Gizi yang optimal sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan normal serta perkembangan fisik dan kecerdasan anak. Salah satu upaya menjaga gizi seimbang adalah menggunakan porsi makan "Isi Piringku" terdiri dari lima puluh persen buah dan sayur, dan lima puluh persen sisanya terdiri dari karbohidrat dan protein. Namun, masih sedikit ibu yang mengerti porsi seimbang isi piringku untuk kebutuhan gizi balita. Dampaknya angka stunting di Indonesia masih tinggi. Sebagai upaya mencegah stunting salah satunya adalah dengan mengedukasi Ibu mengenai isi piringku dan indikator kecukupan gizi balita. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang gizi, isi piringku dan stunting. Metode menggunakan teknik ceramah tanya jawab dan demonstrasi mengenai gizi balita, isi piringku dan stunting. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat dilihat dari pre dan post test pengetahuan ibu mengenai isi piringku, gizi dan stunting pada balita mengalami peningkatan. Ibu juga dapat mempraktikkan cara mengukur indikator kecukupan gizi dengan mengukur tinggi badan dibandingkan dengun berat badan sesuai dengan usia dan jenis kelamin. Tim pengabdian juga membagikan leaflet untuk peserta.

Covid-19 is a disease caused by a new type of corona virus that appeared at the end of 2019 for the first time in Wuhan, China which is currently causing a pandemic in almost all over the world. In an effort to prevent the increasingly widespread transmission of Covid-19. The government urges all levels of society to take various preventive steps such as carrying out physical distancing, using masks, washing hands regularly, increasing endurance and maintaining health. The counseling activity for Covid 19 prevention efforts in the mosque area aims to increase knowledge and change the behavior of the community, especially mosque congregants so that they can continue to make efforts to prevent the transmission of Covid 19 during the 5 daily prayers and tarawih and tadarusan prayers which are held in mosques during this month of Ramadan. This activity consisted of some counseling and distribution of brochures and leaflets to mosque nazir and mosque congregations. The results of the evaluation during the activity process were obtained that 90% (19 participants) experienced an increase in knowledge related to efforts to prevent Covid 19. With this counseling, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the knowledge and behavior of the community to always make efforts to prevent Covid 19 in any activity.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new type of disease that has never been previously identified in humans. The virus that causes COVID-19 is called Sars-CoV-2. Corona viruses are zoonotic (transmitted between animals and humans). Meanwhile, the animal that is the source of transmission of COVID-19 is still unknown. Based on scientific evidence, COVID-19 can be transmitted from human to human through coughing / sneezing (droplets). People who are most at risk of contracting this disease are people who are in close contact with COVID-19 patients including those caring for COVID-19 patients. Common signs and symptoms of Covid-19 infection include symptoms of acute respiratory distress such as fever, cough and shortness of breath. The average incubation period is 5-6 days, with an incubation period of fever, cough and shortness of breath. In severe cases, Covid-19 can cause pneumonia, acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure, and even death. This community service program aims to increase public knowledge about Covid-19 information and education in Paran Padang Village, Sipirok District and increase public awareness about healthy living habits to prevent Covid-19 transmission. The target of the extension activities is all people in Paran Padang Village, Sipirok District. The expected result of this counseling is an increase in public knowledge about Covid-19 starting from signs, symptoms, causes, diagnosis, treatment, complications and ways to prevent covid-19 by maintaining a healthy life by always washing hands with soap, always using a mask when it comes out. home, always keep your distance from others and avoid crowds.

Cardiovascular disease according to the 1992 AND 1995 Household Health Survey (SKRT) is the biggest cause of death in Indonesia, one of which is hypertension (Yunis, 2003). This shows how serious the problem of increasing hypertension that is happening in Indonesia is, if not followed by an increase in health knowledge related to changes in people's behavior to prevent hypertension by staying away from hypertension risk factors. Counseling activities and demonstrations on breast care in nursing mothers in the Puskesmas Labuhan Rasoki District Padangsidimpuan Southeast Padangsidimpuan city aims to increase the knowledge of nursing mothers about breast care in nursing mothers. Breast care during pregnancy is one of the important parts that should be considered as a preparation in breast-feeding. Community service is done by providing information about breast care and how to do breast care with the number of participants as many as 15 people. The results of the evaluation during the process of the activity was obtained almost all participants have understood and know how to do breast care that is bai and correct. With this health education, it is expected to improve the knowledge and skills of nursing mothers about payuadra care and how to do payuadara care so that nursing mothers do not experience interference in the breastfeeding process so that exclusive breastfeeding programs can be achieved.

The year 2020 was an extraordinary year for Indonesia and even the whole world since the discovery of cases of pneumonia with unknown causes in Wuhan City, China. The Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic that has occurred has caused disruption in various fields, one of which is in the fields of health and education. The first two cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia were found on March 2, 2020 in Depok, West Java. The number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia continued to rise until at the end of March confirmed cases reached 1,414 cases. This prompted President Joko Widodo to declare a public health emergency and order the police to implement large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) in all regions in Indonesia. In order to support the sustainability of the community's economy, each region needs to urge the public to face the state of preparation for the New Habit Adaptation (IMR) according to the level of vigilance at the district/city level for the prevention and control of COVID-19. Adaptation of new habits (IMR) is very important to be socialized to the community, especially to elementary school children before school holidays, because children will definitely go on vacation and play which will cause the Covid 19 virus to move from one to another.

