Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of quality of the service upon customer satisfaction at Royal Safari Garden Resort and Convention Cisarua Bogor. The questionniares have been distributed to 100 respondents. Type of the research is descriptive and verificative one. The questionnaire has applied validity test, reliability test and classics assumption. Likert scale has been used before applying multiple regression test to see the effect of five independent variables upon one dependent variable. The result has indicated that simultaneously and partially quality service (physical evidence, emphaty, reliability, responsiveness and guarantee) has positively and significantly affected the Customers satisfaction at Royal Safari Garden Resort and Convention Cisarua Bogor. Abstract

The purposes of this research are: 1) Analysing the development of murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings at PT Bank BRI Syariah, Branch Office Sukabumi; 2) Analysing the effect of murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings simultaneously upon the profit of PT Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Sukabumia: 3) Analysing the effect of murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings partially upon the profit of PT Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Sukabumi. Research method has applied associative research method. Research data has applied financial data of PT Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office Sukabumi for the periode of 2014 up to 2015 using classical assumption test, multiple regression, F test and T test. Result of the research has determined that overall murabahah, mudharabah and ijarah earnings have been increasing. In 2015 earnings increasing had reached 125 % more than the previous year and the most contribution is given by murabahah earnings. Variable of murabahah earnings, mudharabah earnings and ijarah earnings simultaneously have been affecting positively and significantly the Profit. And partially murabahah and ijarah earnings have positively and significantly affected the profit, nevertheless, variable of mudharabah earnings has not affected significantly the profit.Keywords :  Murabahah earnings, Mudharabah earnings, Ijarah earnings, profit Bank BRI Syariah, Branch office Sukabumi.

Abstract

Salah satu pendekatan pemasaran dalam mendukung terciptanya kepuasan dan loyalitas adalah memasarkan produk dengan menggunakan pengalaman pemasaran (experiential marketing). Strategi ini mampu mengintegrasikan unsur-unsur emosi, logika dan proses pemikiran sehingga dapat tercipta kepuasan dan loyalitas. Tujuan penelitian: 1) mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen 2) mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Metode penelitian survey dengan bentuk penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Objek penelitian pengguna jasa wisata sebanyak 200 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh secara simultan Sense, Feel, Think, Act dan Relate terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Secara parsial Feel, Act dan Relate berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sedangkan Sense dan Think tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna dari Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen.

