Several previous studies have tested the relationship between leadership type and innovative work behavior. However, there have been only a few empirical studies examining the mediating role of creative self-efficacy on the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior. This study was conducted to fill this gap to understand the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior and the role of creative self-efficacy as a mediating variable for the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 190 employees of the Astra Honda Authorized Service Station (AHASS) and analyzed using Structural equation modeling with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that entrepreneurial leadership increases the innovative work behavior of employees. Besides, entrepreneurial leadership increases creative self-efficacy and leads to increased employee innovative work behavior. This study contributes to the development of the literature by providing empirical evidence on the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior and the role of creative self-efficacy in innovative behavior. This study confirms Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) that a person's self-efficacy will generate creative ideas in the workplace and produce innovative work. The practical implication is that leaders must provide greater opportunities for employees to develop creative ideas in the workplace to achieve an increase in innovative work behavior.

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing on consumer purchase decisions in pharmacies operating in limited market areas, and to evaluate the moderating role of digital literacy. The research is motivated by stagnant sales performance at Laris Farma Pharmacy in Blitar Regency, despite its promising market potential. Social media marketing is proposed as an alternative strategy to reach a wider consumer base, with consideration of the varying levels of digital literacy among the local population. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research method was employed. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 consumers who had made purchases and were exposed to digital promotions. The analysis used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that social media marketing has a significant and positive effect on purchase decisions. Furthermore, digital literacy strengthens the relationship between social media marketing and consumer purchasing behavior. These findings suggest that the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in limited markets is highly dependent on consumers’ readiness to access and interpret digital information. This study offers practical implications for local businesses to integrate social media promotions with efforts to improve consumer digital literacy in order to foster sustainable business growth.

This study aims to examine the effects of distribution strategy and the use of distribution technology on cigarette product availability in traditional retail outlets in Jember Regency. A quantitative approach employing an explanatory and cross-sectional research design was adopted. The sample comprised 120 owners or managers of traditional retail outlets selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3. The results show that distribution strategy has a positive and significant effect on product availability, with a path coefficient of 0.943, a t-statistic of 24.940, and a p-value of less than 0.001. In contrast, the use of distribution technology has a negative path coefficient of −0.075; therefore, the hypothesis proposing a positive effect of distribution technology use on product availability is not supported. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.780 indicates that distribution strategy and the use of distribution technology jointly explain 78% of the variance in product availability. These findings demonstrate that delivery consistency, distributor–retailer relationships, distribution coverage, and order fulfillment accuracy play a more substantial role in maintaining product availability than the independent use of technology. Distribution technology should therefore be integrated with accurate inventory data, reliable order fulfillment processes, and responsive distributor services to provide more optimal operational benefits.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, perceived nostalgia, and emotional connection on repurchase intention among consumers of the traditional culinary product The Bolu Rampah in South Sulawesi. The research is motivated by the shifting consumption patterns of society, particularly among younger generations, who tend to adopt modern foods and gradually abandon traditional culinary products. The Bolu Rampah, as a distinctive cake made from local spices, holds significant potential to be developed not only as a consumer product but also as a cultural identity symbol and regional specialty. This research employs a quantitative explanatory approach involving 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling, with the criteria of having purchased The Bolu Rampah at least once within the last six months. The research instrument was developed based on validated indicators from previous studies and measured using a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results indicate that product quality, perceived nostalgia, and emotional connection have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Among these variables, emotional connection is found to be the most dominant factor influencing repurchase intention. This finding suggests that consumer loyalty toward The Bolu Rampah is driven not only by functional product attributes such as taste and physical quality but also by emotional and cultural values embedded in the product. Practically, the findings highlight the importance of implementing emotional branding and cultural marketing strategies to strengthen The Bolu Rampah's identity as a signature souvenir of South Sulawesi that evokes not only sensory satisfaction but also collective memory and local pride.

The aim of the study is to examine the effect of entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial mindset on competitive advantage and business performance using a strategic entrepreneurship model in the context of SMEs. This study uses a survey method, data were collected using a questionnaire from 258 SME owner/managers in Indonesia. The proportional random sampling technique was used to select the sample, and PLS-SEM was used for data analysis. The study reveals that entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial mindset had a positive effect on SME performance. The mediating role of competitive advantage was also explained in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial mindset and SME performance. According to the dynamic capability theory, SME possessed the ability to change through strategic entrepreneurial choices. This research was conducted in one country and the results were difficult to generalize. Power distance or decision-making authority was not considered in leadership. Therefore, other results are needed from countries with different cultural contexts to expand the generalization of the research. This research offers novel insights of the importance of strategic entrepreneurship to enhance competitive advantage and business performance in the context of SMEs.

This study examines why customers of Bank Central Asia (BCA) Regional Office 2 Semarang decide to use digital banking services. The research framework is adapted from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and is extended by including digital literacy, trust in transaction security, perceived usefulness, ease of use, and digital product innovation. Data were collected through a quantitative survey of 92 BCA customers and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to identify which factors are most relevant to digital banking adoption. The findings reveal that trust in transaction security (?=0.316, p<0.001) and digital product innovation (?=0.365, p<0.01) have significant positive effects on digital banking adoption, explaining 84.1% of the variance in adoption behavior. In contrast, digital literacy, perceived usefulness, and ease of use were found to be statistically insignificant predictors in this context. These results suggest that for customers with high digital maturity, security and innovation factors outweigh traditional TAM constructs in driving adoption. The study offers practical input for BCA in strengthening customer confidence, improving digital features, and encouraging more consistent use of digital banking services.