Hand sanitizer is an alcohol-based hand sanitizer product that can be in the form of a gel or liquid. Hand sanitizer can instantly kill germs without using water, can be used anytime and anywhere, for example after handling money, before eating and after eating. Hand sanitizer is an alternative to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus because it contains alcohol and other substances that can kill viruses that stick to the hands, especially in the area of the hands. The form of hand sanitizer itself varies, ranging from gel, spray, to foam. The requirement for a hand sanitizer to be effective in killing germs and viruses is that it contains at least 60% alcohol. This community service program aims to distribute and implement hand washing with hand sanitizers in an effort to prevent covid-19 in the Aek Tampang village, South Padangsidimpuan District. The target of the outreach activities is the entire community in Environment III, Aek Tampang Village, South Padangsidimpuan District. The expected result of this service is that the community accepts and implements the use of Hand Sanitizer as a practical step for washing hands to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

HEALTH EDUCATION ABOUT EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING FOR BABIES 0-6 MONTHS IN SIGUMURU VILLAGE siregar, nurelilasari; Ritonga, Nefonavratilova

Breastmilk (ASI) is the most perfect food for babies up to 6 months old, because breast milk contains enough of all the nutrients that babies need. The average rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the world is only around 50%. Based on the results of the 2018 Riskesdas, the proportion of breastfeeding patterns for infants aged 0-5 months in Indonesia is 37.3% exclusive breastfeeding, 9.3% partial breastfeeding, and 3.3% predominant breastfeeding. Observations in Indonesia showed that 63% of breastfeeding only in the first month, 45% in the second month, 30% in the third month, 19% in the fourth month, 12% in the fifth month and decreased drastically in the sixth month, which was only 6%, even more than 200,000 babies or 5% of the infant population in Indonesia at that time were not breastfed at all. The purpose of this community service is so that breastfeeding mothers can know and understand the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding. Socialization is carried out using posters and distributing leaflets. The population and sample of this service are all breastfeeding mothers in Sigumuru Village with a total of 38 people. The results of this community service were enthusiastically received by breastfeeding mothers as seen from the many mothers who asked about information about the benefits of breastfeeding. It is recommended that health education activities in an effort to increase public understanding about exclusive breastfeeding can be carried out regularly with a more frequent frequency and the range of information dissemination can also be expanded to families and community leaders.

ABSTRAK Imunisasi merupakan hal yang wajib diberikan pada bayi usia 0-9 bulan. Imunisasi adalah suatu upaya untuk menimbulkan atau meningkatkan kekebalan seseorang secara aktif terhadap suatu penyakit atau usaha untuk memberikan kekebalan pada bayi dan anak dengan memasukkan vaksin kedalam tubuh guna merangsang pembuatan anti bodi yang bertujuan untuk mencegah penyakit tertentu. Sasaran pengabdian ini ibu yang memiliki bayi dan anak balita sebanyak 25 orang di desa Labuhan Labo. Tujuan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pengatahun dan kesadaran ibu tentang imunisasi. Kegitan yang dilakukan yaitu penyuluhan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, Setelah dilakukan penyuluhah tentang imunisasi pada anak, manyarakat mengetahui tentang imunisasi yang diberikan pada anaknya. Hasil peninjauan kembali pengabdian kepada masyarakat ibu-ibu sudah banyak yang datang ke posyandu untuk memeriksakan kesehatan anaknya terutama melakukan imunisasi. Kegiatan penyuluhan yang dilaksanakan berjalan dengan baik oleh ibu, kegiatan tampak antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan pemenuhan manfaat imunisasi pada bayi dan balita. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan antusias ibu hamil menjalankan kegiatan dengan teratur dan tertib juga mendengarkan penyuluhan tentang manfaat imunisasi pada bayi dan balita. Kata kunci : Imunisasi, Anak ABSTRACT Immunization is mandatory for infants aged 0-9 months. Immunization is an effort to actively generate or increase a person's immunity against a disease or an attempt to provide immunity to infants and children by introducing vaccines into the body to stimulate the manufacture of antibodies aimed at preventing certain diseases. The target of this service is mothers who have babies and toddlers as many as 25 people in Labuhan Labo village. The purpose of the activity is to increase knowledge and awareness of mothers about immunization. The activity carried out is counseling. The results of this activity, After counseling about immunization to children, the community knows about immunizations given to their children. The results of the review of community service, many mothers have come to the posyandu to check the health of their children, especially immunizations. The counseling activities carried out went well by the mother, the activities seemed enthusiastic in participating in counseling activities to fulfill the benefits of immunization for infants and toddlers. This is evidenced by the enthusiasm of pregnant women carrying out activities in an orderly and orderly manner as well as listening to counseling about the benefits of immunization for infants and toddlers. Rapid, precise and accurate identification and detection of strokes that occur outside the hospital, whether carried out by the patient or the patient's family, has a positive effect on the success of therapy and treatment programs. This educational activity aims to increase public knowledge about early detection of stroke with the FAST method in Simatorkis Sisoma Village, South Tapanuli Regency. The activities carried out consisted of measuring blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels, distributing knowledge questionnaires, followed by education. The number of participants is 30 people who are at high risk of stroke. The results of this activity found 24 people (80%) of the community with good knowledge category. Meanwhile, 6 people (20%) are in the category of less knowledge. This activity can be continued with more specific material related to swallowing disorders in stroke patients.
