Abstract

This article describes moral value based on Sunan Kalijaga’s perspective, one of the members of the walisanga who had the longest age from other wali and he was the most famous and creative wali in creating a wide range of media to preach Islam. The media that he made and applied included many fields; such as preacher, literatures and songs (Ilir-ilir song, gundul-gundul pacul, and dandang gula song), Sculpture, Gamelan, mosques, Tatal and Kenthong art, Bedhug, and  grebeg sekaten contained character of education that were stil relevant applied in this era. Thus, a preacher’s function as learning model takes strategic position in preparing and applying any media and approaches/ strategy to lead students to be success in their learning. The media of learning to preach created by Sunan Kalijaga were the collaboration between culture of local wisdom which was maintained and elements of modern constructive art that was relevant with the local wisdom.

Abstract

Bahasa sebagai konsep untuk berinteraksi. Bermaksud sebagai cara mengungkapkan ide dan gagasan dengan menggunakan bentuk-bentuk bahasa . Bentuk maksud dan tujuan mempunyai informasi dengan bahasa tulis perkuliahan diperguruan tinggi wajib menumbuhkan penguasaan bahasa Indonesia juga untuk menanamkan kesadaran kepada siswa. Informasi tentang kemampuan dan penguasaan mahasiswa dalam berbahasa reseptif dan produktif untuk mendapatkan informasi tersebut, perlu adanya penelitian tentang kemampuan mahasiswa dalam penggunaan bahasa Indonesia termasuk didalamnya penelitian tentang analisis kesalahan berbahasa yang terjadi dalam proses balajar bahasa indonesia mahasiswa.

Abstract

Abstrak       Kabupaten Kendal merupakan salah satu sentra produksi jagung di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan produktivitas yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan produktivitas provinsi.  Produktivitas tersebut diperoleh petani melalui penggunaan input produksi secara efisien. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keragaan teknologi usahatani jagung, mengetahui efisiensi dan sumber inefisiensi serta penyebaran efisiensi berdasarkan sumber-sumber inefisiensi.  Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Wirosari, Kecamatan Patean, Kabupaten Kendal pada bulan Agustus ? November 2018.  Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui metode survey pada 30 petani responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan fungsi produksi stochastic frontier.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi teknis usahatani jagung masih rendah dengan rata-rata 0,57.  Rendahnya efisiensi ini disebabkan oleh umur dan pendidikan petani, serta pengalaman usahatani.  Dengan bertambahnya pengalaman usahatani, umur petani semakin bertambah sehingga efisiensi semakin berkurang karena kemampuan fisik petani semakin berkurang. Disamping dua faktor tersebut, pendidikan yang tinggi justru menjadi penyebab terjadinya inefisiensi usahatani. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan efisiensi usahatani perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan daya tarik di sektor pertanian, antara lain berupa fasilitasi teknologi digital hingga ke pedesaan dan program pertukaran pemuda tani. kata kunci: efisiensi, jagung, sumber inefisiensi, sector pertanian Abstract       Kendal District is one of the maize production centers in Central Java Province with higher productivity than provincial productivity.  These productivity is obtained by farmers by using production inputs efficiently.  This study aimed to determine the performance of maize farming technology, to know the efficiency and sources of inefficiency, and to spread efficiency based on sources of inefficiency.  The study was conducted in Wirosari Village, Patean Subdistrict, Kendal District in August ? November 2019.  Primary data was collected through survey method by interviewing 30 respondents.  The data was analyzed  by the stochastic frontier production function.  The results showed that the technical efficiency of maize farming was still low which was 0.57.  The low efficiency was caused by the age, education, and  of farming experience of farmer.  With the increase in farming experience, the age of farmers is increasing so that efficiency decreases because farmers' physical abilities diminish. Therefore, to improve farming efficiency, efforts need to be made to increase attractiveness in the agricultural sector, including facilitation of digital technology to the countryside and youth farmer exchange programs. keywords: efficiency, maize, inefficiency sources, agricultural sector

