Abstract

Women’s leadership in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) remains underexamined despite the sector’s dependence on coordinated relationships among schools, employers, government, and communities. This systematic literature review synthesizes 22 peer-reviewed studies published from 2015 to 2025 to examine women’s collaborative leadership in TVET and directly relevant educational or structurally analogous contexts. Following PRISMA 2020 procedures, records were identified through ScienceDirect and Google Scholar and analysed using inductive thematic synthesis. Four themes were identified: persistent structural and cultural barriers; individual, relational, and institutional enablers; leadership practices associated with transformational and distributed approaches; and the strategic importance of external partnerships. The evidence indicates that women’s leadership is shaped less by an inherently gendered style than by access to authority, professional networks, care-sensitive organizational arrangements, and opportunities to lead cross-boundary collaboration. Direct evidence at the intersection of women, collaborative leadership, and TVET is notably sparse. The review therefore proposes a Contextual Collaborative Leadership Framework for Women in TVET, which integrates enabling conditions, collaborative practices, boundary-spanning practices, and institutional outcomes. The framework is a research proposition requiring empirical validation.

Abstract

This study developed a Project-Based Learning (PJBL)-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) e-module to improve learning in the Decision Support System (DSS) course. The e-module was designed with structured material, multimedia, computational exercises, and case studies in line with PJBL syntax. Validation results show very high feasibility from subject matter experts (91.25%) and media experts (95%), while student response reached 91.33%. The effectiveness of the e-module is evident from the increase in student learning scores from 54.2 to 84.5 with an N-Gain of 0.66 and a Cohen's d score of 2.74, indicating a very large effect. These results show that the e-module is capable of improving conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and decision-making skills. This study contributes to the development of digital learning media and is limited to the scope of the pilot study. Further studies are recommended to involve a broader scope and more adaptive learning features.

Abstract

The general objective of the research is to develop a model of  a computer-based education management information systems (MIS) in Elementary schools   and the specific objectives were to (1) develop a prototype model of an education MIS computer-based; and (2) to develop the procedure Manual of a computer-based education MIS models. The design of the research was research and development proposed by Borg and Gall. The samples were elementary schools in the city of Bandar Lampung. The research procedure were (1) determining the location of the research, (2) collecting data, (3) designing the initial product and validating to the experts, (4) conducting a seminar in the forum group discussion (FGD), and (5) revising the first design. The result of the product is a prototype model of computer-based education MIS and the manual procedure of computer based education MIS for the elementary school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam proses pelaksanaan penyuluhan Etika Ilmu dan Literasi Digital pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 12 Bandar Lampung. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24 November 2025 dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 43 orang. Prosedur penelitian mencakup empat tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan pelaksanaan, pengerjaan materi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Pada tahap persiapan pelaksanaan, tim melakukan observasi awal, koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah, serta penyusunan rancangan kegiatan. Tahap pengerjaan materi dilakukan dengan menyusun materi penyuluhan yang berfokus pada etika ilmu, literasi digital, verifikasi informasi, serta isu penyalahgunaan media digital di kalangan remaja. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan berbasis presentasi interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan sesi tanya jawab untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman siswa secara langsung. Tahap evaluasi kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan mengamati aktivitas siswa, respons terhadap materi, keterlibatan dalam diskusi, serta refleksi lisan pada akhir sesi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis naratif untuk menggambarkan proses kegiatan secara deskriptif dan kronologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai cara memverifikasi informasi, mengenali bentuk pelanggaran etika digital, serta menerapkan perilaku komunikasi yang bertanggung jawab di ruang digital.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the competence of teachers at SDN 1 Sumber Agung in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and educational games as innovative learning tools. The program was conducted through workshops, mentoring sessions, and hands-on practice using various AI platforms and simple educational game development aligned with classroom content. Evaluation using a Likert-scale questionnaire indicates that teachers responded positively in several aspects, including understanding the material, ease of technology use, ability to apply AI media and educational games, and increased creativity in designing learning activities. The results demonstrate that the training effectively strengthened teachers’ technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (TPACK) in an integrated manner. The program also increased teachers’ enthusiasm for adopting digital innovations and broadened the variety of learning strategies used in the classroom. Overall, this program successfully supported a shift toward more interactive, engaging, and student-centered learning practices.

