Abstract

Community empowerment is an activity to increase community participation in fulfilling life needs and solving problems experienced by the community. This community service was carried out in Tugu Selatan Village, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency. This activity aims to empower MSMEs and provide knowledge and training to business actors in increasing competitiveness in this era of globalization. Because currently the economic conditions have followed the times that all use digital in their business, but many MSMEs do not take advantage of it. The problem faced by these MSMEs is that there is no utilization of digital marketing in promoting their products and no implementation of product branding, and digital marketing training, making social media accounts, and making packaging brand labels are expected to help MSMEs in introducing their products to consumers to increase their competitiveness so that marketing can be done effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and identify the influence of product quality, price and promotion, whether they have a direct and positive influence or not on PT customer loyalty. Agronesia Saripetojo. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents who were taken by selecting a sample using purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire was tested with an validity test, an irreliability test, and also a classical assumption test. iThe results of the test are valid, irreliable, and can be used as regression data. The analysis method used in this research is the descriptive method and path analysis with an quantitative approach. iThe results of the research show that 1) product quality, price and promotion have a direct and positive influence on customer loyalty, i2) price and promotion have a direct and positive influence on customer loyalty, 3) product quality has no direct and positive influence on customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and positive influence of work motivation, organizational climate, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The research design used was descriptive and verificative. The sampling method used is a saturated sampling method, with a total of 40 respondents. The subject of this study was an employee of PT XYZ. The object of this study is work motivation, organizational climate, leadership style, and employee job satisfaction. The tools used are path analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing with F test and t test. The results showed that work motivation, organizational climate, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction had a direct and positive influence both partially and simultaneously. If the company wants to have a high level of job satisfaction, employees must be given a boost in the form of motivation, a comfortable, supportive, and fulfilling organizational climate and have leaders who have an effective leadership style in accordance with employee needs. This research can be useful as advice and more understanding, to apply an effective leadership style it will play a good role for work motivation, organizational climate and employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions, both simultaneously and partially. This research design uses descriptive, verification and path analysis research methods. The sampling technique uses the saturated sampling method. The number of respondents was 100 people. The subjects of this research are consumers of Arei Store Bogor, and the objects of research are product quality, price, promotions and purchasing decisions. The tools used in this analysis are path analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). The results of the analysis show that partially or simultaneously product quality, price and promotion have a direct and positive influence on purchasing decisions at Arei Store Bogor.

Abstract

Pelaku UMKM Desa Sukagalih, Kabupaten Megamendung masih perlu peningkatan dalam pengembangan usahanya, para pelaku UMKM ini memerlukan sebuah ide untuk membuat sebuah inovasi produk usahanya yang masih konvensional dan membutuhkan perizinan peningkatkan UMKM untuk memperoleh legalitas serta perlindungan hukum pemerintah. Namun, para UMKM di Desa Sukagalih kurang memahami cara mengembangkan usaha dan mekanisme pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) melalui website Online Single Submission (OSS). Kegiatan pengamdian masyarakat yang dilakukan tim KKN-T dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperkenalkan, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mendampingi para pemangku UMKM untuk pembuatan NIB melalui web OSS. Terdapat 3 tahapan metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan, yakni sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi pengajaran teori terkait pengembangan inovasi produk di media social, pengurusan izin usaha dan pendampingan pembuatan legalitas usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Sukagalih, Megamendung dapat meningkatkan pengetahuannya mengenai penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, legalitas usaha juga pendaftaran usaha pada lembaga OSS.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility program of PT Aneka Tambang to upgrade on community improvement Kecamatan Nanggung. Questioner distributed to 100 respondents. The questioner validity and reliability testing and test the classic assumption. Likert scale is used prior to testing with multiple regressions.  The results of the study of corporate social responsibility program of PT Aneka Tambang in the fields of education, health, the environment, the increase in the basic human desires and needs as well as security simultaneously have an influence on the socio-economic communities. Partially, education, environment and safety effect on improving standards of living. Abstract

Sector of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) substance in the Indonesian economy contribute fairly important, not only in terms of profitability and constructive in improving the welfare of society, but also in terms of its role in employment (human resources). The research objectives: 1) to analyze the influence of individual personality factors, self-efficacy and locus of control simultaneously on the performance UMKM; 2) analyze the influence of individual personality, self-efficacy, and locus of control partially on the performance of UMKM; 3) what factors inhibiting and driving on the performance SME. The object of this research is 30 UMKM flagship product of questionnaires as much as 60 questioner with descriptive research methods and verification. Tests conducted are validity, reliability and classical assumptions as well as the size of the Likert scale for multiple linear regression. Results of research simultaneously and partially individual personality factors, self-efficacy and locus of control influence on the performance of SME. Abstract

These purpose of the research are: 1) to know about the customers expectation and customers rating in the store image (including main products, promotion, comfortability, facilities, services, store ambience, and brand); 2) To know about the implementation of the strategy as effort to increase the customers’ satisfaction; 3) To know about the customer satisfaction to the store image (Including: main product, promotion, comfortability, facilities, services, store ambience, and brand). This research is conducted in Heavenly blush outlet Pondok Indah at South Jakarta. The descriptive method is used in this research. The purposive sampling is used for the sampling technique. Data are collected by questionnaire, observation, and interview. The Data Analyzed include validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis test, Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The result of the research are: 1) The consumers thought that some attribute of store image are important, such as souvenirs, prize, degree of movement, new products, and catalogue in the proper position. But on the other hand, both of customer satisfaction and the customer expectation are still low. 2) the percentage of customers satisfaction index is 65% which shows that the costumer,s appraise to the quality of store imagein Heavenly Blush is in average.Keyword : store imaging, customer expectation, customer satisfaction

Abstract

The objectives of the research are: 1) to analyze the development of selling price of product promotion cost and sales volume at PT Dragon Indonesia product; 2) to know the effect simultaneously effect of product selling price and promotion cost to sales volume at PT Dragon Produk Indonesia; 3) to analyze the effect of partial influence of selling price of product and promotion cost to sales volume at PT Dragon Produk Indonesia. The result of research shows the selling price of selling price of mop and broom during the year of 2015 from February to December fluctuated due to less stable market condition. Promotion costs for mop and broom during the year of 2015, from January to December continue to increase due to the company wants a maximum sales volume or profit. Sales volume, especially mop equipment within a year from January to December continued to fluctuate, ie in January sales of mops and brooms and in February decreased by 9 percent. Factor of selling price and promotion cost have positive and significant influence simultantly and partially to sales volume variable.Keywords: Price, Promotion, Sales Volume

Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tanggapan pelanggan dan pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada Niki Sae Building Bogor, dan objek pada penelitian ini adalah pelanggan sebanyak 100 sampel. Bentuk penelitian verifikatif, dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik. Analisis regresi linier berganda.  Hasil penelitian rata-rata tanggapan pelanggan terhadap bauran pemasaran jasa: produk (baik); harga (terjangkau); lokasi (nyaman); promosi (menarik); orang (baik); proses (mudah); bukti fisik (nyaman). Tanggapan rata-rata pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (memuaskan). Secara simultan bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.  Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sekaligus yang menjadi faktor pendukung, sedangkan lokasi, promosi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebagai faktor penghambat.Kata kunci: Bauran Pemasaran Jasa, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Niki Sae Building dan Bogor
