Abstract

ABSTRAKTransportasi berkelanjutan di Indonesia, sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 59 Tahun 2017, mencerminkan komitmen negara terhadap Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya SDG 17 tentang kemitraan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan. Trans Metro Bandung (TMB) sebagai Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) adalah strategi utama untuk mengatasi tantangan mobilitas perkotaan di Kawasan Cekungan Bandung, seperti kemacetan dan polusi udara. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed-methods) untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan dan tantangan sistem TMB, dengan menekankan pentingnya kemitraan yang efektif antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerimaan positif terhadap kenyamanan dan keandalan TMB, meskipun masih terdapat permasalahan seperti keterlambatan dan efisiensi sistem pembayaran. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat digunakan oleh pemangku kebijakan dalam meningkatkan fasilitas dan layanan TMB serta mendorong transportasi berkelanjutan di Indonesia.Kata kunci: transportasi berkelanjutan, bus rapid transit (BRT), kemitraan untuk SDGs ABSTRACTSustainable transportation in Indonesia, as mandated in Presidential Regulation Number 59 of 2017, reflects the country's commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 17 on partnerships for sustainable development. Trans Metro Bandung (TMB) as a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is the main strategy to overcome urban mobility challenges in the Bandung Basin Area, such as congestion and air pollution. The study uses a mixed-methods approach to evaluate the acceptability and challenges of the TMB system, emphasizing the importance of effective partnerships between government, the private sector, and society. The results of the study show positive acceptance of the convenience and reliability of TMB, although there are still problems such as delays and payment system efficiency. The resulting recommendations are expected to be used by policymakers in improving TMB's facilities and services and encouraging sustainable transportation in Indonesia.Keywords: sustainable transportation, bus rapid transit (BRT), partnerships for SDGs

Abstract

This study aimed to assess shark catches at PPI Ujung Serangga, Southwest Aceh, focusing on species composition, size and conservation status. Data were collected through field surveys and direct measurements of sharks landed by fishers. Results showed that bottom longlines were the most widely used fishing gear and produced the highest shark catches. A total of 643 individual sharks from 16 species were identified, with the family Carcharhinidae dominating the catch. Most of the sharks caught were below gonad length (Lm), indicating the potential for juvenile shark fishing. The conservation status of sharks evaluated based on IUCN showed that most species were categorized as Near Threatened (NT) and Vulnerable (VU), with some species categorized as Critically Endangered (CR) and Endangered (EN). Almost all identified shark species are listed in CITES Appendix II. This research highlights the importance of sustainable shark fisheries management to maintain populations and biodiversity in the Southwest Aceh region.Keywords:SharkConservation StatusCITESSouthwest Aceh

Abstract

Abstrak: Vlog atau video blog merupakan media yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan gagasan, pengalaman, atau informasi secara lisan melalui platform digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek menggunakan vlog terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Mandarin mahasiswa Kelas C Angkatan 2024 Universitas Universal. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mahasiswa meliputi rendahnya kepercayaan diri, kelancaran berbicara, serta kesulitan menyusun kalimat dalam komunikasi sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-experimental dengan desain pre-test dan post-test tanpa kelompok kontrol. Data diperoleh melalui analisis vlog mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode, dengan fokus pada aspek kepercayaan diri, ketepatan tata Bahasa, kefasihan dan kosakata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini efektif meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara mahasiswa. Mahasiswa lebih percaya diri, dan mampu menyampaikan ide dengan lebih runtut dan natural. Vlog juga mendorong kreativitas serta membiasakan mahasiswa berlatih berbicara secara mandiri. Metode ini diharapkan menjadi alternatif pembelajaran inovatif yang mengintegrasikan teknologi dengan praktik berbicara langsung dalam pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek, Vlog, Kemampuan Berbicara, Bahasa Mandarin

Abstract

摘要: 《姜子牙》是具有历史神话与文化体系相关的动漫电影。其中，人物旁白中文原文翻译印尼语译文在部分段落出现意义变化现象。本研究采用定性研究法，结合文献研究法，并运用翻译法、案例分析法和对比分析法，对含有语义变化现象的人物旁白进行研究。研究发现，人物旁白印尼语译文采用了直译、意译、解释性翻译、文化适应、增译、归化与误译7种翻译策略。分析得出，意义变化的主要原因包括文化差异以及弱化和语言表达差异。文化差异体现在特定词汇概念、形容词价值观、情感表达及身份称谓的不同，而语 言差异则体现在词汇系统的缺失和表达方式的局限性，印尼语常无法像中文那样灵活传达原意。关键词：电影《姜子牙》；人物旁白；翻译策略；意义变化