Abstract

Low P availability is the main constraint for crops on acidic soil such as an Ultisols due to high soil P sorption. The objective of current research was to determine the effect of coal fly ash-chicken manure mixture application on P use efficiency by corn (Zea mays L.) in Ultisols. The research were arranged according to Factorial Completely Randomized Design with three replicates. The treatments tested were the rates of FA-CM mixture (w/w of 1:1) that consisted of 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 tons ha-1, and P fertilizer rates that consisted of 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 times of P requirement to achieve of 0.2 μg P mL-1 in soil solution (equivalence to 0, 87, 174, 261 and 348 kg P2O5 ha-1). Results of current research showed that P use efficiency by corn on Ultisols had been increased through the addition of FA-CM in combination with P fertilization at the rate of 87 kg P2O5 ha-1. The optimum rate of FA-CM in combination with P fertilizer at the rate of 87 kg P2O5 ha-1 is 28.60 tons ha-1, with P uptake efficiency of 42.41 % and agronomic P efficiency of 82.53 mg shoot dry weight/mg P from fertilizer.

Abstract

Abstract— Literary work, directly or indirectly, is the realization and imagination of the author as a reflection and the reality that the author gets from society. Literary works can be found through the life forms of society. Thus, literary works cannot be separated from the elements around them. Literary work along its journey always implicate man, humanity, life, and life. In essence, literary works are born for the surrounding community. Literary works are the products of authors who live in the social world. That way, short story literary works in the form of fairy tales are the author's imaginative world that is always related to social life. There are interesting things that are given to our children to change attitudes and daily ethics. Keywords—: Literary works; short stories; fairy tales.

Abstract

Abstract— Literary works are works of art created by the author, through the writing of literary works that he makes, writers or authors use their imagination and are expressed through words, forming language as a form of his imagination. For this reason, understanding of literary works cannot only be studied for its intrinsic elements, but also for its extrinsic elements. The author's Sleeping Exercise Book for Poetry Collection “Joko Pinurbo” presents poetry titles that are very interesting and easy to remember by literary lovers and audiences. Based on this, the researcher is interested and wants to prove and describe the uniqueness and attractiveness of the poetry titles of "Joko Pinurbo" Poetry Sleeping Exercise Book, especially in the style of language used in the work. Keywords—: Literary works; Poutry; language style.

Abstract

Sastra bagian dari ciptaan manusia yang melibatkan aspek nilai rasa /ide yang terdapat dalam benaknya dengan memanfaatkan bahasa sebagai alatnya. Di dalan sastra tidak hanya terdapat tulisan yang bersifat menghibur, tetapi ternyata terdapat makna yang sangat mendalam dan bisa menambah pengalaman kehidupan manusia. Pengetahuan pada karya sastra tidak hanya di pahami dari unsur intrinsik tetapi juga di pahami dari segi ekstrinsik. Semua yang terjadi pada karya sastra bias juga terjadi dalam dunia nyata. Begitu pula pencitraan puisi dalam menikmatinya ada beberapa indra perasa yang dipakai dalam buku antologi puisi” Mengagumi dalam Diam “ Puisi karya siswa SMP 43. Peneliti menganalisis pencitraan didalam puisi tersebut untuk lebih memahami dan menikmati puisi.

