Abstract

Live-streaming shopping has become a new trend since the pandemic in 2020 where live streamers promote and sell products to consumers via social media channels by increasing intimacy and communication. This Is April is one of the leading fashion brands in Indonesia that focuses on fulfilling women's desires for fashionable, affordable and high-quality clothes, shoes, and bags. This Is April also continues to carry out promotions by keeping up with developments in consumer behavior that continues to change, one of which is by carrying out promotions by selling via live streaming on one of the e-commerce sites (TikTok). This study aims to investigate the effect of live streaming quality (LSQ) on purchase intention (PI) through immersive experience (IE), consumer trust (CT), and perceived value (PV) at This is April consumers on TikTok by answering 10 (ten) hypotheses. This research uses a quantitative approach using partial least squares equation model (PLS-SEM). The samples in this study were respondents who had experience in watching live streaming of This is April fashion products on TikTok within the last 3 (three) months and respondents who lived in the city of Malang using a non-probability sampling technique. The analysis results show that LSQ has a positive and significant effect on PI. Furthermore, the research results show that IE, CT, and PV are able to mediate the relationship between LSQ and PI. The implication of this finding can provide a theoretical basis and reference for seller of fashion clothing products to focus their attention on the important of effectively leverage live streaming quality to develop immersive experience, consumer trust, and perceived value to influence purchase intention

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a global trend that affects all aspects of human life. In Indonesia, digital transformation can accelerate economic growth, especially in the creative economy sector. One of them is efficiency in the use of technology, investment in digital infrastructure and increasing financial access. The aim of this research is to analyze the opportunities and challenges related to the policy of accelerating digital transformation in the development of the creative economy in Indonesia. The research found that there are various opportunities that can be exploited in developing the creative economy in Indonesia through accelerated digital transformation policies, challenges that must be overcome, such as low technological accessibility and inadequate infrastructure. Research shows that accelerated digital transformation policies can be a driver of creative economic growth in Indonesia which must be adapted to local conditions and accompanied by efforts to increase technological accessibility and adequate infrastructure. Abstract

Other causes of neglect of recording/financial reports from MSMEs are the lack of understanding and expertise in recording, the education level of business managers who still have not achieved the expertise/application technology in making SAK ATAP financial report documents. This study aims to determine whether the level of education, information technology and age of business affect SAK ETAP compliance on MSMEs in Bada Village. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 66 and the sample obtained was 40 MSME actors. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire and analysis tool, namely multiple regression using the SPSS 21.0 application. The results showed that both simultaneously indicated that the level of information technology education and business age had a positive and significant effect on SAK ETAP compliance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the planning, implementation, and supervision of the synergy of religious education and character education at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Kirom Bandung. This research uses a descriptive method of qualitative approach, and data collection through interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The research results showed: (1) Planning the synergy of religious education and character education through the vision and mission of the madrasah in forming students who have noble character, memorize the Qur'an and have global insight. Implementation of the synergy of religious education and character education by habituating students in school time discipline, getting used to praying, saying greetings and kissing the teacher's hand, weekly memorization deposits, congregational prayers and ta'lim activities, and competition activities. Supervision of the synergy of religious education and character education directly by teachers, and indirectly by their respective parents, giving examples, reprimands, weekly assessment notes, and additional study hours.

Abstract

Tingginya persaingan antar produk perawatan kulit membuat konsumen dihadapkan pada beragamnya pilihan di pasar. Seiring dengan semakin meluasnya globalisasi yang didukung oleh teknologi yang semakin maju, konsumen memanfaatkannya untuk mencari informasi mengenai suatu produk sebelum mereka mengambil keputusan pembelian. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of Mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung dari t tabel sebesar 4,224 1,985, celebrity endorser berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung dari t tabel sebesar 2,339 1,985, dan electronic word of Mouth dan celebrity endorser berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai f hitung dari f tabel sebesar 54,475 3,09. Dengan demikian, electronic word of Mouth secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, celebrity endorser secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, begitu pula secara simultan electronic word of Mouth dan celebrity endorser berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan siswa dalam menghafal teks drama serta mengimplementasikan pementasan drama. Salah satu aspek yang menjadi problem tersebut adalah sulitnya siswa menghafal teks drama, sekaligus implementasi pentas drama. Riset bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif. Peneliti sebagai pemeran kunci dengan subjek penelitian siswa MA Al-Muslihuun. Pengamatan, kuesioner, dan evaluasi digunakan untuk mendapatkan realitas temuan. Metode ini dipilih karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggali dan memahami secara mendalam mengenai pementasan drama. Hasil menunjukkan banyak aspek pengganggu implementasi seperti pelafalan, penekanan mimik pantomimik, intonasi dan gerak improvisasi.

