Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan alat pengumpul data menggunakan angket. Sedangkan, analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat sebaran sampel, uji prasyarat analisis statistik, dan uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan) dalam analisis regresi linier berganda untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang diajukan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah guru SIT di Pondok Aren - Tangerang Selatan, dengan jumlah sampel 93 orang. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru dengan besarnya pengaruh 26,6% sisanya yaitu 73,4% ditentukan oleh faktor lain dan arah pengaruhnya menunjukkan persamaan regresi linear sederhana ? = 47,486 + 0,603 X1, yang berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit skor kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan skor disiplin kerja guru sebesar 48,089

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of internalizing the values of religious moderation on the attitudes, thought patterns and behavior of students at SMK Negeri 69 Jakarta. This is based on the achievements of years of tolerance that internalization efforts are very important for middle level teenagers, they are often unsure and easily influenced by wrong religious ideologies. This research uses a narrative qualitative approach, with the research object being students in grades X-XII for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research data comes from observation, direct interviews in the field, and through documentation study techniques. The findings of this research show 1. Internalization of moderation values through the role of the curriculum; 2. Hidden curriculum by integrating teaching and learning and extracurricular content; and 3. Instilling moderation values through the 5S program (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan, dan Santun). Students at SMK Negeri 69 Jakarta initially did not have an understanding of the values of religious moderation and low personality, such as attitudes, thought patterns and behavior that were indifferent, selfish and ignorant. However, they have excellent potential to be developed through various educational processes in achieving national education goals in realizing the golden generation of 2045 as role models for moderate students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendidikan pelestarian lingkungan hidup. Lingkungan hidup mempunyai peran yang sangat positif dalam meningkatkan budaya hidup sehat pada santri tingkat SMP di Pesantren Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Daarul ‘Uluum Lido Kabupaten Bogor, melalui kegiatan-kegiatan pelestarian lingkungan hidup. kegiatannya adalah gerakan konservasi lingkungan (mempertahankan dan melestarikan) alam secara bijak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pesantren Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Daarul ‘Uluum Lido Kabupaten Bogor. Pertama, Dalam meningkatkan budaya hidup sehat santri tingkat SMP, Pesantren Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Daarul ‘Uluum Lido Kabupaten Bogor. Membentuk kesadaran kepada santri dalam membuang sampah dan membentuk pasukan khusus palang merah tahfizh dalam hal kesehatan. Setiap santri diwajibkan untuk berolahraga dan mengkonsumsi makanan sehat. Kedua, Dalam Strategi implementasi pendidikan pelestarian lingkungan hidup berbasis Al-Qur’an di Pesantren Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Daarul ‘Uluum Lido Kabupaten Bogor. Membentuk pasukan pelesetarian lingkungan hidup untuk dilibatkan dalam kegiatan penanaman pohon, dan menjaga lingkungan hidup yang ada sekitar pesantren. Ketiga, Pendidikan pelestarian lingkungan hidup memiliki peran yang sangat positif dalam meningkatkan budaya hidup sehat pada santri tingkat SMP di Pesantren Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Daarul ‘Uluum Lido Kabupaten Bogor, dengan adanya lingkungan yang sehat dan bersih itu sangat berpengaruh pada kesehatan santri dan meningkat semangat santri dalam menghapalkan Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

This study aims to know the improvement of emotional intelligence of students' social attitudes at elementary school of Al Azhar Syifa Budi Telaga Bestari Tangerang. This research used case study of qualitative research methods and the instruments were interviews, observations and document studies. Data analysis used reduction, display and verification. The sample were five teachers as main informants and five students as supporting informants. The results of this study were (1) the the improvoving step of emotional intelligence on the students’ social attitudes through giving advice, good examples, character building, and a high sense of solidarity to build a sense of sympathy and empathy for others. (2) Efforts of improving students’ emotional intelligence was by increasing students’ self-motivation, fostering relationships and cooperation, training students' empathy, controlling and expressing emotions. (3) Factors that effects students’ emotional intelligence on improving the students’ social attitudes were from the family environment, the family whose had not enough religion relatively difficult to control. Then, the community environment, can affect the student’s attitude with a good or bad relationship between students and teachers. They became more responssible for their behavior. They were also more careful in their actions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mendeskripsikan tentang peningkatan profesionalitas dosen melalui manajemen rekrutment. Penelitian ini memakai metode survei dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bahwa penerapan manajemen rekrutmen dapat meningkatkan profesionalitas dosen di IAID Al-Karimiyah Depok Jawa Barat. Manajemen rekrutmen dapat efektif di terapkan dalam perguruan tinggi ketika langkah-langkah yang di syaratkan seharusnya dipraktekkan dengan baik dan benar dalam pembelajaran. Adapun langkah-langkah serta penerapannya yaitu: persiapan rekrutmen guru, penyebaran pengumuman penerimaan dosen baru, penerimaan lamaran dosen baru, seleksi pelamar, wawancara saringan pendahuluan, pengisian formulir lamaran, wawancara kerja, tes seleksi, pemeriksaan referensi dan latar belakang, pemeriksaan fisik, dan keputusan pengangkatan. Hambatan yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas dosen di Institut Agama Islam Depok Al Karimiyah Jawa Barat yaitu kebijaksanaan-kebijaksanaan organisasi, persyaratan jabatan, metode pelaksanaan penarikan, kondisi pasar tenaga kerja dan kondisi lingkungan eksternal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of picture word card media which is carried out with several methods or ways of recognizing vocabulary in each theme in improving early childhood reading and cognitive skills in RA Al Jannah. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and in-depth interviews. The instruments used are interview and observation sheets as well as several studies that examine the theme. The data produced are primary and secondary data. The data analysis carried out was to review the literature and triangulation of data based on the results of interviews and observations. The introduction of word cards is carried out every day consistently and repeatedly, picture word cards are also used in the form of games and also singing, there are several models of word cards used in RA Al Jannah, namely theme word cards, harmony word cards, fishing word cards, bingo word cards, and reminder card cards. The strategy for improving early childhood reading skills carried out with the media of picture word cards is in a gradual way, namely through a phonetic approach, syllable recognition, whole language, interactive and fun activities. Cognitive improvement strategies carried out in Ra various games, namely by means of word grouping games and memory games, examples of memory games carried out are games with reminder word cards, bingo word cards, picture guessing games, and fishing games with syllables.

