Abstract

The writing of the article "Analysis of Samsung Company's Business Level andDiversification Strategy" aims to analyze the Business Level and diversificationstrategy carried out by Samsung since its inception until now. The research methodused in analyzing this article is a qualitative method, where the data collection stageis through direct observation at Samsung outlets and online in the form of socialmedia, internet sites and so on. After obtaining the necessary information and data,the author describes descriptively the results of the analysis. The final result of theanalysis is that Samsung's business strategy has helped the company create a goodposition in the technology industry and the company is able to offer high-qualityproducts at competitive prices. The diversification carried out by the Samsungcompany involves expanding product and service offerings into new markets andindustries. In conclusion Samsung company carried out a clear and efficientbusiness level strategy. All the ideas and decisions made by the management teamare always planned for longer good and bad outcomes.Keywords: Descriptive, Diversification, Samsung, Qualitative Method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the SWOT analysis on PT. Coca Cola Europacific Partners. Considering that SWOT is a method for making decisions in the best way, and is also capable of being developed and implemented in a company. In this study the SWOT matrix is also used to provide an overview and analysis of both internal and external opportunities and threats that will be faced so that the company is more alert in dealing with these matters. The method used is to analyze how a company develops its SWOT strategy in a more structured and better way. SWOT is a tool for managers in developing four very important types of strategies, namely Strengths, Weaknesses Opportunities, Strengths Threats and Weak Threats. Through this SWOT, managers can also produce effective and efficient marketing strategies to advance the business in a sustainable manner. The hope of the article that we created is to find out about compiling a SWOT strategy in a very structured and good way by collecting data that has been analyzed.

Abstract

The company's current challenge is to win the talent war, what is meant by talent war is where companies compete to beat their competitors and obtain the best talent in the labor market, this affects the company so that companies are more careful in selecting and developing existing talents. With talent management, this step in finding development talent management, grouping talented employees, and other retention programs is more integrated. In this study, the method used was a quantitative method, which examined the existing population, and was used as a sample from a small part of the population. Then the results were obtained that employee recruitment and selection have a significant positive effect on company performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable for talented employee recruitment to assist the organization in obtaining talented employees, developing them, and retaining them so that they can contribute to advancing the company's performance.

Abstract

In facing business competition, PT Telkom implements a strategy to be able to compete in the international market so that the company's capabilities and advantages competitive companies in the face of increasing competition in the international market effective. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy, the five forces analysis, industrial environment and SWOT analysis at PT Telkom. Besides that, identify the factors that become strengths and weaknesses as well opportunities and threats for this company. The analysis used in the research. This is a qualitative and descriptive descriptive analysis. By doing This external environmental analysis can evaluate PT Telkom's competitive strategy in achieving sustainable growth. By utilizing the porter five forces It is hoped that PT Telkom will be able to recognize its competitive position and improve competitive advantage to win the market. Abstract

The outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020 has brought downturn to the global economy and many companies went bankrupt during the epidemic. However, according to Unilever's financial report for the first half year, its sales fell only by 1.6% and its financial situation is still stable. The reason for it is not only for Unilever's action of taking Covid-19 as normalization, but also for its differentiation strategies, which make Unilever a competitive enterprise when the consumer products are in demand in Covid-19. Through the literature research method, this article uses the combination of SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) and PEST (political, economic, social and technological factors) models to explore the internal and external environments of Unilever in 2020, and concludes that under the multiple impacts of the external environment, Unilever still has great opportunities to make development relying on its own excellent internal conditions.

Abstract

Public services that have high quality standards, often referred to as excellent services, refer to the best services that meet certain standards. Service standards act as guidelines for providing services and are the basis for assessing the quality of these services. This standard is not only a reference in providing quality services, but also reflects the commitment and promise of service providers to the community. This research method is to use a non-probability sampling technique, namely a purposive sampling method where the sample is not carried out randomly but can be adjusted to predetermined criteria. This sampling was of course carried out by giving questionnaires to respondents who met the criteria expected in this research, namely the public and public service employees were only able to fill out this questionnaire. This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires as a medium for collecting research data obtained from respondents. The research carried out can be broken down into analytical studies involving the role of employees as mediators in the relationship between several factors, such as community satisfaction, work environment, work motivation, work discipline and leadership, on public services in MPP Batam City. This research is related between these variables to understand how employee performance can mediate the influence of these factors on public services.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of training, job development, compensation, and work motivation on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among insurance sales employees in Batam. Using a sample of 310 respondents obtained through the distribution of Google Form questionnaires to insurance employees in Batam, this research employed data processing with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The study found that Training has a positive impact on job satisfaction, while career development does not significantly affect job satisfaction. Competence has been proven to have a positive impact on job satisfaction, while motivation does not significantly influence job satisfaction. Training also contributes positively to employee performance through job satisfaction, while career development does not significantly affect employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. Competence shows a positive impact on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediation, while motivation does not significantly influence employee performance mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hybrid work systems on employee performance through work life balance in the insurance services industry in Batam City. With data collection that has been done through the distribution of questionnaires in Batam City involving 264 respondents, with the majority of men aged 18-25 years, with a high school / vocational high school education background, working as staff. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that work life balance can be supported by the implementation of a hybrid work model. However, increasing this work life balance does not always contribute directly to improving employee performance. Further research is recommended to identify other factors or variables that can provide new insights in explaining the impact of hybrid work systems on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the manufacturing company sector in Batam. This research aims to find out how much influence artificial intelligence and human resources have on the influence of leadership on organizational performance. The method used in research is a quantitative method. The sample required for this research is 173 respondents. The result of this research is that the research data is free from common method bias because the VIF value is below 5.00. In the convergent validity test, all variables and indicators are said to be valid because the outer loadings value reaches 0.5 which are all variabel are valid because the outer loadings value does meet the criteria. In the Fornell Larcker validity test, the variable average can be said to be valid because there are variables that are less than 0.6, namely organizational performance. Apart from that, in the reliability test all variables are considered reliable exept LEP because the average Cronbach's alpha value is not more than 0.6 and meets the established criteria. For future research may concentrate on other industries, particularly the manufacturing sector, exploring different variables.

Abstract

This study investigated the knowledge the relationship between job satisfaction, polychronicity, employee engagement and job satisfaction moderated by work environment. The quantitative study used a survey method to collect data with purposive sampling and technique. The survey was conducted on 360 employees from various manufacturing companies in Batam City. The data was analyzed using the structural equation modeling partial least square technique processed with smart-pls. The study's findings were as follows: polychronicity positive and significantly affected employee engagement, job satisfaction and turnover intention. Job satisfaction also positive and significantly affected employee engagement. Work environment also positive and significantly affected job satisfaction. Job satisfaction negative and significant affected turnover intention. Employee engagement negative and not significant affect Turnover intention. In the meantime, work environment moderated job satisfactions and polychronicity.
