Abstract

This community service aims to increase the skills and knowledge of culinary MSME players, develop an e-business system through online sales platforms, and have certified halal culinary MSME products. This service used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method to enhance the operational skills of culinary MSMEs in Tabek Patah Village. Through training, MSME actors gained skills in halal certification, digital marketing, and online business tools such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Google Maps. They learned to create digital catalogs, register their businesses on Google Maps, and obtain Business Identification Numbers (NIBs), while understanding the benefits of halal certification for market expansion. Despite challenges like limited internet infrastructure and initial skepticism, the program significantly improved MSMEs’ visibility, competitiveness, and confidence in using technology. However, continuous assistance remains crucial to sustain these advancements and address remaining barriers, ensuring long-term success in integrating technology and halal standards into their operations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kontribusi latihan Plank dan latihan Burpee terhadap kecepatan renang gaya bebas 50 meter. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kecepatan atlet renang gaya bebes 50 meter putra kelompok umur II di Aquatic Swimming Club Medan masih kurang baik. Metode penelitian ini adalah Metode pre-experimental design, tipe one group pretest-posttest (preliminary test, final test, single group), studi kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini memiliki suatu variabel bebas yaitu: Latihan plank dan latihan burpee dan variabel terikat yaitu: Kecepatan renang gaya bebas 50 meter pada atlet putra KU II di Aquatic Swimming Club Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah        seluruh peserta atlet Aquatic Swimming Club Medan yang berjumlah 20 orang dan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara Porposive Samping. Instrumen tes yang digunakan: 1) pull dynamometer, 2) leg dynamometer, 3) stopwatch. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi tunggal dan analisis berganda. Dari data analisis hipotesis 1) Tes latihan plank untuk kekuatan otot lengan menyatakan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan yang memberikan kontribusi sebesar 1,37%. Analisis hipotesis 2) Tes latihan burpee untuk kekuatan otot tungkai menyatakan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan yang memberikan kontribusi sebesar 37,09%. Analisis hipotesis 3) maka setelah diuji dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari latihan plank untuk kekuatan otot lengan dan latihan burpee untuk kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap Kecepatan Renang Gaya Bebas 50 Meter Pada Atlet Putra KU II Di Aquatic Swimming Club Medan yang memberikan kontribusi sebesar 39,31%.

Abstract

This research is a literature review of a series of previous research journals that discuss the utilization of Augmented Reality technology as an interactive learning media at the elementary school level. This research includes an analysis of the models used, an evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of each model, and an in-depth discussion of the implications and significance of the models that have been reviewed. Based on the literature review conducted on a series of research journals on the utilization of Augmented Reality (AR) technology as an interactive learning media at the elementary school level, several significant conclusions can be drawn. First, the use of AR technology in the context of elementary school learning has been proven effective in improving the learning process by making it more interesting, interactive, and easy to understand for students. However, the implementation of AR technology in learning still faces several challenges, such as limited facilities and teacher readiness in adopting the technology.

Abstract

The Regional People's Representative Council which is the state institution that has undergone the most changes. This research aims to determine and analyze the Implementation of the Supervisory Function of the Regional People's Representative Council in the Implementation of Regional Government in Indonesia. This type of research is normative juridical. The results of the research are the supervisory function carried out by the Regional People's Representative Council towards the Regional Government in order to realize good governance so that it can achieve its goals. The Regional Representative Council must be able to correctly interpret the function and objectives of supervision, so that it can become an effective check & balance mechanism, optimize supervision so that it can have a positive influence as expected on the management of regional government, prepare the supervisory agenda for the Representative Council Regional People, Formulating standards, systems and standard procedures for supervision of the Regional People's Representative Council, as well as involving community participation in the supervision process. For this reason, it is recommended that there is a need for community participation in carrying out supervision so that the implementation of regional government policies can run well and it is necessary to develop supervision guidelines by the Regional People's Representative Council so that the supervision function can run more focused.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan masyarakat modern seharusnya diperkuat upaya memperoleh kebenaran agama dan akal agar ada keseimbangan. Berpikir filsafat dan berpikir ilmiah tidak boleh dibuang dalam kehidupan masyarakat modern. Epistemology Islam bertujuan untuk memberikan ruang gerak bagi umat Muslim khususnya, agar bisa keluar dari belenggu pemahaman ilmu pengetahuan yang berdasarkan epistemologi Barat. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Sumber pengetahuan atau dengan kata lain alat atau cara untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan itu menurut para ahli filsafat bisa dibagi menjadi tiga cara; masing-masing disebut dengan Empirisme, Rasionalisme, dan Intuisi-Wahyu. Sedangkan menurut Alquran sumber pengetahuan itu ada indra dan atau akal serta hati. Islam tidak hanya menyebutkan pemberian Allah kepada manusia berupa indra atau akal, tetapi juga menganjurkan kita agar menggunakannya, sedang dengan hati Allah swt akan memberikan cahaya yang dengannya orangorang yang beriman dapat membedakan antara yang haq dan yang bathil. Akal adalah alat untuk berpikir dan berfilsafat yang bertujuan mencari kebenaran. Aktivitas akal merupakan daya yang luar biasa dalam mencari kebenaran yang merupakan objek pemikiran yang tidak pernah habis. Karena itu, akal tidak pernah puas terhadap sesuatu kebenaran yang diterimanya tanpa pembuktian secara rasional. Untuk memantapkan keimanan terhadap wahyu Allah serta untuk memberikan penjelasan terhadap mereka yang ragu, maka wahyu sangat membutuhkan peran serta akal untuk mengungkapkan kebenaran-kebenaran yang dibawa oleh wahyu

