Abstract

Strategi internasional merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk melakukan ekspansi dan penjualan produk/jasa di luar dari pasar domestiknya. Dalam melaksanakan strategi internasional, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan budaya dan regulasi negara tujuan, serta kondisi perusahaan untuk menentukan mode of entry yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi internasional dan mode of entry ICBP dalam memasuki pasar global. Adapun jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Melalui penelitian ini, tim penulis berhasil menemukan bahwa strategi internasional yang diterapkan oleh ICBP adalah strategi multidomestik dengan mode of entry berupa ekspor, aliansi strategis, akuisisi, dan pendirian pabrik di luar negeri. Harapannya melalui penelitian ini, ICBP dapat terus memperluas kehadirannya di pasar internasional dengan memanfaatkan SWOT yang dimiliki perusahaan.

Abstract

This study examines how Green Human Resource Management contributes to organizational sustainability performance by investigating the psychological mechanisms that shape this relationship. Using structural equation modeling on data collected from employees in environmentally engaged firms, the research explores the extent to which the influence of green HR practices is mediated by perceived organizational support and affective commitment. The findings suggest that GHRM does not operate in a vacuum. Its impact becomes significant when employees interpret these practices as authentic expressions of support and when they experience a sense of emotional connection to the organization’s mission. Perceived support functions as a cognitive filter through which green initiatives are assessed for credibility, while affective commitment emerges as a behavioral engine that channels belief into sustainable action. These results underscore that sustainability outcomes are shaped less by the presence of formal policies and more by the quality of interpretive and emotional engagement they evoke. The study offers not only empirical confirmation but also conceptual insight into the relational infrastructure needed for organizations to embed sustainability in practice, particularly within digitally driven and customer-centric environments.

Abstract

Employee performance has an important role in the success or failure of a company. Employee performance is a form of achievement produced by employees based on quantity, quality, time required, teamwork as a measure of the success of a company. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of stress and workload on employee performance with burnout as a mediating variable. The type of research used in this research is using a quantitative approach. The research sample used was 385 respondents who were generation Y or the millennial generation born between 1980 and 2000 who were working in Batam City. Analysis of the data used in the research was by using the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The research results show that workload has a significant influence on stress. Workload and stress simultaneously also have a significant effect on burnout. Workload and stress have a significant effect on employee performance. The research also found that burnout did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Burnout also cannot mediate the relationship between workload and stress on employee performance.

Abstract

In facing the dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry which continues to develop, PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. has taken strategic steps by implementing a business-level strategy to differentiate itself from competitors. As a leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia, PT Kimia Farma tries to answer the increasing demand for medicines and health services by implementing differentiation and cost leadership strategies. Despite facing challenges in cost leadership, this company has succeeded in covering its shortcomings by providing various innovations and variations in health services, including 24-hour pharmacies and health consultation services through the Kimia Farma Mobile application. The company's long history, which was founded in 1817, as well as the establishment of four subsidiaries with specific focuses, has become a strong foundation for PT Kimia Farma to achieve its goal of becoming a leading health company that continues to integrate and generate sustainable value. Even though there are problems in determining drug costs and competition with similar companies, the company's differentiation strategy remains the main attraction by providing superior services to the Indonesian people. For the future, companies are advised to continue expanding service variety, optimizing cost leadership, and maintaining focus on innovation-based strategies to ensure sustainable growth in an increasingly complex pharmaceutical industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan Tokopedia dan Gojek pasca merger. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan studi kasus melalui pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa merger Tokopedia dan Gojek berdampak positif bagi perkembangan bisnis kedua belah pihak. Mereka telah berhasil menggabungkan sumber daya dan teknologi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan. Namun, ada tantangan seperti persaingan yang ketat dan regulasi yang semakin ketat. Studi tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa merger Tokopedia dan Gojek berpotensi menjadi kekuatan besar dalam industri e-commerce dan layanan on-demand di Indonesia dan luar negeri.

Abstract

This study aims to deepen the understanding of the influence of HRM practices on employee performance, considering job satisfaction as a mediator, and evaluate its effectiveness in the food and beverage industry. The research approach is quantitative, with data collection involving 290 café employees in Batam through an online questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using Smart PLS. This study found a significant positive influence on HRM Practices on Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction. However, the positive effect generated by Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance proved to be insignificant, and Job Satisfaction did not act as a mediator in the relationship between HRM Practices and Employee Performance. In the food and beverage industry, companies are advised to concentrate on things that can improve employee performance, such as training, performance appraisals, and compensation.
