Abstract

This study aims to determine the management strategy used in the development of SDI Al Huda, Kediri City. Al Huda can experience fairly rapid development in the last 2 periods by implementing total quality management. This is based on the strength of the team work to carry out continuous renewal by improving the quality of service both from the internal and external side of the institution. This is evidenced by the fact that in the last 2 periods, Al Huda has been increasing the number of extracurricular activities offered to the community, excelling, having quotas that have increased even beyond capacity, and starting this year, they have been given the mandate to become a driving school. Researchers used qualitative research and phenomenological approaches. The finding of the success of Al-Huda's development competitiveness is by implementing strategic management by reviewing 2 sides, namely internally and externally of the institution, with the application of TQM. The target of the quality of institutional services in the competitiveness of institutional development through two sides, namely: first, internally in the form of: a.) Quality system within the institution by implementing quality assurance; b.) Quality services between education personnel in schools; c.) Quality services between teachers and students; second, externally in the form of: a.) Quality services between schools and parents; b.) Quality service between school and community. [Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen strategik yang digunakan dalam pengembangan di SDI Al Huda Kota Kediri. Al Huda mengalami perkembangan cukup pesat dalam 2 periode terakhir dengan menerapkan total quality management dengan dilandasi kuatnya team work bagian dari kekuatan internal untuk melakukan pembaharuan dan meningkatkan kualitas mutu layanan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dalam penambahan beberapa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, pencapaian prestasi, penerimaan peserta didik yang senantiasa meningkat hingga melebihi kapasitas, dan tahun 2022 diberi amanah menjadi sekolah penggerak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi. Temuan keberhasilan daya saing pengembangan Al-Huda yakni dengan menerapkan managemen strategik dengan meninjau 2 sisi, yakni secara internal dan eksternal lembaga, dengan penerapan TQM. Sasaran mutu layanan lembaga dalam daya saing pengembangan lembaga melalui dua sisi, yakni: pertama, secara internal berupa: a.) Sistem mutu dalam lembaga dengan menerapkan penjaminan mutu; b.) Abstract

IRE teachers are the spearhead of success in learning religious education at schools. Curriculum changes will not have much impact on the quality of learning, if the quality of teachers is not improved. The strategy taken is to improve the performance and quality work of teachers, because the function of teachers are not only as an educator and facilitator, but also acts as an innovator in education. Innovators are not only means “changing" but also presents something that is really new and able to make the old things become new existence in context to the present. So innovative teachers are required and have a good performance, not only physically but also responsibility and performance, so as to improve the quality of education and special learning in Islamic religious education. The main performance of teachers from the physical aspects such as appearance and fashion, but far more important is competence in the mastery of learning materials, the ability of managing the class, the authority as education, social interaction and exemplary both at school and in the community. IRE teachers with good performance will not only able to inspire for learners, and even will be able to produce renewal in IRE.

Abstract

National education is education based on Pancasila and laws that are rooted in the religious and cultural values ​​of the Indonesian nation. Over time there have been significant changes in the world of Islamic religious education so that the process requires a series of appropriate curriculum development with a strong foundation so that the direction of the development goals is clear, therefore the right foundation is needed to be applied in developing the Islamic religious education curriculum. These foundations include philosophical, psychological, socio-cultural, scientific and technological foundations. Islamic religious education is directed at forming faith and devotion, having knowledge and skills, being able to develop creativity and responsibility, being able to develop high intelligence with noble character and love for the nation and fellow human beings. To achieve what is expected, the curriculum has a very urgent position as a guideline for determining the direction of educational content and objectives. Therefore, curriculum development in the field of Islamic Religious Education is part of the educational strategy in forming students with Rahmatan Lil Alamin character.

Abstract

Tantangan dan problem mendasar pendidikan saat ini terletak pada aspek peningkatan mutu dan perbaikan kualitas di perguruan tinggi termasuk perguruan tinggi Islam. Sejumlah perguruan tinggi terkemuka di Indonesia mempunyai visi menjadi universitas kelas dunia. Menurut The Times Higher Education Supplement, beberapa perguruan tinggi Indonesia memang telah mencapai peringkat atas di antara ribuan kampus di seluruh dunia. Walau demikian, secara umum masih terdapat banyak hal yang perlu di perbaiki. Bukan sekadar untuk meningkatkan peringkat, namun lebih untuk meningkatkan kualitas perguruan tinggi Islam. Kualitas dalam hal apa? Tentunya kualitas dalam Tri Dharma: Pendidikan, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Namun untuk meningkatkan kualitas dalam tiga hal tersebut, juga perlu meningkatkan mutu sarana dan prasarana, pengelolaan, dan pendanaan, serta kualitas para pelakunya, yakni para dosen dan tenaga pendukung, yang berdampak pada kualitas lulusannya. Jika saat ini yang masuk dalam rangking 100 perguruan tinggi terbaik di Asia adalah perguruan tinggi umum maka kapan perguruan tinggi Islam dapat bersaing dengan perguruan tinggi lain merupakan hal yang harus dijawab di masa datang. The fundamental problem faced by university institution, especially Islamic university is related to the aspect of improving its quality in education. Some exemplary universities in Indonesia have visions to be world class universities. The Times Higher Education Supplement reporting that some of universities in Indonesia have reached the level in between two hundreds among thousands of universities in the world. However, in general, they still need some efforts to improve not only their levels but their qualities as well. The intended improvement is in the domain of Tri Dharma (three obligations), covering education, research, and society service. To improve the quality of these domains, it should be supported by the quality of improvement of other aspects, such as structure and infrastructure, management, funding, lecturer, and staff. The availability of these components give positive effect toward the quality of the graduations. Nowadays the best universities that reach the level in between a hundred in Asia are those belong to public universities. The fact stimulates Islamic universities to compete to other universities. This is a case needed to be solved in the future.

