Abstract

The contribution of MSMEs is large to the Indonesian economy, but this sector still has obstacles in obtaining capital. Therefore, referring to the Indonesian Capital Market regulations, the government through OJK (Financial Services Authority), issued Regulation Number 37/POJK.04/2018 on Crowdfunding Services through information technology-based stock offerings (Equity Crowdfunding). LandX is an ALUDI registered organizer that already has OJK license. The average level of funds raised by LandX per project is up to 4 billion. The population in this study are investors who have registered at LandX totaling 88,572 as of December 2022. Samples taken using purposive sampling. The conclusions of this study are Brand trust has a significant effect on investor interest in investing, Brand value co-creation engagement attitude has no significant effect on investor interest in investing in LandX through e-WOM, Brand value co-creation engagement behavior has a significant effect on investor interest in investing in LandX through e-WOM, Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on investor interest in investing in LandX through e-WOM and E-WOM has a significant effect on investor interest in investing in LandX.

Abstract

Horticultural commodities hold significant economic potential in Indonesia, particularly red chilies, which serve various purposes such as a spicy,traditional spicy, and industrial raw material. This research aims to assess the impact of shoot pruning and planting media composition on the morphology and yield of red chili plants. The study employed a Randomized Factorial Group Desugn (RAKF) with two main treatments : shoot pruning and planting medium composition. Results indicate that pruning shoots at 35 days after planting (P4) enhances the cultivation of red chili plants, as evidenced by improved plant height, earlier flowering, and increased root length. Furthermore, a planting medium composed of soil, cow dung compost, and 2:1:1 husk charcoal (M4) proves to be more beneficial for red chili yield, demonstrated by higher plant height, stem diameter, and root length.

Abstract

This study is aimed at investigating the effect of financial literacy, financial attitudes and financial behaviour on the growth of micro- and small-sector enterprises (MSMEs) in Trenggalek Regency, Indonesia. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire and a Likert scale. The analysis technique used in this research is partial least squares analysis using structural equation models (SEM-PLS). The results showed that financial literacy and financial behaviour has an effect on the growing of MSMEs In Trenggalek Regency. MSME managers who have a high level of literacy will have knowledge, skills and beliefs that will influence their attitudes and behaviour in making financial decisions. Financial attitudes have no effect on MSME growth. Although MSME owners have positive attitudes towards finance, they may be unable or unwilling to take financial steps that support the growth of their business

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of social media content, influencer marketing , and customer reviews on purchasing decisions on Shopee online marketing platform during period January-March 2024. The independent variables in this research are social media content, influencer marketing , and customer reviews , while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire results from respondents. This research uses a purposive sampling technique . The method used is a type of quantitative research . The analysis used in this research is multiple linear analysis. In this research, it shows that social media content has significance effect on purchasing decisions, influencer marketing has no effect on purchasing decisions, customer reviews has no effect on purchasing decisions but the variables social media content (X1), influencer marketing (X2) and customer reviews (X3) simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions (Y) with a significance value (Sig) of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to know the Effect of Private Investment, Road Infrastructure, and Government Capital Expenditure simultaneously on Economic Growth in South Kalimantan Province from 2006 to 2021 and Know which factors significantly influence Economic Growth in South Kalimantan. South Kalimantan Province in 2006-2021. Data collection techniques in research using Documentation Techniques. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with Eviews 10 software. This study found that the variables of private investment, road infrastructure, and the authorities' capital expenses significantly impact economic growth in Kalimantan Province. For the 2006-2021 period, private investment became the most dominant variable in its influence on economic growth in South Kalimantan Province for the 2006-2021 period.

