Abstract

This study was examining to produce e-modules as teaching materials in interactive organic chemistry courses using macromedia flash through the development process and determine the effect of interactive organic chemistry e-modules using macromedia flash on student concept mastery. This research method is development research known as Research and Development (R & D) Borg and Gall model with the following research stages, 1) Preliminary Study, 2) Planning, 3) Initial product development, 4) Small-scale field test, 5 ) Revision of small-scale field test results, 6) Main field test, 7) Revision of main field test results, 8) Operational field test, 9) Final product revision, and 10) Product implementation. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 33 statements and a multiple choice written test with 20 questions. The instrument was used to measure the category of interactive organic chemistry e-module interpretation using macromedia flash through the development stages using a questionnaire based on language, material and media aspects and to measure students' conceptual mastery using a multiple-choice written test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the interactive organic chemistry e-module using macromedia flash through the development stages was in the very good category with a score of 3.6. The hypothesis test of this research was obtained that the value of sig (2-tailed) was 0.000 < 0.05, this means that there is an effect of implementing an interactive organic chemistry e-module using macromedia flash as a result of development on concept mastery. The amount of increase that occurs in the mastery of students' concepts is 66.74%.

Abstract

The use of language, especially stylistics in a literary work, is an important aspect of forming meaning. This study aims to describe stylistics, especially in the components of rhetorical devices and moral values, in the novel Nyanyian Gurukinyan by Albert Purba. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of this study answer three problem formulations, namely: (1) the use of stylistics, especially in the components of rhetorical devices in the novel Nyanyian Gurukinyan by Albert Purba, (2) the moral values ?? contained in the novel, and (3) its relevance to Indonesian language learning at SMAS Katolik Mariana. The study found 47 uses of figures of speech, consisting of 11 similes, seven metaphors, and 29 personifications. In addition, 11 structural investigations were found, consisting of 2 repetitions, three parallelisms, and six hyperboles. The analysis also identified 34 images, including 11 auditory, four olfactory, nine visual, and 10 movement images. Regarding moral values, 11 data points showed the relationship between humans and God, 11 data points on relationships between fellow humans, 2 data points on the relationship between humans and nature, and 2 data points related to the relationship between humans and themselves. The results of this study were then made relevant to learning Indonesian at SMAS Katolik Mariana through simple teaching materials. Based on the questionnaires distributed, it can be concluded that the results of this study can be applied to learning Indonesian at the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the process of combining prepositions, the rules of combining prepositions, and the forms of prepositions in the Toba Bataknese language. This study used a descriptive-qualitative method whose data are in the forms of texts. The techniques for data analysis include removal, replacement, insertion of reversals, and changes occurrence. The results; of this study; indicate that; the combination of prepositions in Toba Bataknese language can be seen from the movement of prepositions in verbs. The emergence of the suffixes -i and -hon in verbs has changed the argument structure of intransitive verbs into transitive verbs. Likewise, transitive verbs change into ditransitive verbs. The changes in the structure of the verb arguments consist of (1) Subj - V (intr) - Obl à Subj - V (tr) - Obj; (2) Subj - V (tr) - Obj - Obl à Subj - V (dtr) - Obj - Cho. The prepositional forms combined with Toba Bataknese verbs can be divided into two types, namely (1) prepositional forms that change into the suffix -i and (2) prepositional forms that change into the suffix -hon. The prepositional forms that change into the suffix -i in the birth structure are di (in) and tu (to), while the prepositional forms that change into the suffix -hon are tu (to/for) and sian (from).

