Reward merupakan salah satu faktor diluar dari pribadi mahasiswa. Dengan pemberian reward dalam proses perkuliahan secara tidak langsung akan membuat mahasiswa lebih bersemangat dan aktif sehingga terjadi proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah pemberian reward berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Populasidalam penelitian adalah seluruh seluruh mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah fisika dasar. Variabel dalam penelitian ini ada dua, yaitu variabel bebas adalah pemberian reward, dan variabel terikat adalah aktivitas belajar mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan lembar observasi. Setelah data terkumpul, kemudian data dianalisis dengan ststistik uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan didapat thitung = 6,20 dan tdaftar = 2,01, hipotesis akan diterima apabila thitung terletak antara –t(1-1/2α) < t < t(1-1/2α). Dari hasil perhitungan dapat diketahui 6,20 tidak terletak antara -2,01 dan +2,01, sehingga kesimpulannya bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh pemberian reward terhadap aktivitas belajar mahasiswa.

Proses kegiatan pembelajaran merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan prestasi belajar yang akan dicapai siswa. Oleh karena itu guru harus mampu memlah dan memilih serta menentukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran, karakteristik siswa dalam proses pembelajaran serta tujuan pembelajaran. Penerapan suatu pendekatan pembelajaran yang sesuai diasumsikan dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar fisika siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan lesson study terhadap prestasi belajar fisika siswa kelas X MA Al Ikhlas Pemetung Basuki Kecamatan Buay Pemuka Peliung pada Materi perubahan wujud zat Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X MA Al Ikhlas Pemetung Basuki yang terdiri dari tiga kelas. Diambil dua kelas sebagai sampel dengan teknik cluster sampling yaitu kelas X.1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas X.3 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Proses pembelajaran pada kelas eksperimen menggunakan lesson study dan pada kelas kontrol menggunakan konvensional. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan tes. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji dua pihak dengan rumus t-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh skor rata-rata pada kelas eksperimen adalah 81,95 kelas kontrol adalah 71,17. Dari pengujian hipotesis diperoleh harga t hitung = 4,607 dengan harga t tabel = 1,998, menunjukkan bahwa harga t hitung tidak berada pada daerah penerimaan H0 penerimaan H0 (antara - t tabel = - 1,998 sampai dengan t tabel = 1,998) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh penerapan lesson study yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar fisika siswa kelas X MA Al Ikhlas Pemetung Basuki Kecamatan Buay Pemuka Peliung pada materi perubahan wujud zat Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.

Innovation in a learning is an important factor in determining the success of the learning process of learners. Therefore, teachers should be able to choose and determine either a strategy, method or even a learning approach in accordance with learning materials and learning objectives. The use of methods or appropriate learning techniques on a learning material will support the effectiveness of the process in it. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of brainstorming techniques on student physics learning outcomes on learning material form Substance. This research is a quantitative research. Technique of collecting data (was) using test. Moreover, research hypothesis was tested using t-test formula. Based on the results of data analysis obtained, the average score on the experimental class is 81.66 while that on control class is 71.00. Hypothesis testing which obtains tcount = 4,595 with price t table = 2,000, indicates that the price of t arithmetic is not in the acceptance area of H0. H0 is rejected because the acceptance area is between - ttable = - 2,000 to ttable = 2,000 for 60 of degree of freedom with significance level 5%. Therefore, Ha is accepted. It means that there is significant impact of brainstorming toward students achievement on learning state of matter.

This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher professional competence and students' learning outcomes of Madrasah Aliyah Subulussalam 2 East OKU. The research method used was quantitative causal correlations (cause and effect). The population of the study was all students of Madrasah Aliyah Subulussalam 2 East OKU. Sampling was done by using random method, with a total sample was 30 students. In this study there were two variables: variable (X) was the teacher's professional competence and variable (Y) was the students' learning outcomes. Variable X data was obtained by distributing questionnaires, while Y variable was obtained by multiple choice test questions. The questionnaire data obtained an average value was 87.8 from a maximum score was 101 while the average value of the test was 70.13 from a maximum value was 90. From the data, it was processed by using the Product Moment correlation formula. From the results of data processing, it was obtained that the rxy value was 0.79. While t table was 2.048 at N = 28 with a significant level of 5% and t-obtained was 6.82. This means that t-obtained > t table (6.82> 2,048) Ha is accepted while Ho was rejected. From these data it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between teacher professional competence and students' learning outcomes of Madrasah Aliyah Subulussalam 2 East OKU.

