Abstract

Preceptors are health professionals who are skilled in a discipline, but may have little ability to guide students in practice. If preceptors do not fully understand their role in the clinical learning process, then clinical learning goals will not be achieved. Therefore, it is very important that preceptors receive training on preceptorship clinical learning methods. This community service activity aims to deepen the preceptor's understanding regarding clinical education management, clinical learning methods, clinical learning assessment. The method of implementing the service is knowledge screening, training and discussion about preceptorship clinical learning methods and bedside teaching simulations. This activity was attended by 20 nurses. Most service participants were aged between 41-50 years (85%), female (60%), trained as nurses (100%), and had worked for more than five years (65%). Regarding preceptors' knowledge of clinical teaching methods, most were in the poor category (70%) before training, but most were in the good category (90%) after training. Abstract

Stay-at-home moms often face unique stressors and challenges in their daily lives, which can impact their well-being and sleep quality. Stress as a source of physical and mental health disorders in housewives. There is evidence in the literature that stress can reduce the effectiveness of the human immune system and increase the risk of infection. One effective intervention to improve the health and happiness of housewives is mindfulness techniques. The aims of this activity are (1) increasing knowledge about stress and its impact on health (2) increasing skills in mindfulness techniques to reduce stress (3) reducing degenerative diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus which are caused by stress. The method for implementing this activity is giving a pre-test, post-test about stress before and after education, providing training on mindfulness techniques which begins with giving a questionnaire about mindfulness. This activity was attended by 17 PKK mothers in Ledug Village. Most service participants are early adults (32-45 years) (64.7%), have higher education (50%) and most do not work (71%). Regarding stress levels, before training stress levels were mostly in the moderate stress category (74%) and after training stress levels were in the mild stress category (82%). Meanwhile, for the level of mindfulness, before counseling most were in the moderate mindfulness category (70.5%) and after counseling most were in the high mindfulness category (88.2%).

Abstract

: Bronkitis kronis merupakan inflamasi terhadap bronkus yang bersifat menahun/berlangsung lama serta dikarenakan bermacam faktor, baik yang asalnya dari luar vronkus ataupun dari dalam. Bronchitis kronis itu di tandai dengan prodduksi mucus trekeobronkial yang berlebih, sehingga bida membuat batuk dengan ekspetorasi setidaknya 3 bulan setahun seminim-minimnya dengan berturut-turut. Terhadap pasien bronchitis kronis bisa membuat permasalahan keperawatan yakni tidak efektifnya bersihan jalan nafas. Tidak efektifan bersihan jalan nafas untuk menjaga kebersihan jalan nafas yang di tandai dengan frekuensi nafas yang berubah, pola nafas yang berubah, dyspnea serta suara nafas bertambah. Penulisan ini bertujuan yakni guna mengethaui pengolahan tidak efektifnya bersihan jalan nafas terhadap pasien Bronkitis kronis di Rumah sakit Inaho Kai. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan case study. Pengolahan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari pada Ny. S teknik dalam mengumpulkan data dilaksanakan dengan wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, pengamatan serta didukung dengan data penunjang. Hasil pengolahan diperoleh permasalahan tidak efektifan bersihan jalan nafas belum teratasi ditandai dengan pasien masih sesak nafas dengan frekuensi nafas 26x/menit, terdapat suara tambahan ronkhi, dahak pada pasien masih keluar sedikit, serta masih batuk. Saran untuk perawat di Rumah sakit Inaho Kai supaya paham secara betul pada konsep keperawatan terkhusus dengan permasalahan keperawatan tidak efektifnya bersihan jalan nafas serta bisa mengimplementasikannya di pekerjaan.

Abstract

Introduction: Older adults are prone to hypertension with blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg, which can lead to complications such as stroke. Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness of hypertension exercises in lowering blood pressure in older adults with hypertension in Kaliputih Purwojati Village. Method: The community service activity was conducted on April 16 and 23, 2025, at the Kaliputih Purwojati Village Posyandu using lecture, demonstration, and pre-test–post-test blood pressure measurements. A total of 25 elderly participants met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, with instruments including a digital sphygmomanometer, a knowledge questionnaire, and an exercise compliance checklist. Data were analyzed descriptively and comparatively to assess changes in blood pressure and knowledge levels before and after the intervention. Result: The results of community service showed an increase in participants' knowledge from 36% to 76%. In addition, there was a decrease in blood pressure, from 40% to 52% at the first meeting, and from 60% to 76% at the second meeting. These findings indicate that the activities carried out had a positive impact on improving participants' understanding and their health conditions. Conclusion: This shows that hypertension exercises are effective in lowering blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension.

