Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, quality of work life, dan kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Bantul selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Square (PLS), yaitu SEM yang berbasis variance, dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari total enam hipotesis, terdapat dua hasil yang kontra dengan hipotesis. Yaitu tidak terdapat pengaruh antara variabel beban kerja terhadap quality of work life dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Bantul. Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap stres kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap quality of work life, quality of work life berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja, stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap kinerja. Quality of work life tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Pengaruh beban kerja terhadap quality of work life guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Bantul dapat dimediasi oleh variabel stres kerja, quality of work life dapat memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja guru, beban kerja terhadap kinerja dapat dimediasi oleh variabel stres kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian agar dapat mengetahui “Pengaruh Person-Organization Fit dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Karyawan PT. Green Gloves Indonesia)”. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian yang akan dilakukan ialah kuantitatif serta diolah memakai data primer melalui kuesioner yang sudah diberikan kepada karyawan PT. Green Gloves Indonesia sejumlah 87 responden. Peneliti memakai skala pengukuran yaitu skala likert. Peneliti mengambil sampel dengan teknik random sampling. Adapun data yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini akan dianalisis memakai bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Peneliti menggunakan analisis uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis stastistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, Uji f, uji t, dan uji koefisiensi determinasi, serta uji sobel. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa fakta, seperti diantaranya variabel Person-Organization Fit terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan serta positif pada Kepuasan Kerja, Person-organization Fit berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention, Motivasi Kerja terbukti tidak mempengaruhi Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Kompetensi terhadap Performance innovation Melalui Self confidence sebagai variabel intevening pada Pegawai BUMDes di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dari menyebar kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yaitu sampel diambil secara acak sederhana dan setiap pegawai sampel memiliki peluang yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self confidence dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.005 0.05 maka hipotesis I diterima. Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  Performnace innovation dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.936 0.05 maka hipotesis II ditolak. Self confidence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Performance innovation dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.041 0.05 maka hipotesis III diterima. Kompetensi terhadap Performance Innovation  dengan self confidence sebagai variabel intervening dengan tingkat signifikansi Z skor 4.15 1,96  maka hipotesis IV diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of economic literacy, education, and family environment on consumption patterns. The method used is the quantitative method with variable in research is economic literacy (X1), education (X2), and family environment (X3) on consumption patterns (Y). Population in this study were 100 FE students. Online questionnaire survey and the sampling technique used is probability sampling used to collect data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Economic literacy had a positive but not significant effect on consumption patterns, (2) Education had a positive and significant effect on consumption patterns, (3)Family environment had a positive and significant effect on consumption patterns.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the effect of compensation and promotion on turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in CV. Danagung D'briquettes Cegokan Wonolelo Bantul Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Danagung D'briquettes Cegokan Wonolelo Bantul with 60 employees. The sampling method in this study used non-probability sampling with the Saturated Technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the inner model with the bootstrapping method. The data that has been obtained is processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Promotion has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover intention. Compensation has a negative effect on Turnover intention. Position Promotion has a negative effect on Turnover intention. Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between compensation and promotion to turnover intention

Abstract

Teachers must be more than just facilitators in the era of independent learning, they must also be innovators and agents of change. The purpose of this study is the Analysis of the Effects of Organizational Justice, Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy on achievement motivation through the physical work environment between public and private school teachers. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and inferential analysis methods. Sampling Technique Simple Random Sampling. Likert Scale Scaling Technique. The analysis used is Patial Least Square, namely variance-based SEM. PLS testing includes: Indicator Tests measured by the criteria: Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, and Composite Reliability; and Model Fit Test. The difference test was carried out using an independent sample t-test. Test the hypothesis in the form of an Inner Model or a structural model. The conclusion from this study is that organizational justice has no effect on the achievement motivation of public and private school teachers. Ki Hadjar Dewantara's Leadership Trilogy influences the achievement motivation of Public and Private School Teachers. The physical work environment influences achievement motivation. Organizational justice has no effect on the physical work environment. Ki Hadjar Dewantara's Leadership Trilogy influences the physical work environment. There is no difference in the effect of Organizational Justice, Ki Hajar Dewantara's Leadership Trilogy on Achievement Motivation Through the Physical Work Environment Between Public School Teachers and Private School Teachers

Abstract

Research aims to find out the influence of the work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction on Job Performance and know the influence that occurs indirectly on job satisfaction that acts as a mediator in SMAN 1 Margasari Tegal Regency. Quantitative descriptive research was used by researchers in this study. All Teachers and Staff Employees from SMAN 1 Margasari Tegal Regency became the object of this research. In the study, questionnaires became a data collection method used by researchers, with 52 respondents as sampling techniques.Validity and reliability tests are utilized by researchers to check records high-quality, with information analysis strategies used, particularly classical assumption checks, multiple linear regression exams, hypothesis checks and sobel exams. based at the outcomes of studies that has been accomplished suggests that the work surroundings has a extensive positive impact on paintings performance, reimbursement does not have a widespread fine effect on paintings performance, work environment has a significant fine effect on job pleasure, activity delight has a significant nice effect on work performance, job satisfaction can mediate the paintings surroundings on performance. work, and job pleasure cannot mediate reimbursement for work performance.Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Job Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education level, work experience, and workload on the quality of work of employees of the Sleman District Social Service.The population and sample used in the study were all employees of the Sleman Regency Social Service, totaling 60 people using the saturated sample method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Processing and analysis of data obtained from questionnaires using SPSS 23.The results of the study showed that there was no positive and not significant effect of the education level variable on the quality of work of Social Service employees in Sleman Regency. There is a positive and significant effect of work experience and workload variables on the work quality variable of Sleman District Social Service employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This study uses primary data and is quantitative in nature. The population in this study were all employees of Baitul Maal Wa Tanwil, Gunungkidul Regency, while the sample used was 100 people. Sampling technique used in this research is sampling technique, random sampling and hairs theory with Structural Equation Modeling analysis method. The analysis used in this research is path analysis, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression and single test. This study indicate that employee performance is getting better if the influence of leadership style and compensation is better preceded by the creation of a higher organizational commitment that individuals have to their organization. This is because leadership style has a positive effect on commitment, but has no effect on performance. Compensation has no effect on commitment but has a positive effect on performance. While commitment has a positive effect on performance so that it can be a mediator between leadership style and employee performance, not on employees.

Abstract

This research to examine the influence of leadership, organizational culture and compensation on the performance of civil servants in the UPTD for cleanliness, waste and landscaping at the Environmental Service Office of Bantul Regency. This research is quantitative with non-probability sampling method and sampling technique using saturated sampling, which is taking 100% of the population in the civil servants of the UPTD for cleanliness, waste and landscaping at the Bantul district environmental office as many as 57 respondents. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.000. Then the organizational culture variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.025. In addition, the compensation variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.005. As well as leadership variables (X1), organizational culture (X2) and compensation (X3) together has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.000.