Abstract

Islamic Banks and Sharia Rural Banks are expected to be a means by which to collect funds from the majority Muslim community, once channeled into the community with products that are attractive and accessible to the public. Islamic Banking Products is a market segment that is relatively certain that the Islamic community but it is also possible exploited by non-Muslim community. Therefore, it is how the efforts made so it appears as a product that mkenarik and to create satisfaction for consumers. From the point of satisfaction not only the satisfaction of birth but also the inner satisfaction, which should be perhatihan is a product that does not contain elements Islam. Kehadiran prohibition in Islamic banks in Indonesia requires the participation of the Islamic community who think that conventional banking practices do not fit on the sharia. Operasinal Islamic banks showed the development of more advanced compared to the BPRS. BPRS still largely experiencing difficulty in obtaining margin is the level of revenue sharing.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) penerapan potensi pengusaha serta skala usaha koperasi dan UKM, 2) acuan menyusun program pembinaan koperasi dan UKM, dan 3) pengaruh potensi koperasi dan UKM serta skala usaha koperasi dan UKM terhadap keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. Penelitian koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Bogor menggunakan data angket, diuji kesahihan dan uji keandalan terhadap 108 responden koperasi dan 104 responden UKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif, serta uji statistik (path analysis). Skala ordinal diubah menjadi skala interval dengan metode successive interval. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain: 1) koperasi dan usaha layak untuk dikembangkan dan pembinaan peningkatan kemampuan konseptual pengusaha atau manajer koperasi, penggunaan dana dan teknologi, 2) UKM mempunyai kelayakan yang memadai untuk dikembangkan dan dibina, dan 3) besarnya pengaruh secara parsial, yaitu diperoleh pengaruh potensi pengusaha lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh skala usaha terhadap keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan pada koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Bogor. Total pengaruhnya adalah 45,1% dan sisanya sebesar 54,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja PT. Transjakarta melalui analisis tingkat kepuasan penumpang pada fasilitas pelayanan berbasis standar pelayanan minimal (SPM). Sampel yang diambil adalah penumpang bus transjakarta berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan model sikap fishbein, important performance analysis (IPA), dan customer satisfaction index (CSI). Hasil uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa 43 butir pernyataan kepada responden dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Dari hasil analisis model sikap fishbein, kinerja PT. Transjakarta menunjukkan kategori baik 40,34 dan kategori sangat baik 59,20. Berdasarkan important performance analysis (IPA) dan penerapan strategi PT. Transjakarta memiliki 14 atribut yang harus diprioritaskan dan sembilan atribut yang sudah sesuai dengan harapan penumpang, serta kepuasan penumpang customer satisfaction index (CSI) PT. Transjakarta termasuk kategori satisfied (puas) dengan nilai 74%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi bagaimana Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Earning Per Share Terhadap Harga Saham Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Desain penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan rumusan masalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan purposive sampling dimana sampel yang diperoleh mengacu pada kriteria tertentu. Dari kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, diperoleh 9 (sembilan) perusahaan sampel BUSN Devisa dengan periode pengamatan selama 6 (enam) tahun untuk setiap perusahaan sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menggunakan uji F dan uji parsial menggunakan uji t dengan tingkat probabilitas sebesar 5% (0,05). Hasil penelitian uji F menerangkan bahwa current ratio, debt to equity ratio dan earning per share secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa current ratio dan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan earning per share berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham BUSN Devisa.KATA KUNCI: current ratio, debt to equity ratio, earning per share, harga saham.THE EFFECT OF CURRENT RATIO, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO AND EARNING PER SHARE OF STOCK PRICE IN FOREIGN EXCHANGE NATIONAL PRIVATE BANK LISTED ON INDONESIAN STOCK EXCHANGEABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how the Effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Earning Per Share On The Stock Foreign Exchange National Private Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study design used is quantitative research with descriptive and associative problem formulation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the sampling is based on certain criteria. From the established criteria, obtained 9 (nine) sample company of foreign exchange national private banks with the observation period of 6 (six) years for each sample company. This research analysis tools using multiple regression analysis. Simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F test and partial test using t-test with a probability level of 5% (0,05). F-test results explain that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and earnings per share simultaneous have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. t test results showed that the current ratio and debt to equity ratio is not have significant impact on stock prices, while earnings per share have a significant effect on stock prices of foreign exchange national private banks.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh total quality management (TQM) simultan dan parsial di PT BCD. Fokus pelanggan, perbaikan berkesinambungan, dan pemberdayaan SDM variabel dalam TQM. Metode analisis deskriptif dengan Skala likert untuk analisis desktiptif, sedangkan untuk analisis verifikatif menggunakan koefisien determinasi, korelasi berganda, dan pengujian regresi. Data kuesioner didapatkan dari 100 orang karyawan bagian produksi, quality control, utility, dan gudang. Kuesioner teruji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan juga asumsi klasik. Hasil dari pengujian tersebut valid, reliabel dipakai untuk data regresi. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) 68,40 persen, sedangkan faktor lain mempengaruhi 31,60 persen. Hubungan antara TQM dan kinerja sangat kuat karena hasil koefisien sebesar 0,827. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh TQM secara keseluruhan (simultan). Secara parsial fokus pelanggan juga perbaikan berkesinambungan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel tidak berpengaruh adalah pemberdayaan SDM.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the perception and satisfaction of the community to CSR and its impact on socioeconomic in Bogor regency. Questionnairewere distributed to 250 respondents . Likert scale was used prior to testing with multiple regression. The results showed that the implementation of CSR programs in Bogor has been done quite effectively. Perception and satisfaction of the community have an influence simultaneously and partially on CSR. The CSR activities in education, health , environment , increasing of desire and basic human needs and security simultaneously have influences towards the socio-economic communities. Partially, education has no effect on socioeconomic condition. The implementation strategy of using Importance Performance Analysis ( IPA ). The strategies which have been generated are 1 ) making ongoing improvements so that the performance attributes ( CSR programs expectancy ) will be increased ; 2 ) maintaining so that the performance will not be declined; 3 ) should be managed seriously because community usually can lead to a disappointment ; 4 ) evaluating all activitiesKeywords : CSR program, Community Satisfaction and Social Economic of the community

Abstract

Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) is a sector that is quite important in playing a variety of economic interests in national development, especially for the creation of new businesses and jobs. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial marketing on the performance of food and non-food SMIs as well as analyze the driving factors and inhibitors of SME performance through a balanced scorecard approach. A sample of 200 registered food and non-food SMIs recorded. The method used a survey method, descriptive, and verification research from—data collection through interviews and distributing questionnaires to business actors. The instrument test conducted through validity, reliability, and ordinal scales raised to interval scale using the method of successive interval for path analysis. The results of the study note that all indicators are valid and reliable together (simultaneously) entrepreneurial marketing has a significant and positive effect on the performance of food and non-food SMIs balanced scorecard approach. Partially (concepts, strategies, methods and market intelligence) significantly and positively influences the production of food and non-food SMIs in the balanced scorecard approach, so that the factors driving performance of food and non-food SMIs in the balanced scorecard approach are concepts, strategies, methods and market intelligence, market methods and intelligence. market methods and intelligence.