Abstract

The Assignment of members of the Indonesian National Army and the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia active as acting regional heads by the Minister of Home Affairs reaped polemics. Law Number 10 of 2016 concerning Regional Elections even though it has clearly regulated the filling of vacancies in the positions of governor, regent and mayor, where acting (Pj.) are appointed from the position of intermediate leaders for the Acting Governor and primary leaders for the Acting Regent and Mayor. However, the Minister of Home Affairs issued Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 4 of 2023 concerning Acting Governors, Regents and Mayors as a reference to fill the position of Acting Regional Head. Article 3 paragraph (b) of Permendagri Number 4 of 2023, contains norms stating that the acting regional head is from an ASN official or an official in a certain ASN position who occupies JPT Madya within the Central Government or within the Regional Government for candidates for Pj. Governor and occupies JPT Pratama within the Central Government or within the Regional Government for candidates for Pj. Regent and Pj. Mayor. Therefore, there is an addition of position criteria and an expansion of meaning in Permendagri Number 4 of 2023 which then becomes a gap and opportunity for the Minister of Home Affairs to appoint active TNI and Polri members to become Acting (Pj.). The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) How is the validity of the appointment of members of the Indonesian National Army and members of the Negatra Police of the Republic of Indonesia active as Acting Regional Heads? (2) What are the criteria for the ideal official who can be appointed as Acting Regional Head? (3) What is the ideal mechanism for appointing and appointing acting regional heads to fill regional head vacancies ahead of the 2024 simultaneous regional elections? This research is a normative legal research or literature, with the research specifications used are analytical descriptive research. The results of this study are: (1) The appointment of members of the Indonesian National Army and active members of the Indonesian National Police to become Acting Regional Heads is not legally positive Indonesia at this time. (2) The position of the official who should be appointed as Pj. Regional Head shall be JPT Madya within the Central Government or within the Regional Government. (3) the ideal mechanism for the appointment and appointment of acting regional heads is to involve the people through the Senators so that the appointed PJ. still has legitimacy from the people.

