Abstract

Kelompok Pengrajin Bambu desa Duwet merupakan usaha yang terbentuk secara resmi dalam wadah Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera (UPPKS) sejak tahun 2010, Berdasarkan hasil observasi, hasil penjualan mitra masih rendah disebabkan karena rendahnya diversifikasi produk, pemasaran yang terbatas, serta rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan tenaga pemasaran. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra agar dapat memaksimalkan penjualan. Metode pelaksanaan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada yaitu dengan branstorming membuat design brosur, pamflet dan website serta pendampingan dan pelatihan menjadi tenaga marketing pada kelompok pengrajin anyaman bambu. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra yang dibuktikan dengan kemampuan membuat brosur/pamflet produk, menjalankan sistem penjualan menggunakan website yang telah didesain oleh tim pengabdi. Dengan hasil tersebut diharapkan mitra dapat meningkatkan penjualannya

Abstract

Fenomena kasus perceraian yang terjadi di RW 21 Kelurahan Purwantoro menjadi latar belakang pengabdian ini. Terdapat 3 kasus perceraian yang terjadi di lingkup Ibu-Ibu PKK RW 21. Perlu adanya tindakan agar angka kasus perceraian tidak meningkat dan meresahkan. Perceraian yang terjadi disebabkan oleh ketidakharmonisan keluarga karena sering terjadinya pertengkaran, perdebatan, bahkan kekerasan antar anggota keluarga berdampak buruk pada meningkatnya tingkat stress yang dirasakan oleh anggota keluarga. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan bekal ilmu pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi ibu-ibu PKK RW 21 Kelurahan Purwantoro Kota Malang untuk menurunkan tingkat stress dengan menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pre-test, transfer pengetahuan, tanya jawab dan diskusi studi kasus serta post-test pada akhir kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelatihan sebanyak 68% (27 orang) peserta tidak mengetahui tentang tingkat stress, sedangkan setelah dilakukan pemberian materi hanya tersisa 28% (11 orang) peserta yang belum memahami. Dengan demikian dapat disiimpulkan terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh peserta setelah pemberian materi dan diskusi, terlihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan jumlah peserta sebanyak 40% yang mengerti dan mengetahui tentang tingkat stress setelah pemberian materi dan diskusi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berhasil dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang tingkat stress bagi ibu-ibu PKK RW 21 Kelurahan  Purwantoro kota Malang

Abstract

The success of company management is largely determined by the activities of utilizing human resources, where company managers must really pay attention to the attitudes, behavior, desires and needs of employees so that these employees can be encouraged to improve their performance. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between leadership and empowerment on employee performance mediated by work motivation. The population in this study were 25 employees of Ony Comp Malang. This research uses a saturated sampling technique, so that the entire population becomes the sample in the research. The data collection method is through observation, interviews, questionnaires, while the data analysis method used is SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the research show that leadership has no effect on employee performance, empowerment has an effect on employee performance, leadership has an effect on work motivation, empowerment has an effect on work motivation, work motivation has an effect on employee performance, work motivation does not mediate the relationship between leadership and employee performance, and work motivation mediates the relationship empowerment on employee performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membuat masyarakat lebih tertarik untuk mencari segala informasi melalui internet. Ketatnya persaingan di dunia bisnis memicu para pelaku bisnis untuk menyusun strategi terbaik dalam mendapatkan dan mempertahankan konsumennya, Salah satunya yaitu memperhatikan factor yang dipertimbangkan yaitu Influencer dan Content marketing. Pelaku bisnis didorong untuk selalu berfikir inovatif dan lebih kreatif untuk menetapkan strategi yang tepat untuk mempertahankan pelanggan dan memenangkan persaingan bisnis ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Influencer dan Content marketing terhadap minat beli produk Inspired Sinar Abadi Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan membagi kuesioer kepada 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial, Influencer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, selanjutnya Content marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa influence dan Content marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Terdapat pengaruh influence dan Content marketing terhadap minat beli sebesar 37,7% dan sisanya 62,3% dipengaruh oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa influence dan Content marketing berpengaruh terhadap minat beli Inspired Sinar Abadi di Kota Malang.

