Abstract

Dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan ekonominya, masyarakat berusaha mencari solusi atas kesulitan keuangan yang dialaminya, alternatif sumber pendanaannya adalah dengan melakukan transaksi pada penyedia jasa keuangan baik bank maupun non bank. Dipihak penyedia jasa keuangan yang menjadi mitra masyarakat tentu berusaha mencari nasabah sebanyak-banyaknya sasarannya bagaimana meningkatkan profitnya. Pada kondisi saat ini dari beberapa produk yang ditawarkan oleh penyedia jasa keuangan ada sebuah produk yang cukup diminati oleh masyarakat karena mekanisme pengurusannya lebih mudah, lebih fleksibel dan tidak memberatkan nasabah yang penting ada jaminan yang dipersyaratkan oleh penyedia jasa keuangan yang bersangkutan. Produk tersebut dikenal dengan istilah “gadai” yang lagi marak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai sebuah solusi atas kesulitan keuangan, adapun lembaga keuangan yang paling dikenal oleh masyarakat yang menyediakan produk “gadai” adalah PT Pegadaian (Persero) Tbk. Kiprahnya tidak diragukan lagi karena telah memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap pendapatan nasional sampai diatas 2,4 triliun rupiah di tahun 2021 dengan omset pembiayaan yang disalurkan ke masyarakat pada tahun 2020 mencapai Rp.165,06 triliun. Selain sistem gadai konvensional yang berorientasi mendapatkan keuntungan dari sewa modal ada pula sistem gadai syariah yang dikenal dengan “rahn” berorientasi pada saling tolong menolong dalam pendanaan dan mendapatkan kehidupan ukhrawi yang lebih baik karena kekuatiran terhadap pelanggaran agama. Pada kondisi saat ini produk gadai ini mulai dilirik oleh lembaga keuangan bank seperti bank Muamalah dan Bank Syariah Indonesia karena produk ini bisa menjadi alternatif dalam menghasilkan keuntungan sekaligus memberikan respon atas keinginan masyarakat menggunakan dana yang tidak dilarang oleh agama. Saat ini masyarakat juga harus selektif dalam melakukan pinjaman konsumtif karena bila dihitung dalam setahun bunga/sewa modal pada gadai konvensional cukup besar bisa berkisar 27,6 % dan akad ijarah pada rahn berkisar 25,56 % sedangkan beberapa bank hanya memberikan bunga untuk periode tahun 2022 sebesar 8,75% untuk kredit konsumtif bahkan ada bank yang memberikan lebih rendah lagi.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the reflection of the Qur'an on the oppressed group in the context of social inequality. Using the descriptive analytical approach in the various literature related to the subject of this research, whether in the form of primary sources such as the Qur’an and interpretations, as well as secondary sources in the form of books and articles, the results of the study found that the Qur'an's reflection of al-Mustadh'afin refers to a marginalized community, weak, oppressed, and powerless groups both culturally and structurally. In the context of social inequality, the poor, orphans, beggars, and slaves are al-Mustadh'afin groups. The effort to liberate the al-Mustadh'afin from all forms of discrimination, oppression, and exploitation that leads to social inequality is a vision of Islamic teachings. In the context of the Indonesian state, Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution are the two supporting pillars that are in line with the spirit of the Al-Qur'an's alignment with al-Mustadh'afin. Thus, the defense of al-Mustadh'afin in the context of social inequality can be done by maximizing the role of government, agencies, and social institutions.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is the understanding of the Khalwatiyah Yusufiyah Congregation about the verses of the Qur'an which are used as the basis for remembrance of Allah swt., the implementation and effects of its practice. The type of research is a field research which is qualitative-descriptive. The approaches used are interpretation, socio-historical, and Sufistic. The source of the data for this research is the sheikh or murshid of the Khalwatiyah Yusufiyah Order, the caliph and his followers. The data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the interpretation of the Qur'anic verses about remembrance by the Khalwatiyah Yusufiyah Order which is used as the basis for remembrance (for example, QS al-Ahzab/33:41-42) has differences with the commentators of the pronunciation of z\ ikran kas\i>ra> (remembrance as much as possible). Meanwhile, QS al-Syu>ra/42:11 and QS al-Baqarah followers of the Yusufiyah Khalwatiyah Order are the same as those expressed by the commentators. The practice of followers of the Khalwatiyah Yusufiyah Order is to do remembrance every time, every time, and every day. After the fardu prayer, dhikr, praying jahar or sir, especially on Friday nights based on the direction of the Murshid, the effect makes them pray diligently, their faith increases, their behavior is good, solidarity with fellow humans is good, their social spirit is high. The implication is, hopefully it can provide insight into remembrance for everyone, especially the congregation of the Khalwatiyah Yusufiyah congregation. And to the Murshid and or the caliph to give (add) lessons regarding the understanding of the verses of the Qur'an about remembrance

