Abstract

Mathematics is often perceived as a difficult and uninteresting subject, a sentiment shared by students at SMAN 1 Balen. One effective solution to this challenge is the integration of technology-based learning media. The objective of this community engagement program was to train and introduce the Winplot application to students at SMAN 1 Balen to aid in solving quadratic equation problems. This program was conducted in three phases: 1) Preparation, which involved an initial observation of the school to assess needs; 2) Implementation, where training on the use of the Winplot application was delivered through lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises; and 3) Evaluation, to measure the program's effectiveness. The results indicate that 70% of the students were able to competently operate the Winplot application and effectively use it to solve quadratic equation problems. This initiative demonstrates the potential of technology to make mathematics more accessible and engaging for high school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisis peran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membentuk serta membina akhlak mulia siswa di SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Ajibarang. Pembinaan akhlak adalah bagian penting dalam pendidikan karena berkaitan dengan pembentukan sikap dan kepribadian siswa agar sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan siswa di sekolah tersebut. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk melihat bagaimana proses pembinaan akhlak dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI telah melakukan berbagai usaha dalam membina akhlak siswa secara menyeluruh. Beberapa di antaranya adalah pelaksanaan program-program keagamaan seperti absensi sholat berbasis website, kegiatan "Manusa Mengaji", kajian rutin "Mar’atus Sholihah", hingga kegiatan Munajat dan sholat duha bersama setiap hari Jum’at. Selain itu, guru juga membiasakan siswa dengan sikap positif sehari-hari seperti menjaga kebersihan, bersikap sopan, dan disiplin dalam ibadah. Tak kalah penting, guru PAI juga menjadi contoh langsung (teladan) bagi siswa melalui sikap dan tutur kata yang baik. Secara keseluruhan, kombinasi antara metode pembiasaan, keteladanan, serta program keagamaan yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan spiritual Al-Ghazali terbukti mampu mendorong perkembangan akhlak mulia siswa di SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Ajibarang.

