Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian eksplorasi ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengidentifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dari ekstrak metanol daun tembelekan (Lantana camara Linn.). Daun tumbuhan diperoleh dari Dusun Sunggumanai, Kecamatan Parangloe, Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. Isolasi dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu ekstraksi, fraksinasi, uji kemurnian dan identifikasi senyawa. Hasil penelitian berupa isolat murni yang berbentuk serbuk berwarna kuning yang terdekomposisi pada suhu 223 0C, dan positif pereaksi FeCl3. Data spektrum FTIR isolat menunjukkan bilangan gelombang (cm-1) yakni: 3442,94 (-OH); 1693.50 (C=O terkonjugasi); 2939,52 dan 2866,22 (−CH pada –CH2- atau −CH3); 991,41; 958,62 dan 927,76 (C-H alkena); 1273,02 dan 1240,23 (C−O asam karboksil); 1051,20 dan 1031,92 (C−O alkohol sekunder siklik); 1462.04 (C-C aril eter); 862,18; 823,60 dan 763,81 (=C−H aromatik). Data spektroskopi UV-vis menunjukkan serapan maksimum 327,50 nm. Berdasarkan uji titik leleh, uji  pereaksi serta data spektrum FTIR dan UV-Vis  isolat merupakan senyawa golongan flavonoid.Kata Kunci: Isolasi, Metanol, Lantana camara Linn., FlavonoidABSTRACTThis exploratory research aimed to isolate and identificate the secondary metabolite compound in methanol extract of tembelekan leaves (Lantana camara Linn.). Leaves were collected from Sunggumanai Village, Parangloe District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. Isolation was conducted in several stages, extraction (maceration), fractionation, purification, and identification of compounds. The research obtained a pure isolate in form of yellow powder, decompotition at 223 0C, and showed the positive result of FeCl3 reagent. Data spectrum of FTIR showed the wavelength (cm-1) of 3442.94 (OH); 1693.50 (C=O conjugated); 2939.52 and 2866.22 (-CH on –CH2-or –CH3); 991.41; 958.62 and 927.76 (C-H alkenes); 1273.02 and 1240.23 (C-O carboxyl acids); 1051.20 and 1031.92 (C-O cyclic secondary alcohol); 1462.04 (C-C aryl ether); 862.18; 823.60 and 763.81 (=C-H aromatic). UV-vis spectroscopy data showed maximum absorption at 327.50 nm. Based on the melting point test, reagents test and FTIR and UV-Vis spectrum data, showed that isolates are compounds of flavonoid group.Key Word : Isolation, Methanol, Lantana camara Linn., Flavonoid

Abstract

Abstrak. Telah diisolasi dua senyawa dari ekstrak akar tumbuhan mangrove S. caseolaris yang berasal dari muara sungai Waetuo, Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur, Kabupaten Bone, Sulawesi Selatan. senyawa pertama (1) berupa kristal putih berbentuk jarum dan positif terhadap pereaksi Liebermann-Burchard. Hasil identifikasi dengan FTIR menunjukkan adanya gugus fungsi O-H, CH alifatik (CHsp2 dan CHsp3), C=C, dan C-O. Senyawa kedua (2): berupa serbuk berwarna putih dan positif terhadap pereaksi Wagner dan Dragendorff. Hasil identifikasi dengan FTIR menunjukkan adanya gugus fungsi N-H sekunder, C-H alifatik (-CH2- dan -CH3), C=C, dan C-N. Berdasarkan data tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa senyawa pertama termasuk golongan terpenoid dan senyawa kedua adalah golongan alkaloid. Kata Kunci: Pedada, Sonneratia caseolaris, terpenoid, alkaloid

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian eksplorasi ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengidentifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terdapat dalam ekstrak metanol akar S. caseolaris yang terdiri dari preparasi sampel, ekstraksi (maserasi) dengan metanol, fraksinasi dengan Kromatografi Kolom Cair Vakum dan Kromatografi Kolom Tekan, pemurnian dengan dekantasi dan identifikasi dengan uji pereaksi dan uji Spektroskopi. Sampel berasal dari muara sungai Waetuo, Kecematan Tanete Riattang Timur, Kabupaten Bone, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian berupa senyawa murni yaitu kristal putih berbentuk serbuk yang menunjukkan noda tunggal pada uji KLT sistem tiga eluen. Kristal menunjukkan hasil positif terhadap pereaksi Wagner dan Dragendorff. Hasil data spektrum FT-IR menunjukkan adanya gugus fungsi N—H primer, C—H alifatik, C—N, C—H (—CH2  dan  —CH3), C=C aromatik dan C=O. Berdsarkan data tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa senyawa yang diperoleh merupakan golongan senyawa alkaloid.Kata Kunci: Akar, Sonneratia caseolaris L., Alkaloid