Abstract

Financial bookkeeping and accounting systems are essential for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), even at the smallest scale, despite their often-burdensome perception among many traditional business owners. With advances in technology, financial record-keeping can now be digitized. However, UMKM (MSME) Batik Kantil in Malang continues to face challenges due to its reliance on manual bookkeeping, which results in suboptimal financial records. This community engagement activity aims to provide guidance and training in financial bookkeeping using Microsoft Excel. The target participants are the employees of UMKM Batik Kantil in Malang, and the program employs lectures, tutorials, discussions, and hands-on practice as its primary methods. This initiative is designed to equip UMKM practitioners with the skills to analyze real business transactions and compile comprehensive financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Branding and Packaging on consumer purchasing decisions. In an era of increasingly tight market competition, factors such as brand image and packaging design play an important role in attracting consumer attention and influencing purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey as a method of data collection. The population in this study were consumers of UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) Cahaya Rasa, Wringinsongo Village, Malang Regency. The number of samples in this study was 180 people using a purposive sampling technique. The data collected will be analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that Branding and Packaging have a significant role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions at UMKM Cahaya Rasa. The stronger the brand image that is built and the more attractive and informative the product packaging offered, the higher the likelihood of consumers making purchases.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia’s economy, yet many continue to face challenges in business monitoring, coordination, and structured reporting. This study designs and evaluates a digital monitoring application tailored for the UMKM Corner community—a collaborative MSME group in Malang. Developed using a user-centered and community-based approach, the system supports daily transaction logging, product stock alerts, and real-time performance reporting through a coordinator dashboard. Field testing and TAM-based user evaluation reveal improvements in reporting consistency, internal coordination, and overall satisfaction. By emphasizing ease of use and managerial relevance, the application offers a replicable framework to strengthen group-based MSME governance and promote data-driven decision-making in similar business environments.

Abstract

Live streaming and content marketing are important factors that influence consumer purchase intention. Live streaming can create a more intimate and convincing experience, while content marketing can attract attention and create connections with the audience. This study aims to determine the influence of live streaming and content marketing, both partially and simultaneously, on the purchase intention of Lozy Hijab products on TikTok Shop among residents of Malang City. This is a quantitative study comprising two independent variables live streaming and content marketing and one dependent variable, purchase intention. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 96 residents of Malang City who are familiar with the Lozy Hijab brand and have an interest in purchasing it. This study employed purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to measure the influence of the two variables on Purchase Intention. The results of the study indicate that Live Streaming and Content Marketing have a significant partial influence on Purchase Intention. Simultaneously, both variables influence purchase intention. However, there are other factors beyond live streaming and content marketing that also influence purchase intention. It can be concluded that live streaming and content marketing play an important role in influencing consumer interest in Lozy Hijab products. The company is advised to pay more attention to optimizing the implementation of live streaming and content marketing

Abstract

Industri kreatif berkembang pesat, termasuk bisnis kaos distro di bidang fashion. UMKM Morfeen di Kota Malang merupakan salah satu brand lokal yang mampu bertahan dalam persaingan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan keragaman produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan UMKM Morfeen.Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling melalui kuesioner online kepada 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan keragaman produk memberikan kontribusi sebesar 44,4% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Keragaman produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kemudian, kualitas pelayanan dan keragaman produk secara simultan keduanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. UMKM Morfeen disarankan untuk mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan serta memastikan kenyamanan bagi pelanggan dan meningkatkan variasi produk dalam kategori yang paling banyak dicari.

Abstract

Attendance systems are needed in various fields such as companies, government agencies, educational agencies, and others. Especially for educational institutions, the attendance system functions to control or determine the presence of students, teaching staff, and educational staff. SMKN 9 Malang City is an educational institution that has the obligation and role to equip its graduates with life skills in an integrative manner, which combines generic and specific potential to solve and overcome life's problems. This school has 5 expertise concentrations from which students can choose. In measuring the presence of the academic community, SMKN 9 Malang City uses an attendance system that includes Finger (for students and PTT and GTT) and the application from the East Java Province BKD e-Presence ASN. However, in its use several weaknesses were found that prevented the application from running efficiently, these weaknesses were 1) the number of locations, 2) a large number of students, 3) Time was less effective because the ratio between tools and students was still not ideal, 4) Sometimes some students have to try several times for less sensitive fingerprints, 5) Not connected with parents so that the school, the students' guardians/committee collaborate in monitoring their son. To follow up on problems with the attendance system used, schools need a more effective and efficient attendance system, namely by using Face Recognition Integrated with Online Applications Using Deep Learning Methods. The system created can make attendance easier for students, teaching staff, and educational staff. It is hoped that this system can improve student discipline and make it easier to monitor the performance of teaching staff and educational staff.
