Abstract

Customer loyalty and trust are critical factors for businesses aiming to establish long-term relationships with their customers. With the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, there is a growing interest in leveraging AI to measure and enhance customer loyalty and trust. This research aims to explore the role of AI in measuring and enhancing customer loyalty and trust by examining the current literature and conducting empirical studies. The research methodology involves a systematic review of relevant studies and the development of a conceptual framework. The research results highlight the significant impact of AI on customer loyalty and trust, demonstrating how AI-powered solutions can effectively collect and analyze customer data to gain insights and personalize customer experiences. The discussion encompasses the implications of AI in measuring and enhancing customer loyalty and trust, including the importance of data privacy and ethics. The study concludes with recommendations for businesses on implementing AI strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships based on loyalty and trust. Overall, this research contributes to the understanding of how AI can revolutionize customer relationship management and provides valuable insights for practitioners and researchers in the field of marketing and AI.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of brand experience and service quality on intention to revisit with satisfaction as a mediating variable in the marine tourism in Indonesia. A total of 241 worthwhile questionaires were collected to be used to examine the structural model and the measurement using PLS path modelling analysis. This research was conducted in several coastal tourism objects in East Java, which were emphasized on the north coast of East Java. This study found that service quality has a significant effect on intention to revisit. This study also revealed that at the same time brand experience also had a significant influence on intention to revisit. In addition, this study also revealed that visitor satisfaction was significantly also able to mediate the relationship between service quality with intention to revisit while also having a mediating function of the relationship between brand experience with intention to revisit. This can be interpreted that the coastal tour manager should focus on improving service quality and developing visitor experience in order to enhance tourists' emotional attachments to the coastal tourism area to shove repeat visits among visitors. This research has contributed to an increase in understanding of the effect of service quality and brand experience on intention to revisit by adding satisfaction variables that serve as mediation. In addition, the findings of this study can be very beneficial for the development of coastal tourism in East Java, Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist Kemasantani Village in developing a Strategic Plan for Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa). BUMDesa is a business entity that has the potential to drive the village economy and utilize village assets to create added value and develop a digital economic ecosystem. This activity includes assistance in preparing the BUMDesa Strategic Plan for the next five years, with a focus on operational aspects of BUMDesa and increasing revenue. The main objective is to ensure that BUMDesa in Kemasantani Village can operate efficiently, increase community income, and strengthen local economic resilience. The service team works together with the Kemasantani Village community to develop a sustainable strategic plan, implement BUMDesa development planning methods, and provide the necessary support to develop BUMDesa in the area. This activity is a manifestation of the team's concern for supporting village economic development and improving the quality of life of local residents.

Abstract

Dalam upaya mengivestigasi dampak yang diberikan oleh marketing mix 7p, citra universitas, serta word of mouth (WOM) pada putusan dan minat selaku mediasi riset ini diselenggarakan. Konvergen validiti, diskriminan validiti, reliabilitas komposit dan eksamen R-square digunakan untuk pengukuran. SmartPLS versi 3 adalah perangkat lunak yang dipakai serta 113 sampel beserta kriteria yang telah disepakati. Produk, harga, promosi, orang, WOM serta minat berdampak pesat pada putusan. Bukti fisik, proses serta reputasi perguruan tinggi berdampak tidak pesat pada putusan dan tempat berdampak tidak definit putusan. Berikutnya, bukti fisik dan WOM berdampak pesat pada putusan di mana minat berperan selaku mediasi. Lebih lanjut, produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, serta reputasi berdampak tidak pesat pada putusan di mana minat berperan selaku mediasi dan proses berdampak tidak definit pada putusan di mana minat berperan selaku mediasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Relationship Marketing on Customer Retention with Customer Satisfaction. The method used is quantitative. The number of samples in this study were 70 with respondents being consumers who had visited cafe yoikona Surabaya. Questionnaire distribution and data collection via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses the SEM PLS approach. The test results found that service quality and relationship marketing have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at Cafe yoikona Surabaya, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer retention at Cafe yoikona Surabaya, relationship marketing has an insignificant positive effect on customer retention at cafe Yoikona Surabaya, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer retention at cafe yoikona Surabaya, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer retention through customer satisfaction at cafe Yoikona Surabaya, and relationship marketing has a significant positive effect on customer retention through customer satisfaction at cafe Yoikona Surabaya.