Abstract

The training program “Designing Educational Games Using Canva AI” was conducted to enhance early childhood teachers’ competencies in utilizing digital technology as a creative and interactive learning medium. This program aimed to strengthen teachers’ understanding of educational game concepts, improve their technical skills in using Canva AI, and encourage the creation of learning media aligned with early childhood developmental characteristics. The training applied an intensive workshop approach consisting of material presentations, demonstrations, hands-on practice, mentoring, and product presentations. Evaluation was carried out through a feedback survey involving 25 participants assessed across ten key indicators. The results showed highly positive responses, particularly in understanding the material, the quality of facilitator guidance, the effectiveness of the workshop method, and increased teacher confidence. Participants successfully produced varied and engaging digital educational games, although challenges remained in enhancing game interactivity and simplifying instructional elements. These findings indicate that the training effectively improved teachers’ digital literacy and creativity, while also highlighting the need for further mentoring to strengthen pedagogical aspects in game design. Overall, the program contributed significantly to preparing early childhood teachers to integrate digital technology into classroom learning.

Abstract

The training titled Developing Learning Media Using Canva AI and Gamification to Enhance Teacher Creativity at SDN 1 Sumber Agung was conducted to strengthen teachers’ ability to produce creative and interactive digital learning media that meet the needs of elementary school students. This study aims to describe the results of the training evaluation and analyze its impact on improving teacher creativity. A quantitative descriptive method was used, with data collected through a post-training evaluation questionnaire. The results show that teachers’ understanding of the material reached 89%, ease of technology use scored 86%, material relevance reached 92%, and overall satisfaction reached 90%. These findings indicate that the training was highly effective in enhancing teachers’ competencies, particularly in utilizing Canva AI and gamification elements to create engaging learning media. The results align with Mayer’s Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning, which emphasizes the importance of integrating visual and textual information to support cognitive processing. Overall, the training produced positive impacts, including increased creativity, improved digital literacy, and greater readiness among teachers to meet the demands of 21st-century learning.

Abstract

This article presents the results of a community service program focused on training teachers of SDN 1 Sumber Agung in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and gamification to enhance teaching performance. The training included developing digital learning media using Canva, Wordwall, and Zep Quiz as practical examples of simple and applicable gamification strategies. The method was implemented through workshops, hands-on practice, and evaluation using teacher feedback questionnaires. The results indicate that teachers rated the training highly in terms of relevance, ease of use, and usefulness in improving creativity and classroom instructional effectiveness. The findings align with the TAM and UTAUT frameworks as well as gamification theories, which emphasize the role of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness in technology adoption. Overall, the program significantly improved teachers’ digital competencies and fostered an innovative, technology-driven learning culture within the school.

Abstract

Scientific awareness is an essential foundation that should be developed from an early age to support students’ ability to think logically, critically, and rationally. This study aims to describe the implementation and outcomes of an educational counseling activity designed to foster scientific awareness among elementary school students. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using an educational counseling method conducted at SD IT X Bandar Lampung. The participants consisted of 23 sixth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through classroom observation, documentation, analysis of group work, and students’ written reflections. The results indicate that the counseling activities, which were structured systematically and delivered through interactive and contextual learning stages, positively influenced students’ understanding of the meaning and importance of knowledge, encouraged the development of scientific attitudes such as curiosity and confidence in expressing ideas, and increased active participation during learning activities. Furthermore, group work and reflection outcomes show that students were able to relate scientific concepts to everyday life situations in a simple and meaningful way. These findings suggest that educational counseling can serve as an effective alternative strategy to cultivate scientific awareness from an early stage in elementary education.

Abstract

Guru merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat berpengaruh pada proses pembelajaran, karena guru memegang peranan yang sangat penting antara lain menyiapkan materi, menyampaikan materi, serta mengatur semua kegiatan belajar mengajar dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam rangka memaksimalkan kemampuan siswa dalam belajar, dibutuhkan berbagai upaya yang harus dilakukan. Pendekatan atau strategi pembelajaran mempunyai andil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa untuk memahami suatu konsep, dengan kolaborasi penggunaan media pembelajaran dan pendekatan yang tepat maka diharapkan siswa dapat menyerap konsep-konsep tersebut. Memaksimalkan kemampuan tersebut, mereka membutuhkan bantuan dari orang dewasa, dalam hal ini adalah guru. Namun, bantuan atau dukungan ini tidak dapat diberikan terus-menerus. Bantuan atau dukungan ini dikenal dengan Scaffolding. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan strategi scaffolding dalam membantu siswa agar memaksimalkan kemampuannya. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil kesimpulan penerapan strategi scaffolding pada pembelajaran Fiqih dapat membantu siswa untuk memaksimalkan kemampuannya dalam memahami materi pelajaran.