Abstract

Zakat mal yakni salah satu rukun islam, yang hukum membayarkannya adalah fardhu 'ain. Masyarakat muslim pada kenyataannya kurang memperhatikan perihal zakat mal, hanya berfokus pada zakat fitrah saja. Maka penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji konsep pembayaran zakat mal di indonesia perspektif Al-Qur'an. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka melalui teknik analisi data deskriptif. Alhasil, dari pengkajian ini menemukan bahwa impelementasi konsep pembayaran zakat mal di indonesia sudah terealisasi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan konsep yang ditawarkan oleh Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

In the Islamic perspective, poverty arises due to structural causes, namely because of human crimes against nature (QS Ar Ruum: 41); indifference and greed of the rich (QS Ali Imran: 180); some humans are tyrannical, exploitative, and oppressive to some other humans (QS At Taubah: 34); concentration of political, bureaucratic, and economic power in one hand (QS Al Qashash; 1-88); poverty arises due to external turmoil such as natural disasters or wars so that the country that was originally rich turns into poverty. (QS Saba': 14-15). Poverty alleviation strategies in an Islamic perspective include: 1) Encouraging economic growth that provides broad benefits to the community (pro-poor growth); 2) Encouraging the creation of a state budget that favors the interests of the people (pro-poor budgeting); 3) Encouraging infrastructure development that provides broad benefits to the community (pro-poor infrastructure); 4) Encouraging the provision of basic public services that favor the wider community (pro-poor public services); and 5) Encouraging equity and income distribution policies that favor the poor (pro-poor income distribution).

Abstract

Konsep perdagangan dalam islam harus dilandasi oleh nilai-nilai dan etika yang bersumber dari nilai-nilai dasar agama yang menjunjung tinggi kejujuran dan keadilan. Nabi telah meletakkan prinsip dasar bagaimana pelaksanaan perdagangan yang adil dan jujur. Prinsip dasar yang digariskan oleh Nabi berkaitan dengan mekanisme pasar dalam perdagangan, dimana kedua belah pihak dapat menjual dan membeli barang secara langsung sehingga tidak ada campur tangan dan campur tangan pihak lain dalam menentukan harga barang. Dengan kejujuran diharapkan usaha dagang seorang muslim akan semakin maju dan berkembang, karena akan diridhoi Allah di dunia dan di akhirat.

Abstract

Lailatul Qadr is still an unsolved mystery, considering that there are many different opinions related to the decline of Lailatul Qadar. There are some who say that Lailatul Qadar descended at the beginning of Ramadan; there are also those who say Lailatul Qadar is in the last ten days of Ramadan; and some even argue that Lailatul Qadar was revealed on odd days in the last ten days of Ramadan. This study aims to understand the interpretations of the Koran originating from Sulawesi, one of which is discussed in this research, namely Anre Gurutta Muhammad Abduh Pabadja in his book entitled al-Quran al-Karim al-lughah al-Bugisiyyah through audio recordings that can be obtained from Radi Mesra Pare-pare . The method used in this research is library research using a qualitative descriptive analytical approach. The results in the explanation of this study indicate that Lailatur Qadr is a night of glory, which is filled with many blessings in it and can erase all sins that have been committed in the past. So it can be concluded that the night of Lailatul Qadr is a night full of blessings. Blessings can be felt when one has strong faith and only hopes for Allah's blessing.

