Abstract

The organizational environment often changes with the times. If an organization has achieved the goals set for its own organization, then the organization can be considered successful. The quality of the organization's internal environment experienced by its members, the quality in question is not an objective condition that is the same for all employees, but a condition that has been processed through perception along with subjective experience. This type of research can use a quantitative descriptive method, namely to analyze the Study of the Influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research design can be classified as a type of survey research, because researchers use surveys to obtain data and information directly about the research object by distributing associative causal questionnaires. This study uses a quantitative method based on the method. Meanwhile, the SPSS application is used when processing data. The presentation of the results of this study is presented based on the data obtained from the research that has been done. The data collected in this study is in the form of an analysis of the scale results that have been filled in by trading companies. In this study there were 4 (three) scales, namely the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale consisting of 5 question items, the Intrinsic Motivation scale consisting of 5 statement items, the Job Satisfaction scale consisting of 5 statement items and the Organizational Climate scale consisting of 5 statement items . The conclusion in this study is that intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of CV Maris Persada, Buol Regency. Abstract

Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence merupakan salah satu metode peningkatan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan dan terus-menerus dengan menggunakan pengukuran dan memberikan feedback mengenai kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan dalam penyediaan produk dan jasa yang berkualitas. MBCfPE terdiri dari tujuh kriteria, yaitu Kepemimpinan; Perencanaan Strategis; Fokus pada Pelanggan; Pengukuran, Analisis, dan Pengelolaan Pengetahuan; Fokus pada Tenaga Kerja; Fokus pada Operasi; dan Hasil-Hasil Usaha. Kepemimpinan dianggap sangat diperlukan dalam pencapaian ketujuh kriteria tersebut, dapat dilihat dari skor yang diberikan paling tinggi pada penilaian kinerja dengan MBCfPE. Tetapi belum dapat diketahui bagaimana pengaruh antara Enam Kriteria Lainnya pada MBCfPE dengan Kepemimpinan.

Abstract

Education is the spearhead of the progress of a nation, thus the national education system becomes a very important parameter in determining the quality of human resources. Especially in the field of education where the work effectiveness of educators will greatly influence the future of students, for this reason researchers are interested in knowing the extent to which competency, non-physical work environment and leadership style influence work effectiveness through motivation as an intervening variable, besides that besides the contribution of schools that support with complete and best facilities and infrastructure. The population used in this study were teachers at Pangudi Luhur High School in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used Non Probability Sampling for this type of sampling using saturated sampling with a total sample of 57 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The test results show that competence has a positive but not significant effect on motivation, Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive but not significant effect on motivation, Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on motivation, Competence has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, Non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, motivation has no significant positive effect on work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction, work environment, and compensation on organizational commitment. All populations of 50 employees were used as respondents. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS program. To get good and correct analysis results, validity and reliability tests are carried out first. Furthermore, descriptive analysis was carried out for demographic data and descriptions for all research variables. Prior to the analysis to prove the hypothesis, the classical assumption test was first performed. The results of this study prove that work motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Job Satisfaction has a significant influence on organizational commitment. The work environment significantly influences organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is also significantly influenced by compensation. From the results of this empirical research, it strengthens logical thinking, which will have implications for managerial decision making at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Organisasi dengan Variabel Pemoderasi Motivasi Kerja (Studi Kasus Pada: PT. BPR Kartikaartha Kencanajaya Yogyakarta). Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data primer merupakan sumber data yang dapat langsung memberikan data kepada pengumpul data. Data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada 32 karyawan sebagai responden penelitian pada PT. BPR Kartikaartha Kencanajaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Non-Probability Model dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS dan pengujian data dengan software SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Organisasi terbukti, Budaya Organisasi terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Organisasi. Sedangkan moderasi Motivasi Kerja menguatkan dan berpengaruh positif Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Organisasi terbukti, Motivasi Kerja memoderasi Budaya Organisasi tidak terbukti dan Motivasi Kerja memoderasi Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Organisasi terbukti

Abstract

Purpose - The rise of employee turnover intention in the organization will affect organizational performance and hinder the implementation of work programs. This study aims to analyze and empirically test the effect of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy and emotional intelligence on turnover intention mediated by distributive justice. Design/methodology/approach – The samples used amounted to 60 respondents with sample selection techniques using saturated sample techniques (census). This research is a quantitative study that uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool with a Likert scale. Data analysis methods using descriptive and inferential analysis, the analytical tool used is variance-based Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM, with SmartPLS V.4.0 software. PLS testing consists of indicator testing, model fit, hypothesis testing and mediation analysis. Conclusion – The results of this study indicate that the high level of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership and emotional intelligence does not affect the high level of turnover intention; Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy and emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on distributive justice; and distributive justice has a significant negative effect on turnover intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of organizational culture, internship programs, and online training on the readiness of prospective workers. This research will be conducted at the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa on students who follow the organization. This study is a quantitative study and primary data were taken using questionnaires in nonprobability sampling census on 35 respondents. The Data was collected through google Forms, then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that culture has a significant effect on the readiness of prospective workers. As for the internship program and online training has no influence on the readiness of job candidates. The results of this study are expected to be able to prepare students to become prospective workers who are ready to plunge in the world of work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work passion, work-life balance, and work stress on the turnover intention of employees at PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul. Data in the study were collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul, totaling 116 with a five-point Likert scale. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the census method, while the data analysis used included multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and test of the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 25.0. The results of the study partially show that the work passion variable does not affect employee turnover intention. Meanwhile, the variable work-life balance and work stress affect employee turnover intention. In addition, the results of this study show that simultaneously work passion, work-life balance, and work stress affect employee turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how employee performance at PT Hajma Aruna Java is influenced by organizational culture, commitment and work ethic. Questionnaires were a data collection technique in this research with 200 participants as samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research reveal that simultaneously and partially the variables of work culture, commitment and work ethic have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees.