Abstract

‘Tut Wuri Handayani’ is the slogan of the National Education of Indonesia, written in Sanskrit. It is a philosophy of education that Ki Hajar Dewantara originally promoted. Practically, it is an accumulation of educational processes that prioritize the transformation of good character and knowledge through a governance organization that is instigated by educational leadership. In this regard, the paper utilizes the literature review method to get information from researchers published in refereed journals regarding process governance, model of governance organization in school and synthesizes the information to show how the school leaders can promote “Tut Wuri Handayani” in order that it can be integrated into the school governance. This paper invites researchers to apply qualitative research designs to explore the possibility of implementing the Philosophy Education: “Tut Wuri Handayani” in the governance organization of Schools in Indonesia. Indonesia's educational system has experimented with several forms of leadership. The paper discusses the necessity of promoting the Indonesian philosophy of education, ‘Tut Wuri Handayani,' to preserve its worth as a guide for all school leaders and instructors to maintain a positive attitude and behavior to achieve educational goals. School leaders and instructors are encouraged to use this Indonesian Philosophy of Education to ensure that children always receive a decent education and in all places. The authors also recommend that module and curriculum creators collaborate with learning facilitators to integrate the Philosophy of Education: ‘Tut Wuri Handayani' as one of the school governance principles and values. In addition, this research suggests that future researchers use qualitative research designs to investigate the influence of the implementation of ‘Tut Wuir Handayani' on students, school leaders, teachers, and other stakeholders in a sample of Indonesian schools.

Abstract

Sebagian besar produktivitas pertanian di lahan pasang surut masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh permasalahan utama pada tingkat kesuburan dan kecukupan airnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai status kesuburan tanah dan menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan kualitas lahan pada berbagai kelas hidrotopografi di lahan rawa pasang surut. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-Oktober 2022 pada pertanaman padi di areal lahan reklamasi rawa pasang surut desa Sri Mulyo, Sri Katon dan Sido Harjo Kecamatan Air Salek, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan tingkat semi detail, area pengambilan sampel meliputi lahan kelas hidrotopografi A (basah, potensi irigasi pasang surut pada musim hujan dan musim kemarau), B (irigasi pasang surut hanya untuk musim hujan), dan C (kering, tadah hujan). Data lapangan meliputi karakteristik sifat fisik tanah, kedalaman air tanah dan lapisan pirit. Analisis tanah dilakukan di Laboratorium Kimia, Biologi dan Kesuburan Tanah serta Laboratorium Fisika dan Konservasi Tanah, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya meliputi analisis tekstur, bobot isi tanah, pH, C-organik, N-total, P-tersedia dan K-dd. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status kesuburan tanah tergolong sedang dan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang nyata antara kelas hidrotopografi dengan status kesuburan tanah. Namun, kedalaman pirit di lahan tipe C lebih rendah daripada di tipe A dan B. Kondisi ini mengharuskan pengelolaan lahan yang lebih hati-hati di tipe C untuk tetap menjaga kedalaman air tanah berada di zona akar agar terhindar dari oksidasi pirit serta pengelolaan air untuk meningkatkan retensi air hujan dan menjaga kedalaman air tanah tetap berada di atas lapisan pirit. Selain itu, operasi pintu di saluran tersier disarankan untuk lebih banyak ditutup sehingga air di saluran tidak hilang selama budidaya tanaman padi dilakukan. Pemberian bahan amelioran seperti sekam padi juga sangat dianjurkan untuk memperbaiki kualitas tanah pada lokasi tersebut.

Abstract

Batik Niati, an MSME specializing in Malangan Batik Tulis, plays a crucial role in the preservation of Indonesia's cultural heritage. Through a comprehensive community service program, they are committed to becoming pioneers among Batik Tulis MSMEs in Malang City. The program consists of four main activities: (1) Socialization and the creation of MSME SOPs, (2) Training on effectively uploading and managing Instagram accounts, (3) Assistance in creating simple financial bookkeeping for MSMEs, and (4) Assistance in building brand image. By implementing this program, Batik Niati aims to achieve significant development in the future. The hope is that through the maintenance of batik traditions, these MSMEs will not only create high-quality products but also act as agents of change in supporting the sustainability of local cultural heritage. With well-aligned SOPs, effective online presence, organized financial bookkeeping, and a strong brand image, Batik Niati is expected to become an inspiring role model for other Batik Tulis MSMEs in Malang City, creating a broader positive impact on the development of the MSME sector and cultural preservation.