Allah created the earth as an expanse, that is, an expanse that is neither too hard nor too soft so that it is impossible for it to be permanently inhabited, also the sky as a shade, as a roof, and He sent down rainwater from the sky and then released it from it so that fruit would grow as sustenance for you. you eat and feed your cattle, do not make partners with Allah, for it is Allah who created all that is on earth. So, from economic development in everyday life, this has been deciphered in the Koran for humans, there are angels who always follow them in turn, in front of them and behind them, they guard them at the behest of Allah. Abstract

The main issue discussed in this research was related to the interpretation of the Quranic verses based on a scientific approach in a methodological study on the book of “The Quranic: Scientific Exegesis,” written by Pallacken Abdul Wahid. The methodological approach used in this study was a library research, where the object of the study was the aforementioned book. The scientic approach taken in this research was the Tafseer approach with a modern science. The findings of this research indicated that: 1) The Ilmi Tafseer could be classified into two forms, namely a) knowing the meaning of the Kauniyyah verses through the scientific method and the knowledge related to human civilization. By knowing those knowledges, it is expected that the meaning of the Quranic verses could be well interpreted, b) understanding the true meaning of the kauniyyah verses through a scientific approach so that the interpretation was in line with the scientific problems. 2) Pallacken Abdul Wahid was considerd to be a prominent scholar in conducting research activities by integrating the science  and the Qur’an. this integration led to the development of a computer model of the interpretation (technology) based on the revelations of the Qur’an. 3) In the book of “The Quranic: Scientific Exegesis,” it is found that the Ilmi Tafseer presented in the book will enable people to understand the divine mission of human and the concept of universe rationally and holistically.Artikel ini yang akan menjadi pokok pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengemukakan penafsiran ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dengan pendekatan saintifik dalam studi metodologis pada buku “The Quranic: Scientific Exegesis” karya Pallacken Abdul Wahid. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka (library research), sedangkan objek materialnya yakni yang tertuju pada salah satu kitab yang ditulis oleh seorang tokoh dengan menekankan pada aspek metodologi terpakai dalam kitab tersebut. Metode pendekatan ini adalah pendekatan Tafsir dengan sains modern. Hasil penelitian dari artikel ini adalah 1) Tafsir Ilmi dapat digolongkan menjadi dua bentuk, yakni a) mengetahui makna ayat-ayat kauniyyah yang melalui metode saintifik dan ilmu peradaban manusia pada pendekatan tersebut agar menafsirkan maksud kandungan dari ayat-ayat tersebut, b) mengupayakan dalam menemukan keselarasan terhadap ayat-ayat kauniyyah yang melalui pendekatan santifik agar penafsiran itu terasa menarik yang sesuai dengan problematika ilmiah. 2) Pallacken Abdul Wahid pernah aktif terlibat melakukan kegiatan penelitian dalam mengintegrasikan sains dengan al-Qur’an, yang menyebabkan perkembangan model komputer alam semesta (teknologi) yang berdasarkan wahyu dari al-Qur’an. Dan 3) Di dalam buku “The Quran: Scientific Exegesis” ini yang mengungkapkan bahwa Tafsir Ilmi terhadap al-Qur'an yang disajikan dalam buku ini yang akan memungkinkan kita untuk memahami misi ilahi dengan manusia dan alam semesta secara rasional dan holistik.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the implementation of the concept of sakinah and sibaliparriq families in the prevention of domestic violence. This research is a type of library research, namely research whose object of study uses library data in the form of books as the data source. This research was conducted by reading, studying, and analyzing various existing literature, in the form of the Qur'an, hadith, books, and the results of existing research. This study uses a qualitative research approach, which is a systematic research that is used to examine or examine an object in a natural setting without any settlement in it and without testing the hypothesis. From this study there are findings that the implementation of the concept of the sakinah and sibaliparriq family in the prevention of domestic violence in domestic life includes, establishing good communication, husband and wife and children must obey Allah SWT, husband and wife are responsible for providing peace, tranquility, tranquility, and love. affection and love for family, because the sakinah family is a family that is able to carry out Allah's commands as well as possible and stay away from all His prohibitions. Providing religious education to children by delivering them to seek useful knowledge and directing them for the good of others.
