Abstract

Abstrack This research aims to develop pixton-based e-comic learning media against the background of limited use of learning media, therefore students tend to lack understanding of mathematics learning because educators who teach still use monotonous learning media, so they get bored. Technology-integrated learning media is believed to be a solution that can be used by educators to help students in the learning process, especially in elementary schools. The research method used in this research is the ADDIE method with five stages, namely (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) (Evaluation). The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations and documentation studies. Based on the results of the development of learning media based on validation results, media experts show a percentage of 92.5% (very feasible), material experts with a percentage of 86.6% (very feasible), pedagogical experts with a percentage of 75% (feasible), user experts with a percentage 80% (feasible), Apart from that, the teacher response reached a percentage of 80% (very practical), and the student response reached 89.2% (very practical) at SDN Kalapadua and the percentage of student responses was 90.8% at SDN 6 Manonjaya, second This percentage also falls into the very practical category. So it can be concluded that this e-comic learning media is practical and suitable for use in learning. Keywords: Pixton, E-Comic, Math. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangan media pembelajaran e-comic berbasis pixton dengan latar belakang adanya keterbatasan penggunaan media pembelajaran oleh karena itu peserta didik cenderung kurang memahami pembelajaran matematika karena pendidik yang mengajar masih menggunakan media pembelajaran yang monoton, sehingga bosan. Media pembelajaran yang terintegrasi teknologi diyakini menjadi penyelesaian yang dapat digunakan oleh pendidik untuk membantu peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode ADDIE dengan lima tahapan yaitu (1) Analisis (Analysis), (2) Desain (Design), (3)Pengembangan (Development), (4) Implementasi (Implementation), dan (5) Evaluasi (Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, bservasi dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran berdasarkan pada hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan persentase sebesar 92,5% (sangat layak), ahli materi dengan presentase 86,6% (sangat layak), ahli pedagogik dengan presentase 75% (layak), ahli pengguna dengan presentase 80% (layak), Selain itu respon guru mencapai persentase 80% (sangat praktis), dan respon peserta didik mencapai 89,2% (sangat praktis) di SDN Kalapadua dan presentase respon peserta didik 90,8% di SDN 6 Manonjaya, kedua persentase tersebut juga termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran e-comic ini praktis dan cocok digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Pixton, E-Comic, Matematika.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore the use of dictionaries in English language learning. The background of dictionary use in English learning is based on the observation that students' learning outcomes in English are suboptimal, largely due to difficulties in understanding the meanings of English vocabulary. The utilization of dictionaries is seen as a solution to assist students in finding the meanings of unknown English vocabulary. This assertion is supported by research findings indicating that the use of dictionaries improves the quality of learning. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include the use of questionnaires. The researcher selected Google Forms as the instrument for collecting questionnaire data. The results of this study show that 62.49% of students responded "yes," while 37.51% responded "no." This indicates that the use of dictionaries in English language learning received a positive response from students. Keyword: Dictionary, Response, English Language Learning Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan kamus pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Penggunaan kamus dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dilatarbelakangi oleh keadaan yang menunjukkan tidak optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang disebabkan oleh kesulitan siswa dalam memahami arti kosakata bahasa Inggris. Pemanfaatan kamus dijadikan solusi sebagai alat bantu untuk mencari arti kosakata bahasa Inggris yang belum diketahui. Keterangan tersebut terbukti dalam hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan kamus, kualitas pembelajaran jadi lebih baik. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini adalah angket atau kuesioner. Peneliti memilih media google form sebagai instrumen dalam pengumpulan data angket atau kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan persentase 62,49% siswa menjawab “ya” dan 37,51% siswa menjawab “tidak”. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kamus pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris mendapatkan respon positif dari jawaban siswa. Kata Kunci: Kamus, Tanggapan, Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Parents’ Association (Paguyuban Orang Tua Siswa) in supporting the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) at the elementary school level. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on how parental participation contributes to decision-making, resource management, and the enhancement of educational quality. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving school principals, teachers, and active members of the Parents’ Association in several public elementary schools. The findings reveal that the Parents’ Association plays a significant role as a strategic partner in promoting school autonomy by participating in financial transparency, academic supervision, and community empowerment programs. Parents’ involvement encourages stronger collaboration between schools and communities, aligning with the principles of participatory leadership and accountability in SBM. However, challenges such as uneven parental engagement, limited understanding of managerial processes, and socio-economic disparities hinder the effectiveness of their contributions. The study concludes that strengthening communication, leadership support, and capacity-building initiatives for parents is essential to maximize their impact in achieving sustainable, community-driven school management practices.