Abstract

This study aims to test and determine whether empirically through valid data, intrinsic motivation and pesantren regulations have an effect on the satisfaction of students both partially and simultaneously. The method used by researchers is a survey method with a correlational approach to the santri of Manahijusadat Islamic Boarding School in Lebak, Banten. This type of research is quantitative, therefore the data analysis technique used is statistical analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. As for the means of collecting data through a questionnaire to 100 respondents from class III MTs Manahijussadat Islamic Boarding School, interviews and documentation. The results of the research hypothesis test showed that there was a positive and significant influence of intrinsic motivation on student satisfaction with a percentage of 17.8%. Second, there is a positive and significant effect of Islamic boarding school regulations on the satisfaction of students as indicated by the percentage of influence of 25.5%. Third, there is a joint positive and significant effect of intrinsic motivation and pesantren regulations on student satisfaction by 32.6%

Abstract

This research aims to describe and discover the 'Collaborative Learning Model in the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an program to enhance the motivation of students in memorizing the Al-Qur’an at Ma’had Al-Wafi Islamic Boarding School.' The method used in this research is a survey method with techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies. The sources of data or informants in this research are the head of tahfidz, Al-Qur’an teachers, and students at Ma’had Al-Wafi IBS. The results of this research are as follows: First, the implementation strategy of collaborative learning in the tahfizh program at Alwafi IBS is carried out through several stages: 1) Learning needs analysis, 2) Learning group mapping, 3) Setting learning objectives, 4) Establishing learning targets, 5) Setting learning schedules, 6) Selecting learning methods and techniques, 7) Learning evaluation. Second, the steps to enhance the motivation of students in memorizing the Qur'an at Ma’had Al-Wafi IBS through the following stages: 1) Preparing students before memorizing the Qur'an, 2) Making the learning process enjoyable, 3) Creating a supportive environment, 4) Implementing rewards and punishments, 5) Collaboration among teachers in motivating students, 6) Collaborating with parents in motivating students. Third, the conclusion is that the collaborative learning model in the tahfizh program of the Qur'an at Ma’had Al-Wafi IBS has made a significant contribution to increasing students' motivation to memorize, as evidenced by the following indicators: 1) Reducing students' boredom and laziness in memorizing the Qur'an, 2) Non-monotonous learning, so students can memorize happily, which impacts the quality of their memorization, 3) Students' progress in memorization became more intensive and effective, as seen in their daily memorization activities.

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to examine the integration of Islamic values into civic education at pesantren-based higher education institutions. Using a qualitative research design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis at Universitas Abdullah Faqih (UNKAFA) in Gresik, East Java. The study explores how Islamic teachings are integrated into the civic education curriculum and extracurricular activities to instill values such as patriotism, respect for the law, and political awareness. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness of this integrative model in producing graduates who are not only academically competent but also possess strong moral character and deep spirituality. Key findings include increased student engagement in social and civic responsibilities, the promotion of tolerance and respect for diversity, and the alignment of Islamic and national values. This approach offers a sustainable framework for character development and national identity formation while addressing challenges such as radicalism and social fragmentation. The implications of this research suggest that pesantren-based higher education institutions can serve as a model for harmonizing religious and civic education. Further research is recommended to quantitatively evaluate the impact of this model and explore its application in broader educational contexts.AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji integrasi nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan di institusi pendidikan tinggi berbasis pesantren. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen di Universitas Abdullah Faqih (UNKAFA) di Gresik, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana ajaran Islam diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum pendidikan kewarganegaraan dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dengan tujuan menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti patriotisme, penghormatan terhadap hukum, dan kesadaran politik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas model integratif ini dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya kompeten secara akademik tetapi juga memiliki moral yang kuat dan spiritualitas yang mendalam. Temuan utama mencakup peningkatan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam tanggung jawab sosial dan kewarganegaraan, promosi toleransi dan penghormatan terhadap keberagaman, serta keselarasan nilai-nilai Islam dan kebangsaan. Pendekatan ini menawarkan kerangka kerja yang berkelanjutan untuk pembangunan karakter dan pembentukan identitas nasional, sekaligus menjawab tantangan seperti radikalisme dan fragmentasi sosial. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa institusi pendidikan tinggi berbasis pesantren dapat menjadi model harmonisasi pendidikan agama dan kewarganegaraan.