Abstract

In fiqh learning, the material on funeral mangemnt is one of the materials that teaches skills in implementing religious teaching practices. Thus, efforts are needed to improve students’ understanding and skills carried out by educators. One effort that can be realized is throught the use of learning media. One the media used at MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Purbalingga is mannequin media. The purposes of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of mannequin media in fiqh learning on funeral management for class IX at MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Purbalingga. This study used a field research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The location studied was MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Purbalingga. The research subject included curriculum vice principal, fiqih teachers, and class IX students. The result of the study on the implementation of mannequin media in fiqh learning on funeral management for class IX at MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Purbalingga, namely carried out with the steps of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage is by making RPP and preparing mannequin media and equipment to be used. The second step is the implementation of media in learning by presenting mannequin media and explaining the learning objectives presented with media. The last stage is evaluation and follow-up by evaluating student learning outcomes and also evaluating media presentation. In the stage, it is necessary to realize that each media has a number of advantages and disadvantages. One of the advantages is that mannequin media is easily accepted and understood by students, but besides that this media also has disadvantages, namely that it requires routine maintenance so that it is not easily damaged.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Laswell model of teacher and student interaction patterns in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education learning at SMP Negeri 2 Mandiraja and to analyze the weaknesses and strengths of the Laswell model of teacher and student interaction in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education learning at SMP Negeri 2 Mandiraja. This study uses a descriptive qualitative field research method. The application of the Laswell model of teacher and student interaction patterns in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education learning at SMP Negeri 2 Mandiraja includes one-way interactions that are applied through lecture activities, namely to explain Islamic Religious Education and Character Education material with an interesting style and intonation, two-way interaction patterns through questions and answers to determine the extent of mastery of the subject matter, three-way interaction patterns, namely through group discussion activities to determine students' critical thinking skills in delivering Islamic Religious Education material and answering students' questions. The multi-way or all-way interaction pattern is carried out by the teacher through lecture activities, questions and answers and discussions on the material that has been delivered and continued by answering questions in the book given by the teacher to students to measure the ability to answer correctly.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of students, especially in mathematics learning, indicate the need to implement innovative learning models. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Team Games Tournament learning model with the help of Kahoot on the mathematics learning outcomes of XI grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Balen, especially on the tangent circle. This research is included in the quasi-experimental model by applying the cluster random sampling technique. This study included grade XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Balen in the 2024/2025 school year as the research population, comprising six classes with 206 students. Class XI-1 (experimental class) and class XI-2 (control class) were selected as the research samples. Test and documentation were chosen as the research data collection techniques. Based on the t-test results with alpha = 5% and DK =   the obtained tcount = 3.251. Because the tcount] falls within the critical region (DK), H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The data analysis shows an influence in implementing the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model on the learning outcomes of grade XI students on the circle tangent at SMA Negeri 1 Balen. The average posttest score for students in the experimental class was 84.056, whereas it was 77.706 in the control class it was 77.706, further confirming the positive influence of this learning model. Practically, the results of this study can be used as an alternative learning strategy for educators to increase active participation and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students’ mathematical literacy abilities with the problem based learning model assisted by Google Classroom through classically and the improvement of students in the upper, middle and lower groups as well as the types of students errors in working on questions on Cartesian Coordinate material. This research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection namely observation, tests and interviews. The population of this study were students of class VIII-A of MTs Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukosewu with 3 subjects, namely the upper, middle and lower groups. The results of this study indicate that students with the Google Classroom assisted problem based learning model complete classically and there is an increase with the average value of the whole group, namely 70, the mathematical literacy ability of students in the upper group, namely being able to answer 4 out of 5 questions and students make mistakes in transforming problems, middle group students could answer 4 of 5 questions and students made mistakes in processing skills and lower group students could answer 2 of 5 questions and students made mistakes in understanding the problem, processing skills and writing answers. This study can be solved in accordance with the research objectives and the evidence that has been presented in the research result. ABSTRAK Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan literasi matematika siswa dengan model problem based learning berbantuan Google Classroom tuntas secara klasikal dan peningkatan siswa kelompok atas, tengah dan bawah serta jenis kesalahan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal pada materi Koordinat Kartesius. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, tes dan wawancara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-A MTs Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Sukosewu dengan 3 subjek yaitu kelompok atas, tengah dan bawah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan model problem based learning berbantuan Google Classroom tuntas secara klasikal dan ada peningkatan dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan kelompok yaitu 70, kemampuan literasi matematika siswa kelompok atas yaitu dapat menjawab 4 dari 5 soal dan siswa melakukan kesalahan transformasi masalah, siswa kelompok tengah dapat menjawab 4 dari 5 soal dan siswa melakukan kesalahan ketrampilan proses dan siswa kelompok bawah dapat menjawab 2 dari 5 soal dan siswa melakukan kesalahan memahami masalah, ketrampilan proses dan penulisan jawaban. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari masing-masing masalah dapat diselesaikan sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian serta bukti yang sudah dipaparkan pada hasil penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to describe problem solving abilities and factors that influence students’ problem solving abilities in the material of the three variable linier equation system (SPLTV) class X at SMK Dirgahayu Kedungade. The method in this study is qualitative using a descriptive qualitative approach. The population of this study were students of class X TSM and MP2 at SMK Dirgahayu Kedungadem and subjects in this study were 4 studenst, namely 2 male students and 2 female studenst in the higt and low categories. Data collection using the method of observation, written tests, and interviews. Data analysis techniques performed are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of the study showed that subjects in the higt category were able to understand and solve all the problems in the questions, even though the male subjects did not write the entire way or steps to do it. Subjects with a low category are less able to understand existing problems and are less precise in solving problems that exist in the questions, and subjects find it difficult to work on them. Factors that affect students’ problem solving abilities are the lack of interest in learning in students, embarrassment when asking questions when they do not understand the material presented, and the lack of effort to try to solve a given problem. In conclusion, female students in the high category were superior to male students in the high category, while female students in the low category and male students in the low category were the same for both. This is because there are several factors, namely, the lack of interest in learning in students which often occurs in male students, the embarrassment of asking questions when they do not understand the material which often occurs in female students, and the lack of effort or laziness to try solve a problem that given often occurs to both men and women. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada materi sistem persamaan linier tiga variabel (SPLTV) kelas X SMK Dirgahayu Kedungadem. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TSM dan MP2 SMK Dirgahayu Kedungadem dan subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 4 siswa yaitu, 2 siswa laki-laki dan 2 siswa perempuan dengan kategori tinggi dan rendah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, tes tulis, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian, subjek dengan kategori tinggi mampu memahami dan menyelesaikan semua masalah yang ada pada soal, walaupun subjek laki-laki tidak menulis secara keseluruhan cara atau langkah-langkah pengerjaannya. Subjek dengan kategori rendah kurang mampu dalam memahami masalah yang ada dan kurang tepat dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang ada pada soal, serta subjek merasa kesulitan dalam pengerjaannya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa adalah kurangnya minat belajar dalam diri siswa, malu bertanya saat kurang paham terhadap materi yang disampaikan, dan kurang adanya usaha untuk mencoba menyelesaikan suatu masalah yang diberikan. Kesimpulannya siswa perempuan kategori tinggi lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan siswa laki-laki dengan kategori tinggi, sedangkan siswa perempuan kategori rendah dan siswa laki-laki kategori rendah sama saja untuk keduanya. Hal ini disebabkan karena ada beberapa faktor yaitu, kurang adanya minat belajar dalam diri siswa yang sering terjadi pada siswa laki-laki, malu bertanya saat kurang memahami materi yang sering terjadi pada siswa perempuan, dan kurang adanya usaha atau malas untuk mencba menyelesaikan suatu masalah yang diberikan sering terjadi pada keduanya baik laki-laki maupun perempuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki dua signifikansi yaitu secara praktis dan secara teoritis. Secara toritis dapat menjadi salah satu bahan kajian bagi pengamat, akademisi, dan ahli dalam bidang pendidikan dan kebudayaan tentang Manajemen Kurikulum Muatan Lokal Budaya Banyumasan. Secara praktis dapat menjadi sumber evaluasi bagi pemangku kebijakan, terutama dinas pendidikan, kepala sekolah dan guru dalam mengelola kurikulum muatan lokal budaya banyumasan. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi prototipe bagi dinas pendidikan di daerah lain untuk melestarikan budaya lokalnya. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi tentang manjemen kurikulum muatan lokal budaya Banyumasan bagi sekolah atau madrasah di bawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan maupun di bawah naungan Kementerian Agama yang berada di wilayah Penginyongan yang meliputi Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Kabupaten Purbalingga, Kabupaten Banyumas, Kabupaten Cilacap, dan Kabupaten Kebumen. Dalam rangka mengkonstruk pengetahuan dan melestarikan Budaya Banyumasan, sebaiknya sekolah atau madrasah memasukan Budaya Banyumasan ke dalam kurikulum muatan lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kearifan lokal yang diajarkan di SD Negeri 2 Grendeng melipiti; tata krama dalam keluarga, Makanan Khas Banyumas “Cimplung”, Permainan Tradisional banyumas “Unclang gelang dan Lewok”, Kesenian Tradisional Banyumas “Lengger”, Perkakas Dapur Tradisional Banyumas, Tata Krama dalam Keluarga (II), Babad Purwokerto dan Babad Baturraden, Tokoh Pewayangan Panakawan, Cagar Budaya “ Museum Jenderal Soedirman” dan “ Museum BRI”. Abstract