Abstract

In today's fierce business competition, it is important for a business industry to make various improvements in developing its business, especially in improving aspects of employee work performance to support the success of companies in the wholesale industry. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Human Resource Quality and Professionalism on Work Performance with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable (Case Study at CV Oktaviana Bag Wholesale Mojokerto). This research method uses explanatory quantitative in explaining the effect of the independent variable with the dependent variable in this study. From the analysis conducted at CV Oktaviana Tas Grosir Mojokerto, the quality of human resources and professionalism has a significant effect on employee work performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship, while the reliability of measuring instruments is good but convergent validity still needs to be improved, with recommendations to improve employee training programs, a culture of professionalism, communication, and program evaluation.

Abstract

The research aims to assess the effectiveness of Instagram advertising in enhancing brand awareness and image, as well as its influence on purchasing interest. The study targets the millennial demographic in Sidoarjo Regency and its vicinity, aged between 18 to 35 years, selected through a non-probability sampling method. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS is employed as the analytical approach. Findings indicate that Instagram advertising positively impacts brand awareness and image. However, brand awareness and image do not influence purchasing interest. Moreover, a direct correlation exists between Instagram advertising and purchase intention, while brand awareness and image do not serve as mediators in this association.

Abstract

One of the things that can improve employee performance is employee job satisfaction. This study investigates the effect of toxic leadership and work situations on employee satisfaction. It also investigates whether employee satisfaction is a good mediator. This study conducted a survey on employees at UPT Balai Latihan Kerja Pasuruan. Using saturated sampling method, 42 employees. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that toxic leadership and work situations contribute positively to employee satisfaction. The study also proved that employee satisfaction mediates the relationship between toxic leadership and work situations on employee performance. This study contributes to understanding employee behavior using the framework of employee satisfaction and employee performance in Balai Latihan Kerja companies, which can also be applied to other general companies.

Abstract

Performance and engagement of the working employee could drop anytime, the company’s inability to provide work-life balance could even lead to quiet quitting that if ignored could increase employee turnover. The purpose of this study is to notice and to give information about the connections about quiet quitting based on previous studies. The methods used for this bibliometric analysis study are to merge the use of Publish or perish software to find previous studies with keyword “quiet quitting” and the use of VOSviewer software to cluster and to visualize its items. The results of this study are in the span of 2022-2024 there are 996 studies about quiet quitting, VOSviewer cluster the items of study into 5 (five) cluster and visualize the connection between items of study, publication year, and topic density or publication frequencies. The visualizations results show that these items of study have connections between clusters, these items of study are quiet firing and disengagement both have a connection of their own, the next items of study are the great resignation, management, work-life balance and job burnout each items have a connection with items of study job satisfaction. This study also find that items of study job burnout and job satisfaction are the items which have relatively small density because it is mostly studied in the year of 2024. Based on this study can be concluded that the connection between items of study quiet firing and disengagement are worth paying attention to whenever discussing quiet quitting also items of study job burnout and job satisfaction are the items which connections on quiet quitting are rarely studied.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work performance assessment, loyalty and seniority on job promotions for employees in the logistics department of PT MIKATASA AGUNG. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with data sources, namely primary and secondary. Data collection used a questionnaire and the number of samples used was 63 employees with a sampling technique using saturated samples. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS v.4.0.9.7 with the SEM analysis method. The results of this research show that work performance has a significant positive influence on job promotion, Loyalty has an insignificant negative influence on job promotion and seniority has an insignificant positive influence on job promotion.
