Abstract

Brand image is one that triggers consumer loyalty to a product. This research investigates the influence of service quality, brand image and product quality on consumer satisfaction. Also investigate whether consumer satisfaction is a good mediator. This study conducted a survey of Selis electric motorbike users in Manokwari City. Using a purposive sampling method with the sample criteria being Selis electric motorbike owners, 152 respondents were obtained. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that service quality and brand image make a positive contribution to consumer satisfaction. While product quality does not. Research also proves that consumer satisfaction mediates the relationship between service quality, brand image and product quality on tourist consumer loyalty. This study contributes to understanding marketing management by using the framework of consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty in electric motorbike companies, which can also be applied to other general companies

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai employee adaptation telah menjadi semakin penting seiring dengan perubahan cepat dalam teknologi, dinamika pasar, dan globalisasi yang memaksa organisasi untuk bertransformasi. Employee adaptation mencakup fleksibilitas dalam tugas, kemampuan belajar, keterampilan interpersonal, dan ketahanan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis bibliometrik terhadap literatur yang membahas employee adaptation selama sepuluh tahun terakhir (2014-2024) dengan menggunakan teknik bibliometrik. Metode analisis bibliometrik diterapkan dengan mengumpulkan 500 jurnal terkait dari Google Scholar menggunakan perangkat lunak Publish or Perish (PoP). Data dianalisis menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan visualisasi jaringan menggunakan software VOS Viewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan publikasi terkait adaptasi karyawan, dengan topik-topik utama seperti dukungan organisasi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karir. Analisis juga mengidentifikasi kolaborasi antar penulis dari berbagai institusi dan negara. Visualisasi data mengungkapkan beberapa klaster utama dalam penelitian adaptasi karyawan, serta tren publikasi dari tahun ke tahun. Hasil dari network visualization menunjukkan variabel yang saling berkaitan, sementara overlay visualization mengidentifikasi tahun puncak publikasi. Density visualization menunjukkan area penelitian yang sudah jenuh dan yang masih membutuhkan eksplorasi lebih lanjut. Kesimpulannya, penelitian employee adaptation masih diminati dengan tren publikasi yang bervariasi setiap tahunnya. Beberapa variabel seperti job satisfaction dan transformational leadership menunjukkan peluang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of remuneration, time management, on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable at Archives and Library Service Surabaya City. The sampling technique used is total sampling (saturated sample). The research sample was 40 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire distributed to all respondents. The data collected was then analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis techniques. Results showed that remuneration has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Remuneration has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Remuneration has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Time management has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Time management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. organizational citizenship behavior is negative and significant to employee performance. The effect of Remuneration has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as Mediation. The effect of Time Management has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as Mediation.

Abstract

This study examines and demonstrates the impact of Learning Organizations and Employee Innovation Behavior on Employee Performance in the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya. The research design employed in this study is explanatory research, which aims to explain the causes and consequences of existing problems. Path Analysis, along with two multiple linear regression analysis models and SPSS ver 17.0, was utilized to analyze the data. Furthermore, this study is classified as associative research. The findings of this study confirm that learning organizations have a positive and significant influence on employee competence. Furthermore, employee innovation behavior also has a positive and significant impact on employee competence. Moreover, learning organizations positively and significantly affect employee performance, while employee innovation behavior also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Additionally, employee competence is found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, employee competence does not act as a mediating variable in the relationship between learning organizations and employee performance. On the other hand, employee competence does serve as a mediating variable in the relationship between employee innovation behavior and employee performance.