Abstract

Introduction: Older adults are vulnerable to noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) due to the aging process, lifestyle changes, and lack of health knowledge. The high incidence of NCDs among older adults in Karangsembung Village has not been matched by adequate health education. The implementation of CERDIK behavior is seen as an effective strategy to raise awareness and prevent NCDs. Objective: This activity aims to increase the knowledge of the elderly regarding CERDIK behavior as an effort to prevent NCDs. Method: The activity methods included a pre-test, interactive education on CERDIK behavior, a post-test, and observation of the application of behavior in the elderly at the Manggis Health Center in Karangsembung Village. Result: The pre-test results showed that most participants’ knowledge was in the adequate category (47.4%), which increased to the good category (89.5%) after education. Implementation of CERDIK behavior was largely achieved, with 100% compliance in routine health checks, smoking cessation, light physical activity, healthy eating, healthy sleep, and stress management. However, knowledge regarding the dangers of smoking (52.6%) and adequate sleep (89.5%) remained suboptimal. Conclusion: These findings indicate that health education effectively improves knowledge and promotes positive preventive behaviors, though certain areas still require reinforcement.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nurse productivity in health services is greatly influenced by factors related to nurse stress and job satisfaction. Stress and job dissatisfaction are increasing problems among nurses. Nurses as individuals must pay the price for stress and job satisfaction in terms of health and well-being, and hospitals must bear the consequences of nurse absenteeism and turnover, this has a direct impact on the quality of care provided to patients. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between work stress and nurses' job satisfaction. This research is a descriptive correlational study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The total sample of nurses was 96. The research instruments were the Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS) with 57 questions and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) questionnaire with 20 questions. Bivariate analysis uses the Spearman rank statistical test. Most of the nurses' work stress was in the moderate category, 82 (85.4%), most of the nurses' job satisfaction was in the moderate category, 80 (83.3%), there was a relationship between work stress and nurses' job satisfaction (r=-.284 , p=0.005). There is a relationship between work stress and nurses' job satisfaction. It is important to identify stressors because work stress can have a negative impact on patient care and well-being. It is recommended that changes be made in managerial matters and policies to reduce work stress and increase nurses' job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Stress, Job Satisfaction, Nurses  ABSTRAK Produktivitas perawat dalam pelayanan kesehatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres perawat dan kepuasan kerja. Stres dan ketidakpuasan kerja menjadi masalah yang semakin meningkat di kalangan perawat. Perawat sebagai individu harus membayar harga untuk stres dan kepuasan kerja dalam hal kesehatan dan kesejahteraan, dan rumah sakit harus menanggung akibat dari ketidakhadiran dan pergantian perawat, hal ini mempunyai dampak langsung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan stress kerja kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel perawat 96. Abstract

ABSTRACT Quality of work life refers to employee satisfaction with work life. A high quality of work life is critical for healthcare organizations to attract and retain qualified, committed, and motivated employees. Quality of work life and turnover intention are challenging issues for healthcare organizations because of their consequences and impact on patient care. Low nurse satisfaction regarding the quality of work life results in high intention to leave. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between quality of work life and nurse turnover intention. This research is a descriptive correlational study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique uses total sampling technique. The total sample of nurses was 83. The research instruments were The Nurses' Quality of Work Life Scale questionnaire with 20 questions and the Anticipated Turnover Scale (ATS) questionnaire with 12 questions. Bivariate analysis uses the Spearman rank statistical test. The quality of work life of nurses was mostly in the fair category, 67 (80.7%), the turnover intention of nurses was mostly in the moderate category, 41 (49.4%), there was a relationship between the quality of work life and nurse turnover intention (r=0.344 , p=0.001). There is a relationship between quality of work life and nurse turnover intention. The results of this study provide important findings indicating nurses' low satisfaction with the quality of work life and high turnover intentions. The results of this research can be used as a link for the development of regulations/policies and practical strategies to improve the quality of work life and reduce nurse turnover intention. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Turnover Intention, Nurses  ABSTRAK Kualitas kehidupan kerja mengacu pada kepuasan karyawan dengan kehidupan kerja. Kualitas kehidupan kerja yang tinggi sangat penting bagi organisasi layanan kesehatan untuk menarik dan mempertahankan karyawan yang berkualitas, berkomitmen, dan termotivasi. Kualitas kehidupan kerja dan turnover intention merupakan masalah yang menantang bagi organisasi perawatan kesehatan karena konsekuensi dan dampaknya terhadap perawatan pasien. Kepuasan perawat terkait kualitas kehidupan kerja yang rendah menghasilkan niat yang tinggi untuk keluar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan turnover intention perawat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Jumlah sampel perawat 83. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner The  Nurses' Quality  of  Work  Life Scale sebanyak 20 pertanyaan dan kuesioner Anticipated  Turnover   Scale  (ATS)  dengan 12 pertanyaan. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji statistik spearman rank. Kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat sebagian besar pada kategori cukup sebanyak 67 (80,7%), turnover intention perawat sebagian besar pada kategori sedang sebanyak 41 (49,4%), ada hubungan kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan turnover intention perawat (r=0,344, p=0,001). Terdapat hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan turnover intention perawat.  Hasil penelitian ini memberikan temuan penting indikasi rendahnya kepuasan perawat terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja  dan niat berpindah yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai penghubung pengembangan peraturan/ kebijakan dan strategi praktis untuk meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan kerja dan mengurangi turnover intention perawat. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja,  Turnover Intention, Perawat