Abstract

Kurikulum di Indonesia telah mengalami pengembangan. Dewasa ini telah muncul Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai perbaikan dan pengembangan kurikulum dua ribu tiga belas. Kebijakan ini tentu memunculkan konsep baru dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya Perguruan Tinggi. Merdeka belajar, kampus merdeka memfokuskan penilaian karakteristik untuk menanamkan nilai pancasila dan bineka tunggal ika yang merupakan ciri khas kebangsaan Indonesia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep kebijakan kurikulum merdeka diperguruan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data dari makalah, jurnal, buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan kurikulum merdeka diperguruan tinggi. Fokus artikel ini adalah  kebijakan kurikulum merdeka diperguruan tinggi, tujuan merdeka belajar diperguruan tinggi,  program merdeka belajar diperguruan tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mengadaptasi kebijakan merdeka belajar, kampus merdeka mencakup perencanaan, proses pembelajaran, penilaian, dan evaluasi  pembelajaran. Kurikulum merdeka belajar lebih menekankan proses kegiatan pembelajaran diluar dan didalam kampus.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of developing E-book-based teaching materials in SKI lessons, because these lessons make students bored and less interesting. This study aims to determine the application of E-book teaching materials using Flip PDF Professional in Islamic cultural history subjects, and the effectiveness of E-book teaching materials using Flip PDF Professional in Islamic cultural history subjects. This research uses research and development. The sample in this study was using class X students at MAN 1 Trenggalek with a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques and instruments used tests, distribution of e-book products, questionnaires or questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the effectiveness test through the normality test and the assumption test using the paired t test and two independent samples (parametric). The results showed that the development of Flip PDF Professional teaching materials was carried out with reference to the development and research of ADDIE Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, evaluation. Material development shows that the student learning outcomes for the experimental class posttest and the control class posttest have significant differences, thus the e-book teaching materials using Flip PDF Professional are effective in the subject of Islamic cultural history. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan urgensi corporate social responsibility and ethics in education berdasarkan hasil literatur review yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti dari berbagai sumber. Metode penelitian yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah literatur review. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 urgensi corporate social responsibility and ethics in education yaitu pertama, berfokus pada pemberian kesempatan akses belajar bagi seluruh masyarakat yang belum mendapat akses belajar. Kedua, peningkatan SDM dibidang pendidikan seperti pelatihan dan pendidikan lanjut untuk guru. Ketiga, Peningkatan sarana pra sarana yang kurang mendapatkan perhatian pemerintah maupun belum representative untuk mewujudkan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Students' difficulty in understanding English language as a subject usually leads to poor learning outcomes. The problem is, however, observed to be getting worse due to the unavailability of suitable learning media for educators and students. This research was, therefore, conducted to develop an English for Beginner pocketbook media to improve student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, pocketbook media is an alternative packaging of information through the use of user efficiency elements. This research was developed based on the Borg & Gall model with the data collected using questionnaires, tests, and documentation and analyzed through Independent Sample T-test. The results showed the sig. (2-tailed) < sig. level (0,000 < 0.05), therefore, Ha was accepted while H0 was rejected. It was discovered that average students learning outcomes increased to 83,4 and learning completeness by 83.33% after receiving the treatment in the form of the English for Beginner pocketbook media. This shows this material is feasible to be implemented as a learning medium due to its effectiveness in improving the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of MI Masaran 1 Trenggalek.

Abstract

Innovative learning strategies for Islamic Religious Education are needed to improve cognitive abilities, including analysis, application, creation, presentation, and implementation; affective abilities, including appreciation and organization or characterization; and psychomotor abilities, with the perception of the Qur'an and Hadith, which can enrich the vocational needs of students. This qualitative case study research aims to describe and analyze innovative learning strategies for Islamic Religious Education at Mambaul Ulum Vocational High School based on the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. Data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. Testing the validity of the collected data through triangulation, expert discussions, and member checking. Data analysis using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana methods with data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The study showed that the Islamic Religious Education teachers implemented three innovative learning strategies. First, problem-based learning integrates religious concepts with real issues to develop cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. Second, inquiry-based learning through independent investigation and applying religious concepts in everyday life to deepen understanding. Third, flipped classroom combines independent learning at home with classroom discussion activities. Applying three innovative learning strategies has an impact on increasing learning motivation, knowledge of worship, and critical thinking skills. The value of this research lies in the application of learning strategies that connect religious concepts with actual practices to improve the quality of learning in vocational environments. The research findings strengthen constructivism through problem-based, inquiry-based, and flipped classroom theory by showing that active, collaborative, and interactive learning improves understanding and application of learning materials.

Abstract

Research on the strategic formulation of the Qur'an memorization program needs to be carried out. The findings obtained can be a foothold for application in strategic formulation to maintain existence and increase competitiveness between Islamic educational institutions. The research here aims to describe the strategic formulation of the Qur'an memorization program at Madrasah IslamiyahI Qur'an (MIQ) Gudo Jombang. Qualitative research methods, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation. This research is focused on three research focuses, namely: (1) Strategic analysis of the Qur'an memorization program through SWOT analysis. (2) Strategic Planning through the right vision, mission, goals, and objectives. (3) Selection of strategies in the Qur'an memorization program to increase competitiveness and maintain the existence of madrasas. TPQ Bustanul Ulum is part of the business unit strategy managed by MIQ Gudo Jombang to improve the program of memorizing the Qur'an. The strategy formulation implemented is to take advantage of strengths and opportunities to become a superior strategy to expand the market and create competitiveness and be able to close the shortcomings and challenges of competitors.