Abstract

Every individual undoubtedly possesses different physical abilities and psychological conditions, especially when facing life situations, whether it is work-related or in other contexts. A challenging situation or condition can make someone feel pressured and experience prolonged stress if not handled properly. This physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion is known as burnout. This study discusses burnout, which has been addressed in previous research from 2018 to 2023. The method used in this research is to identify the number of journals using Harzing’s Publish or Perish software, as well as bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. The research results show that there are 200 publications with 60,448 citations and 10,074.67 citations per year discussing burnout. There are eight main clusters based on the bibliometric analysis. This article also provides information on research topics that have not been widely explored, thus offering benefits to future researchers interested in discussing burnout.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional , Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behaviorsebagai variabel Intervening pada karyawan Pt X. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel teknik sampling jenuh. Adapun metode dalammengumpulkan data dengan memberikan kuesioner. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis regresi, uji statistik, uji asumsi klasik dan path analysis. Selanjutnya pengolahan data yang telah diperolehdiolah dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh menjelaskan bahwa: 1) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 5) budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, 6) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap ocb, 7)komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, 8) OCB tidak memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, 9) OCB tidak memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, 10) OCB mampu memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstrak ditulis (dalam 1 paragraf) dalam Bahasa Indonesia, juga dalam Bahasa Inggris. Abstrak harus informatif dan benar-benar jelas, memberikan pernyataan singkat mengenai permasalahan yang ada, pendekatan/tujuan atau solusi yang diusulkan, metodologi, hasil/temuan utama (unsur kebaruan), serta simpulan hasil pengujian/analisis. Panjang abstrak dalam 100 sampai 150 kata. Abstrak harus ditulis dalam bentuk lampau. Standar nomenklatur harus digunakan dan singkatan harus dihindari. Tak ada pengutipan dalam abstrak. Daftar kata kunci memberikan kesempatan untuk menambahkan kata kunci, yang digunakan untuk layaan peng-indeks-kan dan pengabstrakan, di samping yang sudah ada dalam judul. Sangat bijaksana menggunakan kata kunci yang dapat meningkatkan kemudahan dari pihak yang berkepentingan untuk dapat menemukan inti artikel.

Abstract

This study analyzes the use of economic and financial theory to address economic uncertainty in Southeast Asia. The findings show a uniform approach between countries in economic stability policies, including financial stimulus for the MSMEs sector. This research also reveals a similar pattern in financial stimulus policies in six important sectors. Other efforts include creative industry incentives, road maps, training, and partnerships with investors. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the application of economic and financial theory in dealing with economic uncertainty in Southeast Asia. The findings can be a reference for other countries facing similar challenges

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance, to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, and to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable. In this study, a quantitative approach was used because the data collected were in the form of numbers and the analysis was carried out using statistical methods. Sampling techniques are generally randomized, and data collection uses research instruments. The sample in this study were employees of the Sidoarjo Regional Staffing Agency totaling 15 respondents, taken from some employees. The results showed that organizational culture affects employee performance, OCB affects employees, and organizational culture affects employee performance through OCB as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, desain produk, promosi, daln citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian helm KYT di Sidoarjo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna helm KYT yang berjumlah 100 pelanggan produk helm KYT. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sedangkan besarnya sampel di peroleh dengan menggunakan rumus lemeshow dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas instrument menggunakan Pearson Correlation sedangkan Uji Realibilitas menggunakan Cronbach alpha, serta analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa : (1) Harga berpengaruh positif daln signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian helm KYT di Sidoarjo. (2) Desain Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian helm KYT di Sidoarjo. (3) Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian helm KYT di Sidoarjo. (4) Citra Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian helm KYT di Sidoarjo. Dapat disimpulkan dalam penelitian berhasil memikirkan pengetahuan teoretis umum hubungan antara keputusan pembelian terhadap harga, desain produk, promosi dan citra merek yang dirasakan oleh pelanggan produk helm KYT, yang menghasilkan wawasan multi sektoral yang relevan dan mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan dikonteks sosial budaya dan ekonomi di dalerah sidoarjo. Dari hasil penilitian menunjukkan bahwa: (X1) pengaruh harga, (X2) desain produk, (X3) promosi, dan (X4) citra merek berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Keputusan pembelian (Y).
