Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas efektivitas tindakan diplomatik Indonesia dalam merespons kasus penembakan Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) oleh aparat Malaysia di Selangor yang dianggap sebagai pelanggaran Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana tanggung jawab Malaysia atas insiden tersebut dan bagaimana mekanisme diplomatik dapat digunakan sebagai alat penyelesaian sengketa internasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif melalui studi pustaka dari berbagai sumber hukum, berita, dan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia telah mengambil langkah diplomatik berupa pengiriman nota protes resmi, pendampingan hukum melalui KBRI, serta komunikasi bilateral intensif. Namun, respons Malaysia bersifat normatif dan tidak menunjukkan transparansi maupun akuntabilitas hukum yang memadai. Tindakan Malaysia yang tidak responsif memunculkan implikasi negatif bagi hubungan bilateral, kepercayaan publik, dan perlindungan HAM secara umum. Sebaliknya, jika Malaysia kooperatif, hal ini dapat memperkuat hubungan bilateral dan memperbaiki mekanisme perlindungan pekerja migran. Penelitian ini menyoroti keterbatasan diplomasi Indonesia dalam mendorong akuntabilitas dan pentingnya kerja sama lintas negara dalam isu HAM

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT Pan Brothers Tbk for the period 2012-2022. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with the analysis method used with descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test) and determination coefficient tests (R^2) with a significance level of 0.05 (5%) and the sources used are secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio (CR) on Return On Assets (ROA) has a negative and significant effect, this is evidenced by the results of data processing from the t_count value -2.351 < t_table 2.306 and a significant value of 0.047 < 0.05. Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA), this is evidenced by the results of data processing from the t_count value of 2.483> 2.306 and a significant value of 0.038> 0.05. Simultaneous testing shows that Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA), this is evidenced by the results of data processing of these values, this is evidenced by the results of data processing F_count 8.182> F_table 3.11 with a significant value of 0.012 <0.05. Then the variables Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) contribute 67.2% to Return On Asset (ROA). Meanwhile, the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

The coconut oil branding enhancement program in Korleko Selatan Village, East Lombok, was implemented to optimize local potential and increase the competitiveness of coconut-based products. Despite its abundant coconut resources, the village’s utilization of this commodity has been limited to small-scale traditional processing without clear brand identity, standardized packaging, or effective marketing strategies. Through a 45-day program of potential surveys, training, and community mentoring—particularly targeting women’s household groups—participants were equipped with skills in brand identity development, packaging design, digital marketing, and the use of QR Code technology for production process transparency. The program resulted in the creation of “Koska Coconut Oil,” featuring labeled packaging that reflects local identity while meeting hygiene and aesthetic standards. The adoption of digital marketing via social media and online marketplaces is expected to expand market reach, including potential export opportunities. This initiative not only increases product value and community income but also strengthens local cultural identity and inspires the development of other coconut-derived products. The program’s success demonstrates that participatory branding strategies can serve as an effective tool for sustainable village economic development.

Abstract

Menurut Kemenkes RI (2008), salah satu pencegahan stunting dapat dilakukan melaluiedukasi pada ibu dalam perubahan perilaku peningkatan kesehatan dan gizi keluarga. Kasusstunting masih menjadi masalah gizi yang terjadi pada anak baduta dan balita. Stuntingmerupakan masalah gizi yang serius yang harus segera ditangani karenda berdampak padakeberlangsungan hidup anak di masa yang akan datang. Penyuluhan tentang zat gizi merupakansalah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kasus stunting. Penyuluan oleh tenagamedis ini bisa menggunakan media booklet yang dipilih sebagai media pendidikan kesehatankarena mampu menyebarkan informasi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil.Kegiatan penyuluhan tersebut bisa dilakukan melalui kelas ibu hamil, merupakan salah satu carayang dapat digunakan untuk menyebarkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan gizi dan kesehatansaat kehamilan untuk mencegah stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifanedukasi gizi ibu hamil menggunakan media booklet dengan pengetahuna ibu hamil untukmencegah kasus stunting. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-experimentaldesign (one group pre-test post-test), subjek penelitian 35 orang ibu hamil normal tanpakomplikasi. Analisis data dengan uji paired t test. Pemberian edukasi gizi ibu hamil menggunakanmedia booklet efektif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pencegahan stunting(p-value 0,005).

Abstract

Maharah kitabah (kemampuan menulis) merupakan maharah keempat dari maharah sebelumnya yaitu maharah istima’, maharah kalam dan maharah qiraah yang merupakan kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki seorang pelajar ataupun guru bahasa Arab. Ada banyak sekali kesulitan ataupun problematika pembelajaran maharah kitabah yang dialami oleh pelajar ataupun mahasiswa. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti membahas terkait analisis kesulitan maharah kitabah dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di PBA 2 angkatan 2022 UINSU. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka dan pengumpulan data. Partisipan yang dipilih terdiri dari 17 orang mahasiswa PBA 2 UINSU dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur dalam bentuk google form. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian mahasiswa PBA 2 UINSU mengalami kesulitan dan masih merasa bingung dalam penggunaan tanda baca bahasa Arab dalam pembelajaran maharah kitabah. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan rajin membaca buku tentang pembahasan mengenai tanda baca bahasa Arab, rajin membaca buku-buku Arab sebagai bentuk pelatihan dengan mengidentifikasi kesalahan dalam penulisan tanda baca di buku tersebut, banyak berlatih dan terakhir jangan malu untuk bertanya kepada dosen ataupun teman. Dosen juga memiliki peran penting yaitu dengan memberikan penjelasan-penjelasan yang mudah dipahami dan memberikan pelatihan rutin untuk mahasiswa agar terbiasa dalam mempraktekkan penggunaan tanda baca bahasa Arab dalam pembelajaran maharah kitabah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and career development on teacher performance at Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Cepu District, Blora Regency. Teacher performance is a crucial aspect in improving the quality of education, especially in vocational schools which are required to produce work-ready graduates. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in this study were all teachers in three private vocational schools in Cepu, with a total of 139 respondents obtained through the census method. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale covering four main variables. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using the latest version of SPSS. The research results show that the three independent variables, namely work environment, work motivation, and career development, simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Work motivation is the variable that most dominantly influences teacher performance compared to the other two variables. These findings have the implication that efforts to improve teacher performance must be focused on improving the work environment, providing incentives and recognition to increase motivation, as well as structured career development. This research also emphasizes the importance of managerial strategies and educational policies that support the sustainability of teacher professionalism in private schools. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for school management and policy makers in improving the quality of education in developing areas such as Cepu.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Forum Kampus UMKM Kuningan program in fostering entrepreneurial characteristics and competencies among its members. As a community-based initiative, the forum strengthens local micro and small enterprises through training, mentoring, and peer learning. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with the CIPP evaluation model, Bygrave’s 10D framework, and the KSA model, data were collected by interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed thematically. Findings indicate the program is generally effective: it addresses members’ real needs, engages competent facilitators despite limited resources, promotes participatory learning, and generates positive impacts on mindset, business practices, and networks. Key entrepreneurial traits—Dreams, Doers, and Destiny—showed significant growth, while financial literacy (Dollars) remained a challenge. Competencies improved across knowledge, practical and digital marketing skills, and attitudes such as confidence, discipline, and adaptability. Overall, the forum demonstrates effectiveness as a community-based entrepreneurship development model that strengthens the local MSME ecosystem.