This study aims to determine the Science Process Skills (KPS) of Physics Education Study Program Students in the Optics Subject. This research uses a descriptive method. The analyzed consists of 9 indicators including observing, clarifying, interpreting data, predicting, hypothesizing, analyzing, planning, experimenting / researching, using tools and materials, applying concepts and communicating. The results showed that the Science Process Skills as a whole obtained an average score of 84.10% in the very good category. Thus it is very clear that KPS Physics Education student STKIP Nurul Huda has excellent skills so that it has a positive effect on the development of student thinking patterns and attitudes which will ultimately have an impact on student success in learning..

This research is a type of research that focuses on efforts to increase student scientific literacy. The purpose of this study is to characterize the profile of increasing students' scientific literacy abilities through the development of socio-scientific-based worksheets. The research sample was 2C semester students in the Physics Education Study Program for the 2022–2023 academic year, with a total of 10 students, and the research design used a one-group pretest-posttest design. The findings show that the average N-gain obtained is 0.48, which is included in the moderate improvement category. The significance level of 0.00, less than 0.05 (sign. 0.05), was found in the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, indicating that Ho was not accepted. Based on the test results, there is a significant difference between the level of scientific literacy of students before and after implementing learning by making socioscience-based worksheets. This study shows how teaching using socio-scientific-oriented worksheets can raise the profile of students' scientific literacy abilities.

The existence of the activities for teachers is based on the rapid development of technology and communication so as to also require changes in the pattern of learning and blowing related to the ability to think. Learning involving high-level thinking (HOTS) is indispensable in the era of the 4.0 industrial Revolution and the future because of the evolving science, relentless changes and tougher life competition. Therefore educators should strive for how students can be flexible in adapting to the changes. In the implementation of this activity use lecture methods, discussions and FAQs and practice. The material presented in its activities is material about the HOTS learning and assessment. After the activities carried out some of the benefits that are obtained namely: 1) In general participants who attended very enthusiastic about the material that delivered, 2) and feel the new knowledge related to learning and assessment of HOTS-based.

This devotion is conducted because haven’t been there utilization of corncops waste to be mushroom cultivation at Simpang Agung Village in South OKU districts, even though 90% of society plant the corns. Lignin and selulose in the corns can be useful to cultivate mushroom. All this time corn cops in Simpang Agung is only burned and discarded, never processed to be high value food sources. Some procedures solutions conducted to the society about corncops waste treatment to be mushroom is giving knowledge by socialization, training, and monitoring. The result of this training is corn cops waste processed by special simple technology to be mushroom that can be consumed by society. Accurate management can give economic benefits to the society so that can increase standard of living.

Mentoring aims to direct students to write scientific articles properly and systematically. the method of implementing the service through several stages including: preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities. Mentoring is carried out at the Teacher Training and Educational Sciences College (STKIP) Nurul Huda. The results of assistance in preparation for the problems faced by students, students do not understand the writing and systematics of scientific articles. Furthermore, the implementation of students is directed through the material presented to make scientific articles. the next stage is monitoring students in offline monitoring and daring to write blind scientific articles. Furthermore, the evaluation stage is carried out through the presentation of scientific articles and analysis of constraints and supporting activities for writing scientific articles. Constraints students find it difficult to find references to scientific articles and difficulties in determining the title. However, these obstacles can be overcome with the assistance and direction provided.

The Act Your Movement in Physics (AYMP) program is an action and real action for the Physics Education study program at Nurul Huda University to contribute in the fields of education, community empowerment and the environment. This AYMP activity carried out is in the field of Education and learning, namely conducting demonstration activities and Physics Practicum in schools, namely at MTS YPI DARUL HUDA. The implementation method for this service activity is preparation, implementation and evaluation. In the preparation stage, namely preparing basic physics practicum tools, namely, caliper, microscope and screw micrometer. The implementation stage is to provide learning with the demonstration method to students followed by direct practicum activities by students. In the evaluation phase, students and teachers are asked to respond to the activities that have been carried out. The result of this service is the establishment of cooperation with schools in the field of science learning activities, teachers are very helpful and students are very enthusiastic and motivated to study science more actively
