Abstract

ABSTRAK Imunisasi merupakan hal yang wajib diberikan pada bayi usia 0-9 bulan. Imunisasi adalah suatu upaya untuk menimbulkan atau meningkatkan kekebalan seseorang secara aktif terhadap suatu penyakit atau usaha untuk memberikan kekebalan pada bayi dan anak dengan memasukkan vaksin kedalam tubuh guna merangsang pembuatan anti bodi yang bertujuan untuk mencegah penyakit tertentu. Sasaran pengabdian ini ibu yang memiliki bayi dan anak balita sebanyak 25 orang di desa Labuhan Labo. Tujuan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pengatahun dan kesadaran ibu tentang imunisasi. Kegitan yang dilakukan yaitu penyuluhan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, Setelah dilakukan penyuluhah tentang imunisasi pada anak, manyarakat mengetahui tentang imunisasi yang diberikan pada anaknya. Hasil peninjauan kembali pengabdian kepada masyarakat ibu-ibu sudah banyak yang datang ke posyandu untuk memeriksakan kesehatan anaknya terutama melakukan imunisasi. Kegiatan penyuluhan yang dilaksanakan berjalan dengan baik oleh ibu, kegiatan tampak antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan pemenuhan manfaat imunisasi pada bayi dan balita. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan antusias ibu hamil menjalankan kegiatan dengan teratur dan tertib juga mendengarkan penyuluhan tentang manfaat imunisasi pada bayi dan balita. Kata kunci : Imunisasi, Anak ABSTRACT Immunization is mandatory for infants aged 0-9 months. Immunization is an effort to actively generate or increase a person's immunity against a disease or an attempt to provide immunity to infants and children by introducing vaccines into the body to stimulate the manufacture of antibodies aimed at preventing certain diseases. The target of this service is mothers who have babies and toddlers as many as 25 people in Labuhan Labo village. The purpose of the activity is to increase knowledge and awareness of mothers about immunization. The activity carried out is counseling. The results of this activity, After counseling about immunization to children, the community knows about immunizations given to their children. The results of the review of community service, many mothers have come to the posyandu to check the health of their children, especially immunizations. The counseling activities carried out went well by the mother, the activities seemed enthusiastic in participating in counseling activities to fulfill the benefits of immunization for infants and toddlers. This is evidenced by the enthusiasm of pregnant women carrying out activities in an orderly and orderly manner as well as listening to counseling about the benefits of immunization for infants and toddlers. Abstract

Rapid, precise and accurate identification and detection of strokes that occur outside the hospital, whether carried out by the patient or the patient's family, has a positive effect on the success of therapy and treatment programs. This educational activity aims to increase public knowledge about early detection of stroke with the FAST method in Simatorkis Sisoma Village, South Tapanuli Regency. The activities carried out consisted of measuring blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels, distributing knowledge questionnaires, followed by education. The number of participants is 30 people who are at high risk of stroke. The results of this activity found 24 people (80%) of the community with good knowledge category. Meanwhile, 6 people (20%) are in the category of less knowledge. This activity can be continued with more specific material related to swallowing disorders in stroke patients.

Abstract

Counseling activities and demonstrations on breast care in nursing mothers in the Puskesmas Labuhan Rasoki District Padangsidimpuan Southeast Padangsidimpuan city aims to increase the knowledge of nursing mothers about breast care in nursing mothers. Breast care during pregnancy is one of the important parts that should be considered as a preparation in breast-feeding. Community service is done by providing information about breast care and how to do breast care with the number of participants as many as 15 people. The results of the evaluation during the process of the activity was obtained almost all participants have understood and know how to do breast care that is bai and correct. With this health education, it is expected to improve the knowledge and skills of nursing mothers about payuadra care and how to do payuadara care so that nursing mothers do not experience interference in the breastfeeding process so that exclusive breastfeeding programs can be achieved.

Abstract

Cardiovascular disease according to the 1992 AND 1995 Household Health Survey (SKRT) is the biggest cause of death in Indonesia, one of which is hypertension (Yunis, 2003). This shows how serious the problem of increasing hypertension that is happening in Indonesia is, if not followed by an increase in health knowledge related to changes in people's behavior to prevent hypertension by staying away from hypertension risk factors. So based on the above problems, we intend to hold counseling on the prevention of hypertension by avoiding risk factors for the Correctional Center in Padangsidimpuan Class II B Prison in 2018. Extension activities were very enthusiastic in response to the assisted residents, seen from several assisted residents who asked related questions

Abstract

Drug abuse among adolescents is very concerning, especially among school age. Based on research results in 2020, it showed that 3.21% of students had used drugs or the equivalent of 2,297,492 students had abused drugs. Curiosity and trial and error occupy the top position by 64% as reason students take drugs. The rest were due to having fun (16.8%), being persuaded by friends (6.6%), being framed (2.3%), and personal stress factors (5.6%). It is not easy to unravel the problem of drug abuse among adolescents. One of efforts to reduce level of drug abuse among students is by providing information about dangers of drugs through outreach to schools. So that students become more alert and able to bridge themselves from snares of drugs. This activity is carried out with counseling, guidance and outreach about dangers of drugs and efforts to prevent drugs from entering Young Men of Simatorkis Sisoma Village so that all elements in the Simatorkis District can be aware of spread of drugs. The counseling media used is in form of Power Point which is easy for teenagers to see together and provides an understanding of the dangers of drugs both in the short and long term. The output of this programwas expected to be able to have an impact on the realization of schools that are free from drug trafficking and students who are clean from drug abuse.