Permasalahan terkini di seluruh dunia termasuk di Indonesia sejak bulan Juni tahun 2023 adanya  El Nino bahwa suhu rata-rata global mencapai level tertinggi sebesar 1,5 derajat celsius lebih panas dibandingkan suhu pra-industri. Oleh karena itu tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar melalui pembelajaran matematika di Sekolah Dasar tentang pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan alam. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melakukan pembelajaran matematika di dalam dan luar kelas melalui menggambar, berhitung, menanam, membuat tempat sampah dari barang bekas, memilah sampah organik dan organik. Menggambar jenis-jenis tanaman yang mudah tumbuh dan tahan panas. Berhitung tentang berapa jumlah tanaman dan berapa waktu tumbuhnya, Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan penelitian siswa antusias menggambar jenis-jenis pohon yang murah, siswa melakukan penanaman pohon yang mudah ditanam dan mudah dirawat antara lain pohon ketapang, bunga bougenvil, bunga jam sembilan, dan bunga kenikir). Hasil lainnya siswa antusias untuk berhitung pada operasi dasar: penjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian, dan pembagian.   Siswa dapat membuat tempat sampah dari bahan kardus, dapat memilah sampah organik dan non-organik serta cara pengolahan sampah secara sederhana

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the communication style of students in the cooperative Script model of mathematics learning, (2) the oral and written mathematical communication skills in the cooperative Script model of mathematics learning. This study involved 10 students of class VIII B SMP Muhammadiyah Cepu Foundation Modern Islamic Boarding School Cepu Muhammadiyah Boarding School 2021/2022. Data collection techniques used are observation, written test, and interview. The estimation of the validity of this instrument is tested by the validator and for analysis the test uses the Aiken formula, the reliability uses CronBach's Alpha, and the level of difficulty and distinguishing power is tested. The data analysis techniques used are (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) conclusion raising. The results showed that (1) the communication style of the students was The Equalitarium Style. (2) the mathematical communication skills of students orally in the cooperative Script model of mathematics learning are included in the high and low categories, while the students' communication skills in the cooperative Script model mathematics learning are included in the low and high categories.Keywords communication;style; writing; oral; Students.
