Abstract

This analysis is to analyze competitive rivalry against Shopee companies. In this analysis using descriptive analysis method and using a qualitative approach. Competitive competition analysis using Porter's Five Forces method is a strategic framework used to evaluate the attractiveness and intensity of competition in a particular industry or market. In the context of a Shopee company, this analysis can provide insight into the factors influencing Shopee's position in the e-commerce market and identify opportunities and challenges faced by the company. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan Tokopedia dan Gojek pasca merger. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan studi kasus melalui pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa merger Tokopedia dan Gojek berdampak positif bagi perkembangan bisnis kedua belah pihak. Mereka telah berhasil menggabungkan sumber daya dan teknologi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan. Namun, ada tantangan seperti persaingan yang ketat dan regulasi yang semakin ketat. Studi tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa merger Tokopedia dan Gojek berpotensi menjadi kekuatan besar dalam industri e-commerce dan layanan on-demand di Indonesia dan luar negeri.

Abstract

Alcoffee Coworking Space is a halal cafe and restaurant with a blend of three cultures, namely Indonesia, Japanesse and Western, and Alcoffee also presents a variety of food menus inspired by various cultures in the world. In a work activity within the company, there is a need to avoid work errors. The work errors usually do not have the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and this also affects the continuity and smoothness of a company. From this side it can be seen that in the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) the company can help the company's partners as well as on the consumer or visitor side, the advantage of the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) for the company is that the company will always be applied for its discipline while, for the visitors will get service good and comfortable so that visitors will feel satisfied with the cafe. The research subject is a waiter at Alcoffee Coworking Space and the object of his research is the SOP for service, supervision and training for customer satisfaction. Knowing the identity of the work activities of Alcoffee employees, the preparation and design of SOP that are in accordance with the needs of employees so that they can work better and efficiently according to their position.The design of the output of this activity is intended to be able to find an expected outcome. The output of this activity is to provide support to the Alcoffee Coworking Space company regarding the importance of Standard Operational Procedure for the company and especially for staff and employees.With the achievement of customer desires and satisfaction due to every good treatment from employees, it will certainly eliminate the occurrence of customer distrust of the company's image, because it is necessary to maintain the quality of each and even improve the quality of the staff so that they will always develop better.

Abstract

Cost leadership adalah salah satu strategi bisnis yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan keunggulan bersaing dengan menghasilkan produk atau layanan dengan biaya yang lebih murah daripada pesaing. AirAsia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menggunakan strategi ini dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. AirAsia melakukan strategi cost leadership dalam bentuk harga penerbangan yang murah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam cost leadership yang diterapkan oleh AirAsia sehingga AirAsia dapat bersaing dengan pesaingnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data disini berupa data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa AirAsia menggunakan strategi cost leadership dengan cara membuat efisiensi pada model pesawat yang ada, sehingga AirAsia hanya memiliki 2 tipe pesawat. Selain itu, AirAsia memperbanyak utilitas yang ada, efisiensi bandara yang baik, biaya rendah tanpa embel, dan iklan yang ditampilkan pada kabin pesawat yang membuat penambahan pemasukan dari iklan yang memberikan sponsor.

Abstract

Consumer interest in McDonald's, which is operated as a franchise, remains high in Indonesia and elsewhere. McDonald's is one of the franchises that has expanded the most both in Indonesia and internationally. The term "strategy" is used to describe the ways through which a corporation works to fulfill its purpose and vision over a certain period of time. Analyzing the company's external elements is essential before developing a marketing plan. The organization has to analyze its external environment in order to recognize threats and seize opportunities. The goal of this study is to determine whether external influences have an impact on McDonald's business strategy. The research approach used here is a case study based on a SWOT analysis. This information is derived from other sources. Meanwhile, qualitative research is being undertaken. Many data sources are used in this method to investigate a topic from several angles. Materials like magazines, newspapers, periodicals, and articles. In a situation when the firm's strengths are 1.45 and its shortcomings are 0.50, the company is doing really well. In light of the 2.12 opportunities and 1.8 risks present. The study's findings suggest that the fast food restaurant in question has sound management practices and can compete well in an industry where many similar enterprises can be found.

Abstract

Work ability, work discipline and communication certainly have an interrelated relationship, by running it according to procedures and directions all work will be easily completed. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work ability, work discipline, communication, on company performance mediated by resilient leadership. The method uses quantitative analysis with the help of SEM PLS data processing tools. Data collection using questionnaires to a total of 580 ojol drivers in Batam City. The research variables consist of work ability (X1), work discipline (X2), communication (X3), leadership (Y1), and organizational performance (Y2). The results concluded that hypotheses 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7 can be accepted while hypotheses 1 and 4 are not accepted in this study because they have statements that are not strong with the results of the coefficient of determination test for the dependent variable value of 0.750 (75%) and the mediating variable is 0.691 (69.1%) and data quality (Goodness of Fit) of 0.702.

Abstract

In facing the dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry which continues to develop, PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. has taken strategic steps by implementing a business-level strategy to differentiate itself from competitors. As a leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia, PT Kimia Farma tries to answer the increasing demand for medicines and health services by implementing differentiation and cost leadership strategies. Despite facing challenges in cost leadership, this company has succeeded in covering its shortcomings by providing various innovations and variations in health services, including 24-hour pharmacies and health consultation services through the Kimia Farma Mobile application. The company's long history, which was founded in 1817, as well as the establishment of four subsidiaries with specific focuses, has become a strong foundation for PT Kimia Farma to achieve its goal of becoming a leading health company that continues to integrate and generate sustainable value. Even though there are problems in determining drug costs and competition with similar companies, the company's differentiation strategy remains the main attraction by providing superior services to the Indonesian people. For the future, companies are advised to continue expanding service variety, optimizing cost leadership, and maintaining focus on innovation-based strategies to ensure sustainable growth in an increasingly complex pharmaceutical industry.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui negoisasi bisnis industry makan dan minuman di Indonesia. Negosiasi merupakan prosesterjadi diantara dua belah pihak atau lebih serta memiliki pemikiran berbeda dan akhirnya akan mencapai sebuah kesepakatan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan makan dan minum terdapat diIndonesia. Metode ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan data yang sekunder menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dari studi Pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil negoisasi bisnis dilakukan untuk memenuhi tujuan masing – masing pihak yaitu mendapatkan keuntungan. Saran yang berikan adalah lebih memperhatikan dengan siapa akan bernegoisasi dan dengan siapa akan berkonflik sehingga indusri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia dapat lebih maju serta diperlukan penelitian lebih mendalam dalam menganalisis proses negoisasi dan manajemen konflik ada industry makanan dan minuman di Indonesia.
