Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi studi kelayakan bisnis berbasis syariah pada UMKM ayam geprek milik pengusaha Muslim di Palembang. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku UMKM. Aspek studi kelayakan yang dianalisis meliputi aspek hukum, pasar dan pemasaran, teknis dan operasional, manajemen, serta keuangan, dengan tambahan penilaian kelayakan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM telah menjalankan prinsip-prinsip kelayakan syariah seperti kehalalan produk, keadilan dalam transaksi, dan penghindaran riba, meskipun belum semua memahami konsep secara formal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan literasi syariah dan pendampingan studi kelayakan berbasis syariah secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance learning effectiveness through the use of non-electronic media based on metaplan to optimize students’ visual learning styles at MI Nurul Mun’im Paiton, Probolinggo Regency. The location was chosen based on preliminary observations showing a lack of attention to learning style differentiation—particularly visual learners—and limited access to electronic learning media within the madrasah environment. The activity employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of classroom learning processes, and analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and verification stages. The results show that the application of metaplan successfully increased students’ active participation, clarified conceptual understanding, and fostered creativity in expressing ideas visually. Through metaplan corner activities, students could write or illustrate their understanding of the lessons taught. The use of metaplan proved to be an effective solution for teachers to deliver simple yet meaningful visual learning, especially in schools with limited technological facilities. This program provides practical contributions to the development of innovative learning methods in madrasahs, making them more adaptive to diverse learning styles

Abstract

In order to preserve justice and the truth, student organizations and movements support students in expressing their goals. Along with developing their interests, skills, and innovations, students can also become more perceptive and logical. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether student groups at the Islamic College "Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam" in Malang have an impact on the development of leadership qualities. Quantitative research methodologies are used in this work. Researchers utilize questionnaires to gather data. Validity testing, reliability tests, traditional assumption tests, and hypothesis tests utilizing basic linear regression tests are all used by researchers during the data analysis and processing process. It is possible to draw the conclusion that student organizations significantly impact the development of leadership character based on the data analysis results. This can be demonstrated by comparing the significance value with a probability value of 0.05, which is the outcome of the simple linear regression analysis test. A significance value of 0.001 <0.05 was determined using the Coefficients table's significance value. According to this study, student organizations have a 76.4% impact on how leadership character is formed; other factors account for the remaining 23.6%. Furthermore, it is believed that the independent variable has a significant impact on the dependent variable, as indicated by the R-Square determination coefficient (R2) of 0.764. This suggests that H1 is accepted and the hypothesis Ho is rejected. Thus, it can be said that the variable of leadership character building (Y) is influenced by the student organization variable (X).

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the epistemology of educational leadership by examining educational philosophy within the leadership practices of a female school principal with a Master’s background in science education at SMP Terpadu Cendekia Insani Situbondo during the 2016–2020 period. Employing a qualitative approach and an intrinsic case study design, the research analyzes data obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the leadership style implemented integrates scientific rationality with humanistic and spiritual values, resulting in a collaborative, participatory, and reflective leadership pattern. The epistemological reconstruction that emerges underscores that educational leadership is not merely technical or administrative, but a reflective process involving values, context, and epistemological awareness. The study contributes to the development of a new perspective on educational leadership grounded in the integration of scientific knowledge and humanistic principles, while positioning educational philosophy as an analytical lens in leadership studies. These findings hold significant implications for educational policy development, principal training programs, and future research in reflective and contextual leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum management and teacher teaching strategies on improving student character at SMK Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara. This study was field research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The study population was all 230 11th-grade students at SMK Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara, with a sample of 115 respondents drawn using Suharsimi Arikunto's formula. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum management had a significant effect on improving student character by 60.85%, while teacher teaching strategies had a 15.95% effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.768 indicates that the two independent variables together contributed 76.8% to student character improvement, while the remaining 23.2% was influenced by factors outside the study. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum management has a more dominant influence than teacher teaching strategies on student character development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of academic supervision on the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah Syarifuddin Lumajang. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative correlational survey design involving 36 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, and then analyzed using SPSS version 27. The findings indicate that the implementation of academic supervision is in the high category, as is the quality of learning achieved by teachers. The regression test shows a t-value of 3.853, which is higher than the t-table value of 2.032, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, confirming a positive and significant influence of academic supervision on learning quality. The coefficient of determination (30.4%) further demonstrates that academic supervision contributes to improving the learning quality at the madrasah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran numerasi serta dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan keterlibatan belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan subjek 32 siswa kelas V di SDN Ketintang IV Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kemampuan numerasi, angket respon siswa, dan observasi aktivitas belajar selama penerapan gamifikasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menghitung rata-rata, persentase, dan kategori respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran numerasi memperoleh respon sangat positif dari siswa (88%), khususnya pada aspek motivasi dan kesenangan belajar. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan rata-rata skor numerasi dari 67,5 sebelum perlakuan menjadi 82,3 setelah pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi. Observasi juga menunjukkan bahwa siswa lebih aktif, antusias, dan kolaboratif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa gamifikasi mampu mengubah pembelajaran numerasi dari aktivitas yang menegangkan menjadi pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how an Islamic boarding school-based anti-bullying program can build public trust by utilizing religious values and local wisdom. Bullying in educational settings has eroded public trust, prompting the need for effective prevention programs. The research integrates four key educational dimensions: students, parents, teachers/administrators, and the government, to address this issue. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study examines the role of Islamic boarding schools in fostering mutual respect and creating a safe learning environment. The program involves peer educators and parents as key observers, helping to detect bullying early and provide social support. Findings show that collaboration among these parties enhances bullying prevention, promotes a sense of security, and rebuilds public trust in Islamic boarding schools. The study contributes to developing a model for bullying prevention in Islamic educational settings, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between schools, families, and the government. Public trust is built by demonstrating a commitment to student welfare, grounded in the synergy of the four pillars of education.