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Di mana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi aktivitas peserta didik dan lembar soal tes akhir siklus. Subjek penelitian ini peserta didik kelas X RPL SMK AL AZHAR sebanyak 12 peserta didik dengan metode yang digunakan diskusi dan dengan pendekatan saintifik-TPACK. Berdasarkan analisis dan pengamatan hasil dari penelitian tersebut diperoleh informasi bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik, dapat terlihat pada siklus I rata-rata persentase aktivitas belajar sebesar 62,5% dan rata- rata hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 63 . Sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata persentase aktivitas sebsesar 87,5% dan rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik sebesaR 73. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin besar rata-rata aktivitas belajar peserta didik, semakin besar pula rata-rata nilai tes hasil belajar peserta didik, dan sebaliknya.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplorasi yang bertujuan untuk mengisolasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dalam ekstrak metanol daun ungu (G. pictum (L.) Griff) serta uji antibakteri dari sampel yang berasal dari desa Pepuro Barat, kecamatan Wotu, kabupaten Luwu Timur, Sulawesi Selatan. Isolasi dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap : maserasi, fraksinasi dan pemurnian. Identifikasi dilakukan dengan uji pereaksi dan alat spektrosko. Uji antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode difusi agar. Hasil penelitian berupa isolat berbentuk serbuk berwarna putih yang terdekomposisi pada suhu 202˚C dan positif terhadap pereaksi FeCl3. Identifikasi dengan spektrofotometer inframerah teridentifikasi adanya gugus –OH, C-O alkohol sekunder, C-H alifatik, C=C conj., dan C=C aromatik. Berdasarkan uji pereaksi dan identifikasi dengan spektrofotometer inframerah disimpulkan bahwa senyawa yang diperoleh adalah flavonoid. Hasil uji antibakteri menunjukkan ekstrak kasar, fraksi N, dan isolat murni dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri S.aureus dan E.coli.Kata kunci : Antibakteri, Daun Ungu, Flavonoid, G. pictum (L.)Griff. ABSTRACTThis is an exploratory research that aims to isolate and identify secondary metabolite compound as well as antibacterial test contained in Methanol Extract of purple leaves from the Pepuro Barat village, Wotu district, Luwu Timur regency, South Sulawesi. The isolation was done through several stages: maceration, fractionation, purification and identification. Antibacterial of assay with agar diffusion method. The results was obtained in white powder, decompotition at 202oC, and the FeCl3 reagent est indicated that the sample are positive. Identification by analyzing the infrared spectrum which showed -OH groups, C-O of secondary alcohols, aliphatic C-H, C = C conj., And C = C aromatic. Based on the test reagents and identification with an infrared spectrophotometer showed the isolate is considered as flavonoid. The results of antibacterial test extract, fractions N, and isolate can be inhibit the growth of bacteria S.aureus and E.coli.Keywords: Antibacterial, Purple Leaves, Flavonoid, G. pictum L. (Griff).

Abstract

This research is a descriptive research that aims to determine the effectiveness of the 5E learning cycle model with the make a match technique on the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 6 Bone on the subject matter of acids and bases. The research was conducted by giving a pretest before treatment and giving a posttest after treatment. The subject of this research is class XI MIPA 3 which consists of 36 students. Data were collected using learning outcomes tests and observation sheets which were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study are: (1) Class completeness of students achieved is 83.33%. (2) The average value of normalized gain in learning outcomes of students is 0.78 which is in the high category. (3) The average activity of students in the learning process is 91.49% and is in the very good category. Based on normalized gain, it can be concluded that the application of the 5E learning cycle model with the make a match technique is effective on the learning outcomes of students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 6 Bone on the subject matter of acids and bases.

