Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of Profitability (ROE) and Liquidity (FDR) on the Financial Performance (ROA) of Sharia Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The panel data regression analysis method used was a quantitative method. The results of this research showed that the variables profitability (ROE) and liquidity (FDR) simultaneously influence the financial performance (ROA) of sharia banking listed on the BEI for the 2018-2022 period. Partially, Profitability (ROE) influenced Financial Performance (ROA) in sharia banking listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. Partially, the influence of liquidity (FDR) on financial performance (ROA) in sharia banking listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The R-squared (R2) value obtained was 0.826759 or 82.68%, this showed that the percentage influence of the Profitability (X1) and Liquidity (X2) variables on Financial Performance (Y) was 83.68% while the remaining 17.32% in influence other factors not studied.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employees’ performance at PT. Ninja Xpress Baturaja Branch. The data collection technique used in this research was through distributing questionnaires. The total population was 39 people. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the partial analysis results, there was a positive influence of work motivation on employees’ performance with a calculated t value of 2,264. The job satisfaction variable had a positive influence on employees’ performance with a calculated t value of 3,438. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employees’ performance at PT Ninja Xpress Baturaja Branch. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained was 0.449. This showed that the contribution of the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employees’ performance was 44.90%, while the remaining 55.10% was influenced by other variables outside this research, namely knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes that were not included in this research, for example abilities, improving results. achieved, work enthusiasm, self-development, quality and efficiency (Sutrisno, 2020:104).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on turnover intention among employees at PT FIF Group Baturaja Branch. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The population consists of 40 employees at PT FIF Group Baturaja Branch. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 21.The partial analysis results indicate that workload significantly affects turnover intention among employees, with a t-value (6.398) > t-table (2.026). The job satisfaction variable also significantly affects turnover intention, with a t-value (6.699) > t-table (2.026). Simultaneously, workload and job satisfaction significantly affect turnover intention, with an F-value (64.047) > F-table (3.25). The coefficient of determination (R²) obtained is 0.776, indicating that 77.6% of the variation in turnover intention is influenced by workload and job satisfaction, while the remaining 22.4% is influenced by other factors such as motivation, work engagement, absenteeism, stress, and job performance (Afandi, 2021:77).

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Data Riset Kesehatan Dasar tahun 2018 menunjukkan prevalensi diabetes melitus di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan cukup tinggi dengan 53.806 penderita. Di Kabupaten Balangan, pada tahun 2020 tercatat 7.589 kasus, dengan penambahan 260 kasus baru pada 2021. Di Puskesmas Awayan, jumlah penderita meningkat dari 241 orang pada 2022 menjadi 598 orang pada 2023. Peningkatan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelaksanaan self-care pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe II. Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan self-care pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe II yang berobat di Puskesmas Awayan. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan cross-sectional pada 30 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities (SDSCA) dan dianalisis secara univariat untuk memperoleh distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil: Mayoritas responden berusia 45–59 tahun (50%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki (73,3%), berpendidikan SMP (46,7%), dan bekerja sebagai pedagang (63,3%). Nilai rata-rata skor SDSCA sebesar 56,10 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Sebagian besar responden berada pada kategori self care cukup (50%), diikuti oleh baik (43,3%) dan kurang (6,7%). Aspek diet dan kepatuhan minum obat relatif baik, sedangkan aktivitas fisik, pemantauan gula darah, dan perawatan kaki masih belum optimal.

Abstract

Daun Kelor (Moringa oleifera) merupakan salah satu tanaman yang berpotensi memiliki aktivitas antikanker. Beberapa penelitian telah melaporkan bahwa daun M. oleifera mengandung sejumlah senyawa bioaktif yang memiliki potensi sebagai antikanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas sitotoksik esktrak etanol, fraksi etil asetat dan fraksi n-heksana daun M. oleifera terhadap sel kanker payudara T47D. Daun M. oleifera dimaserasi dengan pelarut etanol 90%. Ekstrak yang diperoleh dipartisi dengan menggunakan pelarut n-heksana dan etil asetat. Masing-masing ekstrak etanol, fraksi etil asetat dan fraksi n-heksana diuji aktivitas sitotoksiknya terhadap sel kanker payudara T47D menggunakan metode MTS (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium). Konsentrasi ekstrak dan fraksi yang digunakan adalah berturut-turut: 1500, 750, 375, 187, 93, 46, 50 dan 23 μg/mL dengan waktu inkubasi selama 48 jam. Nilai IC50 ekstrak etanol, fraksi etil asetat dan fraksi n-heksana daun M. oleifera berturut-turut yaitu sebesar 51,31; 20,17; 223,67 μg/mL. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, terlihat bahwa fraksi etil asetat daun M. oleifera memiliki aktivitas sitotoksik yang paling tinggi terhadap sel kanker payudara T47D.Cytotoxic Activity of the Ethanol Extract, Ethyl Acetate and n-hexane Fractions of Kelor Leaves (Moringa oleifera) against Breast Cancer Cell T74D. Moringa oleifera is one plant that has the potential anticancer activity. Several studies have been reported that M. oleifera leaves contain bioactives compounds that are potential as anticancer. This study was aimed to determine the cytotoxic activity of the ethanol extract, ethyl acetate and n-hexane fraction of M. oleifera leaf against breast cancer cell T47D. M. oleifera leaves were extracted by maceration with ethanol solvent. The extracts that have been obtained were partitioned by using n-hexane and ethyl acetate solvents. Each ethanol extract, ethyl acetate fraction and n-hexane fraction were tested for their cytotoxic activity against T47D breast cancer cells using MTS (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium) method. The applied concentration of extract and fraction were 1500, 750, 375, 187, 93, 46, 50 and 23 μg/mL with an incubation time of 48 hours. IC50 value of ethanol extract, ethyl acetate and n-hexane fractions of M. oleifera leaves were 51.31; 20.17; 223.67 μg/mL. Based on these results, it shows that the ethyl acetate fractions of M. oleiferaleaves are highly toxic against T47D breast cancer cells.

Abstract

The Garcinia genus is a well known tropical plant in the Indo-Malesiana region and mainly distributed in tropical countries including Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. Previous phytochemical studies on Garcinia species have led to the identification and isolation of mainly prenylated xanthones. This research describes the isolation and structure elucidation of isolated triterpenoids compounds from the bark of Garcinia porecta. Dried powder bark of G. porecta was extracted with methanol and then partitioned with n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol. The n-hexane extract then was separated and purified with chromatography techniques to obtain isolated compounds 1 and 2. The chemical structure of isolated compounds was elucidated by spectroscopic methods including one and two-dimensional NMR as well as high-resolution mass spectrometric analysis and identified as lanosterol (1) dan arabidiol (2), respectively. These triterpenoids were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 1 and 2 showed weak cytotoxic activity against MCF-7 breast cancer cells with IC50 values of 60.09 dan 46.17 µM, respectively.