Abstract

Students' lack of mastery of phonology courses is the basis for conducting this research. The factor causing the low ability of students is the minimal availability of teaching materials. The research objectives are 1) To produce a phonology e-module based on the Canva application; 2) find out the feasibility of e-modules based on the Canva application; 3) find out student responses to the development of e-modules based on the Canva application. This type of research is development research. The development model for this research uses a 4-D model (four D Model). The findings of this research are that e-modules are suitable for use as teaching materials for students. This feasibility is proven by the percentage of material expert validation obtained at 97.72% for the appropriateness aspect of content, 89.28% for the appropriateness aspect of presentation, 90% for the appropriateness aspect of language. Based on these three aspects, the feasibility of the material is 92.33% in the very feasible category. Then the media expert validation obtained a percentage of 88.22% with a very feasible category. The results of individual trials on this e-module are in the very good category with a percentage of 95%. In the small group trial, it was in the very good category with an average of 92.25%. Meanwhile, in the large group trial, the percentage obtained was 83.23% in the very feasible category. Based on this percentage, it can be concluded that this e-module is suitable for use as teaching material for phonology courses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Doratoon Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Ekplanasi Siswa Kelas VII SMP 37 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksprimen dengan desain penelitian two group only posstest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII dengan jumlah 250 orang dan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kela VII sebanyak 62 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas menggunakan uji liliefors, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Setelah itu dilakukan posstest di kelas kontrol diperoleh nila terendah 20, dan nilai tertinggi 84 dengan rata-rata nilai 52,39. Sedangkan pada kelas eksprimen hasil posstest diperoleh nilai terendah 20, dan nilai tertinggi 96 dengan rata-rata nilai 67,22. Hasil dari pengguji data yang dilakukan uji normalitas dengan uji lliefors dengan hasil normal dan data homogeny.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menegtahul Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Nearpod Tehadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Puisi Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 37 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain penelitan two grub only posstest desing populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIll dengan jumlah 30 orang siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik. Sampel jenuh. Teknik anslisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas menggunakan uji Lillefors, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Setelah dilakukan penelitian pada kelas kontrol dengan nilai rata-rata yaitu 43.87dengan simpangan baku 1,24. Sedangkan penelitian pada kelas eksperimen, diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata 57.23 dengan simparingan baku 1,60 Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menerima Ho jika taraf nyata 5% dan derajat kebebasan (dk) di hitung sebagai n1+n2-2. Dengan jumlah sampel masing masing 31, diperoleh 60, sehingga nilal freng sebesar 2.81, yang kemudia dibandingakan dengan sebesar 2.000 pada dk 60 dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Sesuai dengan kriteria pengujian Ha diterima apabilang Karena 2,81 lebih besar dari 2.000, maka Ha diterima Dengan demikian, hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran Nearpod berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menulis teks puisi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Edpuzzle Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Puisi Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 7 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif tipe eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas XI SMA Negeri 7 Medan tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 yang berjumlah 320 siswa-siswi yang didistribusikan menjadi 9 kelas yang ditentukan dengan Teknik cluster sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas mengunakan uji F, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Sesuai dengan metode kuantitatif ini yang berusaha menyesuaikan data dalam suatu penelitian yang sedang berlangsung hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan uji “t” pada taraf signifikan a = 0,05. Dari perhitungan thitung > ttabel = 4,08 > 4,13 oleh karena itu, hipotesis nihil (H2) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H2) diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Edpuzzle Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Puisi Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 7 Medan.

Abstract

This article aims to 1) Produce products in the form of e-modules for Early Class Indonesian courses using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Application; 2) To find out the feasibility of developing an e-module based on the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Application in the Early class Indonesian language course; 3) To find out students' responses to the development of e-modules based on the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application in the Early Grade Indonesian course. The type of research conducted is research and development (R&D). The development model used in this study is a 4-D development model (four D Model), namely define activities, design activities, development activities and are validated by experts and see the practicality of e-module products. 1) The results of material expert validation obtained an average of 86% in the very feasible category. Second, media experts get an average of 93% in the very decent category. Third, linguists get an average of 87% with a very decent category. Then, in individual trials, students responded to this e-module in the very good category with an average percentage of 93%. In the small group trial, the students' responses were in the very good category with an average percentage of 92.25%. Meanwhile, in the limited field group trial, the criteria of "good" were obtained with an average score percentage of 87,08%. Based on this percentage, it can be concluded that this e-module is suitable to be used as teaching material for Indonesian language courses in the Early Class of HKBP Nommensen, Pematangsiantar University. Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of online learning using Google Class Room (GCR) online media during the COVID-19 pandemic for Indonesian language curriculum studies. This research is a descriptive quantitative research using online media, namely google form. The research population was all sixth semester students of PGSD using random sampling technique by considering population homogeneity. The data collection instrument used an online learning questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive statistics. The results of the study illustrate that students assess learning in Indonesian language curriculum studies using GCR online media, namely students assess learning Indonesian language curriculum studies using effective online media (60%), most of them (37%) are average and very effective ( 3%). Finally, to improve the quality of learning for Indonesian language curriculum studies during the COVID-19 pandemic, lecturers must comply with suggestions from respondents, namely implementing new strategies, conducting more discussions, providing concise and easy-to-understand material and adding more videos. interesting again.