Abstract

DAPOERUWIK.ID, located in the City of Mojokerto, is a business engaged in the culinary field, specifically in the production of cakes and pastries. With the main challenges being the limitations of digital marketing strategies, product design, and operational efficiency, this community service activity aims to provide support based on innovation and efficiency. The methods used include individual approaches, training, and the creation of a sustainable master plan. The results include the development of visual communication design, social media-based marketing strategies, and product innovation through vacuum pack packaging. This article documents the positive impact of mentoring on the development of the DAPOERUWIK.ID business.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, green purchase intention, and green purchase behavior. This study examines the mediating role of green purchase intention in the relationship between the orientation of green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, and green purchase behavior. This research is included in the mixed method research where both quantitative and qualitative are used. The research method used in this research is an unbalanced mixed method (concurrent embedded design) conducted on farmers in Mulyoagung Village. The research sample was taken using the quota sampling method with the sample size calculator as the method for determining the number of samples. Data collection was carried out online through a questionnaire form for 2 months on 219 farmers in Mulyoagung Village. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS assisted by SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. as well as for qualitative research using documentation and interviews. The results of the study show that there is a direct and indirect relationship between green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, green purchase intention, and green purchase behavior. Not only that, there is a mediating role of green purchase intention in the relationship between the orientation of green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, and green purchase behavior. Abstract

Integrasi bahan ajar menulis teks cermah yang berisi muatan-muatan praktisi pendidikan karakter bertoleransi akan menjadi ekosistem berbudaya, literasi pengembangan gagasan-gagasan yang tidak hanya memperkuat keterampilan berbahasa, akan tetapi akan mendorong bernalar kritis. Penetapan pengambangan bahan ajar ini berlandaskan riset R & D dengan menerapkan kinerja 4D Model, sebuah desain dan pengembangan teks. Berdasarkan hasil akhir kajian didapatkan pemerolehan 5 ahli kepakaran didapatkan kelayakan bahan ajar pada standar penilaian 92%, maknanya bahan ajar setelah mendapatkan masukan sangat layak digunakan di kelas. Realitas penerapan kepada 20 santri MA Bustanul Muta’allimin menunjukkan hasil 86% sangat menarik, sehingga keberadaan ekosistem pembelajaran mendorong peningkatan pembelajaran, keterampilan berbahasa semakin meningkat, terutama aspek keterampilan berbicara dan keterampilan menulis siswa yang mendorong hasil belajar membaik. Kriteria peningkatan tersebut berdasarkan kajian kriteria ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dari awal sebelun penerapan angka ketuntasan 27,27% melonjak pada angka 64% dan pada terapan ketiga 90,91% tuntas, sehingga pengembangan dikatakan berhasil.

Abstract

Abstrak: Feminisme: Investigasi Problematika Tokoh Perempuan dalam Novel “Thank You Salma” Karya Erisca Febriani. Tujuan peneliti meneliti penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kajian feminisme yang banyak terjadi, serta mengajak untuk lebih mendalami dan memahami feminisme dalam Novel Thank You Salma. Investigasi adalah proses penyelidikan yang sistematis. Problematika diartikan masalah saling berkaitan dan kompleks. Sastra adalah karya imajinatif manusia menggunakan bahasa indah. Novel adalah karya sastra prosa panjang dan kompleks, biasanya menceritakan cerita fiksi dengan alur yang rumit dan isinya lebih dalam. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data ini dari membaca, mencatat, menganalisis isi dalam novel.