Abstract

The Corona Virus (Covid-19) outbreak has had an impact on the education sector. This impact affects the delay in the student learning process. Because of this situation, technology that has developed significantly can be directed to make exams online, replacing conventional exams. Carrying out conventional exams requires time, effort and paper. Teachers cannot make assessments quickly and precisely, this will hinder the ranking of grades and of course affect the ranking of students in class. Exams in the form of paper allow cheating by students. Therefore, an online-based exam system was built. The online exam is designed using the Linear Congruent Method (LCM). The method used in the online exam system is the Linear Congruent Method (LCM). The built online exam can generate numerical randomization (modulo) from the process of students taking the exam in LCM calculations so that each student will get a different order of questions. Students will get the results of the answers automatically after completing the problem. The results of this study were tested by working on 50 questions at the Dharma Loka High School, with an accuracy rate of up to 100% using the randomization calculation process (modulo).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to resolve various problems, namely: what social values representations are present in Eka Aryani's novel "Teluk Alaska" and how the representations of social values in the novel convey meaning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used in this study are from two categories, namely primary data and supporting data. The primary source of data in this study is Eka Aryani's novel "Teluk Alaska", published by Bintang Media in Depok, West Java, in July 2019, with a total of 407 pages. The results of this study show that the novel "Teluk Alaska" portrays various aspects of social disparities in society. These representations include economic disparities, gender disparities, educational access disparities, and other social aspects. The author uses various narrative techniques such as character depiction, plot development, and dialogue to depict these inequalities. The purpose is to trigger reflection and increase readers' awareness about social issues that exist. This research provides a deeper understanding of the representation and meaning of social values in literary works, particularly in the context of the novel "Teluk Alaska". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan, yakni: apa saja representasi nilai sosial yang ada pada novel Teluk Alaska karya Eka Aryani dan bagaimana makna representasi nilai sosial yang ada pada novel Teluk Alaska karya Eka Aryani. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari dua kategori, yakni data utama dan data pendukung. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Teluk Alaska karya Eka Aryani yang diterbitkan oleh penerbit Bintang Media di Depok, Jawa Barat pada Juli tahun 2019, dengan tebal 407 halaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa novel Teluk Alaska menggambarkan berbagai aspek kesenjangan sosial dalam masyarakat. Representasi ini meliputi kesenjangan ekonomi, kesenjangan gender, kesenjangan akses pendidikan, dan aspek-aspek sosial lainnya. Penulis menggunakan berbagai teknik naratif seperti penggambaran karakter, alur cerita, dan dialog untuk menggambarkan ketimpangan-ketimpangan ini. Tujuannya adalah untuk memicu refleksi dan meningkatkan kesadaran pembaca tentang isu-isu sosial yang ada. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai representasi dan makna nilai sosial dalam karya sastra, khususnya dalam konteks novel Teluk Alaska.

Abstract

The snack food industry, which is included in the SMEs category, is currently a commodity that is in great demand by the market. UD Sumber Dwi Jaya is one of the SMEs operating in the snack food industry. With various efforts, we are starting to show good organizational performance after being impacted by Covid-19. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational learning towards organizational performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. The number of respondents used was 38, which is a census method. The method used is SEM-PLS analysis. The role of job satisfaction is able to encourage the relationship between organizational learning and organizational performance. Although partial organizational learning is not able to improve organizational performance directly. The organization does not facilitate employees in learning, this is natural because UD Sumber Dwi Jaya is included in the MSME category. The results show that high job satisfaction can increase organizational performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh Quality Management System terhadap Employee Performance di PT Avesta Continental Pack. PT Avesta Continental Pack adalah salah satu perusahaan yang menggunakan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001 pada tahun 2015. Employee Performance yang rendah disebabkan oleh Sistem Manajemen Mutu yang rendah atau tidak optimal. Peneliti menentukan sampel dalam penelitian ini, yaitu 109 orang, dengan teknik penentuan sampel purposive sampling. Metode pengukuran pada kuesioner ini menggunakan Skala Likert, dan Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana, Uji Hipotesis Parsial (Uji-T), dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, kesimpulan diperoleh dengan memproses data menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Dari hasil uji regresi linear berganda, Quality Management System memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Performance, di mana setiap peningkatan 1 nilai Quality Management System akan meningkatkan nilai Employee Performance sebesar 0,948. Quality Management System memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Performance, hasil uji t dan uji f menunjukkan nilai signifikansi variabel model regresi Sistem Manajemen Mutu sebesar 0.000 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.05, sehingga perhitungan adalah 0.000 < 0.05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Quality Management System (X) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Employee Performance (Y). Nilai R square adalah 0.578, yang berarti sekitar 57.8% dari variabel Quality Management System menunjukkan pengaruh besar terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Avesta Continental Pack.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan aplikasi pembaca layar Talkback dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran siswa tunanetra kelas XI di SLB Negeri Branjangan Jember serta mengkaji kendala dan solusi penyelesaian terhadap penerapan aplikasi pembaca layar Talkback dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran siswa tunanetra kelas XI di SLB Negeri Branjangan Jember. Lokasi yang digunakan sebagai tempat penelitian adalah SLB Negeri Branjangan Jember, di jalan Branjangan 1, Semanggu, bintoro, Patrang dengan menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif Kualitatif. Analisis data menggunakan 3 tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 siswa tunanetra. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pada penerapan aplikasi pembaca layar Talkback dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas sudah berlangsung sejak 2018. Pada pelaksanaanya sekolah, guru, dan khususnya siswa tunanetra mendapatkan banyak dampak positif seperti membantu dalam kegiatan belajar dan pembelajaran. Namun pembelajaran Massage tersebut masih mengalami kendala-kendala yang bersumber dari lembaga sekolah, guru dan anak-anak sendiri. Kendala yang lain juga dikarenakan belum memadainya ketersediaan dana. Dari kendala-kendala tersebut terdapat solusi yang sudah dijalankan dan ada pula yang masih dalam tahap perencanaan.
