Abstract

Abstract

This article analyzes management theories within the sectors of entrepreneurship, cooperatives, and MSMEs through an Islamic economic perspective on both national and international scales. In Islam, entrepreneurship is defined as an innovative and risk-taking activity that must be grounded in the principles of Tawhid (oneness of God), justice, and Sharia ethics. The study highlights Islamic cooperatives as a representation of a people-based economy that prioritizes the spirit of ta’awun (mutual assistance) and profit-sharing systems, with significant developments observed in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Turkey. Meanwhile, MSMEs are positioned as a vital pillar for the growth of the halal economy and job creation. Overall, the integration of Islamic values across these three sectors shifts the business orientation from mere profit-seeking toward the attainment of maslahah (public interest) and long-term sustainability.

Abstract

Law Examination, when associated in the context of upholding the supremacy of the constitution, does not only stop at canceling a norm of law that is contrary to the constitution, but also how the cancellation decision is then obeyed and implemented. This is because the nature of the Constitutional Court Decision is final and binding. The problem that then arises is when looking at the final and binding nature of the Constitutional Court Decision from the aspect of law in action. It is still found that the Constitutional Court’s decision is not implemented consequently by the legislators, namely by reviving the norms that the Constitutional Court has annulled in the laws to be formed or new laws. The research method used is a normative legal method, which is carried out by collecting primary, secondary, and or tertiary legal materials. The results of the study show that the final and binding nature of Constitutional Court decisions erga omnes requires all state institutions to consider the annulled norms as invalid and to follow up on them without exception. However, the study found that constitutional defiance still occurs in the form of disregard or revival of norms that have been declared unconstitutional, which triggers legal uncertainty and weakens the authority of the constitution. Therefore, stronger implementation mechanisms are needed, including post-decision compliance, constitutional impact assessment, continuous monitoring, and the application of a judicial preview model to ensure the effectiveness of Constitutional Court decisions.

Abstract

Abstract

This article examines Indonesia’s legal framework for protecting the right to be elected, with a focus on electoral administrative law enforcement across Bawaslu, the Administrative Court (PTUN), and the Constitutional Court (MK). Building on Marc Galanter’s “justice in many rooms,” the study introduces the concept of “electoral justice in many connected rooms” to assess the coherence and effectiveness of legal remedies. Using normative, comparative, and case-based approaches, it analyzes disputes involving party officials, former convicts, and gender quota candidates. Findings reveal that institutional fragmentation and normative inconsistencies often hinder the full restoration of candidacy rights, with the General Election Commission (KPU) frequently disregarding binding decisions due to legal ambiguity or inter-agency conflict. The study identifies two key challenges; vague or retroactively applied legal norms and procedural coordination among enforcement bodies. It argues that changes to candidacy regulations must apply prospectively and that enforcement must distinguish between active and passive suffrage. The article proposes a coordinated model of electoral administrative enforcement that combines preventive and repressive measures, institutional alignment, and judicial restraint in line with the Purcell Principle. It concludes by calling for legislative reform to ensure legal certainty, institutional synergy, and meaningful protection of electoral rights

Abstract

Vocational photography education requires instructional approaches that connect conceptual understanding, practical experience, digital workflow, and professional practices. However, photography learning in vocational schools may be constrained by limited specialist teachers, heterogeneous photographic devices, restricted practical facilities, and insufficient opportunities for structured practice. This study examined changes in students’ photography learning outcomes following participation in a Coaching Clinic Instructional Model. A quantitative one-group pretest–posttest design was employed with 32 Grade XI students in the Visual Communication Design program at SMKN 6 Kota Jambi, Indonesia. The instructional model was implemented through three sequential phases: Conceptual Foundation, Guided Coaching, and Professional Workflow. Data were collected using a 20-item multiple-choice test covering technical photography concepts, visual composition, digital workflow, and professional ethics, supplemented by structured observation during the intervention. Students’ mean scores increased from 62.46 on the pretest to 78.57 on the posttest, representing an absolute improvement of 16.11 points. The aggregate-mean N-Gain was 0.43, indicating a moderate level of learning improvement. Positive changes were observed across the assessed photography learning domains, while classroom observations indicated that guided practice, immediate feedback, and professional workflow activities supported students’ engagement with the learning process. Nevertheless, device heterogeneity and limited instructional time constrained opportunities for extended practice. These findings provide initial evidence that a structured coaching-based approach can support photography learning in resource-constrained vocational education settings, although further studies using comparison groups and authentic performance assessments are required.