Abstract

AbstractThe study examines how motivation, work environment, and discipline affect academic staff performance at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) following the COVID-19 pandemic. Using parametric statistics, it involved 191 participants in this ex-post facto quantitative research study. According to the study, motivation, work environment, and discipline all positively and significantly affect the performance of the UNY academic staff. The novelty of this study is that when employees switch from working from home to the office, it affects their motivation, the work environment, and their ability to be disciplined because of worries about the virus resurfacing. The urgency of this study is that UNY is changing from a Public Service Agency to a Legal Entity State University, so to help prepare better human resources, it needs to collect actual information. Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kepuasan pasien menjadi salah satu indikator utama dalam upaya penilaian sebuah pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Kepuasan pasien ditentukan oleh kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang dikendaki tentang oleh pasien. Meskipun angka kepuasan pasien di Klinik Utama Wishnu Husada cukup baik, tetapi masih berada dibawah standar minimal kepuasan yang ditetapkan oleh kementrian kesehatan yaitu 95%.Peningkatan mutu pelayanan menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar dapat memenuhi harapan masyarakat.. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien di Klinik Utama Wishnu Husada Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel adalah seluruh pasien rawat jalan di Klinik Utama Wishnu Husada yang berjumlah 46 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling. Alat yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah lembar kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji spearman rank. Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pasien sebagian besar memiliki usia kategori remaja akhir (34.8%), memiliki jenis kelamin perempuan (56.5%), memiliki pendidikan dasar (50%), memiliki status tidak bekerja (58.7%) dan memiliki status pembiayaan menggunakan asuransi pemerintah (BPJS, KIS) (67.4%). Mutu pelayanan kesehatan sebagian besar dalam kategori baik (50.0%). Kepuasan pasien sebagian besar dalam kategori sangat puas (56.5%). Kesimpulan: terdapat hubungan lemah antara mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien di Klinik Utama Wishnu Husada Kabupaten Banyumas.

Abstract

Sectio caesarea (SC) merupakan proses melahirkan janin dengan membuat sayatan pada dinding uterus. Teknik anestesi spinal dan epidural menjadi pilihan. Masalah post SC yaitu nyeri akibat insisi pembedahan. Manajemen nyeri dapat dilakukan secara farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Ditemukan metode baru sebagai upaya penanganan masalah pada pasien SC yaitu metode Enhanced Recovery After Caesarean Surgery (ERACS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Manajemen Nyeri Post Enhanced Recovery After Caesarean Surgery (ERACS). Penelitian dilaksanakan di RSI Fatimah Cilacap. Metode penelitian ini adalah desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 18 responden. Instrumen penelitian lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen nyeri 2 jam post ERACS secara Farmakologi paling banyak menggunakan analgesia multimodal yaitu kombinasi Ketorolac, Tramadol, Fentanyl dengan 13 responden (72,2%). Secara non farmakologi pasien melakukan mobilisasi dini pada level 1 yaitu 17 responden (94,4%), dan tercepat mobilisasi level 2 dengan 1 responden (5,6%).
