian kinerja dan kompetensi profesional guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran mixed method (sequential explanatory), dan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 68 guru dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara,  dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan uji T parsial dan uji F simultan dalam regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan mutu sekolah TK dipengaruhi oleh manajemen penilaian kinerja, dan kompetensi profesional guru baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Manajemen penilaian kinerja, dan kompetensi profesional guru memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan mutu sekolah TK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Sumber utama penelitian ini yakni observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi tertulis berupa modul pembelajaran tilawah full day. Selanjutnya untuk memperoleh sejumlah data yakni dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam tak terstruktur. penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran tilawah berbasis talaqqi dan musyafahah mampu meningkatkan bakat seni baca Al-Qur’an pada santri sekolah tilawah Al-Qur’an. Model pembelajaran tilawah berbasis talaqqi dan musyafahah ini diterapkan pada program tilawah full day. Program pertama yang mengajarkan cara bertilawah dasar dalam waktu 4 bulan dan diajarkan oleh guru-guru yang professional dibidangnya. Pada program ini juga diajarkan teknik-teknik yang menunjang pembelajaran tilawah seperti teknik olah vokal, teknik pernafasan dan sebagainya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa bakat adalah kemampuan yang akan terealisasi menjadi kecakapan nyata sesudah melalui proses belajar atau berlatih. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of educator competency management, analyze and find the contribution of educator competency management to improving the quality of Tahfiz Al-Qur'an learning, and identify strategies to improve the quality of Tahfiz Al-Qur'an learning at Primary Student One Islamic School. The method used in this study is a survey method, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations and document studies. Data analysis uses a triangulation approach, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are: First, the implementation of educator competency management at Primary Student One Islamic School is carried out through four stages, namely program planning, activity implementation, evaluation of success and follow-up or competency development. Second, educator competency management is proven to provide a significant contribution or contribution to improving the quality of Tahfiz Al-Qur'an learning at Primary Student One Islamic School. This is seen in the improvement of educator teaching quality, learning quality and student learning outcomes. Third, the strategy for improving the quality of Tahfiz Al-Qur'an learning is carried out through four strategies, including repeating memorization until it is truly memorized, understanding the meaning of the memorized verses, submitting memorization to educators and facilitating one type of mushaf.

Abstract

Tafsir bi al-ma’tsûr is said tobe the most correct and safest interpretation methode to stay awake from slipping because it adheres to authoritative sources of interpretation. In its use, the term interpretation bi al-ma’tsûr is often used as an opponent for the interpretation of bi al-ra’yi (with reason). However, the dichotomy between the two becomes ambiguous, because of the overlap in the use of the two terms. This can be seen from the influence of the reasoning of the interpreters who are always present in interpreting the Qur'an even though they adhere to the traditions of interpretation, and the use of the term interpretation bi al-ma’tsûr does not yet have a clear procedur

Abstract

Religious moderation is the understanding and practice of worship in religion, balanced, not extreme, and excessive. The phenomenon of fanaticism and blind taqlid in society gives birth to attitudes that tend to be anarchist and exclusivism between various groups. Abdur Rahman Wahid or who is familiarly called Gus Dur invites us to reinterpret religion as a way of unifying in the framework of community life.