Abstract

Development of problem-based learning colloid practicum modules for SMA. Essay. Chemical Education Study Program. Department of Chemistry. Faculty of Math and Science. Makassar State University (supervised by Netti Herawati and Muhammad Jasri Djangi). This research is a development research that aims to produce a problem-based learning practicum module on colloid material that is valid, effective and practical. The subjects of this study were the XI IPA class of SMA Aksara Bajeng with a total of 31 people. The development of a problem-based learning practicum module uses the Plomp development model, consisting of five phases, namely the initial investigation phase, design, realization / construction, evaluation and revision tests, and the implementation phase. The instruments used in this study consisted of validation instruments, student activity observation sheets, practicum module assessment sheets, student response questionnaires and practicum implementation sheets. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The practicum module is declared valid with an average validity value of 3.64, (2) the practicum module is declared effective based on the percentage of participant activity of 96% and the average value of the practicum module is 92.93 with effective category (3) The module is said to be practical based on the results of the student response questionnaire by 71% in the very practical category and 29% in the practical category, and the results of the teacher response questionnaire are 92.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran dan kesadaran metakognisi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X SMA Islam Kota Ternate pada pokok bahasan ikatan kimia. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Desain penelitian faktorial 2x2. Sampel terdiri atas dua kelas yang dipilih dengan random sampling teknik acak kelas. Kelas X IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan kelas X IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2 dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan yaitu angket inventori kesadaran metakognisi dan tes hasil belajar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara inferensial dan deskriptif. Hasil analisis inferensial diperoleh bahwa: (1) model pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh yaitu 0,01<0,05. (2) kesadaran metakognisi berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh yaitu 0,008<0,05. (3) terdapat interaksi model pembelajaran dengan kesadaran metakognisi, terlihat pada nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh yaitu 0,014<0,05. Selanjutnya hasil analisis deskriftif diperoleh bahwa: (1) rata-rata nilai hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing hasilnya lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. (2) rata-rata nilai hasil belajar peserta didik dengan kesadaran metakognisi tinggi, lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar dengan kesadaran metakognisi rendah, dan (3) terjadi interaksi interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kesadaran metakognisi dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X IPA SMA Islam Kota Ternate. Jadi, ada pengaruh antara model pembelajaran dan kesadaran metakognisi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X SMA Islam Kota Ternate pada pokok bahasan ikatan kimia.

Abstract

The study is quasi experiment which aims at examining the influence of learning model and metacognition awareness on learning autocomes of grade X at SMA Islam in Ternate city on chemistry Bond subject. The study employed 2x2 factorial research desaign. Samples consisted of two classes selected by employing random sampling technique and obtained grade X IPA 1 as the experiment class 1 taught by using guided inquiry learning model and grade X IPA 2 as experiment class 2 taught by using problem-based learning model. The research instruments used questionnaire of metacognition awareness inventory and learning result test. Data obtained were analyzed inferentially and descriptively. The results of inferential analysis reveal that (1) the learning model gives influence on learning outcomes with significant score of 0.01<0.05, (2) The metacognition awareness give influence on learning outcomes with significant score 0.008 < 0.05, (3) there is interaction of learning model and metacognition awareness, proved by the significant score 0.014 < 0.05. Then, the results of descriptive analysis indicate that (1) the mean score of learning outcomes taught using guided inquiry learning model is higher than problem-based learning model, (2) the mean score of learning outcomes with high metacognition awareness is higher than the mean score of learning outcomes with low metacognition awareness, (3) there is interaction between learning model and metacognition awareness in influencing learning outcomes of grade X IPA at SMA Islam in Ternate city. Therefore, there is influence between learning model and metacognition awareness on learning outcomes of grade X at SMA Islam in Ternate city on Chemistry Bond subject.

Abstract

The type of this study is Research and Development (R&D) which aims at examining the development procedure and quality of assessment instruments to measure critical thinking skills of students on Stoichiometry material. The study employed Plomp’s research and development model design that consisted of 5 stages, namely: (1) initial investigation stage, consisted of field study and review literature (2) design stage, consisted of planning and organizing assessment instruments for critical thinking skills on Stoichiometry material (3) realization/ construction stage, (4) test, evaluation and revision stage, consisted of two main activities, namely validation by experts and small grub test, and (5)  implementation stage is the field test. The assessment instruments which was developed was in a form of essays format. The research subjects were students of grade XI MIPA 6 SMAN at SMA N 1 Makassar with 34 students. Data on the results of the instrument’s validation by Experts was declared to be very feasible/ valid with an average percentage of 91.66%. The results of the validity analysis of the items indicate that the items support the validity of the test so that it is said to be feasible or valid, while the item reliability was stated reliable with a reliability value of 0.897 with a high interpretation. Analysis of the difficulty level of the instrument obtained an average score of 0.64 with the medium category. The distinguishing power of the instrument shows good category with an average value of 0.49. The practicality of the instruments assessed by the teacher obtained a percentage of 92.5% with a very practical category. The results of the analysis of students' critical thinking skills obtained that the average critical thinking skills of students are in medium category.