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a chronic fever disease caused by infection with the dengue virus which is transmitted through the bite of the Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. Laboratory abnormalities that are often found in DHF patients are thrombocytopenia and leukopenia. This study aims to determine the results of examination of platelet and leukocyte counts in dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) patients. This study used a descriptive design with the population being all dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) patients at the Barru District General Hospital. The sample consisted of 30 DHF patients whose platelet and leukocyte counts were checked using a hematology analyzer for 3 consecutive days of hospitalization. The sampling technique in this research is the purposive sampling method. The results of the study showed that there were 30 DHF patients consisting of 14 (47%) men and 16 (53%) women with the highest age found `DHF being 8 - 12 years old, 10 people (33.33%). On the first day of hospitalization, 29 people experienced thrombocytopenia and 1 person had normal platelets. On the second day of hospitalization, 25 people experienced thrombocytopenia and 5 people had normal platelets. On the third day of hospitalization, 11 people experienced thrombocytopenia and 19 people had normal platelets. On the first day of hospitalization, 17 people experienced leukopenia, 11 people had normal leukocytes and 2 people had leukocytosis. On the second day of hospitalization, 8 people experienced leukopenia and 22 people had normal leukocytes. On the third day of hospitalization, 3 people experienced leukopenia and 27 people had normal leukocytes. This study shows that the majority of DHF patients experience thrombocytopenia while the platelet count tends to be normal.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on the work discipline of the Tanjungpinang City Satpol PP. Researchers used a sample of 116 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The object of this research is the Tanjungpinang City Satpol PP. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Where respondents filled out a questionnaire with 17 statements relating to the variables being measured. The results of this research indicate that work motivation and organizational culture influence the work discipline of the Tanjungpinang City Satpol PP. Where work motivation and organizational culture are important elements in an organization/agency, because work motivation can create an organizational culture so that it can improve the work discipline of the Tanjungpinang City Satpol PP. Based on the research results, it was concluded that work motivation and organizational culture had a partial or simultaneous influence on the work discipline of the Tanjungpinang City Satpol PP. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja Satpol PP Kota Tanjungpinang. Peneliti menggunakan sampel sebanyak 116 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah Satpol PP Kota Tanjungpinang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Dimana responden mengisi kuesioner sebanyak 17 butir pernyataan yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diukur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja Satpol PP Kota Tanjungpinang. Dimana dengan motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi merupakan unsur penting di dalam sebuah organisasi/instansi, sebab dengan adanya motivasi kerja dapat menciptakan budaya organisasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja Satpol PP Kota Tanjungpinang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap disiplin kerja Satpol PP Kota Tanjungpinang. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja.

Abstract

This study intends to assess the legal effects and effectiveness of the application of sanctions against witchcraft offenses under Article 252 of law no. 1 year 2023 in the social and legal setting in Indonesia. The study primarily concentrated on the regulation of witchcraft offenses within the new criminal legislation, the issues associated with proof, and the societal ramifications of enforcing these penalties. The study method adopted is normative legal method with descriptive-analytical approach. The data sources comprise main and secondary legal literature, encompassing statutes, books, scholarly journals, and pertinent articles. The findings indicate that while Article 252 of legislation 1/2023 establishes a legal foundation for activities concerning supernatural powers, the implementation of this article encounters significant obstacles, particularly with evidentiary requirements. The formal offense established in this article does not require proof of the manifestation of physical or mental repercussions, but rather stresses the declaration of the perpetrator who has supernatural powers. On the other hand, there is the potential for abuse of this item in society, which might generate horizontal disputes. The efficacy of sanction implementation relies on the accurate comprehension of its boundaries and objectives by law enforcement authorities and the public.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has increased the risk of cybercrime, particularly phishing, which poses a serious threat to adolescents who actively use digital platforms. Students of SMP YPK Syaloom were identified as a vulnerable group due to limited knowledge and awareness regarding digital security practices. This community service activity aimed to improve students’ understanding of cybercrime, with a specific focus on phishing prevention, identification, and mitigation strategies. The program was conducted through four stages: socialization, training, technology application, and mentoring with evaluation, involving approximately 10 seventh-grade students. The activities included interactive discussions, simulations of phishing cases, and practical exercises to recognize suspicious digital content. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in students’ digital security awareness, as most participants were able to identify phishing characteristics and explain appropriate prevention measures after the intervention. This activity contributed to strengthening students’ digital literacy and encouraged safer, more responsible, and ethical technology use in daily life.

Abstract

Curriculum implementation is a crucial stage in determining the success of the educational process, particularly in Islamic Religious Education (IRE), which focuses not only on cognitive development but also on the formation of students' character and spiritual values. Amid rapid technological advancements and social changes, the implementation of the IRE curriculum is required to be more innovative and adaptive to remain relevant to students' needs. This study aims to examine strategies for optimizing the implementation of the IRE curriculum through innovative and adaptive approaches. The method employed is a literature review by analyzing various sources related to curriculum development, educational innovation, and IRE learning practices. The findings indicate that the optimization of IRE curriculum implementation can be achieved through the integration of technology in learning, the application of contextual learning approaches, and the strengthening of character education based on Islamic values. Furthermore, enhancing teachers' competencies and fostering collaboration among schools, parents, and communities are essential factors supporting successful curriculum implementation. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limited facilities and infrastructure, resistance to change, and the diverse backgrounds of students. Therefore, systematic and sustainable strategies are needed to address these obstacles effectively. Through innovative and adaptive curriculum implementation, IRE learning is expected to produce students who are not only intellectually competent but also possess strong character, noble morals, and the ability to face future life challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to describe employee empowerment both in total and dimension, describe employee performance in both total and dimension, and the relationship of empowerment to the performance of the administrators of Village Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) in Megamendung District, Bogor Regency. This research was designed using quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is the management of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) sub-district of Megamendung, Bogor Regency as many as 23 people, while the object is the empowerment and performance of employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively and correlatively using SPSS 23. The results showed that there were a relationship between empowerment and employee performance. There is a very strong relationship between empowerment and performance among BUM Desa employees in Megamendung, Bogor Regency. The implications of this research can be an important input for BUM Desa administrators to increase employee involvement in order to improve the performance of BUM Desa administrators in Megamendung District so that they can achieve high competitiveness.