Abstract

Hand sanitizer is an alcohol-based hand sanitizer product that can be in the form of a gel or liquid. Hand sanitizer can instantly kill germs without using water, can be used anytime and anywhere, for example after handling money, before eating and after eating. Hand sanitizer is an alternative to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus because it contains alcohol and other substances that can kill viruses that stick to the hands, especially in the area of ​​​​the hands. The form of hand sanitizer itself varies, ranging from gel, spray, to foam. The requirement for a hand sanitizer to be effective in killing germs and viruses is that it contains at least 60% alcohol. This community service program aims to distribute and implement hand washing with hand sanitizers in an effort to prevent covid-19 in the Aek Tampang village, South Padangsidimpuan District. The target of the outreach activities is the entire community in Environment III, Aek Tampang Village, South Padangsidimpuan District. The expected result of this service is that the community accepts and implements the use of Hand Sanitizer as a practical step for washing hands to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a disease caused by a new type of corona virus that appeared at the end of 2019 for the first time in Wuhan, China which is currently causing a pandemic in almost all over the world. In an effort to prevent the increasingly widespread transmission of Covid-19. The government urges all levels of society to take various preventive steps such as carrying out physical distancing, using masks, washing hands regularly, increasing endurance and maintaining health. The counseling activity for Covid 19 prevention efforts in the mosque area aims to increase knowledge and change the behavior of the community, especially mosque congregants so that they can continue to make efforts to prevent the transmission of Covid 19 during the 5 daily prayers and tarawih and tadarusan prayers which are held in mosques during this month of Ramadan. This activity consisted of some counseling and distribution of brochures and leaflets to mosque nazir and mosque congregations. The results of the evaluation during the activity process were obtained that 90% (19 participants) experienced an increase in knowledge related to efforts to prevent Covid 19. With this counseling, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the knowledge and behavior of the community to always make efforts to prevent Covid 19 in any activity.

Abstract

Pemutihan kulit merupakan pemutihan lapisan epidermis melalui aplikasi buatan sendiri, produk kosmetik atau dermatologis. Namun, ternyata terdapat zat berbahaya yang digunakan pada kosmetik pemutih kulit.Oleh sebab itu, berdasarkan fakta yang telah dipaparkan maka artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui zat yang berbahaya yang terdapat pada krim pemutih.Metode penelitian yag digunakan adalah literature review, diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa dalam krim pencerah kulit ini biasanya ditambahkan satu atau lebih bahan aktif yang bersifat mencerahkan. Efek mencerahkan ini biasanya berasal dari aktivitas bahan tersebut yang dapat menghambat proses pembentukan melanin maupun melindungi dari paparan sinar UV. Namun, bahan aktif yang ditambahkan ke dalam krim tersebut, ada yang aman dan ada pula yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan manusia.Telah dilakukan banyak penelitian yang menemukan bahaya bahan-bahan tersebut pada manusia. Beberapa di antara bahan berbahaya tersebut adalah logam seperti Hg,Pb, Ni, Co, Cr, Cd, As, Sb, hidrokuinon, titanium dioksida dan kortikosteroid.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition where the hemoglobin (Hb) level in the blood is less than normal, based on age group, gender and pregnancy. Anemia in pregnancy causes hemoglobin levels below 11 gr% in the first and third trimesters or hemoglobin levels <10.50 to 11.00 gr/dl. Anemia is an important factor in pregnancy because it is associated with morbidity or mortality in the mother and fetus. Anemia in pregnancy is a problem because it reflects the socio-economic welfare of society and has a huge influence on the quality of human resources. Anemia in pregnant women is called "potential danger for mother of child" (potentially dangerous for mother and child) which is why anemia requires serious attention from parties involved in health services. This research aims to find out the picture. The research was conducted in the Sayurmatinggi Health Center Working Area, Sayurmatinggi District, South Tapanuli Regency in 2023. The method in this research was descriptive. The population in the study was 56 pregnant women. The sample in this study was 55 using total sampling technique. The research results showed that the research results showed that the level of knowledge was poor for 26 people (46.4%), sufficient for 18 people (32.1%) and good knowledge for 12 people (21.4%). Advice for pregnant women is expected to recognize the danger signs of pregnancy early, especially in pregnant women, such as anemia and know how to prevent it.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Angka kematian ibu di Indonesia tahun 2019 sebesar 205 per 1.000 KH, 40% kematian ibu dinegara berkembang berkaitan dengan anemia pada kehamilan. Angka anemia pada ibu hamil di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi, presentase anemia pada ibu hamil pada tahun 2013 sebesar 37,15% sedangkan tahun 2018 telah mencapai 48,9% sehingga dapat disimpulkan selama 5 tahun terakhir masalah anemia pada ibu hamil telah meningkat sebesar 11,8%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian anemia dalam kehamilan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batunadua Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilannya di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas BatunaduaTahun 2023 selama tiga bulan terakhir (Mei s/d Juli 2023) yang berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kejadian anemia dalam kehamilan dengan nilai p = 0,001 < α = 0,05. Disarankan agar ibu hamil lebih aktif menggali informasi tentang anemia dalam kehamilan sehingga ibu hamil lebih sehat dan terhindar dari anemia. Petugas kesehatan agar lebih aktif dalam memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada masyarakat mengenai kesehatan ibu khususnya tentang anemia dalam kehamilan.