Abstract

ASN dalam melakukan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai pelaksana kebijakan, pelayan publik serta perekat serta pemersatu bangsa dituntut untuk profesional, tidak terlibat dalam politik, dan tidak terlibat dalam kolusi, nepotisme, dan korupsi, terutama selama Pilkada ASN harus bebas dari pengaruh dan tidak terpengaruh oleh kepentingan siapa pun yang terlibat dalam pemilihan. Namun, pelaksanaan Pilkada serentak 2020 di Sumatera Barat diduga sebanyak 71 orang melakukan pelanggaran netralitas ASN. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian hukum empiris yakni penelitian melibatkan analisis data primer sebagai metode utamanya. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa laporan dugaan pelanggaran netralitas ASN dari Masyarakat ataupun Instansi yang berwenang, Bawaslu berwenang pada penerimaan laporan/temuan terhadap pelanggaran netralitas ASN kemudian melakukan kajian dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada KASN, KASN berwenang dan wajib melaksanakan verifikasi dan validasi atas rekomendasi Bawaslu, dan memberi rekomendasi kepada PPK, sedangkan PPK berwenang melakukan tindak lanjut atas rekomendasi dari KASN dan memberikan sanksi/hukuman kepada pelanggar netralitas ASN. Kemudian Surat Keputusan Bersama merupakan pedoman dan panduan tata cara pengawasan penegakan hukum netralitas ASN selama Pilkada serentak pada tahun 2020, Oleh sebab itu tolak ukur dalam menentukan ASN tidak netral ketika hasil verifikasi dan validasi menyatakan dalam rekomendasi KASN terbukti ada pelanggaran yaitu sebanyak 66 orang, kemudian pelaksanaan Pilkada serentak tahun 2020 di Sumatera Barat dalam melaksanakan penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran netralitas ASN belum efektif terdapat beberapa kendala terhadap faktor-faktor efektivitas hukum, sehingga membuat penegakan hukum belum berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

This article describes the skills of students in learning mathematics by using media and audio in madrasah/primary schools in Ibtidaiyah. This study aims to determine the use of these communication tools on students' interest in learning mathematics. This research is qualitative research using the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. Data sources are 10 journal articles indexed by Google Scholar. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, verification, and conclusion drawing. This research was conducted in elementary schools to see the use of audio and digital media in learning mathematics. The results of this study show that audio and video media can increase students' interest in learning mathematics. Students learn math through these two methods compared to traditional teaching methods. The use of audio and digital media can increase students' participation in the learning process. In addition, students can better understand difficult and complex mathematical concepts because of the access provided by both media. The results provide important implications for curriculum development at the Primary level and recommend the inclusion of audio and digital media in mathematics education. This research makes an important contribution to improving the quality of mathematics teaching and students' interest in the course. This research is also expected to provide a reference for developing new interactive teaching methods at the elementary school level.

Abstract

South Sumatra region has abundant potential coal reserves, but the lack of structural and stratigraphic data makes it not be easy to map their total extent and to understand the genesis. These limitations can be partially resolved using the borehole well-logging methods. The aim of this research was to investigate correlation of coal seam lithology using the well-logging methods in a coalfield, location X, Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra. The several exploration activities were conducted using the well-logging method to acquire gamma-ray logs and density logs data from seven boreholes, namely PMCBS12, PMCBS13, PMCBS14, PMCBS15, PMCBS16, PMCBS17, and PMCBS19 sites. WellCAD software was used during the data processing to derive logging data (gamma-ray and density logs), and Minex software was utilized to analyze the physical parameter correlation among boreholes. Borehole data analysis was carried out by analyzing the lithology contained in the borehole, especially to analyze the characteristics of the coal seam, such as depth and thickness. The results suggest that the thickness of the existing coal seam in area X is at seam 6 from a depth of about 2.95-19.95 m, with a coal seam thickness ranging from 1.85 m in the PMCBS12 to a thickness of 3.6 m in the PMCBS19 well. Two to three - vertically spread seams were found in each borehole with a thickness of about 0.35-3.6 m at various depths. Correlation results among boreholes show that the distribution of coal seams extends from the northwest to the southeast with a distribution direction of N300˚E/6˚.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji politik hukum Islam di Indonesia pada masa pemerintahan Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), dengan fokus pada kebijakan yang mengakomodasi ajaran Islam dalam sistem hukum nasional. Pada masa SBY, Indonesia mengalami berbagai perubahan dalam penerapan hukum Islam, terutama terkait dengan hukum keluarga Islam dan hukum pidana Islam. Salah satu kebijakan penting adalah penguatan lembaga-lembaga Islam, seperti Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) dan Kementerian Agama, yang berperan dalam merumuskan kebijakan hukum yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis dokumen kebijakan, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan literatur terkait. Penelitian juga mencakup wawancara dengan pakar hukum dan tokoh masyarakat yang terlibat dalam pengembangan kebijakan hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SBY berupaya menciptakan keseimbangan antara hukum Islam dan hukum negara, meskipun ada ketegangan dalam implementasinya, terutama terkait dengan pengaruh MUI dan Kementerian Agama dalam pembuatan kebijakan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai peran politik hukum Islam dalam konteks negara hukum yang pluralistik di Indonesia, serta dampaknya terhadap masyarakat Muslim.