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the fields of science taught in Elementary School. Teachers who want to teach mathematics to students need to understand and know the material to be delivered. Understanding the meaning of mathematics itself is a fundamental key to achieving success in learning mathematics. Learning is a process carried out by individuals to obtain new behavioral changes as a whole as a result of experience in interacting with the environment. The need for a mathematics teaching module based on productive struggle through a problem-based learning approach. This learning is further developed, including Problem-Based Learning which has recently become famous in the world of education. Problem Based Learning can provide skills in managing life for students to be able to overcome obstacles in their environment. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the need for a mathematics teaching module based on productive struggle through a problem-based learning approach on flat shape material carried out on grade IV teachers in Kawalu District. The results of this study indicate that teachers are active in implementing Problem Based Learning, but there are still obstacles in learning mathematics. In learning flat shapes, the teacher stated that one of the main objectives in learning mathematics based on the Independent Curriculum is to help students understand and develop mathematical material that includes facts, concepts, principles, operations, and mathematical relations. The process elements in learning mathematics also emphasize the importance of implementing and adapting effective strategies in solving everyday problems, which also serve as a means to reconstruct mathematical understanding. As part of the direction of the Independent Curriculum policy, the preparation of the Learning Implementation Plan has undergone significant changes compared to the previous curriculum in increasing learning motivation about the area of ​​flat shapes. Efforts to increase learning motivation through Problem Based Learning the area of ​​flat shapes are carried out according to the steps based on the implementation cycle with the following steps: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Learning using the Problem Based Learning modul can increase learning motivation about the circumference and area of ​​flat shapes in grade IV students.

Abstract

Technology that continues to develop has an impact on the world of education, including the use of ICT (Information, Communication and Technology) based learning media. This research aims to develop ICT-based learning media, namely educational word wall game-based learning media for class V students with Sundanese poetry material. The research method used in this research is the ADDIE development research method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The steps for product development include analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The students' response to this learning media was very good, none of the students were sleepy or bored of learning using game learning media because they were curious about what would happen afterward. The product developed in this research is ICT-based learning media based on wordwall educational games involving opening boxes and random name selection. The results of this research are that educational games learning media are very suitable to be used to support the learning of Sundanese poetry for class V elementary schools.

Abstract

Elementary School Teacher Education students as prospective elementary school teachers have an important role in developing and improving the quality of education in Indonesia. Therefore, students need to get adequate provision. One way to get this provision is by doing teaching practice in elementary school. Teaching practice provides many lessons for students, both positive and negative, which can be used as evaluation material. One effective way of evaluation is reflection. Through reflection, students can assess and measure the process and results of learning, know the strengths and weaknesses, and plan improvements for further learning. This study aims to determine the results of student reflection after implementing English language learning in elementary schools. This research used descriptive qualitative approach with narrative inquiry method. The results of the research that have been obtained are students present a detailed reflection report after taking action.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan flashcard berbasis Augmented Reality terhadap penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris siswa pada materi Farm Animals. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I-B SDN 2 Gunungcupu yang berjumlah 19 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental dengan desain one group pre-test post-test. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari tes tulis dan tes lisan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kuantitatif melalui perhitungan rata-rata nilai pre-test dan post-test, uji normalitas, uji paired samples t-test, serta uji ANOVA menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris siswa sebelum menggunakan flashcard berbasis AR memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 54,74. (2) Setelah menggunakan media flashcard AR, nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 72,63. (3) Hasil analisis paired samples t-test menunjukkan nilai t hitung 5,822 > t tabel 2,101 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sehingga < 0,05. Diperkuat dengan hasi uji ANOVA menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang berarti (p-value) kurang dari 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa penggunaan flashcard berbasis Augmented Reality memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris siswa pada materi Farm Animals.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan activity book berbasis STEAM sebagai media pembelajaran kelas 1 sekolah dasar pada tema “Diriku” serta mengevaluasi kelayakanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development Model ADDIE, yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 13 siswa kelas 1 di sekolah dasar negeri yang ada di Kabupaten Ciamis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mengolah data respon validator maupun pengguna dengan menggunakan rating scale dengan skala 5, kemudian dikonversi menjadi data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi ahli menunjukan media activity book berbasis STEAM layak digunakan. Selain itu hasil persepsi peserta didik terhadap media ini menunjukan nilai yang tinggi.Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa activity book berbasis STEAM yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar pendukung dalam pembelajaran tema “Diriku” pada jenjang kelas 1 SD.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan upaya untuk mempengaruhi, melindungi, dan membekali peserta didik dengan keterampilan yang diperlukan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, pemerintah telah mengeluarkan Kebijakan serta Inovasi Pendidikan yang disebut dengan Kampus Mengajar. Program Kampus Mengajar merupakan bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan Literasi dan Numerasi di Sekolah Dasar. Kampus Mengajar untuk memberikan pengalaman nyata mahapeserta didik guna memberikan perubahan dan mampu mengatasi kekurangan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekspolrasi dan menganalisis Peran Program Kampus Mengajar angkatan 5 terhadap peningkatan mutu pmbelajaran yang inovatif di tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Studi Kasus dilakukan di SD Negeri 3 Cibunigeulis dengan melibatkan mahapeserta didik yang terdaftar dalam angkatan 5 pada program Kampus Mengajar. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode Pendekatan Kualitatif dengan menggunakan berbagai teknik pengumpulan data, seperti Observasi, Wawancara dengan para guru, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian bahwa Program Kampus Mengajar angkatan 5 memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pembelajaran inovatif serta dapat dijadikan landasan untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan program ini, memberikan kontribusi yang positif di Sekolah Dasar dan tidak terjadi miss komunikasi antara Pemerintah dan Pihak Sekolah.  Oleh karena itu, Program Kampus Mengajar angkatan 5 dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu solusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan sekolah dasar di Indonesia.
