Abstract

Abstract

The focus of this article is to reveal the description of Pharaoh expressed in the texts of the Qur'an. The research approach used is the historical approach of Fazlur Rahman. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were found as follows: First, Pharaoh according to the Koran is the rulers who in carrying out their government use an oppressive system, this oppression is supported by its authorities. Second, the mission carried out by Moses was the Liberation of the Children of Israel from the shackles of oppression and slavery. The Children of Israel as Mustadl'afin in the story need to be addressed in the present context, because the term Mustadl’afin is not only found in the Pharaoh period but always exists in every level of society, so concrete steps are needed to release from the oppressors' grip. Third, the Story of Pharaoh cannot be understood as we read texts in history, because in it there are many moral ideas that must be raised amid the collapse of oppressive systems.

Abstract

This research focuses on studying the Dalung Kuripna inscription manuscript. From the research facts, it can be concluded that the Dalung Kuripan inscription is a form of agreement between the Sultanate of Banten and Keratuan Darah Putih. This inscription is made with the background of three factors; First, economic factors. The Sultanate of Banten at that time became a supplier of spices, especially pepper to travelers and traders from various countries and Lampung was the largest supplier of pepper at that time, reaching 80%. On that basis, it is important for the Sultanate of Banten to approach and maintain good relations with local rulers or traditional stakeholders in the Lampung region. In order to maintain this good relationship, an agreement was made between Banten and Lampung, and the birth of the Dalung Kuripan inscription agreement. Second, political factors. The natural fertility of Lampung and the condition of local government that had not been centralized in one kingdom or power made Lampung easily controlled by either colonial or colonial nations such as the Netherlands, as well as by large kingdoms around the Lampung region including the Sriwijaya Kingdom. This condition made the Sultanate of Banten have an ambition to make Lampung in the territory of the Kingdom of Banten. The third is the religious factor. The position of Banten, which at that time was also the center of Islamic religious education, felt it was also important to preach it to various areas in Banten's territory, including Lampung. In order for the process of spreading Islam quickly, the Sultanate of Banten sent many local Banten ulama to teach Islam in the Lampung region. Since then, the people of Lampung, who initially embraced a lot of animism, Hinduism and Buddhism, soon converted to Islam. And since then, to this day, Islam remains the majority religion adhered to by the people of Lampung.

Abstract

Abstract

The module is one of the supporting teaching materials that can be developed according to learning needs. The purpose of this research is to develop an e-module based on the local wisdom of Belitang with a project-based learning model. The physics topic used is Energy at the junior high school level. The development design used is a modification of the ADDIE model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). However, this research only reached the development stage because the focus research was only on developing e-modules. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed descriptively quantitatively. Research findings show that e-modules based on Belitang local wisdom with a project-based learning model get media and content validation values in the very good category. The results of this research are expected to be further applied to learning.

Abstract

The issue regarding the reproductive system is an important topic within gender discussion. Discrimination against women often results in violence, which one of the forms is the violence of the female reproductive system. Most Indonesian women have not earned the full rights of their reproductive health. It is not yet recognized by most Indonesian women that the rights of the reproductive system are autonomic which indicates that each individual must own the right completely. The issue regarding the fulfillment of the female reproductive system is usually described in fiqh doctrine which tends to be gender biased. If we are able to analyze the issue deeper, the Al Qur'an's doctrine gives a proper analysis regarding the health of the reproductive system. Within surah An Nisa', Allah highlighted that men and women are given an equal responsibility to grow humanity. It is clearly stated within the holy Al Qur'an that woman's rights must be held responsible, respected, and protected. As an example, the holy Al Qur'an forbidding to conduct sexual intercourse with women during their period. Another example is that holy Al Qur'an explained that pregnant and breastfeeding women are in their vital stage, and they must be protected. As there are different doctrines between the fiqh and al-Qur'an regarding the issue of the female reproductive system, it is clear that the gender position of women within fiqh becomes an essential topic to discuss. We need to dig deeper as well as to develop a new understanding of fiqh, which is fiqh's gender responsiveness, as we believe that fiqh discussion must develop from time to time, following the modern human rights discourse.

Abstract

Controlling a well water filtration system via the internet is a modern solution in the industry 4.0 era to ensure optimal filter performance. This study aims to develop an IoT-based system to monitor and control well water filtration by measuring inlet and outlet pressures. The system uses two pressure sensors, one turbidity sensor, and five solenoid valves to regulate the filtration, backwashing, and rinsing processes. All components are integrated with a NodeMCU ESP32 microcontroller. The IoT user interface was developed using the Blynk application on an Android smartphone, which allows real-time monitoring and automatic notification when filter performance decreases. Experimental trials were conducted by gradually injecting turbid water with varying turbidity levels (low, medium, high) into the filter. The results showed that filter clogging caused an increase in inlet pressure and a decrease in outlet pressure. The backwashing and rinsing processes can be activated via a smartphone when the inlet pressure increases by 24%–45% and the outlet pressure decreases by 37%–72%. The turbidity of the filtered water remained within the range of 0.14–0.19 NTU, which is still below environmental health standards. This demonstrates that the developed IoT-based filtration system is effective for real-time monitoring and control of well water quality.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that bosses too authoritarian so that staff feel uncomfortable, lack of work so that many jobs are neglected and lack of encouragement to have timely initiatives in completing reports. The results of the research testing the first hypothesis, namely that the leadership style variable has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) at a significant level of 0.05 because t count (17.999) > t table (1.666). Organizational culture variable has a significant influence on performance, because count (10,755) > t table (1.666). Work discipline variable has a significant effect on performance because t count (14,289) > t table (1.666). The results of the calculation of the value of f, obtained the value of f count 138.137 > f table 3.12 so that there is a simultaneous influence between leadership styles, Organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance and obtained f count 138.137 > f table 3.12.

Abstract

The crime of gambling can not only be carried out in general (conventional) but with the rapid development of technology and information, gambling can also be done online. Gambling that is carried out in general (conventional) already has an article that regulates it, namely Article 303 of the Criminal Code, which is less effective if applied to online gambling. Therefore, in the crime of online gambling, there is already a specific article that regulates it, namely Article 27 paragraph (2) of the ITE Law. If there is a crime of online gambling but is charged with Article 303 of the Criminal Code, there needs to be relevant legal certainty. Where online gambling already has a regulation that regulates it specifically, namely Article 27 paragraph (2) of the ITE Law. As in criminal law, namely the principle of lex specialis derogate legi generalis, where if there is a rule that is specific, it will override the rule that is general.

Abstract

Enbal is a traditional food from Maluku, originally from the Kei Islands, made from bitter cassava (Manihot esculenta). This processed food product holds significant historical and cultural value. However, enbal can become a source of illness if not prepared properly, leading to contamination and an increased risk of foodborne diseases. This study aimed to determine the microbiological quality through total plate count (TPC) analysis and bacterial identification of enbal at several traditional markets in Ambon City. It was a descriptive observational study with a true experimental laboratory approach. The TPC results for enbal food samples from Mardika market ranged from 14.5 × 102 CFU/g to 4.85 × 104 CFU/g, Waiheru market ranged from 8.3 × 102 CFU/g to 3.2 × 105 CFU/g, Batu Merah market ranged from 11.0 × 104 to 3.0 × 105 CFU/g, and Passo market ranged from 2.4 × 102 CFU/g to 3.75 × 105 CFU/g. The results of bacterial species identification from the four enbal food samples revealed Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus haemolyticus. Thus, it can be concluded that the four enbal samples examined are safe for consumption as they do not exceed the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 01-2997-1996, which is 1 x 106 CFU/g.
